具体地讲,洗涤剂外盒包括洗涤剂外盒体11和设在洗涤剂外盒体11顶部的洗涤剂外盒盖12,洗涤剂外盒体11和洗涤剂外盒盖12之间限定出适于容纳洗涤剂盒2的容纳空间,且洗涤剂外盒体11的前侧敞开,以使洗涤剂盒2可移动地设在洗涤剂外盒内。
进一步地,洗涤剂外盒盖12包括上盖121和设在上盖121下方的下盖122,上盖121和下盖122之间限定出用于流通水的流通空间,流通空间与洗涤剂盒2的盛放空间连通,以将水通入到盛放空间内并将盛放空间内的洗涤剂冲入到机体1的用于对衣物等进行洗涤的洗涤桶内。其中,上盖121和下盖122可以焊接连接成一体,但不限于此。
本实用新型之一个实施例中,洗涤剂盒2上设有按键21。其中,按键21优选设在洗涤剂盒2的前表面的中央,以方便用户操作。驱动组件设在机体1和洗涤剂盒2之间,例如,驱动组件可以设在洗涤剂外盒和洗涤剂盒2之间,驱动组件被构造成按压按键21、驱动组件驱动洗涤剂盒2从关闭位置向打开位置运动。在按压按键21后,洗涤剂盒2可以由驱动组件驱动从关闭位置向前移动至打开位置,从而可以向洗涤剂盒2内放入洗涤剂例如洗衣粉、洗衣液或柔顺剂等。在本实用新型的一个较佳实施例中,按键21背面连接有锁扣件4,锁扣件4用以卡扣于机体1上,当按压按键21,锁扣件4从卡扣于机体1的关闭位置脱离向打开位置行进。
由此,根据本实用新型实施例的洗衣机100例如滚筒洗衣机,通过设置按键21和驱动组件,按压按键21,洗涤剂盒2就可以自动从关闭位置移动至打开位置,无需用手抽拉。另外,洗衣机100例如滚筒洗衣机的外形简洁、美观,使用更加舒适。
在本实用新型之其他一些实施例中,洗涤剂盒2设有触摸屏,通过触摸屏上启动键,启动驱动组件工作。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,驱动组件包括:驱动件和从动件,驱动件设在机体1和洗涤剂盒2中的其中一个上,从动件设在机体1和洗涤剂盒2中的另一个上,驱动件与从动件配合以带动洗涤剂盒2从关闭位置向打开位置运动。这里包括以下两种情况:第一、驱动件设在机体1上,从动件设置在洗涤剂盒2上;第二、驱动件设在洗涤剂盒2上,从动件设置在机体1上。无论驱动件和从动件是设在机体1上,还是设在洗涤剂盒2上,通过驱动件和从动件的配合,就可以使得洗涤剂盒2由关闭位置运动至打开位置。这里,需要注意的是,驱动件和从动件可以作为独立的构件,安装在机体1或洗涤剂盒2上;或者,较佳地,驱动件或从动件,是作为机体1或洗涤剂盒2的一部分,设置在机体1或洗涤剂盒2的一个部分或壁上。
在本实用新型中,驱动组件包括设在机体1和洗涤剂盒2中的其中一个上的齿轮31,从动件包括设在机体1和洗涤剂盒2中的另一个上沿前后方向延伸的齿条32。
具体而言,根据本实用新型的一个较佳实施例,如图2-图8所示,驱动件包括安装 在机体1上的齿轮31,从动件为设在洗涤剂盒2的盒盖的上表面上且沿前后方向延伸的齿条32。例如,参照图2并结合图5、图7和图9,齿条32设在洗涤剂盒2的盒盖23的上表面上。本实用新型的较佳实施例中,机体1包括主体和设在主体内的洗涤剂盒2,洗涤剂外盒的下盖上形成有沿上下方向贯通的安装孔,齿轮31安装在安装孔内。
洗涤剂外盒盖12的下盖122上形成有沿上下方向贯通的安装孔,齿轮31安装在安装孔内,且齿轮31的下部穿过安装孔以与齿条32啮合,此时齿轮31是在洗涤剂外盒盖12上,位置是固定不动的,且齿条32是开设在洗涤剂盒2的上表面上。
在本实用新型的实施例中,按下按键21后,齿轮31旋转,通过齿轮31与齿条32的啮合作用,将齿轮31的旋转运动转化为齿条32在前后方向上的直线运动,从而可以带动洗涤剂盒2从关闭位置移动至打开位置。当然,齿轮31还可以设在洗涤剂盒2上,齿条32设在机体1上(图未示出)。
如图2和图3所示,驱动件进一步包括:涡卷弹簧33,涡卷弹簧33包括卷绕设置的本体331、连接在本体331两端的第一端332和第二端333,涡卷弹簧33的第一端332位于本体331的内侧,涡卷弹簧33的第二端333位于本体331的外侧,涡卷弹簧33的第一端332与齿轮31相连,涡卷弹簧33的第二端333与机体1相连。这里,需要说明的是,方向“内”可以理解为朝向本体331中心的方向,其相反方向被定义为“外”,即远离本体331中心的方向。
具体而言,参照图3,齿轮31上设有与齿轮31同轴设置的齿轮轴313,齿轮轴313上形成有沿轴向延伸的固定槽3131,涡卷弹簧33的第一端332伸入固定槽3131内且与固定槽3131固定,此时涡卷弹簧33的第一端332相对于齿轮轴313是固定不动的,涡卷弹簧33的第二端333可以固定在洗涤剂外盒盖12的下盖122上,此时涡卷弹簧33的第二端333相对于洗涤剂外盒盖12的下盖122是固定不动的。当洗涤剂盒2处于关闭位置时,涡卷弹簧33呈现受力状态,此时齿轮31位于齿条32的前部(如图7所示);按下按键21后,涡卷弹簧33释放能量,涡卷弹簧33的第一端332带动齿轮31转动,通过与齿轮31配合的齿条32带动洗涤剂盒2向前移动,这样就使得洗涤剂盒2可以整体向前弹出,此时齿轮31位于齿条32的后部(如图9所示)。当然,本实用新型不限于此,齿轮31还可以由电机驱动(图未示出)。
