Description

扬声器模组 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器模组。
背景技术
随着消费类电子市场的扩大,大量手机、笔记本电脑等消费类电子产品得到广泛推广,扬声器模组作为消费类电子产品中重要的声学部件得到广泛应用。随着人们对消费类电子产品声学效果的愈加关注,扬声器模组的声学性能也越来越受到业界关注。
目前SPK模组为提高声学性能,会在模组腔体内部装入吸音颗粒。为防止吸音颗粒在模组腔体内部随气体流动而进入单体内部,现有的扬声器模组,吸音颗粒会通过网布封装为一体后装入声腔,此种结构,虽然解决了吸音颗粒进入单体内部的问题,但是由于吸音颗粒封装一体结构形状的限制,吸音颗粒置入声腔后,不能充分有效地填充声腔,使填充数量受到模组声腔形状限制,同时,封装吸音颗粒的网布,也会阻碍吸音颗粒与声腔内部气体的接触,减弱吸音颗粒的效果。
因此,有必要提供一种更简易低价的结构来解决散装吸音颗粒在声腔内部随气流运动而进入声腔的问题,使吸音颗粒效果最大化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防止吸音颗粒进入扬声器单体,并且最大化吸音颗粒效果的扬声器模组。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用以下方案:
一种扬声器模组,包括壳体和扬声器单体,所述壳体内设置有收容固定所述扬声器单体的腔体,所述扬声器单体将所述腔体分隔成为 前声腔和后声腔,所述壳体上设置有出声孔,所述前声腔与所述出声孔连通;并且:所述后声腔内设置有隔板;所述隔板与所述壳体配合将所述后声腔分隔出一部分独立腔体,所述独立腔体内填充有吸音颗粒;所述隔板上设置有贯通所述隔板的通孔。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述隔板上对应所述通孔位置设置有网布。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述网布设置于所述隔板靠近所述独立腔体一侧。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述壳体对应所述隔板设置位置设置有卡槽,所述隔板固定设置于所述卡槽内。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述壳体包括第一壳体及第二壳体;所述卡槽设置于所述第一壳体。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体卡槽相对位置设置有第二卡槽,所述隔板两端分别与所述卡槽与所述第二卡槽固定结合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第二壳体对应所述独立腔体位置设置有垫片,所述垫片与所述隔板、所述第一壳体配合,将所述独立腔体与所述后声腔分隔。
作为以上方案的优选,所述隔板为钢片。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述钢片上设置有多个通孔。
本发明扬声器模组,通过在模组后声腔内设置隔板,将后声腔分隔出一部分独立腔体,吸音颗粒设置于该独立腔体内,隔板上设置有通孔,保证独立腔体与后声腔剩余部分的连通。设置于独立腔体内的吸音颗粒,吸音颗粒不用经过单独封装,提高吸音颗粒数量,增大吸音效果,并且吸音颗粒容置的独立腔体与后声腔通过隔板隔绝,防止吸音颗粒进入后声腔随气流进入扬声器单体。本发明的扬声器模组,模组结构简单,解决了吸音颗粒随气流进入扬声器单体的缺陷,增大 吸音颗粒数量,提高吸音效果,提高了扬声器模组的声学性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
本发明的扬声器模组,如图1、图2及图3所示,包括壳体和扬声器单体,壳体包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12,第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间的空间设置有扬声器单体2,扬声器单体2将第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间的空间分隔成前声腔a和后声腔b,前声腔a与壳体出声孔连通,供扬声器单体2发出的声音外放,后声腔b密闭设置,为了提高扬声器模组的声学性能,本发明扬声器模组在后声腔b内设置有吸引颗粒4。
如图2、图3及图4所示,本实施例的扬声器模组,后声腔b内设置有隔板3,隔板3与第一壳体11和第二壳体12配合,将后声腔b分隔出一部分独立腔体,吸音颗粒4设置于该独立腔体内,如图2所示,隔板3上设置有贯通隔板3的通孔31,以保证独立腔体与后声腔b连通。本发明的扬声器模组,吸音颗粒4设置于独立于后声腔b的独立腔体内,吸音颗粒4不用单独进行封装,吸音颗粒4不受封装形状的限制,提高吸音颗粒4的数量,增大吸音效果,并且,设置于独立腔体内的吸音颗粒4不会随气流进入后声腔b,避免吸音颗粒4 进入扬声器单体2,提高产品可靠性。本发明的扬声器模组,模组结构简单,解决了吸音颗粒随气流进入扬声器单体的缺陷,增大吸音颗粒数量,提高吸音效果,提高了扬声器模组的声学性能。
如图3及图5所示,本发明扬声器模组,为了进一步防止吸音颗粒4进入到后声腔b,隔板3上设置有网布5,为了提高网布5的隔绝效果以及网布5与隔板3结合的牢固程度,防止网布5脱落对后声腔b产生影响,网布5设置于隔板3靠近吸音颗粒4设置的独立腔体一侧。
如图3及图6所示,第一壳体11上设置有卡槽11a,隔板3设置于卡槽11a内,提高隔板3与第一壳体11固定结合的牢固程度。本实施例的扬声器模组,第二壳体对应隔板3固定的位置还设置有第二卡槽,隔板3两端分别设置于第一壳体11的卡槽11a级第二壳体12的第二卡槽内,隔板3与第一壳体11、第二壳体12配合,将后声腔b分隔出一部分独立腔体以设置吸音颗粒4。在实际应用中,可以在第二壳体对应分隔出的独立腔体位置设置有垫片,垫片与隔板、第一壳体配合,将独立腔体与后声腔分隔,也可实现本发明扬声器模组的设计优点。
作为一种优选,本实施例的扬声器模组,隔板3为钢片,当然,在实际应用过程中,隔板3可以为其他硬质材料。隔板3上的通孔31为多个,以便于独立腔体与后声腔b之间气体流通,并且,通孔31设置为多个细孔可以防止吸音颗粒4进入后声腔b,提高产品可靠性。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括壳体和扬声器单体,所述壳体内设置有收容固定所述扬声器单体的腔体,所述扬声器单体将所述腔体分隔成为前声腔和后声腔,所述壳体上设置有出声孔,所述前声腔与所述出声孔连通;其特征在于:所述后声腔内设置有隔板;所述隔板与所述壳体配合将所述后声腔分隔出一部分独立腔体,所述独立腔体内填充有吸音颗粒;所述隔板上设置有贯通所述隔板的通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述隔板上对应所述通孔位置设置有网布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述网布设置于所述隔板靠近所述独立腔体一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述壳体对应所述隔板设置位置设置有卡槽,所述隔板固定设置于所述卡槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述壳体包括第一壳体及第二壳体;所述卡槽设置于所述第一壳体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体卡槽相对位置设置有第二卡槽,所述隔板两端分别与所述卡槽与所述第二卡槽固定结合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述第二壳体对应所述独立腔体位置设置有垫片,所述垫片与所述隔板、所述第一壳体配合,将所述独立腔体与所述后声腔分隔。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述隔板为钢片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述钢片上设置有多个通孔。
