Description

一种支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置和终端 技术领域
本文涉及终端的NFC功能和指纹识别功能技术领域,特别是涉及一种支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置和终端。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,终端中配置了指纹识别功能,在现有需求基础上,如何在终端中增加设置近场通信(NFC,Near Field Communication)功能,存在不同的实现方法:
在终端(例如:手机)后壳为非金属的情况下,将具备NFC功能的NFC天线设置在手机后壳上或者贴在电池上;在手机后壳为部分金属部分非金属的情况下,将NFC天线贴在后壳的非金属部分;在手机后壳为全金属的情况下,NFC天线利用后置摄像头的开孔,NFC天线中信号线设置在后置摄像头周围。(如HTC M8)。
在终端后壳为全金属的情况下,如果利用后置摄像头在后壳上的开孔(如HTC M8)对整机的布局比较限制。后置摄像头需要远离手机其他天线位置,一般需要放在后壳中间位置。但为了便于用户拍摄,很多终端的后置摄像头都设置在后壳的一个角落,而这个角落需要放置其他的天线,无法再放置NFC天线。
因此,对于全金属后壳的终端设备,放置NFC天线比较困难。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置和终端,用以解决相关技术中全金属后壳的终端设备上放置NFC天线比较困难的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种支持近场通信NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,所述装置包括:NFC天线和指纹识别模块,其中,
所述指纹识别模块嵌于所述NFC天线的中间无线圈走线部位;
所述指纹识别模块的大小和外形与所述装置所在终端后壳开孔的大小和外形吻合。
可选地,所述NFC天线包括:柔性电路板FPC基材、信号线和铁氧体;
所述指纹识别模块与所述NFC天线共用所述FPC基材,所述NFC天线的信号线布置在所述FPC基材上。
可选地,所述装置还包括连接器,该连接器与所述NFC天线相连,其中,
所述NFC天线的信号线与所述指纹识别模块的信号线,均通过所述连接器与主板上的信号线连接。
可选地,所述NFC天线的信号线与所述指纹识别模块的信号线,均通过所述终端内主板上的弹片,与主板上的信号线连接。
可选地,所述铁氧体贴合在所述FPC基材的反面,所述反面是所述FPC基材靠近所述终端内电路板的一面。
可选地,所述指纹识别模块的上表面与所述终端后壳的外表面平齐。
可选地,所述装置通过贴合的方式固定在所述终端后壳,或者所述终端后壳下方的屏蔽罩,或者所述终端后壳下方的电池。
一种终端,包括上述任意的支持近场通信NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置。
本发明技术方案的有益效果如下:
在本发明的技术方案中,为了保证终端后壳全金属的完整性,NFC天线和指纹识别模块做成一体,指纹识别模块放置于NFC天线中间无线圈走线处,从而节省指纹识别模块的空间,满足了终端设置增设NFC天线的性能要求,同时满足了终端造型美观的要求。

