Description

尿布用传感器及尿布 技术领域
本发明涉及智能尿布,更具体地说,涉及尿布用的传感器,以及采用这种传感器的尿布。
背景技术
本发明所述的尿布泛指各种纸尿布和纸尿裤。纸尿布及纸尿裤由于具有使用方便的特点,已越来越多地被使用,成为婴儿及老人常用的日用品。但是传统的尿布无法从外表来判断佩戴者是否已经排便,需要看护者经常观察,而且经常会造成未及时更换尿布而导致佩戴者不适的情况。通过在尿布设置传感器,当佩戴者排便后发出报警信号提示看护者,从而能够克服上述问题。
由于电路部分(即通信触发装置)成本较高,而尿布通常为一次性用品,如果将传感器和电路部分做为一体,则存在以下缺陷:1、如果使用一次后随尿布一同扔掉则使用成本非常高昂,2、如果使用后将其从尿布上拆下清洗后再用则存在清洗难的缺陷。为解决上述问题,可以将传感器和电路部分采用分体式设计,传感器和电路部分分别粘贴在尿布表面,再用可拆卸的连接方式将二者电连接在一起,这样价格低的传感器和尿布一样作为一次性用品,而成本较高的电路部分可以重复使用。在此基础上,为了方便传感器与尿布的结合,可以在制备时就在传感器上设置胶层,并在胶层表面设置离型纸,使用时,去掉离型纸,即可直接进行粘贴。但是,由于尿布用传感器结构特殊,整体呈带状,且厚度非常薄(通常小于1mm),很难找到下手处来将离型纸从胶层剥离。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种尿布用传感器,以解决尿布用传感器存在的上述使用难的技术问题。
本发明进一步提供了采用该尿布传感器的尿布。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种尿布用传感器,整体呈带状,该传感器包括亲水性的第一基片、设置于 第一基片的检测电极和第一胶层、以及设置于第一胶层表面的离型纸,所述传感器的一端设置剥离切口,所述剥离切口沿传感器的厚度方向贯穿第一基片和第一胶层并终止于第一胶层和离型纸的结合面,从而在第一基片和第一胶层分离出一个可剥离区域。
当需要将其粘贴到尿布上时,沿剥离切口处进行弯折,即可将可剥离区域去掉,露出可剥离区域下面的离型纸部分,再抓着该离型纸部分进行剥离,即可方便地去掉传感器背面的离型纸。
在上述的尿布用传感器中,为了使传感器外露部分不会粘结到其它地方,优选地,所述传感器的第一端用于连接通信触发装置,所述剥离切口设置于传感器的第二端,所述离型纸上在靠近传感器第一端处沿宽度方向设置断裂线,以使得对离型纸施加一定拉力时离型纸会沿该断裂线断开。
在上述的尿布用传感器中,为了便于生产,同时为了能够区分大小便,优选地,所述检测电极包括:
第一金属条带,设置在第一基片的第一表面,呈直线状;
第二金属条带,设置在第一基片的第一表面,位于第一金属条带的第一侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;以及
第三金属条带,设置在第一基片的第一表面,位于第一金属条带的第二侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;
所述第一、二、三金属条带对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部,所述第二或第三金属条带的中部设置第一通孔,第一通孔将该金属条带分割成两段,以便对应佩戴者大便后、小便后和大小便前三种状态,所述导电连接部之间出现不同的电气特征。
在上述的尿布用传感器中,为了方便与电路部分的连接,优选地,所述第一至第三导电连接部设置在传感器的第一端。
在上述的尿布用传感器中,优选地,所述尿布用传感器还包括第二基片,第二基片通过第二胶层粘结于第一基片的第一个表面,检测电极被包夹于第一和第二基片之间,所述剥离切口沿传感器的厚度方向还贯穿了该第二基片和第二胶层。
在上述的尿布用传感器中,优选地,所述第一基片和/或第二基片为布基片。

处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便;
信号发生单元,用于周期性产生设定的信号;以及
中短距离无线通信单元,用于将处理单元产生的结果以及信号发生单元产生的信号发送给监测终端。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、传感器为一个独立器件,能够通过粘贴方式与现有纸尿布或纸尿裤结合使用,不但使用方便,而且使用成本低;
2、由于设置有上述剥离切口,能够方便快捷地将离型纸剥离,从而可以在制造时预先在传感器设置第一胶层,以使得使用更加方便,操作更加快捷;
3、由于采用了上述检测电极,不但能够及时地发现佩戴者排便,而且能够区分大便和小便;而且能够通过滚刀模切工艺在基片上成型检测电极,制造工艺简单,成本低;
4、采用中短距离无线通信单元实现通信触发装置和监测终端之间的通信,不但无需通信费,而且结合上述信号发生单元后能够对佩戴者是否超出监护区进行监测。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图1-2中示意性地表示了尿布用传感器的一些实施例的结构。如图1-2所示,一些实施例的尿布用传感器整体呈带状,该传感器包括亲水性的第一基片2、设置于第一基片2的检测电极1和第一胶层6、以及设置于第一胶层6表面的离型纸7。
