Description

本发明涉及洗衣机设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件和具有其的洗衣机。
背景技术
相关技术中指出,滚筒洗衣机下方的排水泵在工作过程中,会收集积累的布屑、纽扣、硬币等细小异物,用户一般会定期打开排水泵外面的过滤器盒盖以对积累的异物进行清理,盒盖通常需要通过工具才能打开,例如可以通过钥匙、硬币、一字螺丝刀等工具在盒盖上的缺口处往下按,使盒盖后侧与缺口相对的卡扣筋向下弯曲,以脱离过滤器盒体上的卡扣筋位,从而可以将盒盖打开,然后旋开排水泵盖子取出这些积累的异物,以保证洗衣机正常排水。然而,这种打开盒盖的方式,时间长了会使得盒盖上卡扣筋变形、损坏,导致盒盖无法再关闭,进而影响洗衣机的整体外观。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,该过滤器盒组件便于打开,且不易损坏、使用寿命长。
本发明还提出一种具有所述过滤器盒组件的洗衣机。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明第一方面的实施例提出一种用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,所述过滤器盒组件包括:盒盖,所述盒盖上设有锁舌;和盒体,所述盒体上设有锁扣机构,所述锁扣机构构造成当所述盒盖位于打开所述盒体的位置时朝向所述盒体的方向推动所述盒盖后所述锁舌与所述锁扣机构锁扣相连,当所述盒盖位于关闭所述盒体的位置时朝向所述盒体的方向推动所述盒盖后所述锁舌与所述锁扣机构分离脱开。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,通过锁舌与锁扣机构的配合,用户仅需采用推动盒盖的动作就可以实现盒盖的打开和关闭,从而有效地提高了过滤器盒组件的操控便利性,且锁舌与锁扣机构配合的可靠性高、不易损坏,从而提高了过滤器盒组件的使用寿命以及洗衣机整体的美观性。

如图3-图8所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件200,包括:盒盖1和盒体2。其中,盒盖1上设有锁舌11,盒体2上设有锁扣机构3,盒体2与盒盖1通过锁舌11和锁扣机构3连接、分离,具体地,当盒盖1位于打开盒体2的位置时(如图2、如图4-图8所示),朝向盒体2的方向推动盒盖1后,锁舌11与锁扣机构3锁扣相连,以使盒盖1可以停留在关闭盒体2的位置(如图1和图3所示),当盒盖1位于关闭盒体2的位置时(如图1和图3所示),朝向盒体2的方向推动盒盖1后,锁舌11与锁扣机构3分离脱开,以使盒盖1可以朝向打开盒体2的方向运动以将盒体2打开(如图2、如图4-图8所示)。

根据本发明实施例的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件200,通过锁舌11与锁扣机构3的配合,用户仅需采用推动盒盖1的动作就可以实现盒盖1的打开和关闭,从而有效地提高了过滤器盒组件200的操控便利性,且锁舌11与锁扣机构3配合的可靠性高、不易损坏,从而提高了过滤器盒组件200的使用寿命以及洗衣机整体的美观性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,锁扣机构3可以通过装配的方式安装在盒体2上。例如在图4-图8的示例中,盒体2顶壁上可以形成有沿前后方向贯穿的穿孔,锁扣机构3安装在穿孔内。可选地,如图9-图14所示,锁扣机构3可以大体形成为长方体形,且锁扣机构3的左右侧壁上可以分别设有一个弹性卡扣4,弹性卡扣4的后端为固定端且可以与锁扣机构3侧壁的后端固定相连,弹性卡扣4的前端为自由端且可以朝向远离锁扣机构3中心方向延伸。
参照图8和图9,安装锁扣机构3时,可以首先将两个弹性卡扣4的前端夹紧在锁扣机构3的两侧侧壁上,再将锁扣机构3自前向后推动以穿过盒体2上的穿孔,此后两个弹性卡扣4恢复原形,也就是说,两个弹性卡扣4的前端可以分别朝向远离锁扣机构3中心的方向弹开,从而两个弹性卡扣4前端在左右方向上的距离大于穿孔后侧的宽度,这样,即使向前推动锁扣机构3,两个弹性卡扣4的前端也止抵在穿孔后端两侧的壁面上,以阻止锁扣机构3向前运动。由此,通过两个弹性卡扣4,锁扣机构3可以牢靠且便捷地安装在盒体2上。当然,本发明不限于此,锁扣机构3还可以通过其他方式与盒体2装配在一起。另外,锁扣机构3还可以与盒体2一体成型,这里不再详述。

