Description

一种用于步进式加热炉的水冷式悬臂辊 技术领域
本发明涉及到一种步进式加热炉的悬臂辊,尤其涉及到一种水冷式悬臂辊。
背景技术
步进式加热炉是钢铁公司轧钢线对钢坯进行加热使钢坯软化,并自动将钢坯输入轧线进行轧制成品钢材的设备,而悬臂辊道是步进式加热炉自动输入需加热钢坯和将加热后的钢坯从炉中输出至轧线的关键设备。悬臂辊道电机、减速机、轴承、轴承座是固定在炉外的,辊头是连接在减速机主轴上由炉外伸入炉内专门承担钢坯输入、输出任务的,所以,悬臂辊辊头必须具备耐高温、耐撞击、耐磨损、耐氧化等特点,如何有效地对悬臂辊进行冷却直接关系着悬臂辊的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速有效地使辊头冷却的水冷式悬臂辊。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于步进式加热炉的水冷式悬臂辊,所述悬臂辊主轴内设有管道,所述管道内设有支架,支架上设有内管,所述悬臂辊端部设有旋转接头,所述旋转接头设有进水口和出水口,进水口与内管相通,出水口与管道和内管之间间隙相通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述管道的直径为60-70mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支架的直径为32-35mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述内管的直径为30-32mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述进水口向内管输入的冷却水为常温下加压至0.6MP的水。
采用上述结构,其有益效果在于:本发明在悬臂辊主轴内设置内管,通过内管输送中压水至辊头进行冷却,冷却水通过管道与内管间隙退回并可回收利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种用于步进式加热炉的水冷式悬臂辊,所述悬臂辊主轴内设有管道1,所述管道1内设有支架2,支架2上设有内管3,所述悬臂辊端部设有旋转接头4,所述旋转接头4设有进水口5和出水口6,进水口5与内管3相通,出水口6与管道1和内管3之间间隙相通,所述管道1的直径为60-70mm,所述支架2的直径为32-35mm,所述内管3的直径为30-32mm,所述进水口5向内管3输入的冷却水为常温下加压至0.6MP的水。
将常温水加压至0.6MP成为中压水,通过旋转接头4的进水口5输送至悬臂辊内的内管3,中压水流至辊头,对辊头进行冷却,而后冷却水通过管道1和内管3之间的间隙退回,并从旋转接头4的出水口流出,冷却水的温度一般在60-80℃,可回收利用,用于管道供暖或淋浴等。
任何采用与本发明相类似的技术特征所设计的水冷式悬臂辊将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种用于步进式加热炉的水冷式悬臂辊,其特征在于:所述悬臂辊主轴内设有管道(1),所述管道(1)内设有支架(2),支架(2)上设有内管(3),所述悬臂辊端部设有旋转接头(4),所述旋转接头(4)设有进水口(5)和出水口(6),进水口(5)与内管(3)相通,出水口(6)与管道(1)和内管(3)之间间隙相通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于步进式加热炉的水冷式悬臂辊,其特征在于:所述管道(1)的直径为60-70mm。
