Description

尿布用传感器、其制备方法及尿布 技术领域
本发明涉及智能尿布,更具体地说,涉及尿布用的传感器及其制备方法,以及采用这种传感器的尿布。
背景技术
本发明所述的尿布泛指各种纸尿布和纸尿裤。纸尿布及纸尿裤由于具有使用方便的特点,已越来越多地被使用,成为婴儿及老人常用的日用品。但是传统的尿布无法从外表来判断佩戴者是否已经排便,需要看护者经常观察,而且经常会造成未及时更换尿布而导致佩戴者不适的情况。通过在尿布设置传感器,当佩戴者排便后发出报警信号提示看护者,从而能够克服上述问题。
一种尿布用传感器是在亲水性基片上设置两个检测电极,排便后,亲水性基片变湿,使两个检测电极之间的电气特征发生改变,从而达到检测是否排便的目的。检测电极通常采用印刷工艺或编织工艺设置于基片上,如:在基片上印刷导电银或导电碳形成检测电极,或将金属线编织于布基片上形成检测电极,这些加工工艺复杂,成本较高。此外,现有的尿布用传感器仅仅能检测到佩戴者是否排便,对于大便和小便则无法区分。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种尿布用传感器及制备方法,以解决现有尿布传感器存在的上述技术缺陷。
本发明进一步提供了采用该尿布传感器的尿布。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种尿布用传感器,包括检测电极和亲水性的第一基片,其中,所述检测电极包括:
第一金属条带,设置在第一基片的第一表面,呈直线状;
第二金属条带,设置在第一基片的第一表面,位于第一金属条带的第一侧, 与第一金属条带隔开且平行;以及
第三金属条带,设置在第一基片的第一表面,位于第一金属条带的第二侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;

3、采用滚刀模切工艺在基片上成型检测电极,工艺简单,成本低;
4、采用中短距离无线通信单元实现通信触发装置和监测终端之间的通信,不但无需通信费,而且结合上述信号发生单元后能够对佩戴者是否超出监护区进行监测。

