发明内容

本发明实施例采用以下技术方案:
一种带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,所述呼吸灯组设置在所述洗衣机壳体的外壁或内壁上,由多个呼吸灯组成;所述洗衣机还包括用于根据洗衣机的工作进程变化控制所述呼吸灯组中多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例改变的控制器。
作为优选,相邻的两个所述呼吸灯之间设置有导光体。
作为优选,所述工作进程的变化具体为所选择程序已运行的时间或剩余的时间与所选择程序的总运行时间的比例变化。
作为优选,所述呼吸灯组设置在洗衣机门体内侧的周边、控制面板上和/或 壳体前板上。
作为优选,所述呼吸灯组为带状、环状、扇形、椭圆形或圆形。
一种带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法,应用于以上任一项所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法包括步骤:
S1、控制器通过改变呼吸灯组中的多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作状态。
作为一种优选方案,步骤S1包括步骤:
S111、控制器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所点亮的呼吸灯的个数n;
其中,
T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序已运行的时间;
N为呼吸灯的总数;
S112、工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时点亮n个呼吸灯。
作为进一步的优选方案,在步骤S112中,所述N个呼吸灯构成环形,所述控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时时点亮相邻的n个呼吸灯,其余的N-n个呼吸灯变暗或关闭。
作为另一种优选方案,步骤S1包括步骤:
S121、控制器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所变暗或关闭的呼吸灯的个数n;
其中,
T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序剩余的时间;
N为呼吸灯的总数;
S122、工作工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时变暗或关闭n个呼吸灯。
本发明实施例提出的技术方案的有益技术效果是:
由于本申请提供的呼吸灯组设置在所述洗衣机壳体的外壁或内壁上,由多个呼吸灯组成,所述洗衣机还包括用于根据洗衣机的工作进程变化控制所述呼吸灯组中多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例改变的控制器,呼吸灯的明暗状态易于观察。带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法包括步骤:S1、控制器通过改变呼吸灯组中的多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作状态。所以使用该洗衣机及控制方法,用户即使在无法看清洗衣机显示屏的较远范围内,亦可依据呼吸灯组件中呼吸灯的明暗数量比例容易地大致推断出洗衣机的实时运行状态;同时能清晰的观察到洗衣机的程序运行进度,尤其是距离程序结束的时间,改善用户体验,同时增强美观效果。

为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本申请提供了一种带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,所述呼吸灯组设置在所述洗衣机壳体的外壁或内壁上,由呼吸灯组成;所述洗衣机还包括控制器,所述控制器用于根据洗衣机的工作进程变化控制改变所述呼吸灯组中的多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例。所以使用该洗衣机,用户即使在无法看清洗衣机显示屏的较远范围内,亦可依据呼吸灯组件中呼吸灯的明暗数量比例容易地大致推断出洗衣机的实时运行状态;同时能清晰的观察到洗衣机的程序运行进度,尤其是距离程序结束的时间,改善用户体验,同时增强美观效果。
于本申请中,作为优选方案,所述工作进程的变化具体为所选择程序已运行的时间或剩余的时间与所选择程序的总运行时间的比例变化。
比如工作程序未开始运行时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,随着工作进程的变化,所述呼吸灯变暗或关闭的数量逐渐减少,点亮的数量逐渐增加,直至整个工作程序运行完成时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态。或者洗衣机未开始工作时呼吸灯全部点亮,随着工作进程的变化,所述呼吸灯点亮的数量逐渐减少,变暗 或关闭的数量逐渐增加,直至整个工作程序运行完成时,所有的呼吸灯都处于变暗或关闭的状态。
其中工作程序根据用户的选择而定,洗涤过程、漂洗过程及烘干过程可以组成整个的工作程序,单个的洗涤过程、漂洗过程或烘干过程也可以称为一个工作程序。
以洗涤过程、漂洗过程及烘干过程作为一个工作程序为例,假设完成整个工作程序所用的时间为30min,完成洗涤过程所用的时间为15min,完成漂洗过程所用的时间为10min,完成烘干过程所用的时间为5min。则工作程序未开始运行时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,洗涤过程结束时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的二分子一,漂洗过程结束时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的六分子五,烘干过程结束时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态。表明整个工作程序已经运行完。
以下通过5个装置实施例对带呼吸灯组的洗衣机进行描述:
装置实施例一
如图2至图3所示,本申请所提供的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机包括壳体21、门体22、上盖板23、控制板24,所述上盖板23设置在所述壳体21上端,所述壳体21的前端为前板211,所述门体22设置在所述壳体21的前板211上,所述门体22为圆形门体,所述控制板24设置在所述壳体21的前端,并且位于所述前板211的上方。
所述控制板24上设置有功能选择旋钮241、电源按键242及工作状态显示区域244。于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述工作状态显示区域244由指示灯2441和对应于所述指示灯2441的文字描述子区域2442组成。即每个指示灯对应一个文字描述。
除以上结构外,洗衣机上还设置有呼吸灯组,所述呼吸灯组为环状,环状呼吸灯设置在所述门体22内侧的周边,由若干个呼吸灯25按照一定规律依次均匀排列而成,每个呼吸灯25均与所述控制器相连,所述控制器控制所述呼吸灯25的开启或关闭。
