Description

胶框、显示装置及其组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种胶框、一种包括该胶框的显示装置以及该显示装置的组装方法。
背景技术
目前,显示装置的显示屏2由胶框的限位部11来进行固定(如图1所示)。光栅式裸眼3D的显示屏是在普通的显示面板22上全贴合一个光栅面板21(该光栅面板通过将光栅贴合在基板上组成)。然而,如图2所示,在贴合的过程中受到工艺条件的限制,会出现光栅面板21和显示面板22发生相对偏转的情况,使得光栅面板21(第一面板)的边缘和显示面板22(第二面板)的边缘之间产生夹角。这样,光栅面板21与胶框的限位部11发生线接触的位置的受力面积较小,抗冲击性较小。因此,即使受到较小的冲击力也很容易导致线接触位置附近的贴合胶的贴合效果恶化。另外,由于显示屏2与胶框的限位部11之间存在间隙,所以在组装或运输显示装置时,光栅面板21和显示面板22容易发生移动而撞击胶框,从而影响显示屏的显示效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种胶框、一种显示装置及其组装方法,以更稳定地固定显示屏。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种胶框,包括:限位部,,所述限位部呈矩形形状并且限定出一块用于固定显示屏的区域;和支撑部,所述支撑部垂直于所述限位部延伸以支撑显示屏,所述显示屏包括第一面板和与所述第一面板贴合的第二面板,所述胶框还包括设置在所述限位部与所述显示屏之间的固定组件,所述固定组件的固定面至少与所述第一面板的侧面接触。
优选地,所述第一面板相对于所述第二面板设置在所述显示屏 出光方向的一侧。
优选地,所述固定组件包括第一楔形块,所述第一楔形块包括底面和斜面,所述第一楔形块的底面固定在所述限位部的朝向所述显示屏的侧面上或者与所述限位部形成一体,所述第一楔形块的斜面朝向所述第一面板的侧面。
优选地,所述固定组件还包括第二楔形块,所述第一楔形块和所述第二楔形块均呈三角形形状并且包括底面和斜面,所述第二楔形块的斜面与所述第一楔形块的斜面相接触,所述第二楔形块的底面至少与所述第一面板的侧面相接触。
优选地,所述第一楔形块和所述第二楔形块呈直角三角形形状。

