Description
本发明涉及一种路面配套设施,特别是涉及一种用于组成声屏障的减载式声屏障单元板和由其形成的减载式声屏障。
现有的声屏障包括立柱和位于各立柱间的板状隔声元件,板状隔声元件包括一板材壳体和位于板材壳体内部的隔声衬件,板材壳体包括吸声板、隔声板和连接吸声板和隔声板的侧面板,吸声板上设置有透声孔,吸声板可采用平面结构或曲面结构,当吸声板采用曲面结构时,曲面结构部分一般采用焊接、铆接或螺接等方式固定而形成吸声板。上述结构一般均含有起声音隔离作用的背板,当高速列车经过或者有台风时,列车带来的风速或自然风直接作用到声屏障上,被声屏障所阻隔进而反射回来,在路上会形成对流斡旋风,不但对行车安全带来严重威胁,而且会造成声屏障的毁损、掉落,进一步影响行车安全。因此如何设计一款可降低风速对路面影响的声屏障成为行业内亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种机械强度高、可有效降低风压风速对路面的影响的声屏障的单元结构,减载式声屏障单元板和由其形成的减载式声屏障。
本发明要解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种减载式声屏障单元板,其包括至少一单元板本体和分别设置在该单元板本体两端的用于上下相邻的所述减载式声屏障单元板相互搭接的搭接部件,
所述单元板本体为由吸声壁、上壁、隔声壁和下壁依次固定连接所形成的空心壳体,所述上壁和下壁为曲面结构,所述搭接部件为具有一开口端的壳体,所述单元板本体的两端分别由所述开口端处插入相应的所述搭接部件内。
优选的,所述单元板本体为两个或以上,在所述搭接部件的内侧壁上还固定设置有支撑构件,装配状态时,所述下壁置于所述支撑构件上。
优选的,所述搭接部件和其对应的单元板本体的端部分别设置有互相配合的卡扣结构。
优选的,所述搭接部件包括上侧面、下侧面、左侧面、右侧面、端面和开口端,所述上侧面上设置有凸楞,所述下侧面上设置有与该凸楞相配合的凹槽。
优选的,在所述搭接部件的内侧面上还设置有至少一限制所述单元板本体移动的限位结构。
优选的,所述限位结构为限制所述单元板本体在左右方向移动的至少一左右限位结构,所述左右限位结构靠近所述左侧面或右侧面并且与所述左侧面或右侧面之间留设有间隙。
优选的,所述限位结构为上下限位结构,所述上下限位结构与所述上壁之间留设有间隙。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的减载式声屏障单元板,其通过上下搭接组成声屏障,由于组成减载式声屏障的上下单元板本体之间存在间隙,路面上的空气流动可穿过声屏障进入路面外部,进而对路面起到泄压作用;减载式声屏障单元板上设置有透声孔和通孔,进入单元板内部的声波和气流一部分被吸声衬件所阻隔、消弱并吸收,另一部分穿过透声孔和通孔,疏泄到声屏障的另一面,不但有效减低了噪声,而且减少了路面的气流压力,降低了声屏障两侧的压差,可有效降低气流对路面车辆的影响,减少声屏障的毁损,延长声屏障的使用寿命。此外,本方案相比传统的声屏障单元板还存在机构强度高、节
约材料等优点,而且通过本减载式声屏障单元板搭接而成声屏障,其外观漂亮,有利于美化环境。

以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种减载式声屏障单元板,其包括至少一单元板本体2和分别设置在该单元板本体2两端的用于上下相邻的所述减载式声屏障单元板相互搭接的搭接部件1。所述单元板本体2包括形成空心壳体的吸声壁21、上壁23、隔声壁22和下壁24,例如单元板本体2可以为由吸声壁21、上壁23、隔声壁22和下壁24依次固定头尾连接所形成的空心壳体,吸声壁21、上壁23、隔声壁22还可以为一体成型的弯折结构。上壁23和下壁24为曲面结构,搭接部件1为具有一开口端的壳体,单元板本体2的两端分别由所述开口端处插入相应的搭接部件1内。上述单元板本体2和搭接部件1可由金属板材制备而成,具体可为铝合金板、不锈钢板等板材,亦可由非金属材料制备而成,比如塑料等。由于该单元板本体2相对于传统的单元板本体体积较小,在板材厚度相同的条件下,其机械强度较大,与之相对应的抗弯折力也
相对较强,能够抵抗台风等侵袭。基于以上原因,还可进一步减少单元板本体2的壁厚,比如,传统的单元板本体的壁厚可选择为12mm-16mm,而该单元板本体的厚度可选择为8mm-12mm,或更少,有利于节约材料。当然,为进一步提升其机械强度,也可适当增加其壁厚。
在不同高度(沿Y轴方向)的搭接部件1内可设置一个单元板本体2,亦可设置两个或两个以上的单元板本体2,在单元板本体2高度相同的情况下,搭接部件1高度越高,可放置的单元板本体2的数目越多。位于同一个搭接部件1内的单元板本体2之间上下排列,相邻的单元板本体2之间留设有间隙。在一个搭接部件内设置多个单元板本体的结构,可在保证相同的机械强度的前提下进一步节约材料。
