采用上述技术方案, 当需要用作太阳挡时, 可摊开隔热塾而铺设于需要遮 挡太阳的地方, 如车窗; 当不需用作太阳挡时, 根据用途的不同, 隔热塾沿着 不同的折痕折迭可以折出不同尺寸的环保袋或冰袋等, 一物多用。 亦可以縮小 体积, 方便收纳。
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的一实施例中, 图 1至 5, 本发明提供一种矩形多用途隔热塾, 包括隔热层和连接装置, 其中隔热层可以为铝膜或其他隔热物料。 多用途隔热 塾的形状不作限制, 常用为矩形, 其他实施方式中亦可以根据用户需要制造成 其他形状。 因此把隔热塾展开时, 譬如可以铺设于车窗上遮阳, 亦可以铺设于 草地上用作防潮塾等。 当单块面积较小时, 亦可以参考图 2, 多块隔热塾依次 连接从而满足用户需求。参考图 5,隔热层 70包括用以防止光线进入隔热层的 第一层 71及用以防止液体进入隔热层的第二层 72, 隔热层还包括用以分隔第 一层及第二层的第三层 73, 隔热层 70还包括设置于第二层 72与第三层 73之 间用以保持温度的空气层 74。 在本实施例中, 优选地, 第二层 72与第三层 73 可以部份相连接, 例如第二层 72与第三层 73的侧边可以相连接, 并于第二层 72与第三层 73相对表面构成为封闭空间, 形成空气层 74。 进一步地, 第一层 71由可反射阳光的铝合属物料制成,例如反光铝金属层。当使用者把多用途隔 热塾覆盖汽车挡风玻璃或车窗时, 即用作汽车挡风玻璃的防晒板时, 反光铝金 属层可反射阳光以达到防止阳光进入车内的效果, 降低车内温度的效果。更进 一步地, 第二层 72可以设置为防水层, 防止液体通过隔热层 70, 作用是可保 护隔热层, 以免被破坏及维持空气层 74的稳定性, 防止空气层 74内的空气溶 化于液体中。 另外, 当使用者把多用途隔热塾架构成购物袋时, 第二层 72可 使购物袋内的物品免被购物袋外的液体损坏。 第一层 71可作本发明在购物袋 状态下的保温作用, 购物袋内的物品的温度不会被可反光的铝金属层吸收, 以 及空气层 74可作缓冲区以防止温度突然变化, 产生保温效果。 优选地, 第二 层 72可以为带有聚氨基甲酸酯 (Polyurethane, 简称 PU) 涂层的聚酯纤维 (Polyester)物料制成。 另外, 第三层 73可以用作隔离温度及吸震用途, 可进 一步作保温及防止空气层 74内的空气流走。优选地, 第三层 73可以为塑料泡 沬层包括以发泡聚丙烯制成的物料。 参考图 6至 8, 本发明的多用途隔热塾可 以不同的组合方式用于不同尺寸的汽车挡风玻璃防晒板。 隔热层 70可设置于 挡风玻璃上, 并活动连接倒后镜 1, 第一层 71—表面可设有方格压纹 91, 从 而使隔热层 70在其任何位置作横或垂直方向折迭以配合不同尺寸的挡风玻璃。 具体地, 在一个实施例中, 如图 6所示, 汽车挡风玻璃 2尺寸为 140*90cm, 可以两块多用途隔热塾组合使用。其中,汽车挡风玻璃 2以最外侧的矩形示意。 在另一个实施例中, 如图 7所示, 汽车挡风玻璃 2尺寸为 130*70cm, 则该多 用途隔热塾可以部分折迭以配合尺寸。 为了更好地说明, 左侧的多用途隔热塾 并未折迭, 而右侧的多用途隔热塾己根据汽车挡风玻璃尺寸折迭。在又一实施 例中, 如图 8所示, 汽车侧窗的玻璃尺寸为 70*50cm, 该多用途隔热塾亦可以 单独使用, 并以第五可拆连接部件(42) 与玻璃连接。 当该多用途隔热塾用作 购物袋时, 多层复合的结构可以增加可容纳重量, 同时保持温度及防水, 方便 出行。
在本实施例中, 隔热层包括箱底区域(11 )及箱壁区域, 箱壁区域包括第 一箱壁区域 (12) 及第二箱壁区域 (14), 第一箱壁区域 (12) 及第二箱壁区 域(14)与箱底区域(11 ) 的相对端部连接, 隔热层还包括连接箱底区域(11 ) 的另一相对两端部的连接区域, 连接区域包括第一连接区域(13 )及第二连接 区域 (15 ), 第一连接区域 (13 ) 的相对端部分别与第一箱壁区域 (12 ) 及第 二箱壁区域 (14) 连接, 第二连接区域 (15 ) 的相对端部分别与第一箱壁区域 ( 12)及第二箱壁区域(14)连接。 本发明的隔热塾还包括用于连接箱壁区域 的连接装置, 连接装置包括第一可拆连接部件(51 )、第二可拆连接部件(52)、 第三可拆连接部件(61 )及第四可拆连接部件 (62)。 第一可拆连接部件 (51 ) 可同时连接第一箱壁区域 (12)的一端部及第二连接区域 (15)的一端部, 第二可 拆连接部件 (52) 可同时连接第二箱壁区域 (14)的一端部及第二连接区域 (15) 的一端部, 第三可拆连接部件 (61 ) 可同时连接第一箱壁区域 (12)的一端部及 第二连接区域 (13)的一端部, 第四可拆连接部件 (62) 可同时连接第二箱壁区 域 (14)的一端部及第一连接区域 (13)的一端部。
