Claims (14)
- 一种彩膜基板,其特征在于,包括:基底,设置在所述基底一侧的彩膜层,设置在所述基底另一侧的导电层,所述导电层包括多个导电区域,每个导电区域包括驱动通道和感应通道,同一导电区域中的驱动通道和感应通道之间的第一间隙、相邻导电区域之间的第二间隙,所述第一间隙和第二间隙与所述彩膜层中黑矩阵的位置相对应,所述黑矩阵用于吸收来自所述基底的导电层一侧且从所述第一间隙和所述第二间隙射入并穿透所述基底的光线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵的宽度大于或等于所述第一间隙的宽度和所述第二间隙的宽度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,同一导电区域中的驱动通道包围感应通道。
- 根据权利要求3所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,还包括:与每个导电区域对应设置的感应引线,其中,所述驱动通道存在缺口,所述感应引线通过所述缺口连接至所述感应通道,传导由所述感应通道生成的感应信号。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,还包括:设置在所述导电层和所述基底之间的缓冲层。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,还包括:设置在所述导电层上的偏光片,设置在所述偏光片上的保护层。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于,每个导电区域对应若干个像素。
- 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1至7中任一项所述的彩膜基板,还包括:与所述彩膜基板对盒设置的阵列基板,和设置在所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板之间的液晶。
- 一种彩膜基板制作方法,其特征在于,包括:在基底的一侧形成彩膜层;在所述基底的另一侧形成导电层;对所述导电层进行构图工艺,以在所述导电层中形成多个导电区域,其中,每个导电区域包括驱动通道和感应通道,同一导电区域中的驱动通道和感应通道之间的第一间隙、相邻导电区域之间的第二间隙,与所述彩膜层中黑矩阵的位置相对应,以使所述黑矩阵吸收来自所述基底的导电层一侧且从所述第一间隙和所述第二间隙射入并穿透所述基底的光线。
- 根据权利要求9所述的彩膜基板制作方法,其特征在于,所述形成导电层包括:通过溅射或热蒸发在所述基底的另一侧沉积导电层。
- 根据权利要求9所述的彩膜基板制作方法,其特征在于,所述对所述导电层进行构图工艺包括:对所述导电层进行曝光、显影和蚀刻,以形成所述多个导电区域。
- 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的彩膜基板制作方法,其特征在于,在所述彩膜基板中的基底与导电层之间形成缓冲层。
- 一种显示装置制作方法,其特征在于,包括:将通过权利要求9至12中任一项所述的方法制作的彩膜基板与阵列基板对盒;对对盒后的彩膜基板和阵列基板进行薄化处理。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置制作方法,其特征在于,所述对对盒后的彩膜基板和阵列基板进行薄化处理包括:对对盒后的彩膜基板和阵列基板进行酸蚀、研磨和抛光。