传感器的一端(下端)设置剥离切口8,剥离切口8沿传感器的厚度方向贯穿第一基片2和第一胶层6,并且剥离切口8终止于第一胶层6和离型纸7的结合面,从而在第一基片2和第一胶层6分离出一个可剥离区域5。通过该设计使得,在需要将该传感器粘贴到尿布上时,只需沿剥离切口8处进行弯折,即可将可剥离区域5去掉,露出可剥离区域5下面的离型纸部分,再抓着该离型纸部分进行剥离,即可方便地去掉传感器背面的离型纸7。
如图中所示,传感器的上端(第一端)用于连接通信触发装置,因此优选将剥离切口8设置于传感器的下端(第二端),而在离型纸7上靠近上端(传感器第一端)处沿宽度方向设置断裂线9,以使得对离型纸7施加一定拉力时离型纸7会沿该断裂线9断开。通过该设计使得,可以在与通信触发装置连接的一端保留离型纸,从而使传感器外露部分不会粘结到其它地方。
进一步地,现有技术通常是在亲水性基片上设置两个检测电极,排便后,亲水性基片变湿,使两个检测电极之间的电气特征发生改变,从而达到检测是否排便的目的,这种尿布用传感器仅仅能检测到佩戴者是否排便,对于大便和小便则无法区分。鉴于此,在一些实施例中,检测电极1采用了以下特殊构造,检测电极1包括:第一金属条带11、第二金属条带12、第三金属条带13。第一金属条带11设置在第一基片2的第一表面21,呈直线状。第二金属条带12设置在第一基片2的第一表面21,并且:位于第一金属条带11的第一侧,与第一金属条带11隔开(即两条金属条带之间相隔一定距离)且平行。第三金属条带13设置在第一基片2的第一表面21,并且:位于第一金属条带11的第二侧,与第一金属条带11隔开且平行。第一、二、三金属条带11、12、13对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部31、32、33。第二金属条带12的中部设置第一通孔4,第一通孔4将第二金属条带12分割成第一段121和第二段122,由于仅第一段121与第二导电连接部32电气连接,所以只有第一段121是第二金属条带12的有效部分,第二段122实际上是无效部分。使用时,使第一至第三金属条带11、12、13从佩 戴者的胯部穿过,并且第一通孔4处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间,如此,可将图1中第一通孔4以上的部分(以下简称为基片上部)设置于佩戴者的阴部,第一通孔4以下的部分(以下简称为基片下部)设置于佩戴者的肛部。这样,当佩戴者小便后,基片上部变湿,从而使第一至第三金属条带11、12、13相互之间的电阻变小(相对于未排便时);而当佩戴者大便后,基片下部发生变化,而由于第一通孔4的隔断作用,此时仅第一、三金属条带11、13之间的电阻变小(相对于未排便时),第二金属条带12(指有效部分)与其它金属条带之间的电阻未发生变化(相对于未排便时)。因此,通过对三个导电连接部31、32、33之间的电气特征(电阻或电流)进行识别,即可获知佩戴者是否排便,并且能够区分出大便和小便。
可以理解地,将第一通孔4设置在第三金属条带13中部,同样也可实现上述功能。
如图中所示,为了方便与通信触发装置之间的组合和拆除,第一至第三导电连接部31、32、33设置在传感器的上端(第一端)。如果不考虑该便利性,则也可以将第一至第三导电连接部31、32、33设置在传感器上靠近中部的位置,再通过引线引出。
第一基片2优选布基片,也可以采用其它的亲水性基片,如纸基片等。
进一步地,现有尿布用传感器的检测电极通常采用印刷工艺或编织工艺设置于基片上,如:在基片上印刷导电银或导电碳形成检测电极,或将金属线编织于布基片上形成检测电极,这些加工工艺复杂,成本较高。鉴于此,一些实施例中第一至第三金属条带11、12、13优选铝箔条带,以使得可以采用滚刀模切工艺成型检测电极,从而使得生产更加容易,成本更低。
图3中示意性地表示了尿布用传感器的另一些实施例的结构。如图3所示,在另一些实施例中,尿布用传感器的结构与前述的一些实施例的结构基本相同,区别在于,增加了第二基片2’和第二胶层6’。具体而言,第二基片2’通过第二胶层6’粘结于第一基片2的第一个表面,检测电极1被包夹于第一基片2和第二基片2’之间,剥离切口8沿传感器的厚度方向还贯穿了该第二基片2’和第二胶层6’。第二基片2’也优选布基片,同样也可选用其它材质基片。
上述传感器中,由于构成检测电极的三个金属条带之间相互平行,使得其可 以通过滚刀模切工艺成型,而不必用采用印刷、编织等复杂且高成本的成型工艺。下面列举了一种制备工艺。一种尿布用传感器制备方法包括:
在第一基片的第一表面设置金属箔;
采用滚刀模切工艺去除所述金属箔的一部分,使第一基片的第一表面形成相互隔开且平行的三条金属条带(即上述的第一至第三金属条带);以及
在一条边缘金属条带(即上述第二金属条带或第三金属条带)的中部冲孔,以便形成上述的第一通孔将该金属条带分割成两段。
优选地,通过粘结方式将金属箔设置在第一基片的第一表面。例如:将金属箔放置于第一基片的第一表面,在两端部用胶纸固定。
一种尿布,包括尿布主体和上述的尿布用传感器,该传感器粘贴在尿布主体表面,且使:所述第一至第三金属条带能够从佩戴者的胯部穿过;以及所述第一通孔处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间。