具体地, 第一可拆连接部件 (51 )、 第二可拆连接部件 (52)、 第三可拆连 接部件 (61 ) 及第四可拆连接部件 (62) 可以为拉链或魔术贴或其他连接件, 位于矩形隔热塾的一边, 拉链的两端接近于与隔热塾的两端, 即拉链的长度与 所在隔热塾一边的边长相若。在其他实施方式中, 拉链的长度亦可短于所在隔 热塾的边长。 进一步地, 第一可拆连接部件 (51 ) 及第二可拆连接部件 (52) 可以组合为一条拉链,另外,第三可拆连接部件(61 )及第四可拆连接部件(62) 也可以组合为一条拉链。 在另一个实施方式中, 第一、 第二、 第三及第四可拆 连接部件可以是一条独立拉链。 在其他实施方式中, 第一、 第二、 第三及第四 可拆连接部件可以是魔术贴连接件或以其他连接方式的连接件。
第一连接区域 (13 ) 和第一箱壁区域(12) 或第二箱壁区域 (14) 的连接 处设有第一连接折痕 (31 ) ; 第二连接区域 (15 ) 和第一箱壁区域 (12) 或第 二箱壁区域(14)的连接处设有第一连接折痕(31 );第一箱壁区域内 ( 12 ) 或 第二箱壁区域 (14) 设有第二连接折痕 (32) ; 箱底区域 ( 11 ) 设有箱底对称 折痕(33 ),第一连接区域(13 )或第二连接区域(15 )设有连接对称折痕(34)。 本实施例中, 第一连接折痕 (31 ) 为 4条, 对称分布; 第二连接折痕 (32) 为 8条, 对称分布; 箱底对称折痕 (33 ) 与连接对称折痕 (34) 前后相接, 位于 同一直在线。 当需要把隔热塾折迭成购物袋的形状而使用时, 可以按照折痕折 迭出不同尺寸的购物袋。
优选地, 第一、 第二、 第三及第四可拆连接部件可以是拉链。 为更好地举 例说明折迭过程, 拉链的四端分别标以拉链端 A、 拉链端 B、 拉链端 C、 拉链 端0。 本实施例提供的隔热塾可以折迭成两种不同尺寸的购物袋, 但不意味隔 热塾只能折迭成两种不同尺寸的购物袋。 在本实施例, 如图 3所示, 拉链端 A 和拉链端 B结合, 拉链端 C和拉链端 D结合, 则按照第一连接折痕及第二连 接折痕可以折迭成一种尺寸的购物袋。 在另一实施例, 如图 4所示, 拉链端 A 和拉链端 D结合, 则配合第一连接折痕、第二连接折痕、箱底对称折痕及连接 对称折痕可以折迭成另一种尺寸的购物袋。
在本实施例, 如图 3所示, 要构成一种尺寸单一空间的购物袋, 第一可拆 连接部件 (51 ) 与第二可拆连接部件 (52) 之间及第三可拆连接部件 (61 ) 与 第四可拆连接部件(62)之间相互连接, 使两个分离的箱壁区域 (12)通过第 一与第二可拆连接部件的连接关系及第三与第四可拆连接部件的连接关系相 互连接在一起, 使相连的箱壁区域 (12) 构成单一空间的购物袋内的至少两面 内壁或四面内壁。进一步地, 第一连接区域(13 )的部份及第二连接区域(15 ) 的部份可收纳于购物袋内,以使上述相连的第一箱壁区域 (12)的部份或第二箱 壁区域 (14)的部份形成另外两个相对内壁以增加购物袋内的空间。
本发明的另一实施例中, 如图 4所示, 要构成一种尺寸并带有两个分离空 间的购物袋, 包括第一及第二购物空间, 第一可拆连接部件(51 ) 与第三可拆 连接部件 (61 ) 之间及第二可拆连接部件 (52) 与第四可拆连接部件 (62) 之 间相互连接, 使两个分离的第一箱壁区域 (12) 及第二箱壁区域 (14) 通过第 一与第三可拆连接部件的连接关系及第二与第四可拆连接部件的连接关系相 互连接在一起, 多用途隔热塾沿连接对称折痕 (34 ) 拆迭后,形成第一及第二 购物空间, 同时, 部份相连的第一箱壁区域 (12) 及第二箱壁区域 (14) 构成 第一及第二购物空间的两面相邻内壁。
本发明的另一实施例中,第一及第二连接区域 (13、 15 ) 内还可以设有第 三连接折痕 (35 )。 进一步地, 第三连接折痕 (35 ) 可以设置为 V形。 更进一 步地, 两个 V形第三连接折痕 (35 ) 的尖部可以面对面设置。 请参考图 3, 则 购物袋可以更稳固, 以及较容易地折迭出形状。
