所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的手柄前端分别设置两个连接块导向槽,两个连接块导向槽之间通过一加强板隔开;对应的,所述的连接块的后端的连接部为两个位置对应于两个连接块导向槽的导向定位柱,该导向定位柱的外侧分别设置有卡槽,两个导向定位柱之间具有可供加强板插入的固定间隙;使用时,手柄前端的加强板插入到连接块的两个导向定位柱之间的 固定间隙,以加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度;所述的手柄的两个连接块导向槽口端外侧具有固定台阶,该固定台阶可配合连接块主体外缘加强结合稳固度;所述的手柄的两个连接块导向槽口端外侧具有固定台阶,该固定台阶可配合连接块主体外缘加强结合稳固度;所述的锁紧件的卡扣部根部还设置有锁固凸部,该锁固凸部可以配合设置在连接块的卡槽槽顶附近的锁固槽来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度;所述的两个导向定位柱的顶端外侧均具有锁固斜面,该锁固斜面可以配合锁紧件的销连接处的锁固斜面来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明结构使用时,通过单手即可完成手柄和连接块的装配和拆卸,操作十分方便、快速、省力。
2、本发明结构的两个锁紧件均设置于手柄前端具有连接腔内(只是在按压操作时,锁紧件的前端会稍微露出手柄表面),与现有技术相比,不但不增加手柄的体积,而且不降低产品的外观美观。
3、本发明结构除具有锁紧件的卡扣部配合连接块的连接部卡槽的锁固结构以外,还具有其它多个可单独使用或结合使用的附加锁固机构。使用时,可以彻底避免手柄与连接块结合处晃动的问题,增加了使用安全性。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述,需要指出的是,以下实施例只是对本发明作进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的专业技术人员根据本发明的内容做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范畴。
参见图1,它是本发明可拆卸手柄的结构示意图。如图所示:它包括一个连接块1、一个手柄2、两个锁紧件3、弹性元件4和两个销5。其中:所述的手柄2前端具有连接腔;所述的两个锁紧件3均设置在连接腔内并各自通过一个销5对称的连接在手柄2的前端,使锁紧件3均可在连接腔内绕销5转动;所述的锁紧件3前端具有卡扣部31、后端为按压部并通过弹性元件4与手柄2连接;所述的连接块1后端具有可插入连接腔的连接部,所述的连接部上具有对应于卡扣部31的卡槽12。
装配操作时,通过单手的两个手指(比如大拇指和食指)分别按压两个锁紧件3的(后端)按压部,此时按压部之间的弹性元件4向手柄2的中轴线方向收缩,同时两个锁紧件3的前端呈张开状态;然后,将连接块1后端套入手柄2前端的连接腔中,并放开按压部,此时通过弹性元件4的弹性回复力使两个锁紧件3前端的卡扣部31分别卡入连接块1后端连接部的卡槽12内,因此,非常省力和方便地利用单手就实现了手柄2和连接块1的装配操作。
拆卸操作时,仍然通过单手的两个手指(比如大拇指和食指)分别按压两个锁紧件3的(后端)按压部,此时按压部之间的弹性元件4向手柄2的中轴线方向收缩,同时两个锁紧件3的前端呈张开状态,此时两个锁紧件3前 端的卡扣部31分别脱离了连接块1后端连接部的卡槽12;然后,将连接块1后端从手柄2前端的连接腔中脱出,因此,也可以非常省力和方便地利用单手就实现了手柄2和连接块1的拆卸操作。
当然,在单手简便操作的同时,我们还发现本发明的两个锁紧件3均设置于手柄2前端具有连接腔内(只是在按压操作时,锁紧件3的前端会稍微露出手柄2表面),与现有技术相比,不但不增加手柄的体积,而且不降低产品的外观美观。
再请结合图1参阅图2,作为本发明的一种优选结构,所述的弹性元件4(如弹簧)在手柄2的中轴线两侧各设置一个,这样就可以使得锁紧件3在操作时的按压力更加均衡。另外,各弹性元件4的外端均与锁紧件3的后端连接,各弹性元件4的内端均固定连接在手柄2的中轴线两侧的固定部上。所述的锁紧件3的后端可设置弹性元件固定孔31以连接弹性元件4的外端,该手柄2两侧也设置弹性元件固定孔24以连接弹性元件4的内端。
作为变化,弹性元件固定孔24、31也可以使用弹性元件固定柱的形式来替换,亦可以采用其它的固定结构。
当然,若只采用一个弹性元件4且该弹性元件4两端分别固定于二锁紧件3后端也可以实现本发明目的,只是在按压操作时还要考虑到按压力的平衡。若要达到平衡,这对于弹性元件4的要求显然是比较高的。
再参阅图2,在手柄2的前端两侧均设置有用于穿插销5的销孔22。还具有供锁紧件3装配和定位的锁紧件装配槽21和锁紧件定位槽25。
以上描述的是本发明的单手装配和拆卸操作便利的实施结构,本发明在上述实施结构的基础上还进一步考虑到了解决手柄和连接块结合处容易晃动的 问题,其具体的实施结构如下:
如前所述,本发明通过两个锁紧件3前端的卡扣部31分别卡入连接块1后端连接部的卡槽12内,实现了手柄2和连接块1的第一重卡扣锁固结构。但是,它仍然容易像现有技术一样,存在锁固不稳、容易晃动的现象。为此,本发明将通过如下技术手段进行加强:
附加锁固机构一:请结合图1参阅图2、3,本发明的手柄2前端分别设置两个连接块导向槽25,两个连接块导向槽25之间通过一加强板26隔开;对应的,本发明的连接块1的后端的连接部为两个位置对应于两个连接块导向槽25的导向定位柱11(该导向定位柱11的外侧分别设置有卡槽12),两个导向定位柱11之间具有可供加强板26插入的固定间隙。使用时,手柄2前端的加强板26插入到连接块1的两个导向定位柱11之间的固定间隙,以加强手柄2与连接块1的结合稳固度。
