请参照图1-2,本发明较佳的实施例提供了一种电子烟100。该电子烟100包括雾化模块110、控制模块120、电池模块130及烟嘴140。所述烟嘴140可拆卸地安装在所述雾化模块110上。所述雾化模块110、控制模块120及电池模块130三者之间两两通过磁性件可拆卸地、可自由组合地电性连接在一起。
所述雾化模块110包括分别设置在雾化模块110相对两端的第一磁性件111、第二磁性件112,以及设置于所述相对两端之间的雾化装置115。进一步地,所述雾化模块110还包括邻近所述第二磁性件112且设置在雾化模块110的其中一端的第一正极接触113及第二正极接触114。本实施例中,所述第一正极接触113沿所述雾化模块110的纵轴方向设置,所述第二正极接触114沿所述雾化模块110的横轴方向设置;具体地,所述第一正极接触113设置在雾化模块110的一第一端面11a,所述第二正极接触114设置在与所述第一端面11a相交的第一侧面11b上。所述第二磁性件112与第一正极接触113之间通过绝缘件180相隔形成正、负两个电极,第二磁性件112与第二正极接触114之间通过绝缘件180相隔亦形成正、负两个电极。
可以理解地,所述第一正极接触113及第二正极接触114可以设为一个正极接触,该正极接触通过转轴固定。当电子烟组合方式为并排式时,所述正极接触拨动至所述第二正极接触114方向;当电子烟组合方式为竖排式时,所述正极接触拨动至所述第一正极接触113方向。
所述控制模块120包括第三磁性件121、第四磁性件122及控制器组件127,第三磁性件121与第四磁性件122分别设置在控制模块120相对的两端,所述控制器组件127设置在第三磁性件121、第四磁性件122之间。进一步地,所述控制模块120还包括与第一正极接触113相对设置的第三正极接触123、第四正极接触124、与第二正极接触114相对设置的第五正极接触125、及第六正极接触126。所述第三正极接触123邻近所述第三磁性件121且设置在控制模块120的其中一端,第四正极接触124、第五正极接触125及第六正极接触126分别设 在所述控制模块120的相对的另一端。本实施例中,所述第四正极接触124沿所述雾化模块110的纵轴方向设置;所述第五正极接触125、第六正极接触126分别沿所述雾化模块110的横轴方向设置,且分别位于所述控制模块120相背设置的两侧面上;具体地,所述第四正极接触124设置在控制模块120的一第二端面12a,所述第五正极接触125设置在与所述第二端面12a相交的第二侧面12b上,所述第六正极接触126设置在与所述第二端面12a相交、且与第二侧面12b相对设置的第三侧面12c上。所述第三磁性件121与第三正极接触123之间通过绝缘件180相隔形成正、负两个电极。所述第四正极接触124、第五正极接触125或第六正极接触126与第四磁性件122之间通过绝缘件180相隔形成正、负两个电极。
可以理解地,所述第四正极接触124及第五正极接触125可以设为一个正极接触,该正极接触通过转轴固定。当电子烟组合方式为并排式时,所述正极接触拨动至所述第五正极接触125方向;当电子烟组合方式为竖排式时,所述正极接触拨动至所述第四正极接触124方向。
所述电池模块130包括供电电池135、第五磁性件131、第六磁性件132、第七正极接触133及至少一第八正极接触134。所述第五磁性件131、第七正极接触133设置在电池模块130的一端,所述第六磁性件132、第八正极接触134设置在所述电池模块130相对的另一端。所述第七正极接触133与第四正极接触124相对设置,所述第八正极接触134与所述第五正极接触125相对设置。本实施例中,所述第七正极接触133沿所述电池模块130的纵轴方向设置,所述第八正极接触134沿所述电池模块130的横轴方向设置;具体地,第七正极接触133设置在电池模块130的一第三端面13a,所述第八正极接触134设置在与所述第三端面13a相交的第四侧面13b上。所述第七正极接触133、第八正极接触134分别与相邻的磁性件(第五磁性件131、第六磁性件132)之间通过绝缘件180相隔形成正、负两个电极。
可以理解地,所述第七正极接触133及第八正极接触134也可以同时设置于同一磁性件(即第五磁性件131或第六磁性件132)上。
可以理解地,当所述第七正极接触133及第八正极接触134设置在同一磁 性件上时,所述第七正极接触133及第八正极接触134可以设为一个正极接触,该正极接触通过转轴固定。当电子烟组合方式为并排式时,所述正极接触拨动至所述第八正极接触134方向;当电子烟组合方式为竖排式时,所述正极接触拨动至所述第七正极接触133方向。
