Description
本实用新型涉及汽车用品,尤其涉及一种铺设效率高、使用方便、使用体验好的车罩。
汽车在户外停放时,将车罩罩在汽车外部,能有效降低太阳直射对汽车车漆、仪表盘、和内饰的损害以及酸雨、鸟粪、风沙、路过行人对汽车表面的损伤,尤其是在夏天,车罩能起到一定的隔热作用,避免车内温度过高。
现有技术中常见车罩主要包括可覆盖住车身的车罩体,并通常在车罩体下部开口处设置一个收紧带,使用时,先将车罩体展开,自上而下将车罩体罩在汽车外部将汽车整体覆盖住,再将收紧带收紧,避免车罩体被风吹动,但现有的车罩实际使用时存在以下不足:首先,将车罩体展开后,车罩体自由散开并在汽车上随意滑动,往往需要使用者在车辆周边来回移动操作多次,才可将车罩体完全覆盖住汽车,而由于车罩体使用一段时间后外表面附着大量灰尘、污物且难以频繁清洗,上述操作极易弄脏使用者的双手和衣物,影响了使用体验,导致很多车罩闲置在车后厢中;其次,车罩体是柔性结构,展开后很难回折成原状,而呈散开状,使用后将车罩体收起来时需要占用较大的空间存放,再使用时也难以取出,且车罩体上的灰尘、污物易对存放区域如车后箱的环境造成影响。
如中国专利文献CN201646336U公开了一种保暖车罩,包括车身全罩、保暖底罩,车身全罩边缘与保暖底罩边缘通过联接件连接,车身全罩、保暖底罩的材料为PEVA或PVC与棉的复合材料,联接件为扣合结构,扣合结构包括扣带和织带,车身全罩的底边缘缝制有数个扣带,保暖底罩边缘缝有与扣带数量对应的织带,扣带与织带扣合。在车身全罩罩在车身上之后,保暖底罩在车的底部通过织带与车身全罩底边缘连接,将车体全部包裹,保暖效果好,结构简单,拆卸都无需工具,且制作成本低,但在车身全罩的铺设过程中,将车身全罩展开后,车身全罩自由散开并在汽车上随意滑动,往往需要使用者在车辆周边来回移动操作多次,才可将车身全罩完全覆盖住汽车,使用非常不便,一个使用者很难快速完成铺设,不可避免地会弄脏双手和衣物,且由于还设有与车身全罩连接的保暖底罩,整个罩体的重量更大,拉动、调整困难,铺设更加费时费力,且在收起时需要占用很大的空间存放。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种铺设效率高、使用 方便、使用体验好的车罩。

(3)本实用新型的车罩,车罩体上设有可在车罩体折叠后将车罩体收拢的收拢件,收拢件为固定在车罩体上的拉链、拉紧绳或按扣,在将车罩体收起并折叠后,通过车罩体上的拉链、拉紧绳或按扣将车罩体收拢,避免车罩体随意散开,减小存放车罩体时的占用空间,且不需要设置额外的收纳件,简化了结构并节约了成本;
(4)本实用新型的车罩,车罩还包括可在铺设车罩体时带动车罩体移动的手柄,设 置手柄来带动车罩体移动,使用者只需手持手柄拉动就能将车罩体大致拉动至车体相应位置,再稍加调整即可,避免使用者用双手直接拉动车罩体、多次接触车罩体的不同区域,导致车罩体上的灰尘污物弄脏双手和衣物。
(5)本实用新型的车罩,包括车罩体,车罩体包括可与车体固定连接的连接件,在车罩体上设置连接件,当需要铺设车罩体时,先将连接件与车体固定连接,即该连接件和车身之间形成了一个固定连接点,随后使用者可拉动车罩体散开,直至将车罩体覆盖在车体上,由于车罩体的连接件是固定在车体上的,在拉动车罩体时,车罩体不会整体随意滑动,使用者沿车身四周操作一次就能完成车罩体的铺设,而不需要反复拉动、调整车罩体,既提高了铺设效率,操作更加方便,又避免了多次操作导致弄脏双手和衣物,明显改善了使用者的使用体验,且简化了车罩的结构。

固定组件2包括可与车体9固定连接的磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴,固定组件2与车罩体1的局部可拆卸地连接,例如通过魔术贴或粘性件与车罩体1的局部可拆卸地连接,在本实施例中,具体而言,在车罩体1与固定组件2对应的位置上固定一魔术贴毛面22,磁体21的背面设置魔术贴钩面23,需要铺设车罩体1时,将固定组件2即磁体安装至前引擎盖上,并将魔术贴毛面22和魔术贴钩面23贴合,即实现了将车罩体1局部固定在车体9上,在拉动车罩体1时,车罩体1不会整体随意滑动,使用者沿车身四周操作一次就能完成车罩体1的铺设,而不需要反复拉动、调整车罩体1,既提高了铺设效率,操作更加方便,又避免了多次操作导致弄脏双手和衣物,明显改善了使用者的使用体验,且使用以后,只需将魔术贴毛面22和魔术贴钩面23撕开,就可从取下固定组件2上取下车罩体1,也可拉动磁体21直接将固定组件2和车罩体1同时取下,使用者可根据实际需要选择,非常方便。即固定组件2在车身9上的安装或拆卸以及固定组件9与车罩体1之间的连接和拆卸都非常方便,在不使用车罩时,既可以将固定组件2与车罩体1一起收起,也可以仅将车罩体1拆卸下来,而将固定组件2留在车身9上,方便下次固定车罩体1。