在本发明中,所述固定组件设置在显示屏与限位部之间的空间中,使得显示屏和胶框之间保持相对稳定。因此,在显示装置运输或 组装时,显示屏与胶框之间不会发生相对位移,从而减少显示屏受到的冲击,进而减小对第一面板和第二面板之间的贴合的破坏。因此,与现有技术相比,可以更好地保护显示屏。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
作为本发明的第一个方面,提供一种胶框。如图3至图6所示,所述胶框包括限位部11和支撑部13。限位部11呈矩形形状并且限定出一块用于固定显示屏2的区域。支撑部13垂直于限位部11延伸以支撑显示屏2。显示屏2包括第一面板(例如,光栅面板)21和与第一面板21相贴合的第二面板(例如,显示面板)22。根据本发明,所述胶框还包括设置在限位部11与显示屏2之间的固定组件12,固定组件12的固定面至少与第一面板21的侧面接触。
为了防止发生偏转后的第一面板21触碰限位部11而造成限位部或第一面板自身的损坏,限位部11限定的区域相对于包括第一面板和第二面板的显示装置具有一定的容差。具体地说,限位部11限定的区域的面积略微大于显示屏2的面积。在将显示屏2与胶框组装之后,限位部11的内侧面与显示屏2之间通常留有间隙。然而,因为第一面板与第二面板之间可能会错位(相对偏转),所以在显示装置搬运的过程中,显示屏2可能会在限位部11限定的区域内移动,从而撞击限位部11。因此,根据本发明的胶框包括设置在在显示屏2与限位部11之间的固定组件12。固定组件12能够与显示屏2的侧面接触,使得显示屏2不能相对于胶框移动。因此,在显示装置移动或组装时,显示屏2与胶框之间不会发生相对位移,从而减少显示屏2对限位部11冲击。由于减少显示屏2对限位部11冲击,所以能够相应地减少这种冲击对第一面板和第二面板之间的贴合胶的影响,进而改善显示效果。
当显示屏2安装在限位部11限定的区域内时,固定组件12可以插在限位部11和显示屏2之间,以使得显示屏2和胶框保持相对固定。当整个显示装置受到较大的冲击力时,由于显示屏2和胶框保持相对固定,因而可以降低显示屏2受到损坏的可能性。
本发明对第一面板21和第二面板22的设置方式不作限定。具体地说,第一面板21可以设置在第二面板22上方,也可以设置在第二面板22的下方。以第一面板21相对于第二面板22设置在所述显示屏2的出光方向一侧,即,第一面板21设置在第二面板22的上方为例进行说明。本文所称的“上方”为图9中的向上方向。固定组件 12的固定面至少与第一面板21的侧面相接触。即,可以只与第一面板21的侧面相接触,也可以与同时与第一面板21和第二面板22都接触。因此,即使显示屏2的第一面板21和第二面板22在贴合过程中出现边缘不对齐的现象,固定组件12依然可以对第一面板21进行固定。这样,通过固定第一面板21而达到固定整个显示屏2的目的。
作为本发明的一个实例,固定组件2可以包括第一楔形块12a,第一楔形块12a具有底面和斜面。第一楔形块12a的底面固定在限位部11的朝向显示屏2的侧面上或者与限位部11形成一体。第一楔形块12a的斜面朝向第一面板的侧面。
作为本发明的一个优选实例,如图4和图5所示,固定组件12还包括第二楔形块12b。第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b均呈三角形形状。在这种情况下,如图7所示,第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b均包括底面B、斜面C以及相对的两个侧面S。如上文所述,第一楔形块12a的底面B固定在限位部11的朝向显示屏2的侧面上;或者作为选择,第一楔形块12a与限位部11形成一体。第二楔形块12b的斜面C用于与第一楔形块12a的斜面C相接触,第二楔形块12b的底面用于至少与第一面板21的侧面相接触(面接触)。在本发明的实例中,第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b均呈直角三角形形状。然而,本发明不限于此,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b可以呈任何适当形状。
在本发明中,第一楔形块12a固定在限位部11上或者与限位部11形成一体,而第二楔形块12b可以是可自由活动的。也就是说,在显示装置进行组装之前,第二楔形块12b与第一楔形块12a是分离的。因此,第二楔形块12b能够可调节地设置在第一楔形块12a的斜面与第一面板21之间。
本发明对第一楔形块12a的底面B和斜面C之间的夹角以及第二楔形块12b的底面B和斜面C之间的夹角不作限定。然而,优选的是,可以将第一楔形块12a的底面B和斜面C之间的夹角以及第二楔形块12b的底面B和斜面C之间的夹角设置为相同的角度。在这种情况下,当第二楔形块12b的斜面C与第一楔形块12a的斜面C 相接触时,第二楔形块12b的底面B与第一楔形块12a的底面B平行。这样,固定组件12可以适应限位部11与显示屏2之间的缝隙,而且还可以使显示屏2通过固定组件12与限位部11接触的接触面积最大。因此,显示屏2可以更稳固地安装在限位部11限定的区域内,从而降低显示屏2受到损坏的可能性。另外,当显示屏2(包括第一面板21和第二面板22)安装在限位部11中时,显示屏2的外表面与固定组件12的侧面S平齐并且与限位部11的侧面平齐。
优选的是,第一楔形块12a的斜面C和/或第二楔形块12b的斜面C上可以设置有防滑层14,以防止第二楔形块12b与第一楔形块12a之间发生相对滑动。防滑层14可以包括多个锯齿状凸起
如图8所示,优选的是,第一楔形块12a的斜面C和第二楔形块12b的斜面C上均设置有所述锯齿状凸起。所述锯齿状凸起的剖面为三角形。当第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b处于图8所示的状态时,位于第一楔形块12a的斜面C上的锯齿状凸起的尖端均朝向箭头E所指的方向,而位于第二楔形块12b的斜面C上的锯齿状凸起的尖端均与箭头E所指的方向相反。按照这种排列方式,当第二楔形块12b沿着箭头E所指的方向插入(楔入)到第一楔形块12a与显示屏2之间的空间时,所述锯齿状凸起不会妨碍第二楔形块12b沿着插入方向(箭头E所指的方向)移动,而当第二楔形块12b沿着插入方向(箭头E所指的方向)移动到适当位置时,所述锯齿状凸起能够防止第二楔形块12b相对于第一楔形块12a滑动。