可以理解地,所述雾化模块110、控制模块120及电池模块130的壳体均可为磁性外壳,如此可以替代上述各磁性件实现雾化模块110、控制模块120及电池模块130之间的装配连接。
所述电子烟100的雾化模块110、控制模块120、电池模块130的装配方式至少包括如下两种:并排式和竖排式。
请参见图4所示,所述并排式电子烟100的装配方式是:雾化模块110的第二正极接触114与控制模块120的第六正极接触126对接,控制模块120的第五正极接触125与电池模块130的第八正极接触134对接。所述雾化模块110、控制模块120及电池模块130通过相邻模块上的磁性件两两相吸,使上述对接的正极接触电连接。
请再次参见图1所示,所述竖排式电子烟100的装配方式是:雾化模块110的第一正极接触113与控制模块120的第三正极接触123对接,所述第四正极接触124与第七正极接触133对接。
进一步地,请参照图3,所述第三磁性件121开设有一安装孔190,所述第三正极接触123容置在所述安装孔190内。所述第三正极接触123包括一套管170和容置在该套管170内的一弹性件150。所述套管170安装于安装孔内的方式可以是紧配合、粘接配合等。所述弹性件150可实现第一正极接触113与第三正极接触123之间的弹性接触,有效解决电子烟100组合时产生尺寸公差而造成的缺陷。本实施例中,所述第六正极接触126、第七正极接触133及第八正极接触134都具有与所述第三正极接触123相同的结构。
可以理解地,所述雾化模块110、控制模块120及电池模块130上的所有正极接触都可以设置为具有弹性,当电子烟100组合时产生尺寸公差时,弹性接触能有效解决该缺陷。
进一步地,请同时参见图1和图5,所述电子烟100还可包括若干分别与所 述第三正极接触123、所述第六正极接触126、第七正极接触133一一相对设置的装饰件160。本实施例以与第三正极接触123配合的装饰件160进行说明。所述安装孔190处设有安装槽,所述装饰件160可拆卸地插接于安装槽内。所述装饰件160还可以磁吸式等其他方式可拆卸地安装在所述控制模块120上,当雾化模块110、控制模块120及电池模块130三者进行横排组装时,所述装饰件160可以避免所述第三正极接触123裸露在外,使电子烟100更加美观。
在其他实施例中,根据实际生产需要,可以省略所述控制模块120,所述电子烟100包括所述雾化模块110及与雾化模块110直接电连接的电池模块130,即所述电池模块130直接对所述雾化模块110进行供电。
在其他实施例中,所述电子烟100的组合方式不局限于一个雾化模块110及一个电池模块130,所述电子烟100可包括两个或两个以上的电池模块130,两个电池模块130之间连接方式与上述电池模块130和控制模块120之间的连接方式相同。如此,可同时使用两个电池模块130以延长电子烟100的供电时间,亦可在一个电池模块130电量不足时增加一个备用的电池模块130以增加供电。
在其他实施例中,根据实际生产需要,各所述模块上的正极接触可以为其他形式的电性连接件代替。
实施例二
参照图6A和6B,本发明还提供了另一较佳实施例的电子烟200。所述电子烟200包括通过卡接的方式可拆卸地、可自由组合地电性连接在一起的雾化模块210、控制模块220及电池模块230。所述雾化模块210的一端面设有T型的接头240,且另一端面设有与所述接头240相对应的连接槽250。
进一步地,所述雾化模块210相邻所述两个端面的一侧面上设有一接头,且与该侧面相对设置的另一侧面上设有与该接头相对应的连接槽。
可以理解地,所述控制模块220、电池模块230均相对设置有用于与雾化模块210卡接的接头及连接槽。
进一步地,本实施例的连接方式是:当组合方式为竖排式,所述雾化模块210端面的接头与控制模块220的端面连接槽相配合,控制模块220的端面接头 与电池模块230的端面连接槽相配合。同理,当组合方式为横排式,其中一个模块侧面的接头与另一模块的侧面连接槽相配合。
进一步地,所述电子烟200还包括装饰板260,所述装饰板260对应不同的接头240或连接槽250且配有不同的长度尺寸,具有使电子烟200更加美观的作用。
可以理解的,所述雾化模块210上的仅设置接头240、连接槽250其中任一种作为连接件,控制模块220、电池模块230可根据所述雾化模块210上连接件的设置情况进行相应的调整。