具体的,当洗衣机通电后,门体22内侧周边的环形呼吸灯会变暗但并不熄灭。当选定洗衣机的某一洗涤程序并启动时,随着洗涤程序的进行,门体22内侧周边的环形呼吸灯会由门体22内侧周边的某一位置开始逐渐变亮,直到保持最大亮度。例如,图2所示为洗涤程序进行至总时间的四分之一时呼吸灯的发光状态,图中,暗区251占整个呼吸灯组长度的四分之三,点亮区252占整个呼吸灯组长度的四分之一,说明洗涤程序进行了四分之一,还有四分之三的洗涤程序没有进行,用户即可根据运行完该程序所用的总时间计算出洗涤程序运行完的剩余的洗涤时间。图3所示为洗涤程序进行至总时间的二分之一时呼吸灯的发光状态,图中,暗区251占整个呼吸灯组长度的二分之一,点亮区252占整个呼吸灯组长度的二分之一,说明洗涤程序进行了二分之一,还有二分之一的洗涤程序没有进行。如此,即使在无法看清洗衣机显示屏的较远范围内,用户亦可依据呼吸灯的发光状态容易地大致推断出洗衣机剩余的洗涤时间。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,相邻的两个所述呼吸灯25之间设置有导光体。所述导光体的两端分别与所述呼吸灯25接触,可以传导呼吸灯25所发的光,这样可以减少组成相同长度的呼吸灯组所需的呼吸灯25的数量,节省了呼吸灯25,并且控制器的控制过程更加简单。
现有技术中洗衣机控制板上专设的剩余时间显示功能在本方案中可有可无。为保证剩余时间提醒的确切性,于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述控制板24上仍设置用于显示洗涤程序剩余时间的剩余时间显示区域243。
装置实施例二
上述装置实施例一中将呼吸灯设于门体周边,但所述呼吸灯的位置并不局限于上述实施例一,亦可将呼吸灯设于洗衣机的其它部位。
于本实施例中,如图4所示,洗衣机壳体31的前板311中心位置处设置有门体32,所述壳体31的前端设置有控制板34,并且所述控制板34位于所述前板311的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与装置实施例一不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为由若干个呼吸灯35排列而成的带状呼吸灯,所述直线型呼吸灯设置在所述控制板34的下边缘处。
装置实施例三
于本实施例中,如图5所示,洗衣机壳体41的前板411中心位置处设置有门体42,所述壳体41的前端设置有控制板44,并且所述控制板44位于所述前板411的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与装置实施例一和装置实施例二不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为由若干个呼吸灯45排列而成的矩形呼吸灯,所述矩形呼吸灯设置在所述壳体41前板411的周边。
装置实施例四
于本实施例中,如图6所示,洗衣机壳体51的前板511中心位置处设置有门体52,所述壳体51的前端设置有控制板54,并且所述控制板54位于所述前板511的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与装置实施例一和装置实施例二不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为由若干个呼吸灯55排列而成的扇形呼吸灯,所述扇形呼吸灯设置在所述壳体51前板511的左下 角。
装置实施例五
于本实施例中,如图7所示,洗衣机壳体61的前板611中心位置处设置有门体62,所述壳体61的前端设置有控制板64,并且所述控制板64位于所述前板611的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与装置实施例一和装置实施例二不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为圆形,由若干个直径不同的圆环状子呼吸灯组由内而外排列而成,所有圆环状子呼吸灯组的圆心相同,每个圆环状子呼吸灯组由若干个呼吸灯65依次连接而成,所述圆形呼吸灯组设置在所述壳体61前板611的左下角。所述呼吸灯组也可以为椭圆形,由若干个椭圆环状子呼吸灯组由内而外排列而成。
于本实施例中,所述呼吸灯的形状并不局限于以上五种方式,还可以为其它形状,所述呼吸灯位于所述洗衣机外壁上的位置也并不局限于以上五种方案中的位置,只要用户可依据呼吸灯的发光状态大致推断出洗衣机剩余的洗涤时间,呼吸灯的结构和位置均属于本发明的保护范围。
本申请还提供了一种带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法,该方法应用在以上任一个装置实施例所提供的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机上,带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法包括步骤:
S1、控制器通过改变呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作状态。
以下通过两个实施例对实现方法进行介绍:
方法实施例一
在该实施例中,步骤S1包括步骤:
S111、控制器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所点亮的呼吸灯的个数n;
其中,
T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序已运行的时间;
N为呼吸灯的总数;
S112、工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时点亮n个呼吸灯。
工作程序未开始运行时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,随着工作进程的变化,所述呼吸灯变暗或关闭的数量逐渐减少,点亮的数量逐渐增加,直至工作程序运行完成时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态。
体现在步骤S112中,具体的,以所述N个呼吸灯构成环形为例,工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序点亮相邻的n个呼吸灯,此时,其余的N-n个呼吸灯变暗或关闭,直到所有呼吸灯均点亮,呼吸灯组保持最大亮度时,可推断出工作程序结束。
以洗涤过程作为一个工作程序为例,假设完成整个洗涤过程所用的时间为30min。则工作程序未开始时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,洗涤过程进行到10min时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的三分子一,洗涤过程进行到20min时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的三分子二,洗涤过程进行到30min时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态,表明整个工作程序已经运行完。