除上述实施例中的结构外,固定组件2还可为吸盘、粘性件或静电贴,只需要将固定组件2设置在车体1外表面上的平整区域例如前后挡风玻璃、前引擎盖、后备箱盖等位置均可,固定组件2除了通过魔术贴与车罩体1的局部可拆卸地连接,还可以通过粘性件与车罩体1的局部可拆卸地连接。
本实施例中,车罩还包括可在铺设车罩体1时带动车罩体1移动的手柄4,在铺设车罩体1时,手持手柄4拉动车罩体1,减小使用者双手与车罩体1的直接接触,减少使用者与车罩体1上灰尘、污物的接触,手柄4可设置在车罩体1远离固定组件1的区域, 便于通过手柄4最大限度地拉开车罩体1,本实施例中,固定组件1设置在车体9的前引擎盖上,因此,手柄4设置在车罩体1与车体9尾部对应的区域上,手持手柄4由前向后拉动将车罩体1拉开进行铺设,当使用完成后,手持手柄4由后向前拉动将车罩体1收起,操作非常方便,避免了使用者频繁与车罩体1接触。
本实施例中,手柄4上设有清洁刷体5,车罩体1上设有置物插口,清洁刷体5置于置物插口内并可取出,在需要时,也可将清洁刷体5从置物插口重取出,对车体9或车罩体1进行清洁,本实施例中,清洁刷体5设置为可伸缩的海绵刷。
本实施例中,车罩体1外表面上设有反光条,当使用车罩时,车罩体1上设置的反光条可以增加停放车辆在夜间或光线较差环境下的可视性,从而提高了车罩使用的安全性。
本实施例中,车罩还包括GPS定位件和电源,设置GPS定位件便于实现车辆的定位,方便快速找到车辆,电源与GPS定位件连接以为GPS定位件持续提供电能,本实施例中,电源为太阳能电池板,充分利用太阳能这一清洁能源。
图6和图7示出了本实用新型车罩的第二种实施例,该实施例与上述第一种实施例基本相同,区别仅在于:本实施例中,固定组件2固定设置在车罩体1上,从而简化了车罩的结构,具体而言,本实施例中,固定组件2是设置在车罩体1内侧面上的一个以上吸盘24,吸盘24通常可安装在前后挡风玻璃、前引擎盖或后备箱盖等平整区域,吸盘24在车罩体1上的设置位置可根据实际需要对应设置即可,当需要铺设车罩体1时,将吸盘24安装至车体9上,随后拉动车罩体1即可将车罩体1覆盖至车体8上。
图8和图9示出了本实用新型车罩的第三种实施例,该实施例与上述第一种实施例基本相同,区别仅在于:车罩体1上设有可在车罩体1折叠后将车罩体1收拢的收拢件3,即在将车罩体1折叠以后,可采用收拢件3将车罩体1收拢,收拢件3可为固定在车罩体1上的拉链、拉紧绳或按扣,本实施例中,收拢件3为设置在车罩体1中部的拉紧绳31,如图8所示,在车罩体1对应车体顶部的区域上设置一根可活动的拉紧绳31,车罩体1折叠以后,车罩体1对应车体顶部的区域形成一个袋状结构,将车罩体1其余部分折进该袋状结构,并拉紧拉紧绳31,形成如图9所示的收纳状,从而减小了车罩收起后的占用空间,并避免车罩体1外表面的灰尘、污物污染存放空间的环境。
图10和图11示出了本实用新型车罩的第四种实施例,该实施例的车罩包括车罩体1,车罩体1包括可与车体固定连接的连接件6,在车罩体1上设置连接件6,当需要铺设车 罩体1时,先将连接件6与车体9固定连接,即该连接件6和车身9之间形成了一个固定连接点,随后使用者可拉动车罩体1散开,直至将车罩体1覆盖在车体9上,由于车罩体1的连接件6是固定在车体9上的,在拉动车罩体1时,车罩体1不会整体随意滑动,使用者沿车身四周操作、调整一次就能完成车罩体1的铺设,而不需要反复拉动、调整车罩体1,既提高了铺设效率,操作更加方便,又避免了多次操作导致弄脏双手和衣物,明显改善了使用者的使用体验,由连接件6直接与车体9固定连接,不需要设置单独的固定件,简化了车罩的结构,且在车罩使用时,仅需要将连接件6与车体9固定连接即可,简化了操作。
连接件6可以设置为可与车体9固定连接的磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴,本实施例中,将连接件6设置为一块粘性件61,并在粘性件61上盖设一块防水布保护层62,当不需要使用车罩体1时,将防水布保护层62盖在粘性件61避免粘性件61失去粘性,需要使用车罩体1时,撕开防水布保护层62,将粘性件61粘至车体9上的对应区域即可,操作非常方便。
图12示出了本实用新型车罩的第五种实施例,该实施例与上述第四种实施例基本相同,区别仅在于:连接件6是可将车罩体1的侧视镜部位固定在侧视镜8上的系带63,当需要使用车罩体1时,首先将车罩体1的任一侧视镜部位套至对应侧视镜8上,然后将系带63系紧,即实现了车罩体1布局与车身9的固定连接,随后使用者可拉动车罩体1散开,直至将车罩体1覆盖在车体9上。
