下面参考图1-图8描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200。其中,洗衣机1000可以为滚筒洗衣机。在本申请下面的描述中,以洗衣机1000为滚筒洗衣机为例进行说明。
如图2所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200,包括:洗涤剂盒1、分配器盒2、以及驱动组件。其中,所述驱动组件设在所述分配器盒2和洗涤剂盒1之间,所述驱动组件被构造成当按压所述按键231,所述驱动组件驱动所述分配器从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置移动。
具体地,分配器盒2设在洗涤剂盒1内,且分配器盒2适于在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动,所述分配器盒2前表面上设有按键231。具体而言,参照图3-图8,按动按键231,分配器盒2具有打开状态和关闭状态,当分配器盒2位于打开位置时处于打开状态(如图6-图8所示),此时分配器盒2的至少部分伸出洗涤剂盒1的前表面,这时可以向分配器盒2内放入洗涤剂例如洗衣粉、洗衣液或柔顺剂等;当分配器盒2位于关闭位置时处于关闭状态(如图3-图5所示),此时分配器盒2的前表面优选与洗涤剂盒1的前表面大致平齐,以保证洗衣例如滚筒洗衣机1000的外观美观。
分配器盒2内可以包括多个分隔设置的盛放槽以用于分别放置不同的洗涤剂。可以理解的是,盛放槽的个数以及具体布置方式等可以根据实际要求而适应性改变,本发明对此不作具体限定。
在本发明的实施例中,驱动组件包括齿轮组件4、齿条件5、以及拉伸弹簧件3。齿轮组件4设在洗涤剂盒1上。参照图2,在本发明较佳实施例中,所述齿轮组件4包括阻尼齿轮41,所述阻尼齿轮41的旋转轴线水平布置。其中,阻尼齿轮为带阻尼的齿轮件,较佳为流体阻尼齿轮。
齿条件5,设在分配器盒2上且适于与齿轮组件4啮合,所述齿条件5沿长度方向具有远离分配器盒前表面23的第一端50、以及靠近分配器盒前表面23且与第一端50相对的第二端52。需要注意的是,齿条件5可以作为一独立构件,安装在分配器盒2上;也可以,在分配器盒2顶盖壁面,或分配器盒2上槽道的槽壁上设置齿条件5,即齿条件5作为分配器盒2的一部分,在此并非有所限制。
拉伸弹簧件3,所述拉伸弹簧件3沿齿条件5的长度方向设置且具有活动端31、及与活动端相对的固定端32,所述活动端31联接于远离分配器盒前表面的一侧,所述固定端32安装在靠近分配器盒前表面的洗涤剂盒上。参照图2,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述活动端31进一步固定在所述齿条件5的第一端50上。当然,在本发明的其他一些实施例中,所述拉伸弹簧件3的活动端31可安装在分配器盒上,在此并非有所限制。
具体而言,拉伸弹簧件3长度方向上的两端(例如图2中所示的前端和后端)分别与洗涤剂盒1和分配器盒2相连,以用于驱动分配器盒2从关闭位置向打开位置运动。如图2 所示,拉伸弹簧件3的可伸缩方向与分配器盒2的可运动方向相同,例如均为图2中所示的前后方向,拉伸弹簧件3长度方向上的一端(例如图2中所示的前端)与洗涤剂盒1相连,拉伸弹簧件3长度方向上的另一端(例如图2中所示的后端)与分配器盒2相连,当拉伸弹簧件3工作的过程中,可以驱使分配器盒2与洗涤剂盒1发生相对位移,其中,拉伸弹簧件3被构造成用于驱动分配器盒2从关闭位置向打开位置运动,例如在图2的示例中,分配器盒2可以由拉伸弹簧件3驱动从关闭位置向前移动至打开位置。
由此,通过设置拉伸弹簧件3,分配器盒2可以在弹簧力的作用下从关闭位置移动至打开位置,从而无需用手抽拉,提高使用舒适性。此外,拉伸弹簧件3可以为圆柱拉伸弹簧。另外,拉伸弹簧件3的结构和工作原理已为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里不再详述。
根据本发明的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200,通过采用拉伸弹簧件3、齿轮组件4和齿条件5的配合,可以地控制分配器盒2的弹出速度和弹出力度,使得分配器盒2可以自由弹出,从而提高了分配器盒2的工作稳定性和洗涤剂盒组件200的使用寿命。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图1-图3和图6,提供一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括机体组件100,所述机体组件100包括洗涤剂盒1,这样,洗涤剂盒1相对于洗衣机1000的机体组件100为静止件。
在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤剂盒1可以作为独立件,安装在机体组件100上,例如机体100上部可以形成有安装腔,洗涤剂盒1可以固定在安装腔内,洗涤剂盒1可以包括:洗涤剂盒上盖11、洗涤剂盒下盖12以及洗涤剂盒底座13,洗涤剂盒上盖11可以焊接在洗涤剂盒下盖12的顶部,洗涤剂盒下盖12可以通过卡扣结构卡扣连接在洗涤剂盒底座13的顶部。当然,本发明不限于此,洗涤剂盒1的构造不限于此,且洗涤剂盒上盖11、洗涤剂盒下盖12以及洗涤剂盒底座13的连接方式不限于此。在本发明的另一些实施例中,洗涤剂盒1可以一体成型在洗衣机上,是作为机体组件100的一部分。