这样,当盒盖1处于打开位置时,用户向盒体2的方向推动盒盖1,可以将卡块32锁定在容纳槽3111内,使得锁扣机构3与锁舌11锁紧,此时盒盖1可以将盒体2关闭,当用户再次向盒体2的方向推动盒盖1时,可以将卡块32的锁定解除,锁扣机构3与锁舌11分离脱开,拉伸弹簧35向前推动卡块32以使盒盖1将盒体2打开,如此反复推动盒盖1,可以实现盒盖1打开、闭合的交替进行。下面参照图15-图24,详细描述可以实现将卡块32锁定在容纳槽3111内、以及将卡块32的锁定解除的一个具体实施例。
参照图15,可选地,卡座31可以包括本体311和盖体312,盖体312可以盖设在本体311的顶部,且本体311和盖体312可以通过四个安装柱和四个安装孔的过盈配合连接在一起,容纳槽3111可以自本体311的前端面向后凹入。当然,卡座31的结构不限于此。
具体地,参照图15和图16,卡座31内形成有滚动槽3121,例如滚动槽3121可以形成在盖体312的底部,滚动槽3121内限定出闭合回路,从而下文所述的滚动体33可以在滚动槽3121内沿着一个方向(例如沿着顺时针的方向或者沿着逆时针的方向)循环滚动,卡块32上形成有垂直于卡块32运动方向延伸的滑移槽321,例如在图15的示例中,滑移槽321可以沿左右方向延伸,从而下文所述的滚动体33可以在滑移槽321内往复左右滑移,滚动体33可滚动地夹设在滚动槽3121与滑移槽321之间,从而滚动体33在滚动槽3121内循环滚动的同时还在滑移槽321内往复左右滑移。
具体地,滚动体33沿滚动槽3121单向循环滚动的过程中,当滚动体33滚动到滚动槽3121的第一位置3121E(如图16所示)时,卡块32运动到卡座31内以锁紧锁舌11,此时盒盖1可以停留在关闭盒体2的位置,当滚动体33滚动到滚动槽3121的第二位置3121F(如图18所示)时,卡块32运动出卡座31以释放锁舌11,此时盒盖1可以将盒体2打开。
由此,通过滚动槽3121、滑移槽321以及滚动体33的配合,可以实现卡块32的锁定和解除锁定,具体来说,参照图16-图20,当滚动体33停留在第一位置3121E(如图16所示)时,卡块32被锁定在容纳槽3111内,锁扣机构3与锁舌11锁紧,盒盖1处于关闭盒体2的状态,当向后推动盒盖1,可以使滚动体33离开第一位置3121E时,此时卡块32 的锁定可以被解除,在拉伸弹簧35的推动作用下,滚动体33可以运动至第二位置3121F(如图18所示),此时卡爪322可以将锁舌11完全释放开,此时,卡块32被锁定在容纳槽3111外的极限位置,盒盖1可以将盒体2打开。
参照图16-图20,当再次向后推动盒盖1,以使滚动体33离开第二位置3121F时,卡块32的锁定再次被解除,当滚动体33再次运动至第一位置3121E时,卡块32又被锁定在容纳槽3111内,锁扣机构3与锁舌11再次锁紧,放开盒盖1后盒盖1可以停留在关闭盒体2的位置,如此反复,盒盖1可以实现打开、关闭动作。
具体地,参照图16,滚动槽3121包括首尾顺次相连的第一槽段3121A、第二槽段3121B、第三槽段3121C、第四槽段3121D,第一槽段3121A与第四槽段3121D相交于第一位置3121E,第二槽段3121B与第三槽段3121C相交于第二位置3121F,第一槽段3121A与第二槽段3121B相交于第三位置3121G,第三槽段3121C与第四槽段3121D相交于第四位置3121H,滚动体33适于在滚动槽3121内沿着从第一槽段3121A到第二槽段3121B的方向单向循环滚动,也就是说,滚动体33可以顺次沿着第一槽段3121A-第二槽段3121B-第三槽段3121C-第四槽段3121D-第一槽段3121A的方向循环滚动,换言之,滚动体33可以沿着第一位置3121E-第三位置3121G-第二位置3121F-第四位置3121H-第一位置3121E的方向循环滚动。
