(1)采用助力机构,在打开折叠刀时提供助力,使得折叠刀打开更轻松,且能够单手操作;

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以便充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
如图1-9所示,本发明的一个实施例的助力折叠刀,包括:
刀架2;
刀片1,设置于刀架2中;
手柄3,与刀架2旋转连接;
锁定机构,用于将刀架2锁定在打开位置和/或折叠位置;
助力折叠刀还包括:
助力机构,与刀架2与手柄3连接,用于在打开助力折叠刀时提供助力。
本实施例的助力折叠刀,采用助力机构,在打开时提供助力,使得助力折叠刀打开更轻松,且能够单手操作;助力折叠刀具有锁定机构,能够将刀架锁定在打开位置和/或折叠位置,保证助力折叠刀使用的安全性。
本实施例中,刀架2包括相对设置的第一部分21与第二部分22,刀片1设置于第一部分21与第二部分22之间。
刀架2的第一部分21与第二部分22也可以是一体的或者刀架2的安装刀片部分可以是一体的。
本实施例中,锁定机构为边锁312,如图1、图6所示,边锁312为一端与手柄31连接的弹片,助力折叠刀打开时,边锁312向手柄31内侧弹出,边锁312的另一端阻止刀架2朝向手柄3旋转,将刀架2锁定在打开位置,手柄31内侧是指手柄31朝向刀架2的一侧。
将助力折叠刀折叠时,向手柄31外侧按压边锁312,刀架2即可朝向手柄3旋转。
锁定机构也可以采用背锁等其他的锁定方式,关于锁定刀架的结构已经有很多现有技术,在此不再进行详细的描述。
助力机构包括弹性部件。
本实施例中,弹性部件为钢丝,钢丝设置于刀架2的第一部分21与第二部分22之间。
如图6所示,刀架2的第一部分21上设置第一弧形槽211,第一弧形槽211的轴心,与手柄3与刀架2的旋转轴重合。如图1所示,手柄3与刀架2通过销轴5形成旋转连接,手柄3与刀架2的旋转轴为销轴5的轴心51。
如图7所示,刀架2的第二部分22上朝向刀片的一侧设置槽221。
如图6、图7所示,弹性部件为钢丝41,钢丝41的第一端411具有第一弯曲部4111,第一弯曲部4111穿过第一部分21上的第一弧形槽211,嵌入手柄31的孔311中;钢丝41的第二端412具有第二弯曲部4121,第二弯曲部4121嵌入第二部分22的槽221中。
本实施例的助力折叠刀是依靠钢丝41提供的弹力实现助力功能,钢丝41设置在刀架2中,一端固定在手柄31的孔311中,一端可以沿刀架2的第二部分22上的槽221自由移动。
如图8所示,本实施例的助力折叠刀折叠时,钢丝41的第二端412越过销轴5的轴心51与钢丝41的第一端411的连线的延长线,钢丝41产生的弹力在第一端411为F1,在第二端412为F2,F1与F2在第一端411与第二端412的连线上,方向相反。
F1 在切线方向的分量为F1a,通过第一弯曲部4111 作用于手柄3,产生的力矩使得手柄3朝向刀架2旋转,图8中为顺时针方向;
F2 在切线方向的分量为F2a,通过第二弯曲部4121 作用于刀架2,产生的力矩使得刀架2朝向手柄3旋转,图8中为逆时针方向;
F1a 产生的力矩使手柄3朝向刀架2旋转,F2a产生的力矩使刀架2向手柄3的方向旋转,即钢丝的弹力产生的力矩使刀架2与手柄3向合拢的方向旋转, 以实现助力折叠刀的自锁 。
本实施例的助力折叠刀打开时,推动推刀钉6克服钢丝产生的自锁力,如图1所示,提供刀架2 旋出的力矩。
如图9所示,本实施例的助力折叠刀打开时,钢丝41的第二端412越过销轴5的轴心51与钢丝41的第一端411的连线的延长线,F1a通过 第一弯曲部4111作用于手柄3,产生的力矩使得手柄3向远离刀架2的方向旋转,图9中为逆时针方向,F2a通过第二弯曲部4121作用于刀架2,产生的力矩使得刀架2向远离手柄3的方向旋转,图9中为顺时针方向,从而为折叠刀打开提供助力,即钢丝的弹力提供打开助力折叠刀的力矩 。
如图10-12所示,本发明的另一个实施例的助力折叠刀与图1所示的实施例的区别在于:弹性部件为拉簧42;拉簧42设置于手柄3中,也可以设置于刀架中。
手柄3设置第二弧形槽321,第二弧形槽321的轴心,与手柄3与刀架2的旋转轴重合。手柄3与刀架2通过销轴5形成旋转连接,手柄3与刀架2的旋转轴为销轴5的轴心。
拉簧42的第一端421设置第一销轴,第一销轴穿过第二弧形槽321,嵌入刀架2的孔中。
拉簧42的第二端422设置第二销轴,第二销轴嵌入手柄3的孔中。
如图10所示,助力折叠刀处于折叠状态,拉簧42的第一端421处于第二弧形槽321中距离第二端422较远的位置,拉簧42处于拉伸状态,即储能状态。
与图1所示的实施例相似, 在 助力折叠刀折叠时, 第二端422越过销轴5的轴心与第一端421的连线的延长线,拉簧42的弹力产生的力矩 使得刀架2与手柄3向合拢的方向旋转,从而实现自锁;在助力折叠刀打开时,第二端422越过销轴5的轴心与第一端421的连线的延长线,拉簧42的弹力产生的力矩使得刀架2与手柄3向打开的方向旋转,从而为助力折叠刀打开提供助力。
本实施例中,锁定机构采用边锁,也可以采用背锁,将刀架2锁定在打开位置;如图10所示,刀架2上设置推刀钉6,用于提供打开 助力折叠刀的力矩。
