背景技术
现在大部分销售的手机都带有前置摄像头,人们应用前摄进行自拍和视频也越来越频繁。目前关于前置摄像头的结构设计都是将摄像模组通过板对板的连接器直接固定在前壳上,在前壳上做一个摄像头固定保护框架,保护框架有个圆形的内凹,该内凹直径尺寸与摄像模组镜头的尺寸相匹配,用于放置镜头,使镜头能很好的固定。内凹的顶端是一个与前壳的前表面平行的平面,其尺寸与摄像模组台阶的尺寸相匹配。将摄像模组放置于这种结构中,摄像模组镜头正对着前壳玻璃镜片。
相关技术的手机前置摄像头的这种固定保护结构,摄像模组镜头是正对着玻璃镜片的,用户在自拍或视频时,在手机自然后倾的情况下(用户习惯手握手机的状态),画面中的自己总是不在屏幕的中央、甚至会超出屏幕的边界。为了避免自拍和视频时出现这种情况,也使画面中的自己显的更美观,用户经常需要刻意将手机竖起从而使摄像头正对自己,有时甚至需要将高高手机举起来进行拍照。在此种状态下长时间的拍照或者视频,会是用户感觉异常的疲惫,给用户的使用带来了不便。

以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本文提供了一种移动终端,能够解决自拍、录像和视频时需要竖起手机正对使用者的问题,更好地方便于用户使用,而且在使用过程中用户的手臂也不会产生疲惫感。
一种移动终端,包括:前壳;开孔的镜片,安装在所述前壳的前表面 上、并与镜头对应设置;和所述镜头,位于所述镜片的后侧、并倾斜安装在所述前壳的上部,且所述镜头的拍摄轴线朝向所述前壳的前下方。
可选地,所述前壳的后表面上开设有轴线沿所述前壳的前下方倾斜设置的阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔的阶梯面朝向所述前壳的后上方,所述镜头安装在所述阶梯孔处。
可选地,所述阶梯孔的横截面呈圆形状。
可选地,所述阶梯孔的阶梯面处的厚度自上至下渐增。
可选地,所述前壳包括:本体;和保护框架,安装在所述本体上,所述阶梯孔位于所述保护框架上。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
下面结合附图描述本发明一些实施例所述的移动终端。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端,如图1所示,包括:前壳1;开孔的镜片2,安装在前壳1的前表面上、并与镜头对应设置;和镜头(图中未示出,即手机的前置摄像头),位于镜片2的后侧、并倾斜安装在前壳1的上部,且镜头的拍摄轴线即:镜头的轴线朝向前壳1的前下方。
本发明实施例提供的移动终端,镜头倾斜安装在前壳的上部、且镜头的拍摄轴线朝向前壳的前下方,这样用户在习惯自然后倾手握手机的状态下前置拍照、录像或视频时,其镜头是大致正对该用户的,这样会使得拍摄图像位于屏幕的中间位置处,更好地方便了用户使用手机,而且在使用过程中用户的手臂也不会产生疲惫感,其实用性显著。
另外,本发明上述实施例提供的移动终端还可具有如下附加的技术特征:
前壳1的后表面上开设有轴线沿前壳1的前下方倾斜设置的阶梯孔11,阶梯孔11的阶梯面朝向前壳1的后上方,镜头安装在阶梯孔11处。
阶梯孔11的横截面呈圆形状。
即:阶梯孔后部的内侧壁面由直圆柱面更改为有一定倾斜角度的斜圆柱面,避免遮挡自镜片进入的光线,更好地保证了镜头的拍摄效果。
当然,阶梯孔的横截面也可以设计成三角形状、方形状等镜头设计成与之相匹配的结构。
阶梯孔11的阶梯面处的厚度自上至下渐增(当然,阶梯面处的厚度自上之下也可相等),以此来保证移动终端的厚度,实现移动终端的厚度较薄设计,这样可更美观。
本发明的一个实施例中,前壳1包括:本体;和保护框架,安装在本体上,阶梯孔11位于保护框架上。
其中,保护框架与本体可以是一体式结构、也可以是分体式结构。
另外,移动终端还包括:前表面上具有配合区域面的后壳,镜头的前表面与阶梯面相抵触、后表面与配合区域面相抵触,在保证移动终端厚度薄的设计要求下实现对镜头的夹紧定位,防止其松动异响。
可选地,配合区域面为斜面,镜头为标准的镜头,将镜头倾斜放置,倾斜的配合区域面与镜头的后表面抵触贴合,实现夹紧固定防异响。
可选地,镜头的拍摄轴线与前壳1的前表面的夹角范围为84~88度。
