Description

可折叠移动终端 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种可折叠移动终端。
背景技术
随着智能手机和移动互联网的快速发展,普通型智能手机已无法满足人们的需求。在手机的硬件配置越来越高、网速越来越快的同时,人们对手机屏幕的加大提出了越来越强烈的需求。大屏幕的手机对改善用户体验、改善视觉效果起到了很好的作用,尤其在商务沟通交流、玩游戏、看小说、看电影等方面更显其优势。
图1a为已知的一种可折叠手机展开一定角度的示意图;图1b为已知的该种可折叠手机展开180°的示意图。图1a-1b所示的该手机包括通过转轴3铰接的上壳1和下壳2以及贴附于上壳1和下壳2的折叠内侧面上的柔性屏5。当上壳1和下壳2折叠时,柔性屏5随之折叠起来,使手机的尺寸便于用户携带;当上壳1和下壳2展开180°时,柔性屏5随之展平,从而满足用户的大屏幕需求。

如图2至图5所示,在一个示例中,上壳11具有与上容置凹腔111连通的上滑动腔112,下壳21具有与下容置凹腔211连通的下滑动腔212;并且移动终端还包括:滑动装配于上滑动腔112内的上滑板113;滑动装配于下滑动腔212内的下滑板213;以及驱动件,当移动终端展开至上壳11和下壳21之间具有最大活动夹角时,驱动件驱动上滑板113移动至遮挡上容置凹腔111的开口,及驱动下滑板213移动至遮挡下容置凹腔211的开口;当移动终端折叠时,驱动件驱动上滑板113移动至露出上容置凹腔111的开口,及驱动下滑板213移动至露出下容置凹腔211的开口。
采用该方案,当移动终端展开至上壳11和下壳21之间具有最大活动夹角时,上滑板113移动至遮挡上容置凹腔111的开口,下滑板213移动至遮挡下容置凹腔211的开口,柔性屏30的弯曲部301被上滑板113和下滑板213支撑,从而与上壳11和下壳21的折叠内侧面基本相平。该方案可使柔性屏30具有较佳的显示效果,如果柔性屏30为触摸屏,该方案还能够使柔性屏30具有较佳的触控效果。
根据本发明的实施例,驱动件的具体结构和类型不限。例如,在本发明的一个实施例中,驱动件为驱动电机;当移动终端展开时,驱动电机接收到 第一信号,驱动上滑板和下滑板移动至遮挡相应的容置凹腔的开口;当移动终端折叠时,驱动电机接收到第二信号,驱动上滑板和下滑板移动至露出相应的容置凹腔的开口。
如图4和图5所示,在一个示例中,驱动件包括:连接于上滑板113和下铰接件214之间的上连动杆115,以及连接于下滑板213和上铰接件114之间的下连动杆215。在该方案中,当移动终端展开时,上铰接件114相对下铰接件214正向转动,上连动杆115拉动下滑板213移动至遮挡下容置凹腔211的开口,下连动杆215拉动上滑板113移动至遮挡上容置凹腔111的开口;当移动终端折叠时,上铰接件114相对下铰接件214逆向转动,上连动杆115推动下滑板213移动以露出下容置凹腔211的开口,下连动杆215推动上滑板113移动以露出上容置凹腔111的开口。该驱动件结构简单,动作可靠,加工成本较低。
本申请要求于2015年1月19日提交的名称为“一种可折叠的移动终端”的中国专利申请No.201510025628.1的优先权,该申请全文以引用方式合并于本文。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种可折叠移动终端,包括:铰接设置的上壳和下壳,以及设置于上壳和下壳的内侧面上的柔性屏,其中,
    所述上壳和/或下壳可关于铰接轴线向内侧和/或外侧枢转至一活动夹角;
    所述上壳在靠近铰接轴线的区域具有上容置凹腔,所述下壳在靠近铰接轴线的区域具有下容置凹腔;
    所述柔性屏在靠近所述铰接轴线的区域具有弯曲部并且可在弯曲部处弯折;并且其中,
    当所述上壳和/或下壳关于所述铰接轴线向内侧枢转时,所述弯曲部可收容于所述上容置凹腔和下容置凹腔内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述上容置凹腔和下容置凹腔均为圆弧形容置凹腔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述上壳具有与上容置凹腔连通的上滑动腔,所述下壳具有与下容置凹腔连通的下滑动腔,
    并且,所述移动终端还包括:
    滑动装配于上滑动腔内的上滑板;
    滑动装配于下滑动腔内的下滑板;以及
    驱动件,当所述上壳和/或下壳关于所述铰接轴线向外侧枢转至最大活动夹角时,所述驱动件驱动上滑板移动至遮挡上容置凹腔的开口,并且驱动下滑板移动至遮挡下容置凹腔的开口;当所述上壳和/或下壳关于所述铰接轴线向内侧枢转以使所述移动终端折叠时,所述驱动件驱动上滑板移动以露出上容置凹腔的开口,并且驱动下滑板移动以露出下容置凹腔的开口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,所述上壳的根部具有上铰接件,所述下壳的根部具有下铰接件,所述下铰接件与上铰接件枢装;并且,
    所述驱动件包括:
    连接于上滑板和下铰接件之间的上连动杆;以及
    连接于下滑板和上铰接件之间的下连动杆。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,所述上铰接件或下铰接件具有铰接孔,所述下铰接件或上铰接件具有可以可转动地装配于所述铰接孔中的铰接轴。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述活动夹角在0°~180°的范围内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括:设置于所述上壳的外侧面上的显示屏。
  8. 如权利要求中1~7中任一项所述的移动终端,其中,所述柔性屏包括柔性显示屏和柔性触摸屏。