如图13所示,本发明的又一个实施例的助力折叠刀,与如图10-12所示助力折叠刀的区别在于:弹性部件为压簧43,第三弧形槽331与第二弧形槽321的方向不同,第三弧形槽331的弧形开口朝向刀背。
在助力折叠刀折叠时,第二端432越过销轴5的轴心与第一端431的连线的延长线,压簧43的弹力产生的力矩使得刀架2与手柄3向合拢的方向旋转,从而实现自锁;在助力折叠刀打开时,第二端432越过销轴5的轴心与第一端431的连线的延长线,压簧43的弹力产生的力矩使得刀架2与手柄3向打开的方向旋转,从而为助力折叠刀打开提供助力。
助力折叠刀处于折叠状态,压簧43的第一端431处于第三弧形槽331中距离压簧43的第二端432较近的位置,压簧43处于压缩状态,即储能状态;当助力折叠刀打开时,压簧43的弹力提供助力 。
压簧43也可以设置于刀架中。
本发明的又一个实施例的助力折叠刀,如图14-18所示,与图1所示的实施例的区别在于:弹性部件为扭簧44,扭簧44设置于手柄3的孔中。
手柄3与刀架2通过销轴5形成旋转连接,扭簧44套设于销轴5,如图15、图16所示,扭簧44的第一端441沿扭簧44径向嵌入手柄3的槽中;扭簧44的第二端442沿与扭簧44的轴向平行的方向嵌入刀架2的孔中。
当折叠本实施例的 助力折叠刀时,对钮簧44施加力,使钮簧44处于储能状态;当打开助力折叠刀时,钮簧44的弹力提供 助力。
本实施例的助力折叠刀还包括锁定机构,包括推钮7、弹簧71与顶杆72,弹簧71的一端套设在顶杆72上,弹簧71与顶杆72 设置于手柄3的 槽中,如图17、图18所示,推钮7与顶杆72连接 。
刀架2与手柄3连接的一端设置凸缘, 凸缘包括第一凹部23与第二凹部24,
当助力折叠刀处于折叠位置时,顶杆72与 第一凹部23配合,将刀架2锁定在折叠位置,如图17所示;需要打开助力折叠刀时,推动推刀钉6,在推刀钉6提供的力矩作用下, 顶杆72从第一凹部23滑出,即可打开助力折叠刀。
当助力折叠刀处于打开位置时,顶杆72与 第二凹部24配合,将刀架2锁定在打开位置,如图18所示;需要打开折叠助力折叠刀,向 弹簧71的方向推动 推钮7,使得顶杆72从第二凹部24中退出,这时即可折叠助力折叠刀 。
如图19所示,本发明的又一个实施例的助力折叠刀,与图14所示的实施例的区别在于:扭簧44设置于刀架2的孔中。
扭簧44的第一端441沿与扭簧44的轴向平行的方向嵌入手柄3的孔中。
扭簧44的第二端442固定于刀架2的孔中。
本发明提供一种 助力折叠刀采用助力机构,在打开助力折叠刀时提供助力,使得折叠刀打开更轻松,且能够单手操作;能够将刀架锁定在打开位置和/或折叠位置,保证助力折叠刀使用的安全性。
本发明的各种设置于手柄内的助力结构也可以设置在刀架中。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种 助力折叠刀,包括:
    刀架;
    刀片,设置于所述刀架中;
    手柄,与所述刀架旋转连接;
    锁定机构,用于将所述刀架锁定在打开位置和/或折叠位置;
    其特征在于,所述助力折叠刀还包括:
    助力机构,与所述刀架、所述手柄连接,用于在打开所述助力折叠刀时提供助力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述助力机构包括钢丝。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架包括第一部分与第二部分,所述钢丝设置于所述第一部分与所述第二部分之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架的所述第一部分上设置第一弧形槽,所述第一弧形槽的轴心,与第一旋转轴重合,所述第一旋转轴是指所述刀架与所述手柄的旋转轴,所述钢丝的第一端具有第一弯曲部,所述第一弯曲部穿过所述第一弧形槽,嵌入所述手柄的孔中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架的所述第二部分上朝向所述刀片的一侧设置有槽,所述钢丝的第二端具有第二弯曲部,所述第二弯曲部嵌入所述槽中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述助力折叠刀在打开过程中,所述钢丝的所述第二端越过所述第一端与所述第一旋转轴连线的延长线后,所述钢丝的弹力产生的力矩使所述刀架与所述手柄向打开的方向旋转,以提供打开所述助力折叠刀的助力。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述助力折叠刀在折叠过程中,所述钢丝的所述第二端越过所述第一端与所述第一旋转轴连线的延长线后,所述钢丝的弹力产生的力矩使所述刀架与所述手柄向合拢的方向旋转,以实现所述助力折叠刀的自锁。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架的所述第一部分与所述第二部分是一体的。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述锁定机构为边锁或背锁。