其中,第一壳体101和第二壳体102通过第一转轴107铰接。所述第一壳体101和第二壳体102分别具有第一盖合面和第二盖合面,所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102可绕所述第一转轴107转动以展开或盖合。
触摸显示屏104覆盖于所述第一盖合面和所述第二盖合面上。
所述触摸显示屏104具有对应于所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102 的连接区域的可弯折区域1040,所述可弯折区域1040在所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102展开时呈一平面结构,所述可弯折区域1040在所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102盖合时呈一圆滑的曲面结构。
所述第一壳体101靠近所述第二壳体102的一端设有第一凹槽,所述第二壳体102靠近所述第一壳体101的一端设有第二凹槽,在所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102盖合时,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽对盒形成用于容纳所述可弯折区域1040的容纳空间103。
第一壳体101和第二壳体102盖合时,触摸显示屏104会随之发生折叠,为了在触摸显示屏104展开时无折痕等影响显示效果的现象,触摸显示屏104在对应于第一壳体101和第二壳体102的连接区域具有一可弯折区域1040,该可弯折区域1040在所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102盖合时呈一圆滑的曲面结构,该曲面结构的曲率半径越小、触摸显示屏104越容易折损,该曲面结构的曲率半径越大、触摸显示屏104的使用寿命越长,容纳空间103的设置则实现了可弯折区域1040以较大半径弯折,防止显示屏的损坏,延长显示屏的使用寿命。
所述容纳空间103的具体结构形式可以有多种,只要可容纳触摸显示屏104在折叠后的可弯折区域1040即可。
可选的,所述第一凹槽的结构和所述第二凹槽的结构相对于所述第一转轴107对称。
一般情况下,二分之一的触摸显示屏104对应于所述第一壳体101,另外二分之一的触摸显示屏104对应于所述第二壳体102,则在触摸显示屏104随着第一壳体101和第二壳体102的盖合而折叠时,所述可弯折区域1040弯折形成的圆滑的曲面结构以所述第一转轴107为对称轴的对称结构,则本实施例中,所述容纳空间103为对称的第一凹槽和第二凹槽对盒形成。
可选的,如图3至图5所示,所述第一凹槽包括:靠近所述第一转轴107设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁呈弧面结构;与所述第一盖合面之间的角度为锐角的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁上远离所述第一盖合面的一侧边与所述第一侧壁的底边连接。
第一凹槽与第二凹槽呈对称结构,在第一凹槽和第二凹槽对盒后形成的 容纳空间103的形状与弯折后的可弯折区域1040的形状相匹配,如图2所示。
为了有效的避免触摸显示屏104的折损,所述容纳空间103的侧壁与所述可弯折区域1040之间具有间隙。
可选的,可折叠显示装置还包括:设置于所述第一凹槽内的第一挡板105;控制所述第一挡板105在第一位置与第二位置之间移动的第一移动结构。
其中,所述第一壳体101与所述第二壳体102展开时,所述第一挡板105位于所述第一位置,所述第一位置为所述第一凹槽的开口处,且所述第一挡板105与所述第一盖合面位于同一平面,如图3所示。
所述第一壳体101与所述第二壳体102盖合时,所述第一挡板105位于所述第二位置,所述第二位置为所述第一凹槽内容纳所述可弯折区域1040的第一部分之外的第二部分,如图4所示。
由于触摸显示屏104采用柔性显示屏,在第一壳体101和第二壳体102展开,触摸显示屏104可正常显示的状态下,在触摸显示屏104上对应于所述容纳空间103的位置进行触摸操作时,该处的触摸显示屏104容易下陷以导致触摸显示屏104变形,影响显示效果,第一挡板105的设置在第一壳体101和第二壳体102展开时起到支撑触摸显示屏104的作用,防止对应于容纳空间103位置的触摸显示屏104由于触摸等操作引起的变形。
在第一壳体101和第二壳体102盖合时,第一挡板105位于第一凹槽的底部,即容纳所述可弯折区域1040的第一部分之外的第二部分,也就是说,第一挡板105不会影响可弯折区域1040的弯折程度。
第一移动结构的结构形式可以有多种,只要实现第一挡板105在第一位置和第二位置之间的移动变换即可,可选的,一实施例中,所述第一移动结构包括:设置于所述第一凹槽的开口处、且位于该开口的远离所述第一转轴107的一端的第二转轴106和一端与所述第一转轴107连接的第一传动结构。所述第一挡板105的第一端铰接于所述第二转轴106上。所述第一传动结构的另一端与所述第一挡板105的第二端连接,在所述第一传动结构的带动下,所述第一挡板105随着所述第一转轴107的转动以在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。
进一步的,如图4所示,所述第一传动结构包括:设置于所述第一转轴 107外周面上的第一定位柱108和第一连接线109。所述第一连接线109的一端与所述第一定位柱108连接,所述第一连接线109的另一端与所述第一挡板105的第二端连接。
由于第一凹槽的第一侧壁为弧面结构,第二侧壁为斜面结构,第一挡板105的一端铰接于第一凹槽的开口处的第二侧壁上,第一挡板105的另一端为自由端、可在第一凹槽内移动。第一壳体101和第二壳体102展开,第一转轴107转动、第一传动结构在第一转轴107转动的带动下、可将第一挡板105移动至与第一盖合面为同一平面的第一位置;第一壳体101和第二壳体102盖合,第一转轴107反向转动,第一连接线109松弛,第一挡板105的自由端自由落体至第二位置。
