Description

用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统 技术领域
本发明涉及监测系统,特别是一种用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统。
背景技术
纸尿布及纸尿裤由于具有使用方便的特点,已越来越多地被使用,成为婴儿及老人常用的日用品。但是目前的纸尿布及纸尿裤无法从外表来判断使用者是否已经排便,是否需要更换纸尿布及纸尿裤,需要看护者经常观察,而且经常会造成未及时更换而导致使用者不适的情况。
此外,纸尿布及纸尿裤的使用者经常是需要看护的人,如果看护不周到,会导致丢失等意外事件发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,以解决现有纸尿布及纸尿裤在使用中存在的上述问题。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,它包括:
感应装置,包括亲水性软质基片、以及设置于所述基片上的第一金属线和第二金属线,第一金属线由间隔10~18mm的第一段和第二段组成,第一段和第二段末端对齐且相连,第一段比第二段长50~100mm,第二金属线呈一字形、设置于第一金属线的第一段和第二段之间,与第一金属线平行,第二金属线及第一金属线的第一段的长度均为180~280mm、且于首端设置电连接部;
通信触发装置,与所述感应装置电连接,并设置有中短距离无线通信模块;以及
监测终端,通过中短距离无线通信模块与所述通信触发装置通信连接。
使用时,通信触发装置采集感应装置的状态,当检测到已排便后,通过中短距离无线通信模块将该信号传递给监测终端,监测终端利用其相关软件或功能模块实现报警、记录、统计等功能。
在上述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统中,优选地,所述亲水性软质基片为布基片,所述第一金属线和第二金属线编织或用导电桨料印刷在布基片上。
在上述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统中,优选地,一个金属线首端的电连接部的长度大于另一个金属线首端的电连接部的长度。
在上述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统中,优选地,所述中短距离无线通信模块为蓝牙模块、WIFI模块、NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)模块和FID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)模块中的一种或多种。
在上述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统中,优选地,所述监测终端为智能手机或平板电脑。
在上述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统中,优选地,所述监测系统包括多个感应装置、相同数量的通信触发装置和一个监测终端,多个感应装置对应粘贴或镶嵌在多个尿布或尿裤内,多个通信触发装置与多个感应装置一一对应地电连接并与所述的一个监测终端通信连接。
在上述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统中,优选地,所述通信触发装置还包括一个信号发生单元和一个控制单元,用于定时向所述监测终端发送设定的信号。当使用者移动至中短距离无线通信模块的覆盖范围外时,监测终端将无法接收接收到该设定的信号,从而产生报警信号,提示监护者该尿裤或尿布的使用者超出监护区。
本发明大小便监测系统具有以下优点:
1、能够及时地发现使用者排便并产生报警信号;
2、其感应装置设置在一个亲水性软质基片上,能够通过粘贴、镶嵌等组装方法方便地与现有纸尿布或纸尿裤结合使用;
3、采用中短距离无线通信模块实现通信触发装置和监测终端之间的通信,不但无需通信费,而且结合上述信号发生单元和控制单元后能够对使用者是否超出监护区进行监测。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,本用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统包括:感应装置1,通信触发装置2,监测终端3。其中的感应装置1为一次性用品,可以通过粘贴、镶嵌等组装方法方便地与现有纸尿布或纸尿裤等结合使用,通信触发装置2和监测终端3为可重复使用部件。通信触发装置2与感应装置1电连接,通信触发装置2和监测终端3通过中短距离无线通信模块通信连接。使用时,通信触发装置2采集感应装置1的状态,当检测到已排便后,通过中短距离无线通信模块将该信号传递给监测终端3,监测终端3利用其相关功能模块或软件实现报警、记录、统计等功能。