可以理解的,根据实际生产需要,可以对接头240、连接槽250的形状、结构进行相应的改变,以确保实现上述雾化模块210、控制模块220及电池模块230之间可拆卸地、可自由组合地电性连接在一起即可。
实施例三
参照图6A和6B,本发明在另一实施例中提供的电子烟300,所述电子烟300包括雾化模块310、控制模块320、电池模块330及至少一辅助件340。所述辅助件340设有T型的卡持部360,各所述模块的一侧面均设有与卡持部360相对应的卡槽380。通过若干所述卡持部360及卡槽380,可将各模块可拆卸地插接于辅助件340上,以组合装配成特定形状的电子烟300。在其他实施例中,可以在各所述模块上设置卡持部360,同时在所述辅助件340上相应设置卡槽380。
可以理解的,根据所述电子烟300的组合方式不同,所述辅助件340的形状也不同。因此,不同的组合方式需选择不同形状和/或结构的辅助件340。
在其他实施例中,所述卡持部360不限于T型结构,所述卡持部360还可呈其他结构、形状,同时保证辅助件340上相对设置有与所述卡持部360相配合的卡槽380即可。
在其他实施例中,可以将卡持部360设置在辅助件340上,卡槽380设置在雾化模块310、控制模块320、电池模块330上。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化模块310、控制模块320及电池模块330与辅助件340之间的装配可以通过卡接之外的其他连接方式,如:磁性连接、螺纹连 接等其他方式。
在其他实施例中,雾化模块、控制模块及电池模块之间还可通过USB插头与接口的方式实现两个模块之间的可拆卸地装配。
可以理解的,在实施例二、三或其他实施例中,所述电子烟也可以包括至少二电池模块,如此,可同时使用两个电池模块以延长电子烟的供电时间,亦可在一个电池模块电量不足时增加一个备用的电池模块以增加供电。
可以理解的,当电子烟不包括控制模块时,所述雾化模块与电池模块可通过上述说明书中的任意一种方式实现可拆卸地、可自由组合地电性连接。
可以理解的,所述电子烟的组合方式不限于竖排、横排,在考虑各个模块的结构与形状的基础上,可将电子烟组合装配成弧形、V型、三角形等其他形状,以满足使用者的不同需求。
上述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括雾化模块、电池模块,所述雾化模块和电池模块两两之间通过磁性吸引、卡接、USB连接或辅助件的方式可拆卸地装配在一起,以获得各种组合形状的电子烟。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括一控制模块,所述控制模块设置于所述雾化模块及电池模块之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述各个模块的相对的两端部设置有磁性件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述各个模块的壳体为磁性外壳。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括至少一装饰件,所述磁性件上开设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设有电性连接件,所述安装孔处设有供装饰件可拆卸地装配的安装槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述各个模块相对的的两个端面及与端面相交且相对设置的两侧面分别设置有接头或连接槽,所述各个模块两两之间通过其中一模块上的接头及另一模块上与之相对设置的连接槽可拆卸地连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括一辅助件,所述各个模块通过磁性吸引或卡接的方式可拆卸地装配在所述辅助件上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述辅助件设有接头或连接槽,所述各个模块上相对设置有连接槽或接头,所述各个模块可滑动地安装于所述辅助件上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述辅助件根据所述电子烟不同的组合方式需选配不同的结构和/或形状的辅助件。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池模块的数量为两个或两个以上。