另,需要注意的是,在本发明的另外一个实施例中,作为洗衣机整机而言,所述拉伸弹簧件3的固定端32可以安装在靠近分配器盒前表面23的机体组件100上。也就是,所述拉伸弹簧件3的固定端32被固定即可。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“固定”、“连接”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,也可以是可调节相连;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图1和图2,分配器盒2相对于机体组件100和/或洗涤剂盒1为活动件,具体地,分配器盒2可以设在洗涤剂盒1内且在洗涤剂盒1内可以实现前后移动,分配器盒2可以包括:分配器盒顶盖21、分配器盒座22和分配器盒面板,其中分配器盒顶盖21可以通过卡扣结构卡扣连接在分配器盒座22上,分配器盒面板可以固定在装配在一起的分配器盒前表面23上。
如图1和图3所示,当分配器盒2完全配合在洗涤剂盒1内时,分配器盒顶盖21和分配器盒座22位于洗涤剂盒下盖12与洗涤剂盒底座13之间,分配器盒面板可以与机体100 的前表面平齐且将安装腔的前表面密封严密,从而使得洗衣机1000的外观整洁、美观。当然,本发明不限于此,分配器盒2的构造不限于此,且分配器盒顶盖21、分配器盒座22和分配器盒面板的连接方式不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,洗涤剂盒组件200进一步可以包括:按键231和锁扣件232,按键231设在分配器盒2的前表面23上,例如按键231可以设在分配器盒面板上,锁扣件232设在分配器盒2上且与所述按键231关联,所述锁扣件232被构造成锁扣在所述洗衣机上,当按压所述按键231所述锁扣件232与所述洗衣机脱离锁扣,其中,当所述锁扣件232与所述洗涤剂脱离锁扣后所述拉伸弹簧件3驱动所述分配器盒2从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置移动。
具体地,如图2所示,按键231优选设在分配器盒前表面23的中央,以方便用户操作,在按压按键231后,分配器盒2可以由拉伸弹簧件3驱动从关闭位置向前移动至打开位置,从而可以向分配器盒2内放入洗涤剂例如洗衣粉、洗衣液或柔顺剂等。由此,通过设置按键231和拉伸弹簧件3,按压按键231,分配器盒2就可以自动从关闭位置移动至打开位置,无需用手抽拉,使用更加舒适,且通过设置按键231,可以提高洗涤剂盒组件200整体的美观性和整洁性。
其中,如图2所示,当按压按键231后,锁扣件232与洗涤剂盒1脱离配合,此时拉伸弹簧件3开始工作。当然,按键231的结构和设置位置不限于此,且将分配器盒2锁扣在关闭位置和释放开的技术方案不限于如图2所示的按键231和锁扣件232的配合。例如当分配器盒2运动至关闭位置时,可以通过搭扣结构锁止,此时,用户可以自行打开搭扣结构,具体实施方式为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里不再详述。
在本发明的实施例中,齿轮组件4设在洗涤剂盒1上,齿条件5(例如图2中所示的双边齿条42的半部)设在分配器盒2上且与齿轮组件41相啮合。
在本发明的实施例中,所述齿条件5包括两个相对设置的齿条,齿轮组件4包括两个阻尼齿轮,所述两个齿条分别与所述两个阻尼齿轮啮合。
参照图2的示例中,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述两个齿条一体成型为双边齿条,拉伸弹簧件3设在所述双边齿条之间。如图5或图8,在本发明的较佳实施例中个,所述两个阻尼齿轮分别设置在所述双边齿条的相对两侧。
齿轮组件4安装在洗涤剂盒下盖12上。在本发明的较佳实施例中,阻尼齿轮41的旋转轴线水平布置,也就是说,阻尼齿轮41可以在竖直面内转动。
本发明的较佳实施例中个,齿条件5设在分配器盒顶盖21上。也就是说,整个驱动组件是设置在洗涤剂盒的上方空间的。齿条件5具有多个啮合齿,多个啮合齿在齿条件5的长度方向上间隔开,齿轮组件4与齿条件5相互啮合。需要注意的是,在本发明的较佳实施例中,如图2,齿轮组件4中的阻尼齿轮是带阻尼的齿轮件,较佳为流体阻尼齿轮。
这样,当分配器盒2带动齿条件5一并向前弹出时,在阻尼齿轮41的阻尼作用下,阻尼齿轮41将减缓齿条件5向前的运动速度,从而减缓分配器盒2向前弹出的速度,由此,通过阻尼齿轮41与齿条件5的配合可以对分配器盒2的弹出速度和弹出力度进行控制,从 而对分配器盒2的打开过程进行缓冲,使得分配器盒2可以自由地弹出。另外,阻尼齿轮41与齿条件5的结构简单,便于加工和装配。当然,阻尼组件4的结构不限附图所示。
在本发明的一些实施例中,齿条件5和阻尼齿轮41分别为两个,且两边齿条与两个阻尼齿轮41对应啮合。参照图4和图5,较佳地,齿条两个即为一体成型,两个齿条均沿前后方向延伸,且两个齿条在左右方向上间隔开,相应地,阻尼齿轮41也为两个,两个阻尼齿轮41分别设在两个齿条的外侧,也就是说,左侧的齿条的左侧设有一个与其啮合的阻尼齿轮41,右侧的齿条的右侧也设有一个与其啮合的阻尼齿轮41。优选地,两个齿条左右对称,两个阻尼齿轮41也左右对称。由此,通过设置两个齿条和两个阻尼齿轮41,可以有效地提高阻尼齿轮的工作效果,使得分配器盒2可以更平稳地打开。