检测电极1包括:第一金属条带11、第二金属条带12、第三金属条带13。第一金属条带11设置在第一基片2的第一表面21,呈直线状。第二金属条带12设置在第一基片2的第一表面21,并且:位于第一金属条带11的第一侧,与第一金属条带11隔开(即两条金属条带之间相隔一定距离)且平行。第三金属条带13设置在第一基片2的第一表面21,并且:位于第一金属条带11的第二侧, 与第一金属条带11隔开且平行。
第一、二、三金属条带11、12、13对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部31、32、33。第二金属条带12的中部设置第一通孔4,第一通孔4将第二金属条带12分割成第一段121和第二段122,由于仅第一段121与第二导电连接部32电气连接,所以只有第一段121是第二金属条带12的有效部分,第二段122实际上是无效部分。
使用时,使第一至第三金属条带11、12、13从佩戴者的胯部穿过,并且第一通孔4处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间,如此,可将图1中第一通孔4以上的部分(以下简称为基片上部)设置于佩戴者的阴部,第一通孔4以下的部分(以下简称为基片下部)设置于佩戴者的肛部。这样,当佩戴者小便后,基片上部变湿,从而使第一至第三金属条带11、12、13相互之间的电阻变小(相对于未排便时);而当佩戴者大便后,基片下部发生变化,而由于第一通孔4的隔断作用,此时仅第一、三金属条带11、13之间的电阻变小(相对于未排便时),第二金属条带12(指有效部分)与其它金属条带之间的电阻未发生变化(相对于未排便时)。因此,通过对三个导电连接部31、32、33之间的电气特征(电阻或电流)进行识别,即可获知佩戴者是否排便,并且能够区分出大便和小便。
可以理解地,将第一通孔4设置在第三金属条带13中部,同样也可实现上述功能。
参照图1,在本实施例中,第一至第三导电连接部31、32、33靠近第一基片2的一个端部22(上端),为了避免传感器与其它器件电连接时发生短路,在所述一个端部22和第一导电连接部31之间的第一金属条带上设置第二通孔5,第二通孔5将第一金属条带11分割成两段。
进一步,上述尿布用传感器还包括第二基片6,第二基片6设置于第一基片2的第一表面,第一至第三金属条带11、12、13被包夹于第一和第二基片2、6之间。
第一基片2优选布基片,也可以采用其它的亲水性基片,如纸基片等。第二基片6优选布基片,也可以采用其它基片,如纸基片等。
第一至第三金属条带11、12、13优选铝箔条带。
上述传感器中,由于构成检测电极的三个金属条带之间相互平行,使得其可 以通过滚刀模切工艺成型,而不必用采用印刷、编织等复杂且高成本的成型工艺。下面对其制备工艺进一步说明。
一种尿布用传感器制备方法包括:
在第一基片的第一表面设置金属箔;
采用滚刀模切工艺去除所述金属箔的一部分,使第一基片的第一表面形成相互隔开且平行的三条金属条带(即上述的第一至第三金属条带);以及
在一条边缘金属条带(即上述第二金属条带或第三金属条带)的中部冲孔,以便形成上述的第一通孔将该金属条带分割成两段。
在一些实施例中,进一步还包括在中间金属条带的靠近一端处冲孔,以便形成上述的第二通孔将该金属条带分割成两段。
优选地,通过粘结方式将金属箔设置在第一基片的第一表面。例如:将金属箔放置于第一基片的第一表面,在两端部用胶纸固定。
上述传感器可以通过粘贴、镶嵌等组装方法方便地与现有纸尿布或纸尿裤结合,构成智能尿布。
具体地,一种尿布,包括尿布主体和上述的尿布用传感器,该传感器固定在尿布主体内部或表面,且使:所述第一至第三金属条带能够从佩戴者的胯部穿过;以及所述第一通孔处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间。
在一些实施例中,尿布还包括一个通信触发装置,该通信触发装置安装于尿布上可拆卸。该通信触发装置包括:采集单元,用于采集所述第一至第三导电连接部之间的电气特征;处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便;信号发生单元,用于周期性产生设定的信号;以及中短距离无线通信单元,用于将处理单元产生的结果以及信号发生单元产生的信号发送给监测终端。这里所说的中短距离无线通信单元可以是蓝牙模块、或WIFI模块、或NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)模块、或RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)模块,也可以是它们中的两种或多种。这里所说的监测终端可以是智能手机、平板电脑等。上述的通信触发装置可重复使用,而传感器为一次性用品。
上述的信号发生单元与中短距离无线通信单元结合,通过周期性地向监测终端发送设定的信号,可以在佩戴者超出监护区时及时产生报警信号。具体来说, 当佩戴者移动至中短距离无线通信模块的覆盖范围外时,监测终端将无法接收到该设定的信号,从而产生报警信号,提示监护者该尿布佩戴者超出了监护区。
以上结合具体的实施例对本发明做了比较详细的说明,但这些具体的说明不应理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的说明还可以做出其它的修饰或等同替换等。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种尿布用传感器,包括检测电极(1)和亲水性的第一基片(2),其特征在于:所述检测电极包括
    第一金属条带(11),设置在第一基片的第一表面(21),呈直线状;
    第二金属条带(12),设置在第一基片的第一表面(21),位于第一金属条带的第一侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;以及
    第三金属条带(13),设置在第一基片的第一表面(21),位于第一金属条带的第二侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;
    所述第一、二、三金属条带对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部(31、32、33),所述第二或第三金属条带的中部设置第一通孔(4),第一通孔将该金属条带分割成两段(121、122),以便对应佩戴者大便后、小便后和大小便前三种状态,所述导电连接部之间出现不同的电气特征。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述第一至第三导电连接部(31、32、33)靠近第一基片(2)的一个端部(22),在所述一个端部(22)和第一导电连接部(31)之间的第一金属条带上设置第二通孔(5),第二通孔将第一金属条带分割成两段。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述尿布用传感器还包括第二基片(6),第二基片设置于第一基片的第一表面,第一至第三金属条带被包夹于第一和第二基片之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述第一基片和/或第二基片为布基片。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述第一至第三金属条带(11、12、13)为铝箔条带。
  6. 一种尿布用传感器制备方法,其特征在于包括:
    在第一基片的第一表面设置金属箔;
    采用滚刀模切工艺去除所述金属箔的一部分,使第一基片的第一表面形成相互隔开且平行的三条金属条带;以及
    在一条边缘金属条带的中部冲孔,以便将该金属条带分割成两段。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的尿布用传感器制备方法,其特征在于,进一步还包括在中间金属条带的靠近一端处冲孔,以便将该金属条带分割成两段。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的尿布用传感器制备方法,其特征在于,在第一基片的第一表面设置金属箔的步骤包括:将金属箔的两端粘结固定在第一基片的第一表面。
  9. 一种尿布,包括尿布主体,其特征在于,该尿布还包括权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的尿布用传感器,该传感器固定在尿布主体内部或表面,且使:
    所述第一至第三金属条带能够从佩戴者的胯部穿过;以及
    所述第一通孔处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的尿布,其特征在于,该尿布还包括一个通信触发装置,该通信触发装置包括:
    采集单元,用于采集所述第一至第三导电连接部之间的电气特征;
    处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便;
    信号发生单元,用于周期性产生设定的信号;以及
    中短距离无线通信单元,用于将处理单元产生的结果以及信号发生单元产生的信号发送给监测终端。