图2中示出了一种感应装置的结构。如图2所示,感应装置1包括亲水性软质基片(图中未示出)、以及设置于所述基片上的第一金属线12和第二金属线13。第一金属线12由间隔14mm的第一段121和第二段122组成,第一段121和第二段122右端(末端)对齐且相连。第二金属线13呈一字形,第二金属线13设置于第一金属线12的第一段121和第二段122之间,第二金属线13与第一金属线12平行。第一金属线12的第一段121及第二金属线13的长度均为233mm,第一金属线12的第二段122的长度为160mm。第一金属线12的左端(首端)设置第一电连接部123,第二金属线13的左端(首端)设置第二电连接部131。
进一步地,为了方便感应装置1和通信触发装置2之间的连接,第一金属线12的左端的第一电连接部123的长度大于第二金属线13的左端的第二电连接部131的长度。
上述的亲水性软质基片优选布基片。第一金属线12和第二金属线13优选采用编织或印刷工艺设置在布基片上。但并不限于此,例如还可以采用纸基片等。
参照图3,通信触发装置2包括处理器21、无线通信模块22、模数转换模块23以及用于连接感应装置1的电连接插头24。无线通信模块22为中短距离无线通信模块,可以是蓝牙模块、或WIFI模块、或NFC模块、或RFID模块,也可以是它们中的两种或多种。
处理器21通过模数转换模块23与感应装置1连接,采集感应装置1的状态。当检测到已排便后,通过无线通信模块22将该信号传递给监测终端3。
监测终端3优选采用智能手机或平板电脑,它们配置有上述的中短距离无线通信模块,通过安装相应软件(如APP),实现对检测信息的记录、统计、报警等功能。
进一步,为了防止被监护者超出监护区发生意外事件,通信触发装置2还包括一个信号发生单元和一个控制单元,用于定时向所述监测终端3发送设定的信号。当使用者(被监护者)移动至中短距离无线通信模块的覆盖范围外时,监测终端3将无法接收到该设定的信号,从而产生报警信号,提示监护者该尿布或尿裤的使用者超出了监护区。所述的信号发生单元和控制单元可以是独立的装置,也可以由图2中的处理器来实现。
在本发明中,一个用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统可以包括一个感应装置1,一个通信触发装置2,一个监测终端3。一个用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统也可以包括多个感应装置1,多个(与感应装置数量相同)通信触发装置2,一个监测终端3,多个感应装置1对应粘贴或镶嵌在多个尿布或尿裤内,与多个通信触发装置2一一对应地电连接,多个通信触发装置2均与监测终端3通信连接,从而实现一个监测终端3对多个被监护者进行监测和看护。
以上结合具体的实施例对本发明做了比较详细的说明,但这些具体的说明不应理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的说明还可以做出其它的修饰或等同替换等。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于,包括:
    感应装置(1),包括亲水性软质基片、以及设置于所述基片上的第一金属线(12)和第二金属线(13),第一金属线由间隔10~18mm的第一段(121)和第二段(122)组成,第一段和第二段末端对齐且相连,第一段比第二段长50~100mm,第二金属线呈一字形、设置于第一金属线的第一段和第二段之间,与第一金属线平行,第二金属线及第一金属线的第一段的长度均为180~280mm、且于首端设置电连接部(123、131);
    通信触发装置(2),与所述感应装置电连接,并设置有中短距离无线通信模块;以及
    监测终端(3),通过中短距离无线通信模块与所述通信触发装置通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述亲水性软质基片为布基片,所述第一金属线和第二金属线编织或印刷在布基片上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:一个金属线首端的电连接部的长度大于另一个金属线首端的电连接部的长度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述中短距离无线通信模块为蓝牙模块、WIFI模块、NFC模块和RFID模块中的一种或多种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述监测终端为智能手机或平板电脑。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述监测系统包括多个感应装置、相同数量的通信触发装置和一个监测终端,多个感应装置对应粘贴或镶嵌在多个尿布或尿裤内,多个通信触发装置与多个感应装置一一对应地电连接并与所述的一个监测终端通信连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述通信触发装置包括处理器、模数转换模块、所述中短距离无线通信模块、以及用于连接所述感应装置的电连接插头。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能尿布的大小便监测系统,其特征在于:所述通信触发装置还包括一个信号发生单元和一个控制单元,用于定时向所述监测终端发送设定的信号。
