- 一种一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,包括:外壳,所述外壳内限定有腔室,所述外壳设有与所述腔室导通的原水进口、预处理水出口、预处理水进口、纯水出口和废水出口;预处理滤芯,所述预处理滤芯沿所述腔室地轴向延伸地安装在所述腔室内,所述预处理滤芯包括:安装管,所述安装管形成为沿上下方向延伸的空心柱状;过滤层,所述过滤层套设在所述安装管上,所述过滤层与所述外壳之间限定出与所述原水进口导通的进水通路,所述过滤层与安装管之间限定出与所述预处理水出口导通的预处理水出水通路;中心管,所述中心管沿所述安装管的轴向延伸地安装在所述安装管内,所述中心管与所述安装管间隔开形成与所述预处理水进口导通的过滤腔,所述中心管的一端与所述纯水出口连通,所述中心管的侧壁上设有入水孔;滤膜,所述滤膜设在所述过滤腔内且绕设在所述中心管的外周壁上,所述滤膜的外周壁与所述安装管的内周壁之间限定出废水通路,所述废水通路与所述废水出口导通;控制件,所述控制件与所述预处理水出口和所述预处理水进口相连,所述控制件在所述一体复合滤芯初次使用时导通所述原水进口和所述预处理水出口,并断开所述预处理水进口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,所述过滤层包括两层,两个所述过滤层分别卷绕在所述安装管上,其中,位于外圈的所述过滤层为PP棉,位于内圈的所述过滤层为碳棒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,所述过滤层包括第一至第三过滤层,所述第一至第三过滤层从外到内依次套设在所述安装管上,所述第一过滤层为PP棉,所述第二过滤层为活性炭纤维卷绕层,所述第三过滤层为PP棉、微滤膜或超滤膜中的一种,所述第一过滤层与所述外壳之间限定出与所述原水进口导通的进水通路,所述第三过滤层与安装管之间限定出与所述预处理水出口导通的预处理水出水通路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,所述预处理滤芯还包括:上端盖,所述上端盖设在所述安装管的上端的外周;下端盖,所述下端盖设在所述安装管的下端的外周,所述过滤层设在所述上端盖和下端盖之间;支撑管,所述支撑管套设在所述安装管上且位于所述上端盖和下端盖之间,所述过滤 层设在所述安装管的外周面和所述支撑管的内周面之间,所述支撑管上设有多个内外导通的通孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,所述预处理滤芯还包括:内管,所述内管套设在所述安装管上且所述内管的内周面与所述安装管的外周面间隔开,所述内管的上端和下端分别止抵所述上端盖和下端盖,所述过滤层套设在所述内管上,所述内管上设有多个内外导通的过水孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,所述原水进口为单孔,所述预处理水出口和所述预处理水进口嵌套设置,所述预处理水进口嵌套在所述预处理水出口内,所述纯水出口和所述废水出口嵌套设置,所述纯水出口嵌套在所述废水出口内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体复合滤芯,其特征在于,所述滤膜为反渗透膜、超滤膜或纳滤膜。
- 一种净水系统,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一体复合滤芯;自来水进水口,所述自来水进水口与所述原水进口连通;隔膜泵,所述隔膜泵设在所述预处理水出口和预处理水进口之间;纯净水出口,所述纯净术出口与所述纯水出口连通;浓缩冲洗水出口,所述浓缩冲洗水出口与所述废水出口连通。
- 根据权利要求8所述的净水系统,其特征在于,所述控制件包括:第一控制阀,所述第一控制阀设在所述预处理水出口和预处理水进口之间并控制所述预处理水出口和预处理水进口的通断;第二控制阀,所述第二控制阀设在所述预处理水出口与所述浓缩冲洗水出口之间并控制所述预处理水出口与所述浓缩冲洗水出口的通断。
- 根据权利要求8所述的净水系统,其特征在于,所述纯净水出口与所述纯水出口之间设有柔性水袋。