可选地,拉伸弹簧件3设在一体成型的两个齿条之间。由此,可以使得洗涤剂盒组件200的结构更加紧凑,且由于阻尼齿轮分布在拉伸弹簧件3的左右两侧,从而可以更加有效地实现控速效果,对分配器盒2的弹出起到更加有效地缓冲减速作用,使得分配器盒2可以更加平稳或匀速地打开弹出。
例如在图5和图8的示例中,两个齿条设在分配器盒2顶部的后半部,且两个齿条的第一端50邻近分配器盒2的后端,拉伸弹簧件3安装在一体成型的两个齿条之间。
这样,当分配器盒2在关闭位置时,拉伸弹簧件3呈现拉伸状态;当分配器盒2处于打开位置时,拉伸弹簧件3呈现收缩状态,这样,当按下分配器盒前表面23上的按键231后,拉伸弹簧件3拉紧成收缩状态,从而带动分配器盒2打开。
在本发明的较佳实施例中,如图2,两个齿条一体成型为双边齿条42。由此,方便加工和安装。在本发明的较佳实施例中,双边齿条42和分配器盒2中的其中一个上设有安装件51,双边齿条42和分配器盒2中的另一个上形成有安装槽211,安装件51与安装槽211配合以将双边齿条42安装在分配器盒2上。也就是说,当双边齿条42上设有安装件51时,分配器盒2上形成有安装槽211,当双边齿条42上形成有安装槽211时,分配器盒2上设有安装件51。由此,通过安装件51与安装槽211的配合,双边齿条42可以与分配器盒2牢靠地固定在一起。具体地,双边齿条42设在分配器盒2的顶部。如图2中,安装件51设在双边齿条42的后端且向下向前延伸。参照图2,安装件51大体形成为弯钩形,且由双边齿条42的后端先向后延伸、再向下延伸、再向前延伸,安装槽211由分配器盒顶盖21的后端的中心部向前凹入,装配时,将安装件51的下部自后向前伸入安装槽211内即可。由此,降低了双边齿条42的装配难度,提高了双边齿条42的装配效率。
下面参照附图简要描述根据本发明一个实施例的拉伸弹簧件3与齿轮组件4的装配方式。
参照图2,洗涤剂盒下盖12的前端具有向下延伸的第一安装柱,洗涤剂盒下盖12的中部具有两个在左右方向上间隔开的第一连接孔,双边齿条42的后端具有向上延伸的第二安装柱,两个阻尼齿轮41上分别具有一个第二连接孔,装配时,首先通过安装件51和安装槽211的配合,将双边齿条42固定在分配器盒2顶部的后半部,然后可以采用两个紧固件分别穿过对应的第一连接孔和第二连接孔,以将阻尼齿轮41固定在洗涤剂盒下盖12上, 接着将拉伸弹簧件3的前端套设在第一安装柱上,以与洗涤剂盒下盖12固定在一起,再将拉伸弹簧件3的后端套设在第二安装柱上,以与分配器盒顶盖21固定在一起。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机1000,包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200。根据本发明实施例的洗衣机1000的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机1000,通过设置上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200,从而提高了洗衣机1000的整体性能。

  1. 一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    洗涤剂盒;
    分配器盒,所述分配器盒设在所述洗涤剂盒内,且所述分配器盒适于在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,所述分配器盒前表面上设有按键;以及
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件设在所述分配器盒和所述洗涤剂盒之间,所述驱动组件被构造成当按压所述按键,所述驱动组件驱动所述分配器盒从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:
    齿轮组件,所述齿轮组件设在所述洗涤剂盒上;

    拉伸弹簧件,所述拉伸弹簧件沿所述齿条件的长度方向设置且具有活动端、及与所述活动端相对的固定端,所述活动端联接于远离所述分配器盒前表面的一侧,所述固定端安装在靠近所述分配器盒前表面的所述洗涤剂盒上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述活动端进一步固定在所述齿条件的所述第一端上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮组件包括阻尼齿轮,所述阻尼齿轮的旋转轴线水平布置。