为了提高对显示屏固定的稳定性,矩形限位部11的相对侧边上可以设置有固定组件12。优选的是,矩形限位部11的每条侧边上均设置有固定组件12。
在本发明中,当固定组件12包括第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b时,第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b为可拆卸的连接。也就是说,在组装显示组装之前,第一楔形块12a与第二楔形块12b可以是分开的,而在显示装置组装之后,将第二楔形块12b沿着箭头E所指的方向插入(楔入)到第一楔形块12a与显示屏2之间的空间,使得第一楔形块12a与第二楔形块12b相配合。当然,根据实际情况, 第一楔形块12a以及第二楔形块12b也可以在组装显示组装之前预先设置在胶框上。作为本发明的另一方面,提供一种显示装置。显示装置包括显示屏2和上述胶框。显示屏2设置在胶框的限位部11限定的区域内并由胶框的支撑部13支撑。显示屏2包括第一面板21和在第一面板21下方的与第一面板21贴合的第二面板22。固定组件12的固定面至少与第一面板21接触。
本发明对显示屏的结构不作限定。例如,显示屏可以为触控显示屏;在这种情况下,相应的是,显示屏可以包括触控盖板和显示面板。作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,显示屏2为光栅式显示屏;在这种情况下,相应的是,显示屏2包括光栅面板(包括基板和设置在基板上的光栅)和显示面板(包括阵列基板和对盒基板)。
当显示屏2包括光栅面板和显示面板时,通常显示面板的厚度较薄且硬度较小,而光栅面板的厚度较大且硬度较大。为了提高对显示屏固定的稳定性,优选的是,第一面板为光栅面板,第二面板为显示面板。当光栅面板和显示面板发生相对偏转时,可以将固定组件12设置在光栅面板的侧面与限位部的侧面之间。按照这种方式,可以增加光栅面板的侧面通过固定组件12与限位部的侧面接触的接触面积,从而固定显示屏2。
如上文中所述,固定组件12可以包括第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b。在一个实例中,第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b均呈三角形形状。在这种情况下,如图7所示,第一楔形块12a和第二楔形块12b均包括底面B、斜面C和相对设置的两个侧面S。第一楔形块12a的底面B和斜面C之间的夹角与第二楔形块的底面B和斜面C之间的夹角相等。第一楔形块12a的底面B固定在限位部11的朝向所述显示屏的侧面上或者与限位部11形成一体。第二楔形块12b的斜面C与第一楔形块12a的斜面C接触,第二楔形块12b的底面B与第一面板的侧面相接触。这样,可以更好的根据显示屏来控制第二楔形块12b的楔入量。
进一步地,第二楔形块的12b朝向显示屏2的出光方向的侧面S与第一面板21的外表面平齐。
进一步地,显示屏2包括显示区域和围绕所述显示区域的非显示区域。如图9所示,所述显示装置还可以包括前框3。在图9的剖视图中,前框3呈L形状并且包括直立部32和弯折部31。直立部32围绕胶框的外周设置,而弯折部31用于覆盖显示屏的非显示区域,从而在图9中的箭头F的方向上固定显示屏2。第二楔形块12b朝向弯折部31的侧面S与弯折部之间设置有粘合剂。粘合剂的粘合作用可以防止第二楔形块12b沿胶框的深度方向发生移动,从而提高显示屏2的稳定性。
作为本发明的第三个方面,提供一种显示装置的组装方法,所述组装方法包括:
将显示屏放置在胶框的限位部所限定的区域内并且通过胶框的支撑部支撑,其中所述显示屏包括第一面板和与所述第一面板贴合的第二面板;
将固定组件插入所述限位部与所述显示屏之间的空间中,使得所述固定组件的固定面至少与所述第一面板的侧面接触(面接触)。
如上文所述,所述固定组件可以包括第一楔形块和第二楔形块。所述第一楔形块和所述第二楔形块均包括底面和与斜面。所述第一楔形块的底面固定在所述限位部的朝向所述显示屏的侧面上或者与所述限位部形成一体。因此,将固定组件插入所述限位部与所述显示屏之间的空间中的步骤还包括:
在第二楔形块的斜面与所述第一楔形块的斜面相对的情况下,将第二楔形块插入到所述第一楔形块与所述显示屏之间的空间中,使得第二楔形块的斜面与所述第一楔形块的斜面相接处,而第二楔形块的底面至少与所述显示屏的第一面板的侧面接触(面接触)。
胶框的限位部11上可以设置有多个固定组件,从而在多个方向上对显示屏进行固定。
进一步地,在将第二楔形块插入到所述第一楔形块与所述显示屏之间的空间中的步骤之后,所述组装方法还可以包括:
将前框以粘接的方式安装在所述胶框周围,其中,所述前框的 剖面呈L形状并且包括直立部和弯折部,直立部围绕胶框的外周设置,而弯折部用于覆盖显示屏的非显示区域。这样,通过前框使第二楔形块与胶框之间不能相对移动,从而提高对显示屏的稳定性。
需要说明的是,本文中所称的“接触”具体可以理解为紧密接触以达到不能相对移动的程度。例如,可以采用贴合(物理贴合、化学贴合、自然贴合)接触、摩擦接触等方式,这里不做限制。
上文为对本发明提供的胶框、显示装置及其组装方法进行了描述。如上文所述,胶框包括用于固定显示屏的固定组件,该固定组件设置在显示屏和胶框的限位部之间的空间中。因此,当运输显示装置时,显示屏和胶框之间保持相对固定,从而减少显示屏所受到的冲击,进而减小对第一面板和第二面板之间的贴合的破坏。

    支撑部,所述支撑部垂直于所述限位部延伸以支撑显示屏,
    所述显示屏包括第一面板和与所述第一面板贴合的第二面板,
    其特征在于,所述胶框还包括设置在所述限位部与所述显示屏之间的固定组件,所述固定组件的固定面至少与所述第一面板的侧面接触。

    所述第一面板相对于所述第二面板设置在所述显示屏出光方向一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,

    将前框以粘接的方式安装在所述胶框周围,其中,所述前框的剖面呈L形状并且包括直立部和弯折部,直立部围绕胶框的外周设置,而弯折部用于覆盖显示屏的非显示区域。