为了保证洗涤剂盒2运动的平稳性,齿轮31还可以包括相互啮合的第一齿轮311和第二齿轮312,第一齿轮311的齿数小于第二齿轮312的齿数,且第二齿轮312与齿条32啮合。例如,如图1、图2、图7和图9所示,第一齿轮311和第二齿轮312前后布置,第一齿轮311位于第二齿轮312的前方,第一齿轮311和第二齿轮312的中心优选位于同一水平面内,第一齿轮311的横截面积小于第二齿轮312的横截面积,第一齿轮311与齿条32在上下方向上彼此间隔开,第二齿轮312与齿条32啮合,相应地,每个齿轮31的齿轮轴313上均设有一个涡卷弹簧33,两个涡卷弹簧33作为动力源,可实现转速调节的作用,从而将轴向转动力传动到齿条32的直线运动力,进而实现洗涤剂盒2的自动弹出。
另外,通过采用齿轮31齿条32的传动方式,可以根据实际需要将齿条32设置预定长度或选用不同规格的涡卷弹簧33,从而洗涤剂盒2可以向外弹出预定距离,进而极大地满足了用户的实际需求。
进一步地,参照图2、图6和图8,洗涤剂外盒盖12的上盖121上设有齿轮罩1211,齿轮罩1211罩设在齿轮31的上方,从而可以对齿轮31起到保护作用。其中,齿轮罩1211可以由上盖121的下表面的一部分向上凹入形成。
根据本实用新型的另一个可选实施例,驱动件还可以包括设在机体1上的凸轮,从动件为设在洗涤剂盒2上且与凸轮配合的推杆(图未示出)。根据本实用新型的再一个可选实施例,驱动件也可以包括可旋转地设在机体1上且沿前后方向延伸的丝杠,从动件为套设在丝杆上的螺母(图未示出)。根据本实用新型实施例的洗衣机100例如滚筒洗衣机,按下洗涤剂盒2上的按键21,就能实现整个洗涤剂盒2从机体1中自动弹出,用户就可以根据需要添加洗涤剂例如洗衣粉、洗衣液或柔顺剂等。
根据本实用新型实施例的洗衣机100例如滚筒洗衣机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本实用新型的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    洗涤剂盒,所述洗涤剂盒设在所述机体上,且所述洗涤剂盒在与所述机体的打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动;以及
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件设在所述机体和所述洗涤剂盒之间,
    所述驱动组件包括:
    驱动件,所述驱动件设置在所述机体和所述洗涤剂盒中的其中一个上;和
    从动件,所述从动件设置在所述机体和所述洗涤剂盒中的另一个上,所述驱动件与所述从动件配合以带动所述洗涤剂盒从关闭位置向打开位置运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括设在所述机体和所述洗涤剂盒中的其中一个上的齿轮,所述从动件包括设在所述机体和所述洗涤剂盒中的另一个上沿前后方向延伸的齿条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒具有盒盖,所述驱动件包括安装在所述机体上的齿轮,所述从动件为设在所述洗涤剂盒的所述盒盖的上表面上且沿前后方向延伸的齿条。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述机体包括主体和设在所述主体内的洗涤剂外盒,所述洗涤剂外盒的下盖上形成有沿上下方向贯通的安装孔,所述齿轮安装在所述安装孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述机体包括主体和在所述主体内的洗涤剂外盒,所述洗涤剂盒可移动地设在所述洗涤剂外盒内。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括:
    涡卷弹簧,所述涡卷弹簧包括卷绕设置的本体、连接在所述本体两端的第一端和第二端,所述第一端位于所述本体的内侧,所述第二端位于所述本体的外侧,所述第一端与所述齿轮相连,所述第二端与所述机体相连。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述齿轮包括相互啮合的第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮的齿数小于所述第二齿轮的齿数,且所述第二齿轮与所述齿条啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括设在所述机体上的凸轮,所述从动件为设在所述洗涤剂盒上且与所述凸轮配合的推杆。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括可旋转地设在所述机体上且沿前后方向延伸的丝杠,所述从动件为套设在所述丝杆上的螺母。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒上设有按键,所述按键背面连接有锁扣件,所述锁扣件用以卡扣于所述机体上,当按压所述按键,所述锁扣件从卡扣于所述机体的关闭位置脱离向打开位置行进。