其中,第二位置3121F位于第一位置3121E的邻近盒盖1的一侧,例如在图16的示例中,第二位置3121F位于第一位置3121E的前侧,第三位置3121G和第四位置3121H位于第一位置3121E的远离盒盖1的一侧,例如在图16的示例中,第三位置3121G和第四位置3121H位于第一位置3121E的后侧。
参照图15和图16,由于滚动槽3121位于固定设置的卡座31上,滑移槽321位于移动设置的卡块32上,当滚动体33停留在第一位置3121E时,卡块32受到拉伸弹簧35向前的推力,卡块32通过滑移槽321带动滚动体33具有向前运动的趋势,然而由于滚动体33同时配合在固定的滚动槽3121内的第一位置3121E,与第一位置3121E邻近的第三位置3121G和第四位置3121H均设在第一位置3121E的后侧,从而滚动体33将卡在第一位置3121E无法向前移动,也就是说,滚动体33被锁定在第一位置3121E,牵连卡块32也无法向前运动,从而卡块32被锁定在当前位置,即卡块32被锁定在容纳槽3111内,以锁紧锁舌11,使盒盖1处于关闭的位置。
参照图15、图16-图18,当向后推动滚动体33时,例如可以向后推动盒盖1、盒盖1通过锁舌11向后推动卡块32,卡块32通过滑移槽321向后推动滚动体33时,滚动体33可以向后运动至第三位置3121G(这里,处于第一位置3121E的滚动体33不向第四位置3121H运动的原因将在下文中详述)所在的第二槽段3121B上时,滚动体33被解除锁定,然后在拉伸弹簧35弹性力的作用下,拉伸弹簧35可以向前推动卡块32向前运动,卡块32通过滑移槽321带动滚动体33向前运动至第二位置3121F(如图18所示),此时,由于第二位置3121F已经位于固定的滚动槽3121的最前端,所以此时滚动体33无法再向前运动,从而滚动体33被锁定在第二位置3121F,牵连卡块32也无法向前运动,也就是说,卡块 32被锁定在当前位置,即卡块32被锁定在容纳槽3111外,以释放锁舌11,使盒盖1处于打开的位置。
参照图15、图18-图20,当再次向后推动滚动体33时,例如可以向后推动盒盖1、盒盖1通过锁舌11向后推动卡块32,卡块32通过滑移槽321向后推动滚动体33时,滚动体33可以从第二位置3121F向后运动至第四位置3121H(这里,处于第二位置3121F的滚动体33不向第三位置3121G运动的原因将在下文中详述),此时放开盒盖1,卡块32和滚动体33可以在拉伸弹簧35弹性力的作用下再次运动至第一位置3121E(这里,处于第四位置3121H的滚动体33不向第二位置3121F运动的原因将在下文中详述),使得滚动体33再次在第一位置3121E处锁定,卡块32也同时被再次锁定在容纳槽3111内,卡爪322锁紧锁舌11,盒盖1关闭盒体2。如此循环,即可实现盒盖1的打开、关闭交替进行。
参照图15、图22-图24,滑移槽321沿着卡块32的运动方向延伸,例如在图15的示例中,卡块32沿着前后方向运动,滑移槽321沿着左右方向延伸,滑移槽321内设有弹片34(例如可以是金属弹片),沿着从第三位置3121G到第四位置3121H的方向(例如图15中所示的从右到左的方向)弹片34的支撑面341朝向滚动槽3121的方向(例如图15中所示的上方)倾斜延伸,也就是说,沿着从第四位置3121H到第三位置3121G的方向,滑片的支撑面341具有下坡的延伸趋势,滚动体33夹紧在弹片34的支撑面341与滚动槽3121之间。
这样,参照图15和图16,当位于第一位置3121E的滚动体33向后运动时,位于滑移槽321内弹片34上的滚动体33在重力的作用下,具有沿着弹片34下坡方向滚动的趋势,也就是说,滚动体33具有自左向右朝向第三位置3121G运动的趋势。从而可以解释处于第一位置3121E的滚动体33仅朝向第三位置3121G的方向运动,而不向第四位置3121H运动的原因。当然,本发明不限于此,还可以通过设置其他单向限位机构确保滚动体33仅可以单向地从第一位置3121E向第三位置3121G运动。