本实施例中,系带63将车罩体1的右侧视镜部位固定在右侧视镜8上,因此,将手柄4和清洁刷体5设置在车体9左后角对应的车罩体1上,在手持手柄4拉动车罩体1能最大限度展开车罩体1。
图13至图16示出了本实用新型车罩的第六种实施例,该车罩包括车罩体1、固定组件2和收纳体7,固定组件2可与车体固定连接,收纳体7可通过固定组件2固定在车体上,收纳体7上设有开口,车罩体1与收纳体7连接并可从开口处被收入收纳体7,当需要铺设车罩体1时,先将固定组件2与车体9固定连接,从而将收纳体7固定在车体9上,即在车罩体1局部和车身之间形成了一个固定连接点,随后使用者可拉动车罩体1散开,直至将车罩体1覆盖在车体9上,由于车罩体1的局部是固定在车体9上的,在拉动车罩体1时,车罩体1不会整体随意滑动,使用者沿车身四周操作一次就能完成车罩体1的铺设,而不需要反复拉动、调整车罩体1,既提高了铺设效率,操作更加方便,又避免了多次操作导致弄脏双手和衣物,明显改善了使用者的使用体验;在不需要使用 车罩时,将车罩体1收入收纳体7中,避免车罩体1随意散开,减小存放车罩体1时的占用空间,方便取用,并能防止车罩体1上的灰尘、污物等污染存放区域如车后箱的环境。
固定组件2包括可与车体固定连接的磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴,本实施例中,固定组件2包括磁体21,需要铺设车罩体1时,将磁体21安装至前引擎盖上,固定组件2通过粘性件或魔术贴与收纳体7可拆卸地连接,本实施例中,固定组件2通过粘性件与收纳体7可拆卸地连接;当实现了收纳体7在车体9上的固定后,将车罩体1从收纳体7中展开,如图15所示,由于车罩体1与车体9之间有固定点,车罩体1不会在车体9上随意滑动,车罩体1的铺设可以快速到位,不需要反复调整。
除本实施例中的可拆卸连接方式外,固定组件2与收纳体7也可以设置为整体式结构,即固定组件2固定设置在收纳体7上。
本实施例中,收纳体7呈袋状且底部外表面可通过固定组件2固定在车体上,收纳体7的底部内表面与车罩体1连接在一起,本实施例中,收纳体7的底部内表面与车罩体1缝合在一起,需要收起车罩体1时,使收纳体7在车体9上保持固定,将车罩体1的四角收起并合拢至收纳体7处,再将车罩体1从开口处折进收纳体7内,即完成了车罩体1的收起,避免车罩体1收起后呈散开状,减小车罩体1收起后的占用空间,方便取放。
收纳体7的开口可采用魔术贴、拉绳或拉链开合,本实施例中,收纳体7的开口采用拉链开合。
图17示出了本实用新型车罩的第七种实施例,该车罩包括车罩体1和收纳体7,收纳体7可与车体9固定连接,收纳体7上设有开口,车罩体1与收纳体7连接并可从开口处被收入收纳体7,当需要铺设车罩体1时,先将收纳体7与车体9固定连接,而由于车罩体1与收纳体7连接,即在车罩体1局部和车身之间形成了一个固定连接点,随后使用者可拉动车罩体1散开,直至将车罩体覆盖在车体9上,由于车罩体1的局部是固定在车体9上的,在拉动车罩体1时,车罩体1不会整体随意滑动,使用者沿车身四周操作一次就能完成车罩体1的铺设,而不需要反复拉动、调整车罩体1,既提高了铺设效率,操作更加方便,又避免了多次操作导致弄脏双手和衣物,明显改善了使用者的使用体验;在不需要使用车罩时,将车罩体1收入收纳体7中,避免车罩体随意散开,减小存放车罩体1时的占用空间,方便取用,并能防止车罩体1上的灰尘、污物等污染存放区域如车后箱的环境;由收纳体7直接与车体9固定连接,不需要设置单独的固定件, 简化了车罩的结构,且在车罩使用时,仅需要固定好收纳体7即可,简化了操作。
收纳体7可通过磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴与车体固定连接,本实施例中,收纳体7的下表面上设有粘性件61,使用车罩时,将粘性件61粘住车体9上的对应位置即可,不使用时,将车罩体1收入收纳体7,再将粘性件61从车体9上撕下取下收纳体7即可。
收纳体7的开口可采用魔术贴、拉绳或拉链开合,本实施例中,收纳体7的开口采用拉链开合。
虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本实用新型。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型技术方案范围的情况下,都可利用上述揭示的技术内容对本实用新型技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此,凡是未脱离本实用新型技术方案的内容,依据本实用新型技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均应落在本实用新型技术方案保护的范围内。