于本实施例中,在步骤S112中,所述控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序点亮n个呼吸灯。其中,可以每次点亮至少一个呼吸灯,只要在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内依次均匀的点亮完n个呼吸灯即 可。
于本实施例中,以装置实施例一或装置实施例三所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以某一个呼吸灯开始,按照顺时针或者逆时针方向依次点亮呼吸灯。或者也可以以某一个呼吸灯开始,沿该呼吸灯两边的两个不同方向依次点亮呼吸灯。
以装置实施例二所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以左边的第一个呼吸灯开始,向右依次点亮呼吸灯。
以装置实施例四所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以某一列呼吸灯开始,按照顺时针或者逆时针方向依次点亮呼吸灯。
以装置实施例五所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以最内圈的呼吸灯开始,从内向外依次点亮呼吸灯。
方法实施例二
在该实施例中,步骤S1包括步骤:
S121、控制器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所变暗或关闭的呼吸灯的个数n;
其中,
T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序剩余的时间;
N为呼吸灯的总数;
S122、工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时变暗或关闭n个呼吸灯。
工作程序未开始运行时呼吸灯全部点亮,此时工作程序未进行时间最长,工作程序开始后,随着工作进度的变化,所述呼吸灯点亮的数量逐渐减少,变 暗或关闭的数量逐渐增加,直至工作程序进行完时,所有的呼吸灯都处于变暗或关闭的状态。
体现在步骤S122中,具体的,以所述N个呼吸灯构成环形为例,工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序变暗或关闭相邻的n个呼吸灯,此时,其余的N-n个呼吸灯点亮,直到所有呼吸灯均变暗或关闭,呼吸灯组保持最小亮度时,可推断出工作程序结束。
于本实施例中,在步骤S122中,所述控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序变暗或关闭n个呼吸灯。其中,可以每次变暗或关闭至少一个呼吸灯,只要在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内依次均匀的变暗或关闭完n个呼吸灯即可。
所述呼吸灯变暗或关闭的顺序与方法实施例一中呼吸灯点亮的顺序相同,在此不做累述。
由于本申请提供的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法应用于所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机上,控制方法包括步骤:S1、控制器通过改变呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作程序。所以使用该洗衣机,用户即使在无法看清洗衣机显示屏的较远范围内,亦可依据呼吸灯组件中呼吸灯的明暗数量比例容易地大致推断出洗衣机的实时运行状态,同时能清晰的观察到洗衣机的程序运行进度,尤其是距离程序结束的时间,改善用户体验,同时增强美观效果。
同时,在洗衣机运行过程中,通过控制呼吸灯点亮长度实现洗衣机工作状态的灵活展示,除具有洗涤剩余时间提醒之外,在洗衣机上设置呼吸灯起到很好的视觉装饰效果,呼吸灯由亮到暗的逐渐变化,犹如呼吸一般,可提供视觉提示,起到很好的视觉装饰效果,增加了用户体验效果,赋予洗衣机一种美观 时尚、高智能化的外观。提高了洗衣机洗涤状态、洗涤剩余时间判断和提醒的灵活性和方便性,生动自然,赋有生命力。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述呼吸灯组设置在所述洗衣机壳体的外壁或内壁上,由多个呼吸灯组成;所述洗衣机还包括用于根据洗衣机的工作进程变化控制所述呼吸灯组中多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例改变的控制器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述呼吸灯之间设置有导光体。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述工作进程的变化具体为所选择程序已运行的时间或剩余的时间与所选择程序的总运行时间的比例变化。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述呼吸灯组设置在洗衣机门体内侧的周边、控制面板上和/或壳体前板上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述呼吸灯组为带状、环状、扇形、椭圆形或圆形。
  6. 一种带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法,应用于权利要求1至5任一项所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    S1、控制器通过改变呼吸灯组中的多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S1包括步骤:
    S111、控制器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所点亮的呼吸灯的个数n;
    其中,
    T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序已运行的时间;
    N为呼吸灯的总数;
    S112、工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时点亮n个呼吸灯。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在步骤S112中,所述N个呼吸灯构成环形,所述控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时点亮相邻的n个呼吸灯,其余的N-n个呼吸灯变暗或关闭。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的带呼吸灯组的洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,步骤S1包括步骤:
    S121、控制器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所变暗或关闭的呼吸灯的个数n;
    其中,
    T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序剩余的时间;
    N为呼吸灯的总数;
    S122、工作程序运行开始后,控制器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时变暗或关闭n个呼吸灯。