本发明的另一实施例中, 第一层 71包括软性太阳能板, 该软性太阳能板 可折迭, 并在本发明的多用途隔热塾用作车用挡风玻璃太阳挡时, 该软性太阳 能板可作储电, 并可连接车用电池作充电, 及可为其他装置充电。 该软性太阳 能板可以以硒化铜铟镓制成。
在其他具体实施方式中, 连接装置还包括提手, 连接于第一及第二箱壁区 域的一端。 本实施例中提手设置为 2个, 可以方便用户手提重物。 亦可以在第 一及第二箱壁区域设置对应的两个通孔,从而允许用户手部穿过箱壁而提起购 物袋。
在其他具体实施方式中, 还具有至少一个连接通孔(41 ) 以及第五可拆连 接部件 (42), 第五可拆连接部件 (42) 的数量不多于连接通孔 (41 ) 的数量; 第五可拆连接部分的尺寸与连接通孔的尺寸相匹配。 本实施例中, 第五可拆连 接部件(42)可以为吸盘或其他可拆接在玻璃上的连接件, 则当用作汽车遮阳 时, 吸盘可以吸附于车窗上形成太阳挡。 当隔热塾收纳成如图 4的形状时, 对 应位置的吸盘亦可以互相吸引而更好地收纳隔热塾。 对本领域技术人员而言, 可拆连接部件亦可选自魔术贴、磁性物体等其他对象。优选地, 连接通孔(41 ) 对称分布在隔热塾的表面, 譬如本实施例共有 4个连接通孔, 分别对称地分布 在隔热塾的四角。 在本发明的第一实施例中, 如图 9, 第五可拆连接部件 42 可以为吸盘 80, 优选地, 隔热层 70可以设有多个隔热层孔, 隔热层孔的内周 可以设置保护环 85以保护隔热层 70在使用者实施本发明时, 因移动吸盘 80 时毁坏隔热层孔四周的隔热层 70内的第一、 二及三层, 保护环 85可以以金属 制成。 吸盘 80可以为双向吸盘, 吸盘 80包括第一吸咀 81及第二吸咀 82, 吸 盘 80还包括连接第一吸咀 81及第二吸咀 82相对端部的吸咀连接件 83。 优选 地, 吸咀连接件 83可以设置在保护环 85内, 进一步地, 吸咀连接件 83的长 度大于或等于保护环 85的厚度以使第一吸咀 81及第二吸咀 82完全置于隔热 层 70的外表面, 此结构可提供吸咀最大空间排出空气, 以增强吸盘 80的附着 力。 另外, 优选地, 吸咀连接件 83可以为实心以使吸咀在受压时防止吸咀变 形。
在其他具体实施方式中, 隔热塾除了隔热层和连接装置外, 还可以包括防 水层, 防水层位于隔热层表面, 并且防水层的尺寸与隔热层的尺寸相匹配。 譬 如可以是无纺布与铝膜、 连接装置相配合, 亦可以是牛津布与铝膜、 连接装置 相配合。
在其他具体实施方式中, 隔热塾还可以包括隔热海绵层, 隔热海绵层位于 防火层及隔热层之间, 隔热海绵层的尺寸与隔热层的尺寸相匹配。譬如可以是 铝膜、 隔热海绵层、 连接装置相配合, 亦可以是铝膜、 无纺布、 隔热海绵层、 连接装置相配合, 或者内层附铝膜并一体成型结构, 外层可为无纺布, 牛津布 等耐磨材质面料。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详细, 但 并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是, 对于本领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改 进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多用途隔热垫, 包括:
隔热层;
所述隔热层包括箱底区域、 至少一个箱壁区域;
所述至少一个所述箱壁区域包括第一箱壁区域及第二箱壁区域; 所述隔热层还包括设置在所述箱底区域、所述第一箱壁区域及所述第 二箱壁区域之间的连接区域;
用于连接至少一个所述箱壁区域的连接装置;
所述连接装置包括分别设置于第一箱壁区域两个相对端部的第一可 拆连接部件及第三可拆连接部件;
所述连接装置还包括分别设置于第二箱壁区域两个相对端部的第二 可拆连接部件及第四可拆连接部件;
所述第一可拆连接部件可拆连接所述第二可拆连接部件或所述第三 可拆连接部件; 以及