Claims (22)
- 一种车罩,其特征在于:包括车罩体(1)和固定组件(2),所述固定组件(2)可与车体固定连接,所述车罩体(1)在铺设时可通过所述固定组件(2)局部固定在车体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)包括可与车体固定连接的磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)与所述车罩体(1)的局部可拆卸地连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)通过粘性件或魔术贴与所述车罩体(1)的局部可拆卸地连接。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)固定设置在所述车罩体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述车罩体(1)上设有可在车罩体(1)折叠后将车罩体(1)收拢的收拢件(3)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述收拢件(3)为固定在车罩体(1)上的拉链、拉紧绳或按扣。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述车罩还包括可在铺设车罩体(1)时带动所述车罩体(1)移动的手柄(4)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述手柄(4)上设有清洁刷体(5),所述车罩体(1)上设有置物插口,所述清洁刷体(5)置于所述置物插口内并可取出。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述车罩体(1)外表面上设有反光条。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述车罩还包括GPS定位件和电源,所述电源与GPS定位件连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述电源为太阳能电池板。
- 一种车罩,包括车罩体(1),其特征在于:所述车罩体(1)包括可与车体固定连接的连接件(6)。
- 根据权利要求13所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述连接件(6)为可与车体固定连接的磁体、吸盘、粘性件、静电贴或可将车罩体(1)的侧视镜部位固定在侧视镜上的系带。
- 一种车罩,其特征在于:包括车罩体(1)、固定组件(2)和收纳体(7),所述固定组件(2)可与车体固定连接,所述收纳体(7)可通过所述固定组件(2)固定在车体上,所述收纳体(7)上设有开口,所述车罩体(1)与所述收纳体(7)连接并可从开口处被收入所述收纳体(7)。
- 根据权利要求15所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)包括可与车体固定连接的磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴。
- 根据权利要求15或16所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)通过粘性件或魔术贴与所述收纳体(7)可拆卸地连接。
- 根据权利要求15或16所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述固定组件(2)固定设置在所述收纳体(7)上。
- 根据权利要求15或16所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述收纳体(7)呈袋状且底部外表面可通过所述固定组件(2)固定在车体上,所述收纳体(7)的底部内表面与所述车罩体(1)连接在一起。
- 根据权利要求19所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述收纳体(7)的开口采用魔术贴、拉绳或拉链开合。
- 一种车罩,其特征在于:包括车罩体(1)和收纳体(7),所述收纳体(7)可与车体固定连接,所述收纳体(7)上设有开口,所述车罩体(1)与所述收纳体(7)连接并可从开口处被收入所述收纳体(7)。
- 根据权利要求21所述的车罩,其特征在于:所述收纳体(7)可通过磁体、吸盘、粘性件或静电贴与车体固定连接。
