Claims (18)
- 車両に取り付け板を有するオーディオスピーカを取り付けるための取り付け器具であって、
係合板と、
前記係合板の第一の側面に配置された第一の係合部材であって、前記第一の係合部材が縦のネジ山が付けられた溝を有する、第一の係合部材と、
前記係合板の第二の側面に配置された第二の係合部材であって、前記第二の係合部材が向かい合うロッキングリブを有し、前記第二の係合部材がチャネルを有する、第二の係合部材と
を備える、取り付け器具。 - 前記取り付け器具は、ネジ山が付けられた溝に締め付けられるネジを通じて前記第一の係合部材の手段によってスピーカフレームと固定される、請求項1に記載の取り付け器具。
- 前記第二の係合部材は、前記取り付け板における固定穴を通過することに適合させられる、請求項1に記載の取り付け器具。
- 前記ロッキングリブは、ベース領域および自由端を有し、前記ロッキングリブが前記係合板に向かって前記第二の係合部材の遠端から上方へ外側へ延びる、請求項1に記載の取り付け器具。
- 前記ロッキングリブは、前記固定穴を通過するために弾性変形すると共に弾性的に回復させられることに適合させられる、請求項3に記載の取り付け器具。
- 前記チャネルは、前記取り付け器具のまわりにたまる水を排水するように設けられる、請求項1に記載の取り付け器具。
- 請求項1に記載のオーディオスピーカを取り付けるためのスピーカ取り付け器具を有するスピーカ組立品。
- 係合板と、
前記係合板の第一の側面に設けられた第一の係合子と、
前記係合板と反対側における前記第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックと、
前記係合板の前記第一の側面と向かい合う第二の側面に設けられた第二の係合子と、
前記係合板と反対側における前記第二の係合子の末端に設けられた第二のロックと
を有する、クリップ。 - 車両にオーディオスピーカを取り付けるための器具であって、
請求項8に記載のクリップと、
ピンと
を備え、
前記ピンは、シャフトを有し、
前記第一の係合子は、前記ピンの前記シャフトを受ける凹部を有する、
器具。 - 前記ピンは、
前記第一のロックを収容することで前記第一のロックを弾性変形させることが可能な凹部をさらに有する
請求項9に記載の器具。 - 車両にオーディオスピーカを取り付ける方法であって、
クリップの係合板に設けられた第一の係合子を前記オーディオスピーカのフレームの板に設けられた穴に挿入することで前記係合板を前記フレームの板の第一の側面に係合させると共に前記係合板と反対側における前記第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックを前記フレームの板の第二の側面に係合させる工程と、
前記クリップの前記係合板に設けられた第二の係合子を前記車両の車体パネルに設けられた穴に挿入することで前記係合板を前記車体パネルの第一の側面に係合させると共に前記係合板と反対側における前記第二の係合子の末端に設けられた第二のロックを前記車体パネルの第二の側面に係合させる工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記クリップの前記第一の係合子に設けられた凹部にピンのシャフトを挿入することで前記第一のロックを保持する工程
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - オーディオスピーカにクリップを取り付ける方法であって、
クリップの係合板に設けられた第一の係合子を前記オーディオスピーカのフレームの板に設けられた穴に挿入することで前記係合板を前記フレームの板の第一の側面に係合させると共に前記係合板と反対側における前記第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックを前記フレームの板の第二の側面に係合させる工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記クリップの前記第一の係合子に設けられた凹部にピンのシャフトを挿入することで前記第一のロックを保持する工程
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 車両からオーディオスピーカを取り外す方法であって、
前記オーディオスピーカのフレームの板に対するクリップに設けられた第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックの係合を解除する工程と、
前記クリップの前記第一の係合子を前記オーディオスピーカのフレームの板に設けられた穴から抜き取る工程と、
前記車両の車体パネルに対する前記クリップに設けられた第二の係合子の末端に設けられた第二のロックの係合を解除する工程と、
前記クリップの前記第二の係合子を前記車両の車体パネルに設けられた穴から抜き取る工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記第一のロックの係合を解除する工程は、
クリップに設けられた第一の係合子に設けられた凹部に挿入されたピンのシャフトを前記第一の係合子に設けられた凹部から抜き取る工程と、
前記ピンに設けられた凹部を前記第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックに押し当てて前記ピンに設けられた凹部に前記第一のロックを収容し前記第一のロックを弾性変形させる工程と
を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - オーディオスピーカからクリップを取り外す方法であって、
前記オーディオスピーカのフレームの板に対する前記クリップに設けられた第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックの係合を解除する工程と、
前記クリップの前記第一の係合子を前記オーディオスピーカのフレームの板に設けられた穴から抜き取る工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記第一のロックの係合を解除する工程は、
クリップに設けられた第一の係合子に設けられた凹部に挿入されたピンのシャフトを前記第一の係合子に設けられた凹部から抜き取る工程と、
前記ピンに設けられた凹部を前記第一の係合子の末端に設けられた第一のロックに押し当てて前記ピンに設けられた凹部に前記第一のロックを収容し前記第一のロックを弾性変形させる工程と
を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