本发明的一个实施例中,镜头的拍摄轴线与前壳1的前表面的夹角为86度。
其中,移动终端为手机或平板等。
本发明实施例提供一种具有新的结构的手机前壳,使手机的前置摄像头(即:镜头)以一定的角度前倾安装,在自拍、录像和视频时获得更好的画面效果。实现方法可以归纳为:
一、重新设计手机前壳的结构,在前壳用于放置镜头的保护框架内,将保护框架上阶梯孔的用于支撑镜头表面的台阶由原来的平面改为具有一定角度的斜面,斜面为上低下高(自前壳的上部至下部的方向)。
为确定斜面的倾斜角度,对倾斜角度的效果做实际的检测。首先要保证倾斜的角度能使自拍达到预期的效果,而且不会因为倾斜角度过大而影响光线的进入,同时镜头倾斜时翘起的高度保证不影响手机后壳的装配甚至是不影响手机厚度的重新设计。在综合考虑下,根据实际效果,斜面倾斜角度为4°时可以较好地满足上述基本要求。
二、镜头前倾安装后,其(机械)视场角对应的范围也会下移,因此将手机前壳上镜头对应的开孔镜片在原有安装位置的基础上相应的下移,同时 增大开孔的直径,以避免有部分进入镜头的光线被遮挡的问题出现。实际下移多少与镜头距镜片表面的距离H以及镜头的长宽L有关系。经分析计算以及近似忽略,将镜头前倾后与原方案相比较,其镜头视场角在前壳上对应的开孔范围下移的距离为:(H+L/2*tan4°)*tan(θ/2+4°)-H*tanθ/2,其中H为镜头距镜片的距离,L为镜头的长宽,θ为镜头的视场角。一般情况下,H会很小,按1mm计算,L为7.5mm,θ按80°计算,估算的下移距离为0.38mm。至于开孔直径的增大,主要是看拍照时的上边沿有无遮挡,若无遮挡,开孔直径可不变。
三、阶梯孔的内壁面目前设计为圆柱面式,现在将阶梯面的一边加高倾斜后,较厚的这边的圆柱面有可能对进入镜头的光线有遮挡,需对其进行修改。实际做法可以为以开孔镜片下移的位置为基准作为圆柱面的下表面,加高后的斜面作为圆柱面的上表面,连接两个圆就可得到新的具有一定倾斜角度的圆柱面。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的移动终端,镜头倾斜安装在前壳的上部、且镜头的拍摄轴线朝向前壳的前下方,这样用户在习惯自然后倾手握手机的状态下前置拍照、录像或视频时,其镜头是大致正对该用户的,这样会使得拍摄图像位于屏幕的中间位置处,更好地方便了用户使用手机,而且在使用过程中用户的手臂也不会产生疲惫感,其实用性显著。

  1. 一种移动终端,包括:
    前壳(1);
    开孔的镜片(2),安装在所述前壳(1)的前表面上、并与镜头对应设置;和
    所述镜头,位于所述镜片(2)的后侧、并倾斜安装在所述前壳(1)的上部,且所述镜头的拍摄轴线朝向所述前壳(1)的前下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述前壳(1)的后表面上开设有轴线沿所述前壳(1)的前下方倾斜设置的阶梯孔(11),所述阶梯孔(11)的阶梯面朝向所述前壳(1)的后上方,所述镜头安装在所述阶梯孔(11)处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述阶梯孔(11)的横截面呈圆形状。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述阶梯孔(11)的阶梯面处的厚度自上至下渐增。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述前壳(1)包括:
    本体;和
    保护框架,安装在所述本体上,所述阶梯孔(11)位于所述保护框架上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,还包括:
    前表面上具有配合区域面的后壳,所述镜头的前表面与所述阶梯面相抵触、后表面与所述配合区域面相抵触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述配合区域面为斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的移动终端,其中,所述镜头的拍摄轴线与所述前壳(1)的前表面的夹角范围为84~88度。