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
为了解决相关技术中全金属后壳的终端设备上放置NFC天线比较困难的问题,本发明提供了一种支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置和终端,以下结合附图以及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
对于全金属后壳的终端设备,NFC天线的实现比较困难,如果要实现,需要在全金属后壳开孔,但造型方面希望后壳保证完整的全金属,不希望开孔。而大部分终端设备自身带有指纹识别功能,即在全金属后壳上开孔以设置指纹识别模块。基于此,可以将NFC天线需要的开孔和指纹识别模块在后壳上的开孔共用。把NFC天线和指纹识别模块做成一体,以解决相关技术中全金属后壳的终端设备上放置NFC天线比较困难的问题。下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细介绍。
本实施例提供了一种支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,图1是根据本发明实施例的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置的结构示意图,如图1所示,该装置包括:NFC天线11和指纹识别模块12,本实施例将NFC天线 11和指纹识别模块12进行空间复用,指纹识别模块12嵌于NFC天线11的中间无线圈走线部位;指纹识别模块12的大小、外形与终端后壳开孔的大小、外形一致,二者相互吻合,将所述装置与所述终端组装后,指纹识别模块12的上表面(或者称为盖板)与所述终端的全金属后壳的外表面平齐,即处于同一水平面上。
NFC天线11包括:柔性电路板FPC基材、信号线和铁氧体;其中,指纹识别模块12与NFC天线11共用上述FPC基材,NFC天线的信号线布置在上述FPC基材上。
图2所示的是根据本发明实施例的移动终端中NFC天线的爆炸图,如图2所示,21表示NFC天线的铁氧体,22表示NFC天线的FPC基材,铁氧体21贴合在FPC基材22的反面,该反面是指FPC基材靠近终端内电路板的一面,且该铁氧体21的位置、大小与FPC基材22上布置的NFC天线11的信号线的位置、大小对应一致。
图3所示的是根据本发明实施例的移动终端中NFC天线的走线图,如图3所示,31表示NFC天线的信号线,采用双面FPC实现,NFC天线的信号线可以在FPC基材的正反两面走线。
在将NFC天线11和指纹识别模块12进行空间复用之后,如何实现信号收发,可以至少通过以下方式实现:
(1)NFC天线11的信号线与指纹识别模块12的信号线,均通过终端内主板上的弹片,与终端主板上的信号线连接。
(2)NFC天线11的信号线与指纹识别模块12的信号线,均通过连接器与主板上的信号线连接。图4所示的是支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置的优选结构示意图,如图4所示,连接器13,与NFC天线11相连。
图5所示的是根据本发明实施例的移动终端装配示意图,如图5所示,13表示连接器,54表示终端后壳。连接器与终端内主板连接,该连接器所起的作用与终端内主板上的弹片作用是一样的。其中,NFC天线11和指纹识别模块12组成的装置贴在手机终端后壳54上,NFC天线11正面朝向手机终端后壳54的外侧。指纹识别模块12位于NFC天线11中间无线圈走线位置。 指纹识别模块12的大小、外形与终端后壳54开孔的大小、外形一致,并且安装时对准手机终端后壳54开孔安装,安装后指纹识别模块12的上表面与手机后壳54外表面平齐。
本实施例介绍的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,可以通过贴合的方式固定在终端后壳,或者终端后壳下方的屏蔽罩,或者终端后壳下方的电池。
本发明技术方案还提供了一种终端,包括上述实施例介绍的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置。该终端可以是手机终端、pad、笔记本等无线终端。
在阅读并理解了附图和详细描述后,可以明白其他方面。
对于本发明技术方案,不仅限于应用在全金属终端后壳上,还可以应用在非金属材质的终端后壳上。另外,NFC天线和指纹识别模块不仅可以放在终端后壳上(包括直接贴在终端后壳上、贴在终端后壳下方的屏蔽罩上或者贴在终端后壳下方的电池上),同时可以放在终端前面板上,如终端正面按键处。
从以上的描述可知,在本发明中将NFC天线和指纹识别做成一个模块,在不影响后壳全金属终端外观造型的前提下,解决了NFC天线实现的难题。从而减少终端后壳上的开孔,保证终端外观造型的美观。另外,还可以节约物料成本,减少组装时间,节约人工成本。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。
工业实用性
在本发明的技术方案中,为了保证终端后壳全金属的完整性,NFC天线和指纹识别模块做成一体,指纹识别模块放置于NFC天线中间无线圈走线处,从而节省指纹识别模块的空间,满足了终端设置增设NFC天线的性能要求,同时满足了终端造型美观的要求。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

  1. 一种支持近场通信NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,所述装置包括:NFC天线和指纹识别模块,其中,
    所述指纹识别模块嵌于所述NFC天线的中间无线圈走线部位;
    所述指纹识别模块的大小和外形与所述装置所在终端后壳开孔的大小和外形吻合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,其中
    所述NFC天线包括:柔性电路板FPC基材、信号线和铁氧体;
    所述指纹识别模块与所述NFC天线共用所述FPC基材,所述NFC天线的信号线布置在所述FPC基材上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,所述装置还包括连接器,该连接器与所述NFC天线相连,其中,
    所述NFC天线的信号线与所述指纹识别模块的信号线,均通过所述连接器与主板上的信号线连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,其中,
    所述NFC天线的信号线与所述指纹识别模块的信号线,均通过所述终端内主板上的弹片,与主板上的信号线连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,其中,所述铁氧体贴合在所述FPC基材的反面,所述反面是所述FPC基材靠近所述终端内电路板的一面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,其中,
    所述指纹识别模块的上表面与所述终端后壳的外表面平齐。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的支持NFC功能和指纹识别功能的装置,其中,
