前記制御部を、
前記タッチパネル表示部に電子書籍の閲覧画面が表示されている状態で、指示体が前記タッチパネル表示部に対して付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、前記タッチパネル表示部に付せんを表示する付せん作成部と、
前記タッチパネル表示部に前記付せんが表示されているときに、前記付せんを、貼り付け位置の変更が不能な貼り付け位置固定状態と、前記付せんの貼り付け位置の変更が可能な貼り付け位置可変状態とに切り替えるための付せん固定ボタンを、前記タッチパネル表示部に表示する付せん固定ボタン表示部と、
前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときに、前記付せん固定ボタンに対する指示体の接触が前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときは、前記付せんを前記貼り付け位置可変状態に切り替え、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときに、前記付せん固定ボタンに対する指示体の接触が検知されたときには、前記付せんを前記貼り付け位置固定状態に切り替える付せん状態切替部と、
前記付せんに接触した指示体が変位したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、該付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときは、該変位に応じて該付せんの貼り付け位置を変更し、該付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときには、該付せんの貼り付け位置を変更せずに固定する貼り付け位置設定部と
して機能させることを特徴とする。
前記貼り付け位置設定部は、前記付せんに接触した指示体が変位したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときには、該変位に応じて前記付せんの位置を変更し、その後、指示体が前記せんから離れたことが前記前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときには、前記付せんを変更前の位置に戻すことによって、前記付せんの貼り付け位置を固定することを特徴とする。
前記付せん固定ボタン表示部は、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときの前記付せん固定ボタンの表示と、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときの前記付せん固定ボタンの表示とを、異なる態様とすることを特徴とする。
前記付せん作成部は、指示体が前記付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、第1サイズの付せんを表示し、指示体による該第1サイズの付せんに対する接触に応じて、該第1サイズの付せんへの注記の書き込み処理を行い、指示体による書き込み完了を指示する接触が、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、該第1サイズの付せんを第2サイズに縮小し、
前記付せん状態切替部は、前記第2サイズの付せんを対象として前記貼り付け位置固定状態と前記貼り付け位置可変状態とを切替え、
前記貼り付け位置設定部は、前記第2サイズの付せんを対象として前記貼り付け位置の変更と固定とを行うことを特徴とする。
前記付せん生成部は、指示体が前記付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されるごとに、新たな付せんを前記タッチパネル表示部に表示し、
前記タッチパネル表示部に複数の付せんが重なって表示されているときに、最前面に表示されている付せんに指示体が接触したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときには、最前面に表示されていた付せんを最背面に表示すると共に、最前面の次に表示されていた付せんを最前面に表示する重なり順変更処理を行う重なり順変更部を備えたことを特徴とする。

- タッチパネル表示部と、該タッチパネル表示部に対する指示体の接触位置を検知する接触位置検知部と、該接触位置検知部により検知された指示体の接触位置に応じて、前記タッチパネル表示部の表示を変更する制御部とを備えたタッチパネル装置による電子書籍の閲覧を支援する方法であって、
前記制御部が、前記タッチパネル表示部に電子書籍の閲覧画面を表示している状態で、指示体が前記タッチパネル表示部に対して付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、前記タッチパネル表示部に付せんを表示する付せん作成ステップと、
前記タッチパネル表示部に前記付せんが表示されているときに、前記制御部が、前記付せんを、貼り付け位置の変更が不能な貼り付け位置固定状態と、貼り付け位置の変更が可能な貼り付け位置可変状態とに切り替えるための付せん固定ボタンを、前記タッチパネル表示部に表示する付せん固定ボタン表示ステップと、
前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときに、前記制御部が、前記付せん固定ボタンに対する指示体の接触が前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときは、前記付せんを前記貼り付け位置可変状態に切り替え、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときに、前記付せん固定ボタンに対する指示体の接触が検知されたときには、前記付せんを前記貼り付け位置固定状態に切り替える付せん状態切替ステップと、
前記付せんに接触した指示体が変位したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、前記制御部が、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときは、該変位に応じて前記付せんの貼り付け位置を変更し、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときには、前記付せんの貼り付け位置を変更せずに固定する貼り付け位置設定ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする電子書籍の閲覧支援方法。 - タッチパネル表示部と、該タッチパネル表示部に対する指示体の接触位置を検知する接触位置検知部と、該接触位置検知部により検知された指示体の接触位置に応じて、前記タッチパネル表示部の表示を変更する制御部とを備えたタッチパネル装置において、該制御部により実行される電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラムであって、
前記制御部を、
前記タッチパネル表示部に電子書籍の閲覧画面が表示されている状態で、指示体が前記タッチパネル表示部に対して付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、前記タッチパネル表示部に付せんを表示する付せん作成部と、
前記タッチパネル表示部に前記付せんが表示されているときに、前記付せんを、貼り付け位置の変更が不能な貼り付け位置固定状態と、前記付せんの貼り付け位置の変更が可能な貼り付け位置可変状態とに切り替えるための付せん固定ボタンを、前記タッチパネル表示部に表示する付せん固定ボタン表示部と、
前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときに、前記付せん固定ボタンに対する指示体の接触が前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときは、前記付せんを前記貼り付け位置可変状態に切り替え、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときに、前記付せん固定ボタンに対する指示体の接触が検知されたときには、前記付せんを前記貼り付け位置固定状態に切り替える付せん状態切替部と、
前記付せんに接触した指示体が変位したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、該付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときは、該変位に応じて該付せんの貼り付け位置を変更し、該付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときには、該付せんの貼り付け位置を変更せずに固定する貼り付け位置設定部と
して機能させることを特徴とする電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラム。 - 請求項2に記載の電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラムにおいて、
前記貼り付け位置設定部は、前記付せんに接触した指示体が変位したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときには、該変位に応じて前記付せんの位置を変更し、その後、指示体が前記せんから離れたことが前記前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときには、前記付せんを変更前の位置に戻すことによって、前記付せんの貼り付け位置を固定することを特徴とする電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラム。 - 請求項2に記載の電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラムにおいて、
前記付せん固定ボタン表示部は、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置固定状態であるときの前記付せん固定ボタンの表示と、前記付せんが前記貼り付け位置可変状態であるときの前記付せん固定ボタンの表示とを、異なる態様とすることを特徴とする閲覧支援用プログラム。 - 請求項2に記載の電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラムにおいて、
前記付せん作成部は、指示体が前記付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、第1サイズの付せんを表示し、指示体による該第1サイズの付せんに対する接触に応じて、該第1サイズの付せんへの注記の書き込み処理を行い、指示体による書き込み完了を指示する接触が、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときに、該第1サイズの付せんを第2サイズに縮小し、
前記付せん状態切替部は、前記第2サイズの付せんを対象として前記貼り付け位置固定状態と前記貼り付け位置可変状態とを切替え、
前記貼り付け位置設定部は、前記第2サイズの付せんを対象として前記貼り付け位置の変更と固定とを行う
ことを特徴とする電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラム。 - 請求項2に記載の電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラムにおいて、
前記付せん生成部は、指示体が前記付せんの作成を指示する接触をしたことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されるごとに、新たな付せんを前記タッチパネル表示部に表示し、
前記タッチパネル表示部に複数の付せんが重なって表示されているときに、最前面に表示されている付せんに指示体が接触したことが、前記接触位置検知部により検知されたときには、最前面に表示されていた付せんを最背面に表示すると共に、最前面の次に表示されていた付せんを最前面に表示する重なり順変更処理を行う重なり順変更部を備えたことを特徴とする電子書籍の閲覧支援用プログラム。