在一些实施例中,尿布还包括一个通信触发装置,该通信触发装置安装于尿布上可拆卸。该通信触发装置包括:采集单元,用于采集所述第一至第三导电连接部之间的电气特征;处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便;信号发生单元,用于周期性产生设定的信号;以及中短距离无线通信单元,用于将处理单元产生的结果以及信号发生单元产生的信号发送给监测终端。这里所说的中短距离无线通信单元可以是蓝牙模块、或WIFI模块、或NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)模块、或RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)模块,也可以是它们中的两种或多种。这里所说的监测终端可以是智能手机、平板电脑等。上述的通信触发装置可重复使用,而传感器为一次性用品。
上述的信号发生单元与中短距离无线通信单元结合,通过周期性地向监测终端发送设定的信号,可以在佩戴者超出监护区时及时产生报警信号。具体来说,当佩戴者移动至中短距离无线通信模块的覆盖范围外时,监测终端将无法接收到该设定的信号,从而产生报警信号,提示监护者该尿布佩戴者超出了监护区。
以上结合具体的实施例对本发明做了比较详细的说明,但这些具体的说明不应理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的说明还可以做出其它的修饰或等同替换等。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种尿布用传感器,整体呈带状,该传感器包括亲水性的第一基片(2)、设置于第一基片的检测电极(1)和第一胶层(6)、以及设置于第一胶层表面的离型纸(7),其特征在于:所述传感器的一端设置剥离切口(8),所述剥离切口(8)沿传感器的厚度方向贯穿第一基片(2)和第一胶层(6)并终止于第一胶层(6)和离型纸(7)的结合面,从而在第一基片和第一胶层分离出一个可剥离区域(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述传感器的第一端用于连接通信触发装置,所述剥离切口(8)设置于传感器的第二端,所述离型纸(7)上在靠近传感器第一端处沿宽度方向设置断裂线(9),以使得对离型纸施加一定拉力时离型纸会沿该断裂线断开。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述检测电极(1)包括
    第一金属条带(11),设置在第一基片的第一表面(21),呈直线状;
    第二金属条带(12),设置在第一基片的第一表面(21),位于第一金属条带的第一侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;以及
    第三金属条带(13),设置在第一基片的第一表面(21),位于第一金属条带的第二侧,与第一金属条带隔开且平行;
    所述第一、二、三金属条带对应设置第一、二、三导电连接部(31、32、33),所述第二或第三金属条带的中部设置第一通孔(4),第一通孔将该金属条带分割成两段(121、122),以便对应佩戴者大便后、小便后和大小便前三种状态,所述导电连接部之间出现不同的电气特征。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述第一至第三导电连接部(31、32、33)设置在传感器的第一端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述尿布用传感器还包括第二基片(2’),第二基片(2’)通过第二胶层(6’)粘结于第一基片(2)的第一个表面,检测电极(1)被包夹于第一和第二基片之间,所述剥离切口(8)沿传感器的厚度方向还贯穿了该第二基片和第二胶层。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述第一基片和/或第二基片为布基片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的尿布用传感器,其特征在于:所述第一至第三金属条带(11、12、13)为铝箔条带。
  8. 一种尿布,包括尿布主体,其特征在于,该尿布还包括权利要求3-7中任意一项所述的尿布用传感器,该传感器粘贴在尿布主体表面,且使:
    所述第一至第三金属条带能够从佩戴者的胯部穿过;以及
    所述第一通孔处于佩戴者的肛部和阴部之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的尿布,其特征在于,该尿布还包括一个通信触发装置,该通信触发装置包括:
    采集单元,用于采集所述第一至第三导电连接部之间的电气特征;
    处理单元,用于根据采集到的电气特征判断佩戴者是否排便、以及区分大便和小便;
    信号发生单元,用于周期性产生设定的信号;以及
    中短距离无线通信单元,用于将处理单元产生的结果以及信号发生单元产生的信号发送给监测终端。