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架安装刀片部分是一体的。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架上设置推刀钉。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述助力机构包括拉簧或压簧。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述拉簧或所述压簧设置于所述手柄中。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述拉簧或所述压簧的第一端设置第一销轴,所述拉簧或压簧的第二端设置第二销轴。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述手柄设置第二弧形槽,所述第二弧形槽的轴心,与第一旋转轴重合,所述第一旋转轴是指所述刀架与所述手柄的旋转轴,所述拉簧的所述第一销轴穿过所述第二弧形槽,嵌入所述刀架的孔中。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述第二弧形槽的弧形开口背离所述助力折叠刀的刀背。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述手柄设置第三弧形槽,所述第三弧形槽的轴心,与第一旋转轴重合,所述第一旋转轴是指所述刀架与所述手柄的旋转轴,所述压簧的所述第一销轴穿过所述第三弧形槽,嵌入所述刀架的孔中。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述第三弧形槽的弧形开口朝向所述助力折叠刀的刀背。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述拉簧或所述压簧的第二销轴嵌入所述手柄的孔中。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述拉簧或所述压簧设置于所述刀架中。
  21. 如权利要求12所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述锁定机构为边锁或背锁。
  22. 如权利要求1所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述助力机构包括钮簧。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述手柄与所述刀架通过第三销轴形成旋转连接,所述扭簧套设于所述第三销轴。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述扭簧设置于所述手柄的孔中。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述扭簧的第一端沿所述扭簧的径向嵌入所述手柄的槽中。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述扭簧的第二端沿与所述扭簧的轴向平行的方向嵌入所述刀架的孔中。
  27. 如权利要求23所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述扭簧设置于所述刀架的孔中。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述扭簧的第一端沿与所述扭簧的轴向平行的方向嵌入所述手柄的孔中。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述扭簧的第二端固定于所述刀架的孔中。
  30. 如权利要求22所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括推钮、弹簧与顶杆。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述弹簧与所述顶杆设置于所述手柄的槽中。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述弹簧的一端套设在所述顶杆上。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述刀架在与所述手柄连接的一端设置凸缘,所述凸缘包括第一凹部与第二凹部。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述顶杆与所述第一凹部配合,将所述刀架锁定在折叠位置。
  35. 如权利要求33所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述顶杆与所述第二凹部配合,将所述刀架锁定在打开位置。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的助力折叠刀,其特征在于,所述推钮向远离所述第三销轴的方向移动,使得所述顶杆退出所述第二凹部。
