Description

液冷散热器及电子设备 技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种液冷散热器及电子设备。
背景技术
在电子设备、通讯设备中,由于芯片功耗的不断增大,传统风冷技术已经难以完全解决大功耗芯片(如功耗150W以上芯片)的散热问题,液冷散热方案正逐渐被重视。目前常用的电子设备、通讯设备中的液冷散热器,通常液体在液冷基板内部流动将全部热量带走,不与芯片接触的液冷基板外表面为平整平面,其散热效果较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种液冷散热器及电子设备,主要目的在于通过换热翅片强化基板与周围空气换热,以达到更好的散热效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种液冷散热器,包括用于散热的基板,所述基板上设置有散热面,所述基板设置有冷却介质入口、冷却介质出口和液冷流道,所述冷却介质入口与所述冷却介质出口通过所述液冷流道连通,所述散热面上设置有换热翅片。
上述方案中,所述液冷流道为金属管道,所述基板内设置有容置所述金属管道的容置通道。
上述方案中,所述基板为上基板和下基板焊接形成,所述上基板和所述下基板的焊接面上分别对应设置有上凹槽和下凹槽,所述上凹槽和所述下凹槽围合形成液冷流道。
上述方案中,所述散热翅片与所述基板焊接或者一体成型。
上述方案中,所述散热翅片与所述下基板焊接或者一体成型。
上述方案中,所述基板和所述换热翅片均由金属导热材料制成。
上述方案中,所述液冷散热器包括串联设置的多个所述基板,上一级所述基板的冷却介质出口与下一级所述基板的冷却介质入口通过连接管道连通。
本发明实施例还提出了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括上述液冷散热器。
本发明实施例提出的液冷散热器及电子设备,通过在基板的外表面设置散热翅片,通过散热翅片实现基板与周围空气的换热,从而使得基板发挥更大的散热作用,同时在基板散热能力不足时候,还可以通过周围空气辅助基板散热。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例就本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种液冷散热器。
参照图1所示,图1为本发明液冷散热器较佳实施例的结构示意图,在本实施例中,该液冷散热器11包括用于散热的基板20,基板20上设置有散热面,基板20设置有冷却介质入口22、冷却介质出口23和液冷流道24,冷却介质入口22与冷却介质出口23通过液冷流道25连通,基板20的散热面上设置有换热翅片21,如图2,该实施例中,换热翅片21的形状 优选为片型翅片,但本发明的换热翅片形状并不限于此,也可以是针形翅片、圆柱形翅片或异形翅片等其他形状。
本实施例中提出的液冷散热器11,采用在基板20外表面增加换热翅片21,从而与周围的空气进行更好的换热,在基板20温度低于周围空气温度的情况下,基板20通过换热翅片21吸收周围空气的热量可以使得周围空气温度降低,当基板20温度高于周围温度的情况下,周围空气也可以通过换热翅片21辅助基板20进行散热,从而达到更好的换热效果。
在一实施例中,基板20的结构优选为上基板25与下基板26焊接而成,上基板25和下基板26的焊接面上对应设置有上凹槽和下凹槽,上凹槽和下凹槽围合形成液冷流道24,此时,换热翅片21附着在上基板24的上表面,如图2所示,该实施例将上基板24的上表面作为散热面,但并不局限于此,也可以进一步地将上基板24的其他侧面或者下基板25的侧面等作为散热面,此种结构易于加工且节省成本;基板20也可以进一步设置为一块完整的板,在其中开设容置通道,将金属管道压入容置通道内作为液冷流道,其他实施例中,液冷流道24的具体结构也可以为其他形式。
在一实施例中,散热翅片21优选为与上基板24一体成型制成,其他实施例中也可以选择焊接、压接等固定连接方式,当基板20为一块完整的板时,基板20可以与换热翅片21可以一体成型也可以焊接成型,基板20和换热翅片21可以是铜、铝、不锈钢等金属导热材料或者是多种金属材质混合而成的合金通过焊接、压接等方式连接,也可以是石墨片或者导热胶片等其他导热材料通过粘接等方式连接,以实现液冷散热器的良好散热效果。
如图2所示,图2为本发明液冷散热器较佳实施例的散热系统示意图,在使用液冷散热器11时,由液冷源10流出的冷却介质通过冷却介质入口22进入基板20,在基板20内部的液冷流道24的内部流动,通过冷却介质 与基板20的热交换,将电子产品13等使用期间产生的热量带走,并通过冷却介质出口23流出基板20,再回到液冷源10处,经液冷源降温后,再输送至基板20处,形成循环,为电子产品13等进行散热。
在一实施例中,液冷散热器包括多个串联设置的基板20,多个基板20之间通过连接管道连接,连接管道可以是铜管、铝管等金属管,也可以是非金属管,上一级基板20的冷却介质出口23与下一级基板的冷却介质入口通过连接管道连通,一个液冷散热器可为多个芯片或者其他电子设备换热。
相应地,本发明实施例还记载一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括上文所述的液冷散热器。

工业实用性
本发明实施例中,液冷散热器包括用于散热的基板,所述基板上设置有散热面,所述基板设置有冷却介质入口、冷却介质出口和液冷流道,所述冷却介质入口与所述冷却介质出口通过所述液冷流道连通,所述散热面上设置有换热翅片;如此,通过散热翅片实现基板与周围空气的换热,从而使得基板发挥更大的散热作用,同时在基板散热能力不足时候,还可以通过周围空气辅助基板散热。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种液冷散热器,包括用于散热的基板,所述基板上设置有散热面,所述基板设置有冷却介质入口、冷却介质出口和液冷流道,所述冷却介质入口与所述冷却介质出口通过所述液冷流道连通,所述散热面上设置有换热翅片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液冷散热器,其中,所述液冷流道为金属管道,所述基板内设置有容置所述金属管道的容置通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的液冷散热器,其中,所述基板为上基板和下基板焊接形成,所述上基板和所述下基板的焊接面上分别对应设置有上凹槽和下凹槽,所述上凹槽和所述下凹槽围合形成液冷流道。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的液冷散热器,其中,所述散热翅片与所述基板焊接或者一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的液冷散热器,其中,所述散热翅片与所述下基板焊接或者一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的液冷散热器,其中,所述基板和所述换热翅片均由金属导热材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的液冷散热器,其中,所述液冷散热器包括串联设置的多个所述基板,上一级所述基板的冷却介质出口与下一级所述基板的冷却介质入口通过连接管道连通。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括权利要求1至7中任一项所述的液冷散热器。