为了有效的防止触摸显示屏104的变形,第一挡板105的长度可满足在第一挡板105位于第一位置时,第一挡板105可封堵所述第一凹槽的开口,即第一挡板105的自由端可与第一侧壁抵接、且第一挡板105可沿着第一侧壁滑动。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图5所示,所述第一传动结构包括:设置于所述第一转轴107外周面上的第一定位柱108,可移动的设置于所述第一凹槽侧壁的第一滑动件110和第一连接线109。所述第一挡板105的第二端位于所述第一滑动件110的滑动路径上。所述第一连接线109的一端与所述第一定位柱108连接,所述第一连接线109的另一端与所述第一滑动件110连接。
可选的,可折叠显示装置还包括:设置于所述第二凹槽内的第二挡板100,以及控制所述第二挡板100在第三位置与第四位置之间移动的第二移动结构。
其中,所述第一壳体101与所述第二壳体102展开时,所述第二挡板100位于所述第三位置,所述第三位置为所述第二凹槽的开口处,且所述第二挡板100与所述第二盖合面位于同一平面;
所述第一壳体101与所述第二壳体102盖合时,所述第二挡板100位于所述第四位置,所述第四位置为所述第二凹槽内容纳所述可弯折区域1040的第三部分之外的第四部分。
由于触摸显示屏104采用柔性显示屏,在第一壳体101和第二壳体102 展开,触摸显示屏104可正常显示的状态下,在触摸显示屏104上对应于所述容纳空间103的位置进行触摸操作时,该处的触摸显示屏104容易下限以导致触摸显示屏104变形,影响显示效果,第二挡板100的设置在第一壳体101和第二壳体102展开时起到支撑触摸显示屏104的作用,防止对应于容纳空间103位置的触摸显示屏104由于触摸等操作引起的变形。
在第一壳体101和第二壳体102盖合时,第二挡板100位于第二凹槽的底部,即容纳所述可弯折区域1040的第一部分之外的第二部分,也就是说,第二挡板100不会影响可弯折区域1040的弯折程度。
进一步的,所述第二移动结构包括:设置于所述第二凹槽的开口处、且位于该开口的远离所述第一转轴107的一端的第三转轴1020,以及一端与所述第一转轴107连接的第二传动结构。所述第二挡板100的第三端铰接于所述第三转轴1020上;所述第二传动结构的另一端与所述第二挡板100的第四端连接。在所述第二传动结构的带动下,所述第二挡板100随着所述第一转轴107的转动以在所述第三位置和所述第四位置之间移动。
进一步的,所述第二传动结构包括:设置于所述第一转轴107外周面上的第二定位柱,以及第二连接线。所述第二连接线的一端与所述第二定位柱连接,所述第二连接线的另一端与所述第二挡板100的第四端连接。
由于第二凹槽的第三侧壁为弧面结构,第四侧壁为斜面结构,第二挡板100的一端铰接于第二凹槽的开口处的第四侧壁上,第二挡板100的另一端为自由端、可在第二凹槽内移动。第一壳体101和第二壳体102展开,第一转轴107转动、第二传动结构在第一转轴107转动的带动下、可将第二挡板100移动至与第二盖合面为同一平面的第三位置;第一壳体101和第二壳体102盖合,第一转轴107反向转动,第二连接线松弛,第二挡板100的自由端自由落至第四位置。
为了有效的防止触摸显示屏104的变形,第二挡板100的长度可满足在第二挡板100位于第三位置时,第二挡板100可封堵所述第二凹槽的开口,即第二挡板100的自由端可与第三侧壁抵接、且第二挡板100可沿着第三侧壁滑动。
进一步的,所述第二传动结构包括:设置于所述第一转轴107外周面上 的第二定位柱;可移动的设置于所述第二凹槽侧壁的第二滑动件,所述第二挡板100的第四端位于所述第二动件的滑动路径上;第二连接线,所述第二连接线的一端与所述第二定位柱连接,所述第二连接线的另一端与所述第二滑动件连接。
在一些实施例中,第二传动结构与第一传动结构相同,因此,第二传动结构的具体结构可参考图3-5中的第一传动结构。
以上为本公开较佳实施例,需要说明的是,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可折叠显示装置,包括:
    通过第一转轴铰接的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体和第二壳体分别具有第一盖合面和第二盖合面,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体可绕所述第一转轴转动以展开或盖合;
    覆盖于所述第一盖合面和所述第二盖合面上的触摸显示屏;
    所述触摸显示屏具有对应于所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体的连接区域的可弯折区域,所述可弯折区域在所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体展开时呈一平面结构,所述可弯折区域在所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体盖合时呈一圆滑的曲面结构;
    所述第一壳体靠近所述第二壳体的一端设有第一凹槽,所述第二壳体靠近所述第一壳体的一端设有第二凹槽,在所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体盖合时,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽对盒形成用于容纳所述可弯折区域的容纳空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一凹槽的结构和所述第二凹槽的结构相对于所述第一转轴对称。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一凹槽包括:
    靠近所述第一转轴设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁呈弧面结构;
    与所述第一盖合面之间的角度为锐角的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁上远离所述第一盖合面的一侧边与所述第一侧壁的底边连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,还包括:
    设置于所述第一凹槽内的第一挡板;
    控制所述第一挡板在第一位置与第二位置之间移动的第一移动结构;
