  • the transversal fin 90 is folded on the base wall 31 of the stiffening element 30 in order not to damage the underlying bundle of cigarettes, which is wrapped by the U-shaped stiffening element. After folding the transversal fin 9 by 180°, the process switches to the sixth station 106 where the folding and following soldering of the open ends of the tubular wrapping occur.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer un emballage scellé (1) d'un ensemble de cigarettes (10), comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir une poche (20) qui est formée de sorte à recevoir un ensemble de cigarettes (10) ; insérer un élément de raidissement (30) à l'intérieur de la poche (20) ; insérer un ensemble de cigarettes dans la poche (20) afin d'être entouré par l'élément de raidissement (30) ; fournir une feuille d'emballage (11) ayant une ligne d'affaiblissement (2) qui convient pour obtenir une fenêtre d'accès à l'ensemble de cigarettes (10) ; plier sous la forme d'un U la feuille d'emballage (11) sur la poche (20) afin d'obtenir deux rabats parallèles sur la poche (20) ; extraire de la poche (20) l'ensemble de cigarettes (10) conjointement avec l'élément de raidissement (3) afin de tirer la feuille d'emballage (11) jusqu'à ce qu'elle vienne en contact avec l'ensemble de cigarettes (10) et l'élément de raidissement (3) sans interposition de la poche (20) ; effectuer un premier scellage en créant une nervure transversale (9) formant l'assemblage de deux rabats de la feuille d'emballage le long d'un bord transversal (14) de l'ensemble de cigarettes (10), ladite nervure transversale (9) étant soudée pendant qu'elle est disposée le long du bord de façon perpendiculaire à la paroi inférieure de l'ensemble de cigarettes (10) ; effectuer un scellage final des côtés ouverts de la feuille d'emballage (11) afin de former l'emballage scellé (1).