可选地,参照图16和图21,第二槽段3121B与第三槽段3121C之间设有第一阶梯面313,第一阶梯面313沿着从第二槽段3121B到第三槽段3121C的方向(例如图21中所示的左前方)朝向卡块32的方向(例如图21中所示的下方)倾斜延伸,第二位置3121F位于第一阶梯面313的邻近第三槽段3121C的一侧,从而锁定在第二位置3121F的滚动体33受到向后的推力时,由于滚动体33被压紧在支撑面341的顶部,不具有向下翻越第一阶梯面313的能力,从而滚动体33仅可以沿着光滑的第三槽段3121C向后、向第四位置3121H滚动滑移。由此,可以解释处于第二位置3121F的滚动体33仅朝向第四位置3121H的方向运动,而不向第三位置3121G运动的原因。当然,本发明不限于此,还可以通过设置其他单向限位机构确保滚动体33仅可以单向地从第二位置3121F向第四位置3121H运动。
可选地,参照图16和图21,第三槽段3121C与第四槽段3121D之间设有第二阶梯面314,第二阶梯面314沿着从第三槽段3121C到第四槽段3121D的方向(例如图21中所示的后方)朝向卡块32的方向(例如图21中所示的下方)倾斜延伸,第四位置3121H位于第二阶梯面314的邻近第四槽段3121D的一侧,从而锁定在第四位置3121H的滚动体33 受到向前的推力时,由于滚动体33被压紧在支撑面341的顶部,不具有向下翻越第二阶梯面314的能力,从而滚动体33仅可以沿着光滑的第四槽段3121D向前、向第一位置3121E滚动滑移。由此,可以解释处于第四位置3121H的滚动体33仅朝向第一位置3121E的方向运动,而不向第二位置3121F运动的原因。当然,本发明不限于此,还可以通过设置其他单向限位机构确保滚动体33仅可以单向地从第四位置3121H向第一位置3121E运动。
优选地,第一位置3121E处形成有限位凹槽315,限位凹槽315朝向远离卡块32的方向凹入。例如在图17-图21的示例中,限位凹槽315向上凹入,从而当滚动体33停留在第一位置3121E时,滚动体33可以陷入到限位凹槽315内,从而限位凹槽315可以确保滚动体33停留在第一位置3121E的稳定可靠性,确保盒盖1可以稳定地停留在关闭盒体2的位置。
下面参照图1-图24,简要描述根据本发明实施例的过滤器盒组件200打开和关闭的动作过程。
参照图1和图3,当洗衣机正常使用时,盒盖1位于关闭盒体2的位置,此时,图15中所示的卡块32位于容纳槽3111内且卡块32的两个卡爪322抱紧图8中所示的锁舌11的颈部111,滚动体33停留在图16中所示的滚动槽3121内的第一位置3121E,拉伸弹簧35处于压缩状态。
当需要打开盒盖1时,可以向后推动盒盖1,盒盖1带动锁舌11向后推动卡块32,卡块32通过滑移槽321推动滚动体33向后运动,从而滚动体33可以沿着第一槽段3121A和支撑面341的下坡方向第三位置3121G滑动,当滚动体33运动至第三位置3121G所在的第二槽段3121B上时,撤去施加给盒盖1向后的推力,在拉伸弹簧35恢复原形的弹力作用下,拉伸弹簧35可以推动卡块32向前运动,卡块32向前运动的过程中通过滑移槽321带动滚动体33运动至滚动槽3121内的第二位置3121F并停止,此时,卡爪322完全移动出容纳槽3111以将锁舌11释放开,在锁舌11被向前推动运动惯性力的作用下,盒盖1可以继续向前运动,优选可以沿着图5中所示的弧形导轨5滑动,以将盒体2完全打开。
当需要关闭盒盖1时,可以再次向后推动盒盖1,盒盖1带动锁舌11向后推动卡块32,卡块32通过滑移槽321推动滚动体33向后运动,从而滚动体33可以从第二位置3121F沿着第三槽段3121C向第四位置3121H滑动,当滚动体33运动至第四位置3121H所在的第四槽段3121D上时,撤去施加给盒盖1向后的推力,在拉伸弹簧35恢复原形的弹力作用下,拉伸弹簧35可以推动卡块32向前运动,卡块32向前运动的过程中通过滑移槽321带动滚动体33运动沿着第四槽段3121D向第一位置3121E运动,并停止在第一位置3121E处的限位凹槽315内,此时,卡爪322收回到容纳槽3111内以锁紧锁舌11,此时盒盖1可以将盒体2关闭。如此反复可以实现盒盖1的打开和关闭。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机(图未示出),包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件200。根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的其他构成例如电机(图未示出)和洗衣桶(图未示出)等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机,通过设置上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件200,从而提高了洗衣机的整体性能。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    盒盖,所述盒盖上设有锁舌;和