    其中,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体展开时,所述第一挡板位于所述第一位置,所述第一位置为所述第一凹槽的开口处,且所述第一挡板与所述第一盖合面位于同一平面;
    所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体盖合时,所述第一挡板位于所述第二位置,所述第二位置为所述第一凹槽内容纳所述可弯折区域的第一部分之外的第二 部分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一移动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一凹槽的开口处、且位于该开口的远离所述第一转轴的一端的第二转轴,所述第一挡板的第一端铰接于所述第二转轴上;
    一端与所述第一转轴连接的第一传动结构,所述第一传动结构的另一端与所述第一挡板的第二端连接,在所述第一传动结构的带动下,所述第一挡板随着所述第一转轴的转动以在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一传动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一转轴外周面上的第一定位柱;
    第一连接线,所述第一连接线的一端与所述第一定位柱连接,所述第一连接线的另一端与所述第一挡板的第二端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一传动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一转轴外周面上的第一定位柱;
    可移动的设置于所述第一凹槽侧壁的第一滑动件,所述第一挡板的第二端位于所述第一滑动件的滑动路径上;
    第一连接线,所述第一连接线的一端与所述第一定位柱连接,所述第一连接线的另一端与所述第一滑动件连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示装置,还包括:
    设置于所述第二凹槽内的第二挡板;
    控制所述第二挡板在第三位置与第四位置之间移动的第二移动结构;
    其中,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体展开时,所述第二挡板位于所述第三位置,所述第三位置为所述第二凹槽的开口处,且所述第二挡板与所述第二盖合面位于同一平面;
    所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体盖合时,所述第二挡板位于所述第四位置,所述第四位置为所述第二凹槽内容纳所述可弯折区域的第三部分之外的第四部分。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二移动结构包括:
    设置于所述第二凹槽的开口处、且位于该开口的远离所述第一转轴的一端的第三转轴,所述第二挡板的第三端铰接于所述第三转轴上;
    一端与所述第一转轴连接的第二传动结构,所述第二传动结构的另一端与所述第二挡板的第四端连接,在所述第二传动结构的带动下,所述第二挡板随着所述第一转轴的转动以在所述第三位置和所述第四位置之间移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二传动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一转轴外周面上的第二定位柱;
    第二连接线,所述第二连接线的一端与所述第二定位柱连接,所述第二连接线的另一端与所述第二挡板的第四端连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二传动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一转轴外周面上的第二定位柱;
    可移动的设置于所述第二凹槽侧壁的第二滑动件,所述第二挡板的第四端位于所述第二动件的滑动路径上;
    第二连接线,所述第二连接线的一端与所述第二定位柱连接,所述第二连接线的另一端与所述第二滑动件连接。
  12. 根据权利要求4至7中任何一项所述的可折叠显示装置,还包括:
    设置于所述第二凹槽内的第二挡板;
    控制所述第二挡板在第三位置与第四位置之间移动的第二移动结构;
    其中,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体展开时,所述第二挡板位于所述第三位置,所述第三位置为所述第二凹槽的开口处,且所述第二挡板与所述第二盖合面位于同一平面;
    所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体盖合时,所述第二挡板位于所述第四位置,所述第四位置为所述第二凹槽内容纳所述可弯折区域的第三部分之外的第四部分。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二移动结构 包括:
    设置于所述第二凹槽的开口处、且位于该开口的远离所述第一转轴的一端的第三转轴,所述第二挡板的第三端铰接于所述第三转轴上;
    一端与所述第一转轴连接的第二传动结构,所述第二传动结构的另一端与所述第二挡板的第四端连接,在所述第二传动结构的带动下,所述第二挡板随着所述第一转轴的转动以在所述第三位置和所述第四位置之间移动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二传动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一转轴外周面上的第二定位柱;
    第二连接线,所述第二连接线的一端与所述第二定位柱连接,所述第二连接线的另一端与所述第二挡板的第四端连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二传动结构包括:
    设置于所述第一转轴外周面上的第二定位柱;
    可移动的设置于所述第二凹槽侧壁的第二滑动件,所述第二挡板的第四端位于所述第二动件的滑动路径上;
    第二连接线,所述第二连接线的一端与所述第二定位柱连接,所述第二连接线的另一端与所述第二滑动件连接。
