扬声器装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其是涉及一种防水效果好,组装工艺简单的扬声器装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,便携式电子装置受到人们的广泛关注,随着便携式电子装置的普及,其便携式电子装置的各项性能也成为人们关注的重点,如便携式电子装置的防水防尘功能越来越受到人们的关注。扬声器装置作为便携式电子终端主要的发声单元,其防水防尘功能也越来越受到业界关注。
现有技术的扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统和辅助系统,所述辅助系统收容固定振动系统和磁路系统,辅助系统包括前盖,为了保证便携式电子设备的防水特性,通常需要在前盖上远离振动系统一侧贴设有防水胶带,也即扬声器装置的前盖通过防水胶带与便携式电子设备接触,防水胶带可以避免外界液体通过扬声器装置前盖与便携式终端装配之间的缝隙进入便携式电子设备内部,保证防水效果。然而,现有技术的扬声器装置,前盖设置防水胶带的结构,需要在扬声器装置生产过程中额外增加贴设防水胶带的工序,降低了生产效率,增加生产成本,而且,若防水胶带与前盖固定效果较差,则无法保证防水效果,若防水胶带与前盖固定的粘接力太大,则会降低扬声器装置返修的成品率。
因此,有必要提出一种改进,以克服现有技术扬声器装置的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水效果好,生产工艺简 单,生产效率高,生产成本低的扬声器装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述振动系统和所述磁路系统的辅助系统;所述振动系统包括振膜;所述辅助系统包括前盖,并且:所述前盖远离所述振动系统一侧设置有防水垫片,所述振膜、所述前盖与所述防水垫片一体注塑结合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振膜为硅橡胶材质。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述防水垫片也为硅橡胶材质。
作为更进一步优选的技术方案,所述振膜与所述防水垫片一体成型结构。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述辅助系统还包括外壳,所述振膜、前盖、防水垫片一体结构与所述外壳固定结合。

本发明的扬声器装置,振动系统的振膜与辅助系统的前盖以及防水垫片一体注塑结合,防水垫片与终端接触后压缩,可以满足终端IPX7级(短时浸水试验)以上的防水要求,防水效果好。并且,振膜、前盖以及防水垫片一体成型,扬声器装置在生产组装过程中不必单独在前盖上设置防水胶带,简化防水扬声器装置的生产工艺,提高生产效率,省略防水胶带降低了扬声器装置的生产成本,也避免了因防水胶带粘接力过大造成的扬声器装置返修品良率太低的问题。因此,本发明扬声器装置具有防水效果好,生产工艺简单,生产效率高,生产成本低,返修品良率高的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图所示,本发明具体实施方式的扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统和辅助系统。辅助系统包括前盖13以及外壳3,前盖13与外壳3配合收容固定振动系统和磁路系统。振动系统包括振膜12,音圈22以及补强层21,音圈22及补强层21固定于振膜12上。磁路系统包括盆架43,固定于盆架43靠近振动系统一侧的磁铁42及固定于磁铁上的华司41,盆架43与磁铁42之间设置有磁间隙,音圈22悬设与磁间隙内,音圈22还包括音圈引线,音圈引线与导电件电连接。外部驱动信号通过导电件进入音圈22内,位于磁间隙内的音圈22电流变化,使音圈22受到洛仑兹力而上下振动,音圈22振动带动振膜12振动,振膜12振动策动空气发声。本发明的扬声器装置,前盖13远离振动系统的外侧还设置有防水垫片11,扬声器装置通过防水垫片11与外部终端设备结合,防水垫片是本发明扬声器装置满足外部电子终端设备防水的要求。
如图3,图4及图5所示,本发明的扬声器装置,防水垫片11,前盖13以及振膜12一体注塑结合,防水垫片11、前盖13以及振膜12按顺序注塑结合,即前盖13固定设置于防水垫片11以及振膜12之间,从而保证扬声器装置通过防水垫片11与外部终端接触,防水垫片11与终端接触后压缩,可以满足终端设备IPX7级以上的防水要 求,防水效果好。并且,振膜12、前盖13以及防水垫片11一体成型,使扬声器装置在生产组装过程中不必额外在前盖13上设置防水胶带,简化扬声器装置的生产工艺,提高生产效率,省略防水胶带降低了扬声器装置的生产成本,也避免了因防水胶带粘接力过大造成的返修品良率太低的问题。
作为一种优选的实施方式,振膜12可以为硅橡胶材质,硅橡胶材质的振膜12有利于与前盖13及防水垫片11的一体注塑。作为进一步优选的实施方式,防水垫片11也可以为硅橡胶材质,进一步降低振膜12、前盖13以及防水垫片11一体注塑的工艺难度。
为了使扬声器装置生产工艺最简化,最大程度的提高生产效率,硅橡胶材质的振膜12与硅橡胶材质的防水垫片11为一体结构,如图4及图5所示,振膜12与防水垫片11均为同一材质,一体成型,一体成型的振膜12与防水垫片11之间留有与前盖13一体注塑的避让结构。前盖13与一体成型的振膜12、防水垫片11再通过注塑结合。
如图2及图3所示,本发明扬声器装置还包括外壳3,前盖13与外壳3配合收容固定振动系统及磁路系统,具体到本发明的扬声器装置,防水垫片11、前盖13以及振膜12注塑一体结构与外壳3配合收容固定磁路系统。
如图3及图3所示,本发明的扬声器装置还包括补强层21和音圈22,补强层21和/或音圈22可以通过粘接的方式与振膜12固定,补强层21和/或音圈22也可以通过一体注塑结合的方式与硅橡胶振膜12固定。补强层21和/或音圈22通过一体注塑结合的方式与硅橡胶材质的振膜12结合,可以进一步简化扬声器装置的生产工艺,提高扬声器装置的生产效率。
综上,本发明扬声器装置具有防水效果好,生产工艺简单,生产效率高,生产成本低,返修品良率高的优点。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领 域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述振动系统和所述磁路系统的辅助系统;所述振动系统包括振膜;所述辅助系统包括前盖,其特征在于:所述前盖远离所述振动系统一侧设置有防水垫片,所述振膜、所述前盖与所述防水垫片一体注塑结合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述振膜为硅橡胶材质。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述防水垫片也为硅橡胶材质。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述振膜与所述防水垫片一体成型结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述辅助系统还包括外壳,所述振膜、前盖、防水垫片一体结构与所述外壳固定结合。
  6. 根据权利要求2至4任一权利要求所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括音圈和补强层,所述音圈和所述补强层与所述振膜固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述音圈和/或补强层与所述振膜粘接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述音圈和/或补强层与所述振膜一体注塑结合。
