如图 1至 4所示, 本发明一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 包括安装在桥梁护栏或 路基上的 H型钢 1, 在任意相邻的两个 H型钢 1之间从下往上依次安装有微 穿孔吸声屏 2、 透明屏 3、 以及三角锥吸声屏 4, 在三角锥吸声屏 4顶部安装 有圆弧盖板 5。 作为本发明的替换手段, 可以采用 C型钢或者其它的钢材或 其它材料的类似结构作为支撑, 用于安装微穿孔吸声屏 2、 透明屏 3、 以及三 角锥吸声屏 4, 首先, 在桥梁护栏或路基上预先埋设预埋件, 在 H型钢 1底 部连接有连接盘, 在连接盘上设置有螺孔, 预埋件穿过螺孔并用螺栓将 H型 钢 1固定在预埋件上; 然后, 在两个 H型钢 1之间安装微穿孔吸声屏 2, 微 穿孔吸声屏 2与 H型钢 1一侧之间安装有橡胶密封条 7,微穿孔吸声屏 2与 H 型钢 1另一侧之间安装有定位弹簧 6; 透明屏 2为钢化中空玻璃, 在钢化中空 玻璃的四周包裹有铝合金边框 8, 在 H型钢 1上通过螺栓安装有直角钢 9, 铝 合金边框 8夹装在 H型钢 1与直角钢 9之间, 在铝合金边框 8与 H型钢 1或 直角钢 9之间设置有橡胶密封条 7,在钢化中空玻璃的侧面与铝合金边框 8之 间设置有硅酮胶 10, 在钢化中空玻璃的端面与铝合金边框 8之间设置有减震 橡胶片 11 ; 三角锥吸声屏 4由多个三角锥体单元叠加而成, 每个三角锥体单 元的横截面为直角梯形, 所述的三角锥体单元安放在 H型钢 1内, 三角锥体 单元与 H型钢 1一侧之间安装有橡胶密封条 7, 三角锥体单元与 H型钢另一 侧之间安装有定位弹簧 6。 以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例, 并非对本发明做任何形式上的限 制, 凡是依据本发明的技术实质上对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、 等同 变化, 均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 包括安装在桥梁护栏或路基上的 H型钢 (1 ), 在任意相邻的两个 H型钢 (1 ) 之间从下往上依次安装有微穿 孔吸声屏 (2)、 透明屏 (3 )、 以及三角锥吸声屏 (4), 在三角锥吸声屏 (4) 顶部安装有圆弧盖板 (5 )。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 所述的三 角锥吸声屏(4) 由多个三角锥体单元叠加而成, 每个三角锥体单元的横截面 为直角梯形。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 所述的三 角锥体单元安放在 H型钢 (1 ) 内, 三角锥体单元与 H型钢 (1 )一侧之间安 装有橡胶密封条 (7), 三角锥体单元与 H型钢 (1 ) 另一侧之间安装有定位 弹簧 (6)。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 所述的透 明屏 (3 ) 为钢化中空玻璃, 在钢化中空玻璃的四周包裹有铝合金边框 (8), 在所述 H型钢 (1 ) 上通过螺栓安装有直角钢 (9), 所述铝合金边框 (8 ) 夹 装在 H型钢 (1 ) 与直角钢 (9) 之间。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 在所述铝 合金边框 (8) 与 H型钢 (1 ) 或直角钢 (9) 之间设置有橡胶密封条 (7)。
6、根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 在夹胶钢 化中空玻璃的侧面与铝合金边框 (8) 之间设置有硅酮胶 (10)。
7、根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 在夹胶钢 化中空玻璃的端面与铝合金边框 (8) 之间设置有减震橡胶片 (11 )。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻型吸隔声屏障, 其特征在于: 所述微穿 孔吸声屏 (2) 安放在 H型钢 (1) 内, 微穿孔吸声屏 (2) 与 H型钢 (1) 一 侧之间安装有橡胶密封条 (7), 微穿孔吸声屏 (2) 与 H型钢 (1) 另一侧之 间安装有定位弹簧 (6)。
