- the hook 102a is displaced in the detaching direction so that the hook 102a does not interfere with the open lid 101a. Accordingly, the lids 101b to 101f of the other reagent containers can be closed while the lid 101a of the leftmost reagent container 116 is opened.
- the hook base 104 is slightly raised, and the hooks 102b-102f with the lid 101b-101f closed are rotated and displaced by a predetermined angle in the detaching direction.
- the hooks 102a to 102f are lowered to the engaging position in synchronization with the operation of displacing the hook base 104 to the upper position, and only the hook 102a is engaged with the lid 101a at the reference position. .
- the hooks 102b to 102f are rotated and displaced by a predetermined angle in the detaching direction in synchronization with the operation of displacing the hook base 104 to the lower position, and the lid 101a is pressed by the base of the hook 102a. Close. Finally, the hook base 104 is returned to the reference position (see FIG. 5) via the state of FIG.

- the “initial state returning operation” here is an operation for returning all the lids of the six reagent containers 116-118 at the dispensing stirring position 113 to the closed state (initial state) regardless of the current open / closed state. That means.
- the lids 101a-101f are selectively opened and closed by the claw portions 203 of the plurality of hooks 102a-102f as described above, so that the opened / closed state of the lids 101a-101f differs for each reagent container.
- the lid opening / closing operation using the claw portion 203 is divided into four types: 1) operation for maintaining the closed state, 2) operation for opening, 3) operation for closing, 4) operation for maintaining the open state. Each has its own behavior.
- FIG. 14 is a schematic diagram showing the operation of the reagent container lid opening / closing device 121 when a failure occurs.
- the hook base 104 and the hooks 102a-102b at the reference position are indicated by broken lines. As shown in FIG.
- the control device opens and closes the lids.
- Loss state information In this state, it is erroneously recognized that the lid 101a is open and the lids 101b and 101c are closed, the hook 102a is held in the engaged position so as to close only the lid 101a, and the hooks 102b and 102c are detached.
- the hook base 104 is rotated downward while being held in the position, the hook 102a in the engagement position interferes with the lid 101a that is actually closed, and the hook 102c in the release position is actually Interferes with the open lid 101c.
- the positions of the hooks 102a-102f do not coincide with the open / closed state of the lids 101a-101f, a malfunction may occur in the opening / closing operation.
- the control device holds information about the open / closed state of the lid, so the above-mentioned problems do not occur.
- the automatic analysis device 10 stops abnormally due to a momentary power failure such as a power failure, the control device holds it.
- the information on the opened / closed state of the lid is lost, and the opened / closed state of the lid becomes impossible thereafter. Therefore, when the automatic analyzer 10 is abnormally stopped, it is necessary to return all the lids to the closed state (initial state) before restarting the analysis process.
- FIG. 15A is a perspective view of hook 102 in the present embodiment.
- the hook 102 includes a connecting portion 205 connected to the hook shaft 103 (see FIG. 4), an arm portion 204 extending vertically downward from the tip of the connecting portion 205, and the arm portion 204.
- a root portion 202 extending in the horizontal direction on the opposite side of the connecting portion 205 from the distal end of the arm portion, two claw portions 203 extending vertically downward from both ends of the root portion 202, and the root portion 202 from the distal end of the arm portion 204.
- a plugging projection 201 that extends at a right angle and in the horizontal direction. 2 to 13, the illustration of the closing projection 201 is omitted for simplicity of explanation, but there is no difference depending on the presence or absence of the closing projection 201 in normal operation.
- FIG. 15B is a front view of the hook 102 in a posture to engage with the lid.
- FIG. 15C is a front view of the hook 102 in a posture not engaging with the lid, and the hook 102 in a posture engaging with the lid is indicated by a broken line.
- the tip (action point) of the capping projection 201 and the action point of the root portion 202 used during normal closure are located on the same radius from the rotation center of the hook 102. .
- the initial state return operation by the reagent container lid opening / closing device 121 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
- the control device of the automatic analyzer 10 detects that the automatic analyzer 10 has stopped abnormally at the end of the previous operation, the operation of the reagent container lid open / close device 121 is performed so that the reagent container lid open / close device 121 performs the initial state return operation. Is controlled as follows.
- the hook base 104 is returned to the reference position (FIG. 16).
- the hook base 104 is rotated to a position where the hooks 102a-102c do not interfere with the closed lids 101a-101c (FIG. 17).
- all the hooks 102 are rotated, and the position to engage with the lid 101 is switched from the root portion 202 to the closing projection 201 (FIG. 18).
- the hook base 104 is lowered to the closing position (FIG. 19).
- the hook base 104 is returned to the reference position, and the hooks 102a to 102f are returned to the engagement position and returned to the reference position (FIG. 20). In this way, by closing the currently opened lid 102 with the capping projection 202 without causing the claw portion 203 to interfere with the currently closed lid 101, all lids can be used regardless of the current open / closed state of the lid 101. 101 can be closed.
- the initial state return operation as described above can be performed.
- the action point of the closing projection 201 is formed to be the lowest point in the entire hook 102.
- this invention is not limited to said embodiment, Various modifications within the range which does not deviate from the summary are included.
- the present invention is not limited to the one having all the configurations described in the above embodiment, and includes one in which a part of the configuration is deleted.