所述第二可拆连接部件可拆连接所述第一可拆连接部件或所述第四 可拆连接部件; 所述连接区域包括第一连接区域及第二连接区域, 所述第一 可拆连接部件同时连接所述第一箱壁区域的一端及所述第二连接区域的一 端;所述第二可拆连接部件同时连接所述第二箱壁区域的一端及所述第二连 接区域的一端;所述第三可拆连接部件同时连接所述第一箱壁区域的一端及 所述第一连接区域的一端;所述第四可拆连接部件同时连接所述第二箱壁区 域的一端及所述第一连接区域的一端,所述第一连接区域与所述第一及第二 箱壁区域的连接处设有第一连接折痕;所述第一箱壁区域内设有第二连接折 痕; 所述箱底区域设有箱底对称折痕, 所述连接区域设有连接对称折痕。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热垫,其特征在于:所述隔热层还包括用以防 止光线进入所述隔热层的第一层及用以防止液体进入所述隔热层的第二层。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述隔热层还包括用以分 隔所述第一层及所述第二层的第三层。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述隔热层还包括设置于 所述第二层与所述第三层之间用以保持温度的空气层。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述隔热层还包括吸盘, 所述吸盘包括第一吸咀及第二吸咀,所述吸盘还包括连接所述第一吸咀及第二 吸咀的吸咀连接件。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述第二连接区域与所述 第一及第二箱壁区域的连接处设有第一连接折痕;所述第二箱壁区域内设有第 二连接折痕。
7 如权利要求 6所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述连接区域内设有第三 连接折痕。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述连接装置还包括提手, 所述提手连接于少一个所述箱壁区域的一端。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述多用途隔热塾还具有 至少一个连接通孔, 以及第二可拆连接部件; 所述第二可拆连接部件的数量不 多于连接通孔的数量; 所述第二可拆连接部分的尺寸与连接通孔的尺寸相匹 配。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第一可拆连接部件 为拉链。
11. 如权利要求 9所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述连接通孔对称地分 布在所述多用途隔热塾表面。
12. 如权利要求 1至 11任意一项所项的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述多用 途隔热塾还包括防水层, 所述防水层位于所述隔热层表面, 并且防水层的尺寸 与所述隔热层的尺寸相匹配。
13 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述隔热层为铝膜。
14. 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述多用途隔热塾还包 括隔热海绵层, 所述隔热海绵层位于防火层及隔热层之间, 所述隔热海绵层的 尺寸与隔热层的尺寸相匹配。
15. 如权利要求 1所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述多用途隔热塾为一 体成型结构。
16. 如权利要求 7所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第三连接折痕设置 为 "V" 形状。
17. 如权利要求 2所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第一层包括反光铝 金属层。
18. 如权利要求 2所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第二层包括带有聚 氨基甲酸酯涂层的聚酯纤维物料。
19. 如权利要求 3所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第三层包括塑料泡 沬层。
20. 如权利要求 4所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第二层与所述第三 层部份相连接, 所述第二层与所述第三层之间的封闭空间为所述空气层。
21. 如权利要求 17所述的多用途隔热塾,其特征在于:所述第一层的一表面设 有方格压纹。
22. 如权利要求 2所述的多用途隔热塾, 其特征在于: 所述第一层包括软性太 阳能板。