如图3所示,为保证相邻的单元板本体2之间的间隙,可在搭接部件1的内侧壁上对称的固定设置支撑构件19,位于上面的单元板本体2的下壁24置于该支撑构件19上。当支撑构件19为长条状结构时,可在搭接部件1的内侧壁上对称的设置两个(如图3所示),作为其他的结构选择,支撑构件19亦可为一个板状结构。
装配声屏障时,搭接部件1嵌入H型钢内,因此,其形状要和H型钢的空间形状相配合。在本实施例中,如图3所示,搭接部件1包括上侧面11、下侧面12、左侧面13、右侧面14、端面15和开口端,所述上侧面11上设置有凸楞111,所述下侧面12上设置有与该凸楞111相配合的凹槽121。该种结构既可保证上下相邻的减载式声屏障单元板之间互相搭接,又可使相邻的单元板本体之间留设有间隙,保证减载效果。作为结构的变形,其凸楞111和凹槽121的形状可随意选择,只要达到两者互相配合的效果即可。
为进一步避免单元板本体2在搭接部件1内发生位移或碰撞,在所述搭接部件1的内侧面上还设置有至少一限制所述单元板本体2移动的限位结构。具体地,所述限位结构包括为限制所述单元板本体2在Z轴方向(左右宽度方向)移动的至少一左右限位结构17,该左右限位结构17靠近左侧面13或右侧面14并且与所述左侧面13或右侧面14之间留设有间隙,具体地,该左右限位结构17可固定设置在左侧面13或右侧面14的内侧面上,或者端面15的内侧面上。在本实施例中,左右限位结构17为柱状,各单元板本体分别所对应的左右限位结构为4个,其中两个位于右侧面14附近,另外两个位于左侧面13附近,装配状态时,单元板本体2的吸声壁21夹于左右限位结构和右侧面14之间,隔声壁22夹于左右限位结构和左侧面13之间。位于同一侧的两个柱状的左右限位结构亦可为一板状的左右限位结构所代替(图中未示出)。
为防止左右限位结构17与单元板本体之间的刚性接触,在所述左右限位结构17外部套设有缓冲部件171。该缓冲部件171可由橡胶材料或者其他柔性材料制备而成,可进一步起到限位作用,而且可提高各部件的使用寿命。
作为进一步的优化,所述限位结构还包括上下限位结构16,所述上下限位结构16与所述上壁11之间留设有间隙。为保证限位效果,上下限位结构16的形状和所述上壁23弯折处的形状相配合。
同理,为了进一步固定位于同一搭接部件1内的下部的单元板本体,其还设置两个位置互相配合的中部限位结构18,相应的所述单元板本体的上壁23夹于所述两中部限位结构18之间。以上描述的是一个搭接部件1中设置两个单元板本体的结构,同理,当一个搭接部件中包含3个或以上的单元板本体时,其在每个单元板本体的相应位置处均设置相应的左右限位结构、上下限位结构和
支撑构件。上下限位结构16和中部限位结构18亦可保证上下相邻的单元板本体之间的间隙。
为保证吸声效果,还可在所述单元板本体2内设置有吸声衬件,吸声衬件可以为吸声岩棉、纤维等,吸声衬件可以填满单元板本体,亦可以仅填充部分空间。至少在所述单元板本体2的吸声壁21上设置有透声孔,亦可在下壁24上设置透声孔,还可在上壁23的朝向吸声侧的面上设置透声孔。
如图5所示,所述吸声壁21、上壁23、隔声壁22为一体成型的弯折结构,所述下壁24的两末端分别设置一沿×轴方向(纵向方向)延伸的U形结构241,所述吸声壁21和隔声壁22的末端分别插入相应侧的U形结构241中并通过冲压或焊接的方式固定连接。
所述上壁23和下壁24的横截面可为弧形、倒V形或者倒梯形。
如图4所示,为拓宽和延长吸声面,在所述隔声壁22的两端还分别设置一L形折边221,装配状态时,所述各L形折边221分别与对应的左侧面13或右侧面14相贴合。在H型钢或搭接部件的宽度一定时,通过设置L形折边221可以延长上壁和下壁的水平宽度,从而达到延长吸声面的目的。例如,在如图2所示的没有设置L形折边的单元板本体中,由于H型钢或搭接部件的宽度受限,单元板本体的吸声壁21和隔声壁22之间的宽度可能只有140mm。如果设置了如图4所示的L形折边221,则可插入搭接部件的单元板本体的吸声壁21和隔声壁22之间的宽度可能达到150mm或者160mm,从而延长了上壁和下壁上的吸声面的长度,实现了更好的吸声效果。
为防止单元板本体2从搭接部件1中滑脱,搭接部件1和其对应的单元板本体2的端部分别设置有互相配合的卡扣结构。具体地,如图6所示,所述卡
扣结构为互相配合的卡爪4和开口3,当开口3设置在单元板本体2的端部时,卡爪4可设置在搭接部件1的内侧面上或左右限位结构17上(图中未示出该结构),当开口设置在搭接部件1的内侧面上时,卡爪可设置在单元板本体2的端部。卡爪可为一凸块或带有阻挡部位的凸块。
为简化结构,也可通过螺接或铆接的方式将所述单元板本体2两端与相应的所述搭接部件1固定连接,为防止刚性碰撞,可在螺接或铆接处设置一橡胶条。
所述端面15上设置有至少一通孔,通过该通孔,可进一步泄压,或者方便搬动。
