对于本发明的实施例提供的卷轴显示装置,由于当柔性显示屏3展开时可以通过第一锁止机构与设置在支架4上的第二锁止机构之间的磁性连接实现对柔性显示屏3与支架4之间相对位置关系的锁定,因此,柔性显示屏3在展开时其第三侧边和第四侧边所在的边缘稳定性较高。且第一锁止机构和第二锁止机构之间可通过磁性连接,磁性连接的第一锁止机构和第二锁止机构结构简单,不需要复杂的配合结构,因此,锁止机构本身不会对柔性显示屏3造成损伤,因此,柔性显示屏3展开后的第三侧边和第四侧边不易受到损伤,有益于延长卷轴显示装置的使用寿命。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图4和图6所示,为了减小柔性显示屏3卷收于滚轴2上时占用的空间,第一锁止结构可以被设置为使得当柔性显示屏3卷收于滚轴2上时第一锁止机构在滚轴2的表面上无交叠。
例如,在一个实施例中,如图3所示,当柔性显示屏3展开时,柔性显示屏3的第三侧边A和第四侧边B可以呈直线状,且沿柔性显示屏的第一侧边指向第二侧边的方向(如图3中所示方向a),第三侧边A与第四侧边B之间的距离可以逐渐减小。具体地,该实施例所提供的柔性显示屏3卷收于滚轴2上时的结构可以如图4所示。
在另一实施例中,如图5所示,柔性显示屏3展开时,第三侧边A可以呈锯齿状,第三侧边的每一个锯齿可具有一个与第一侧边垂直的第一锁止机构安装侧边,设置于第三侧边A的第一锁止机构可包括与第三侧边A的锯齿一一对应的第一子锁止机构,且第一子锁止机构可设置于该第一锁止机构安装侧边。
同理,第四侧边B的结构可以与第三侧边A类似。如图5所示,柔性显示屏3展开时,第四侧边B可呈锯齿状,第四侧边的每一个锯齿可具有一个与第一侧边垂直的第一锁止机构安装侧边,设置于第四侧边B的第一锁止机构可包括与第四侧边B的锯齿一一对应的第一子锁止机构,且该第一子锁止机构可设置于第一锁止机构安装侧边。
该实施例所提供的柔性显示屏3卷收于滚轴2上时,柔性显示屏3的第三侧边A和第四侧边B的结构可如图6所示,且支架4的形状可以如图7中所示。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图3所示,第一锁止机构30可包括设置于柔性显示屏3展开时朝向支架4的表面的电磁屏蔽层302、设置于电磁屏蔽层302上的朝向支架4的磁条或者沿柔性显示屏3的第三侧边A和第四侧边B均匀分布的多个磁性部件301;相应地,如图2所示,第二锁止机构可包括设置于支架上、当支架4和柔性显示屏3展开时与磁条或者磁性部件301磁性配合的吸力部件。尽管在图3所示的实施例中,柔性显示屏的与第一侧边以及第二侧边相连的第三侧边A和第四侧边B二者中设有第一锁止机构30,但是,在其它的可能的实施例中,可以是第三侧边A和第四侧边B二者中的一个设有第一锁止机构30。
在本发明的实施例中,上述磁性部件可以包括电磁铁或者永磁体,吸力部件可包括与磁性部件的一一对应的多个电磁铁、永磁体或者铁块。
在本发明的一个实施例中,支架4上可设有与磁性部件301一一对应的对位槽400,吸力部件可位于对位槽400内。当柔性显示屏3的磁性部件301与支架4上的吸力部件吸合后,柔性显示屏3上的磁性部件301可嵌入支架4的对位槽400内,这样,不仅能够保证柔性显示屏3展开时与支架4之间对位的精确性,同时能够使柔性显示屏3展开时更加贴合支架4,保证柔性显示屏3展开时与支架4之间锁定时的稳定性。
如图2所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,支架4可包括多节依次滑动配合的滑动架,如滑动架41、42、43和44,每一个滑动架上可设有第二子锁止机构40,当各节滑动架展开时,各节滑动架上的第二子锁止机构40形成第二锁止机构。支架4可由多节依次滑动配合的滑动架组成,可以使支架4中相应的滑动架根据柔性显示屏3的外伸长度以及外伸速度同步外伸,从而使得柔性显示屏3在伸出壳体1的同时通过第一锁止机构和第二锁止机构锁定在相应的滑动架上,能够减轻或避免柔性显示屏3在伸出壳体1过程中受到的损伤。
在本发明的实施例中,对于支架4的多节滑动架,每相邻的两节 滑动架之间可通过滑动配合的滑轨和滑块滑动配合。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷轴显示装置,包括:
    柔性显示屏;
    具有柔性显示屏伸出口的壳体;
    枢装于所述壳体的滚轴;
    安装于所述壳体的支架,
    其中所述柔性显示屏的第一侧边安装于所述滚轴,且与所述第一侧边相对的第二侧边能够通过所述柔性显示屏伸出口伸出所述壳体;所述柔性显示屏的与所述第一侧边以及第二侧边相连的第三侧边和第四侧边二者中的至少一个设有第一锁止机构,所述支架上设有第二锁止机构;
    其中当所述支架和所述柔性显示屏展开时,所述第一锁止机构与所述第二锁止机构磁性连接以锁定所述柔性显示屏的第三侧边以及第四侧边与所述支架之间的相对位置关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷轴显示装置,其中当所述柔性显示屏卷收于所述滚轴上时,所述第一锁止机构在所述滚轴的表面上无交叠。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述柔性显示屏展开时,所述第三侧边和所述第四侧边呈直线状,且沿所述第一侧边指向第二侧边的方向,所述第三侧边与所述第四侧边之间的距离逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述柔性显示屏展开时,所述第三侧边呈锯齿状,第三侧边的每一个锯齿具有一个与所述第一侧边垂直的第一锁止机构安装侧边,设置于第三侧边第一锁止机构包括与所述第三侧边的锯齿一一对应的第一子锁止机构,且所述第一子锁止机构设置于所述第一锁止机构安装侧边。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述柔性显示屏展开时,所述第四侧边呈锯齿状,第四侧边的每一个锯齿具有一个与所述第一侧边垂直的第一锁止机构安装侧边,设置于第四侧边的第一锁止机构包括与所述第四侧边的锯齿一一对应的第一子锁止机构,且该第一子锁止机构设置于所述第一锁止机构安装侧边。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述第一锁止机构 包括被设置成当柔性显示屏展开时朝向所述支架的电磁屏蔽层、以及被设置于所述电磁屏蔽层朝向支架的一侧的磁条或者沿柔性显示屏的第三侧边和第四侧边均匀分布的多个磁性部件;所述第二锁止机构包括当所述支架和所述柔性显示屏展开时与所述磁条或者磁性部件磁性配合的吸力部件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述磁性部件包括电磁铁或者永磁体,所述吸力部件包括与所述磁性部件的一一对应的多个电磁铁、永磁体或者铁块。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述支架设有与所述磁性部件一一对应的对位槽,所述吸力部件位于所述对位槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的卷轴显示装置,其中所述支架包括多节依次滑动配合的滑动架,每一节滑动架上设有第二子锁止机构,当各节滑动架展开时,各所述第二子锁止机构形成所述第二锁止机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卷轴显示装置,其中多节所述滑动架中,每相邻的两节滑动架之间通过滑动配合的滑轨和滑块滑动配合。