    盒体,所述盒体上设有锁扣机构,所述锁扣机构构造成当所述盒盖位于打开所述盒体的位置时朝向所述盒体的方向推动所述盒盖后所述锁舌与所述锁扣机构锁扣相连,当所述盒盖位于关闭所述盒体的位置时朝向所述盒体的方向推动所述盒盖后所述锁舌与所述锁扣机构分离脱开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述锁扣机构包括:
    卡座,所述卡座内形成有限定出闭合回路的滚动槽;
    卡块,所述卡块可收放地配合在所述卡座内,所述卡块上形成有沿着垂直于所述卡块运动的方向延伸的滑移槽;
    滚动体,所述滚动体可滚动地夹设在所述滚动槽与所述滑移槽之间,所述滚动体沿所述滚动槽单向循环滚动的过程中,当所述滚动体滚动到所述滚动槽的第一位置时,所述卡块收回到所述卡座内以锁紧所述锁舌,当所述滚动体滚动到所述滚动槽的第二位置时,所述卡块的至少部分放出到所述卡座外以释放所述锁舌。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述滚动槽包括首尾顺次相连的第一槽段至第四槽段,所述第一槽段与所述第四槽段相交于所述第一位置,所述第二槽段与所述第三槽段相交于所述第二位置,所述第一槽段与所述第二槽段相交于第三位置,所述第三槽段与所述第四槽段相交于第四位置,其中,所述第二位置位于所述第一位置的邻近所述盒盖的一侧,所述第三位置和所述第四位置位于所述第一位置的远离所述盒盖的一侧,所述滚动体适于在所述滚动槽内沿着从所述第一槽段到所述第二槽段的方向单向循环滚动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述第二槽段与所述第三槽段之间设有第一阶梯面,所述第一阶梯面沿着从所述第二槽段到所述第三槽段的方向朝向所述卡块的方向倾斜延伸,所述第二位置位于所述第一阶梯面的邻近所述第三槽段的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述第三槽段与所述第四槽段之间设有第二阶梯面,所述第二阶梯面沿着从所述第三槽段到所述第四槽段的方向朝向所述卡块的方向倾斜延伸,所述第四位置位于所述第二阶梯面的邻近所述第四槽段的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述第一位置处形成有限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽朝向远离所述卡块的方向凹入。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述滑移槽内设有弹片,沿着从所述第三位置到所述第四位置的方向所述弹片的支撑面朝向所 述滚动槽的方向倾斜延伸,所述滚动体夹设在所述支撑面与所述滚动槽之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述卡块上具有卡爪,所述卡座内形成有容纳槽,当所述滚动体滚动到所述第一位置时,所述卡爪收回到所述容纳槽内以锁紧所述锁舌,当所述滚动体滚动到所述第二位置时,所述卡爪放出到所述容纳槽外以释放所述锁舌。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件,其特征在于,所述锁钩机构进一步包括:拉伸弹簧,所述拉伸弹簧设在所述卡块与所述卡座之间,以常推动所述卡块朝向伸出所述卡座的方向运动。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的过滤器盒组件。