上述实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明,并不用于限制本发明,所有可实现本发明目的的所有变形实施方式,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (16)
- 一种减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,其包括至少一单元板本体(2)和分别设置在该单元板本体(2)两端的用于上下相邻的所述减载式声屏障单元板相互搭接的搭接部件(1),所述单元板本体(2)为由吸声壁(21)、上壁(23)、隔声壁(22)和下壁(24)依次固定连接所形成的空心壳体,所述上壁(23)和下壁(24)为曲面结构,所述搭接部件(1)为具有一开口端的壳体,所述单元板本体(2)的两端分别由所述开口端处插入相应的所述搭接部件(1)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述单元板本体(2)为两个或以上,在所述搭接部件(1)的内侧壁上还固定设置有支撑构件(19),装配状态时,所述下壁(24)置于所述支撑构件(19)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述搭接部件(1)和其对应的单元板本体(2)的端部分别设置有互相配合的卡扣结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述搭接部件(1)包括上侧面(11)、下侧面(12)、左侧面(13)、右侧面(14)、端面(15)和开口端,所述上侧面(11)上设置有凸楞(111),所述下侧面(12)上设置有与该凸楞(111)相配合的凹槽(121)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,在所述搭接部件(1)的内侧面上还设置有至少一限制所述单元板本体(2)移动的限位结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述限位结构为限制所述单元板本体在左右方向移动的至少一左右限位结构(17),所述左右限位结构(17)靠近所述左侧面(13)或右侧面(14)并且与所述左侧面(13)或右侧面(14)之间留设有间隙。
- 根据权利要求5所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述限位结构为上下限位结构(16),所述上下限位结构(16)与所述上壁(23)之间留设有间隙。
- 根据权利要求6所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述左右限位结构(17)外部套设有缓冲部件(171)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,其还包括两个位置互相配合的中部限位结构(18),装配状态时,相应的所述单元板本体的上壁(23)夹于所述两中部限位结构(18)之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述隔声壁(22)的两端还分别设置一L形折边(221),装配状态时,所述各L形折边(221)分别与对应的所述左侧面(13)或所述右侧面(14)相贴合。
- 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述单元板本体(2)内设置有吸声衬件,至少在所述单元板本体(2)的吸声壁(21)上设置有透声孔。
- 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述吸声壁(21)、上壁(23)、隔声壁(22)为一体成型结构,所述下壁(24)的两末端分别设置一U形结构(241),所述 吸声壁(21)和隔声壁(22)的末端分别插入相应侧的U形结构(241)中并固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,所述上壁(23)和下壁(24)的横截面为弧形、倒V形或者倒梯形,所述端面(15)上设置有至少一通孔。
- 一种减载式声屏障单元板,其特征在于,包括至少一个单元板本体(2)和分别设置在所述单元板本体(2)两端的搭接部件(1),所述单元板本体(2)包括用于形成空心壳体的吸声壁(21)、上壁(23)、隔声壁(22)和下壁(24),所述上壁(23)和下壁(24)为曲面结构,所述搭接部件(1)为具有一开口端的壳体,所述单元板本体(2)的两端分别由所述开口端处插入相应的所述搭接部件(1)内。
- 一种减载式声屏障,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1或14所述的减载式声屏障单元板和立柱,所述搭接部件嵌入所述立柱内。
- 根据权利要求15所述的减载式声屏障,其特征在于,所述立柱为H型钢。