  5. 根据权利要求2或4所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述齿条件包括两个相对设置的齿条,所述齿轮组件包括两个阻尼齿轮,所述两个齿条分别与所述两个阻尼齿轮啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述两个齿条一体成型为双边齿条。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述两个阻尼齿轮分别设置在所述双边齿条的相对两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述拉伸弹簧件设在所述双边齿条之间。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述分配器盒具有顶盖,所述齿条件设在所述分配器盒的所述顶盖上。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述双边齿条和所述分配器盒中的其中一个上设有安装件,所述双边齿条和所述分配器盒中的另一个上形成有安装槽,所述安装件与所述安装槽配合以将所述双边齿条安装在所述分配器盒上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述安装件设在所述双边齿条的后端且向下向前延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求2-11中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    锁扣件,所述锁扣件设在所述分配器盒上与所述按键关联,所述锁扣件被构造成锁扣在所述洗衣机上,当按压所述按键所述锁扣件与所述洗衣机脱离锁扣,其中,当所述锁扣件与所述洗衣机脱离锁扣后所述拉伸弹簧件驱动所述分配器盒从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置移动。
  13. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体组件,所述机体组件包括洗涤剂盒;
    分配器盒,所述分配器盒设在所述洗涤剂盒内,且所述分配器盒适于在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,所述分配器盒前表面上设有按键;以及
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件设在所述分配器盒和所述洗涤剂盒之间,所述驱动组件被构造成当按压所述按键,所述驱动组件驱动所述分配器盒从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置移动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:
    齿轮组件,所述齿轮组件设在所述洗涤剂盒上;
    齿条件,所述齿条件设在分配器盒上且适于与所述齿轮组件啮合,所述齿条件沿长度方向具有远离所述分配器盒前表面的第一端、以及靠近所述分配器盒前表面与所述第一端相对的第二端;以及
    拉伸弹簧件,所述拉伸弹簧件沿所述齿条件的长度方向设置且具有活动端、及与所述活动端相对的固定端,所述活动端联接于远离所述分配器盒前表面的一侧,所述固定端安装在靠近所述分配器盒前表面的所述机体组件上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述活动端进一步固定在所述齿条的所述第一端上,所述固定端安装在靠近所述分配器盒前表面的所述洗涤剂盒上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述齿轮组件包括阻尼齿轮,所述阻尼齿轮的旋转轴线水平布置。
  17. 根据权利要求14或16所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述齿条件包括两个相对设置的齿条,所述齿轮组件包括两个阻尼齿轮,所述两个齿条分别与所述两个阻尼齿轮啮合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述两个齿条一体成型为双边齿条。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述两个阻尼齿轮分别设置在所述双边齿条的相对两侧。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述拉伸弹簧件设在所述双边齿条之间。
  21. 根据权利要求14-20中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述分配器盒具有顶盖, 所述齿条件设在所述分配器盒的所述顶盖上。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述双边齿条和所述分配器盒中的其中一个上设有安装件,所述双边齿条和所述分配器盒中的另一个上形成有安装槽,所述安装件与所述安装槽配合以将所述双边齿条安装在所述分配器盒上。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述安装件设在所述双边齿条的后端且向下向前延伸。
  24. 根据权利要求14-23中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    锁扣件,所述锁扣件设在所述分配器盒上与所述按键关联,所述锁扣件被构造成锁扣在所述洗衣机上,当按压所述按键所述锁扣件与所述洗衣机脱离锁扣,其中,当所述锁扣件与所述洗衣机脱离锁扣后所述拉伸弹簧件驱动所述分配器盒从所述关闭位置向所述打开位置移动。