该加强板26的作用主要体现为:(1)将两个连接块导向槽25隔开;(2)该加强板26设置在连接腔中以增加连接腔的强度;(3)对导向定位柱11插入连接块导向槽25起到导引作用。
作为优选方式:该加强板26两侧具有斜导面,二斜导面之间呈外窄内宽的形态;对应的,该导向定位柱11之间的固定间隙也是外窄内宽。这样可以进一步加强手柄2与连接块1的结合稳固度。
附加锁固机构二:请继续结合图1参阅图2、3,本发明的手柄2的两个连接块导向槽25口端外侧具有固定台阶27,该固定台阶27可配合连接块1主体外缘加强结合稳固度。
附加锁固机构三:请结合图1参阅图3、4,本发明的锁紧件3的卡扣部 31根部还设置有锁固凸部34,该锁固凸部34可以配合设置在连接块1的卡槽12槽顶附近的锁固槽13来加强手柄2与连接块1的结合稳固度。
附加锁固机构四:请继续结合图1参阅图3、4,本发明的两个导向定位柱11的顶端外侧均具有锁固斜面14,该锁固斜面14可以配合锁紧件3的销连接处的锁固斜面35来加强手柄2与连接块1的结合稳固度。
在实际使用中,上述四个附加锁固机构可以分别单独使用,也可以组合使用,无论如何,均可以起到解决手柄和连接块结合处容易晃动的作用。通常情况下,主要考虑附加锁固机构一搭配附加锁固机构二使用,或者考虑附加锁固机构三搭配附加锁固机构四进行使用。当然,经过测试后发现,本发明最好的实施方式是同时具备上述四个附加锁固机构。
综上所述仅为本发明的较佳配置实例设备而已,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。即凡依本发明申请专利范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应为本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸手柄,它包括一个连接块、一个手柄;其特征在于:它还包括两个锁紧件、弹性元件和两个销;其中:所述的手柄前端具有连接腔;所述的两个锁紧件均设置在连接腔内并各自通过一个销对称的连接在手柄的前端,使锁紧件均可在连接腔内绕销转动;所述的锁紧件前端具有卡扣部、后端为按压部并通过弹性元件与手柄连接;所述的连接块后端具有可插入连接腔的连接部,所述的连接部上具有对应于卡扣部的卡槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的弹性元件在手柄的中轴线两侧各设置一个;各弹性元件的外端均与锁紧件的后端连接,各弹性元件的内端均固定连接在手柄的中轴线两侧的固定部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的锁紧件的后端可设置弹性元件固定孔以连接弹性元件的外端,所述的手柄两侧也设置弹性元件固定孔以连接弹性元件的内端。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的手柄前端分别设置两个连接块导向槽,两个连接块导向槽之间通过一加强板隔开;对应的,所述的连接块的后端的连接部为两个位置对应于两个连接块导向槽的导向定位柱,该导向定位柱的外侧分别设置有卡槽,两个导向定位柱之间具有可供加强板插入的固定间隙;使用时,手柄前端的加强板插入到连接块的两个导向定位柱之间的固定间隙,以加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的手柄的两个连接块导向槽口端外侧具有固定台阶,该固定台阶可配合连接块主 体外缘加强结合稳固度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的手柄的两个连接块导向槽口端外侧具有固定台阶,该固定台阶可配合连接块主体外缘加强结合稳固度。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的锁紧件的卡扣部根部还设置有锁固凸部,该锁固凸部可以配合设置在连接块的卡槽槽顶附近的锁固槽来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的连接块的后端的连接部为两个位置对应于两个连接块导向槽的导向定位柱,所述的两个导向定位柱的顶端外侧均具有锁固斜面,该锁固斜面可以配合锁紧件的销连接处的锁固斜面来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的连接块的后端的连接部为两个位置对应于两个连接块导向槽的导向定位柱,所述的两个导向定位柱的顶端外侧均具有锁固斜面,该锁固斜面可以配合锁紧件的销连接处的锁固斜面来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可拆卸手柄,其特征在于:所述的手柄前端分别设置两个连接块导向槽,两个连接块导向槽之间通过一加强板隔开;对应的,所述的连接块的后端的连接部为两个位置对应于两个连接块导向槽的导向定位柱,该导向定位柱的外侧分别设置有卡槽,两个导向定位柱之间具有可供加强板插入的固定间隙;使用时,手柄前端的加强板插入到连接块的两个导向定位柱之间的固定间隙,以加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度;所述的手柄的两个连接块导向槽口端外侧具有固定台阶,该固定台阶可配合 连接块主体外缘加强结合稳固度;所述的手柄的两个连接块导向槽口端外侧具有固定台阶,该固定台阶可配合连接块主体外缘加强结合稳固度;所述的锁紧件的卡扣部根部还设置有锁固凸部,该锁固凸部可以配合设置在连接块的卡槽槽顶附近的锁固槽来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度;所述的两个导向定位柱的顶端外侧均具有锁固斜面,该锁固斜面可以配合锁紧件的销连接处的锁固斜面来加强手柄与连接块的结合稳固度。
