在实际使用过程中此类剪刀会发生一些突然需要更换刀片的情况,比如在园艺修剪时,韧性比较强的茎干或枝叶往往会缠绕刀片,此时一些用力拉扯的动作可能会造成刀片脱落,又难以找到;或是在剪切比较硬质的板材时,往往会造成刀片损伤,不时的也需要更换刀片。所以预先准备好备用刀片以及备用刀片的存放是需要考虑的问题。
从多用途上考虑,针对某些使用环境或使用条件,工具刀比剪刀更适合使用,比如需要修剪的植物的茎干或枝叶周边可供工具进入的空间比较狭小,不利于剪刀张开,此时工具刀就更适合被使用来进行剪切;又如针对一些比较轻薄的板材,使用剪刀进行剪切,往往不如直接用工具刀切割快捷和方便。还可以将刀片替换为锯条,增加了作为工具刀形态时的应用范围。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种多用工具,该工具除了能作为剪刀使用外还可作为工具刀或锯子使用,并可替换刀片或锯片且可存放备用刀片或备用锯片。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种多用工具,包括:
(a) 一对手柄,即第一手柄和第二手柄,第一手柄包括收纳槽;
(b) 一对刀座,即第一刀座和第二刀座,第一手柄与第一刀座固定连接或一体成型;
(c) 刀片,刀片安装在第一刀座上或与第一刀座一体成型;
(d) 枢轴锁,第二刀座、第二手柄和第一手柄通过枢轴锁枢轴连接;枢轴锁可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,分别使第二刀座与第二手柄固定连接、解除固定连接(第二刀座可绕枢轴锁相对于第二手柄活动);第二刀座可绕枢轴锁转动进入并放置在收纳槽内。
进一步地,枢轴锁限定了枢轴轴线,即实现枢轴转动的中心轴线,并可沿枢轴轴线移动;枢轴锁包括第一锁定件,第二手柄和第二刀座在与枢轴锁的枢轴连接处设置有可与第一锁定件齿式连接的第二锁定件;当第一锁定件与第二锁定件实现齿式连接,枢轴锁处于锁定状态;枢轴锁沿枢轴轴线移动使第一锁定件与第二锁定件脱离齿式连接,或在脱离齿式连接后第一锁定件与第二锁定件绕枢轴轴线转动使两者相对位置改变而造成无法实现齿式连接时,枢轴锁处于解锁状态。所以只有当第二手柄和第二刀座处于某些特定的相对位置时,枢轴锁才能沿枢轴轴线移动,来进行锁定状态和解锁状态间的切换,在其余位置,枢轴锁只能处于解锁状态。
进一步地,第一锁定件和第二锁定件分别是齿、与所述齿相配合的齿槽中的一种,即当第一锁定件是齿时,第二锁定件是齿槽;当第二锁定件是齿时,第一锁定件是齿槽,上述的齿式连接即齿与齿槽相互嵌套。
进一步地,限定了第二刀座相对于第二手柄的第一位置,第一位置即是多用工具作为剪刀使用时,第二手柄和第二刀座的相对位置,当第二刀座处于第一位置时,枢轴锁可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换;当第二刀座保持在第一位置时,可实现将第一手柄与第二手柄绕枢轴锁相互靠近至第二刀座与第一刀座上的刀片相接触。
进一步地,限定了第二刀座相对于第二手柄的第二位置,第二位置即是多用工具作为工具刀使用时,第二手柄和第二刀座的相对位置,当第二刀座处于第二位置时,枢轴锁可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,从而可以将第二刀座和第二手柄的相对位置固定/解除固定,且第二刀座可收纳于收纳槽内。
进一步地,当第二刀座保持在第二位置时,第一手柄不可活动地保持在第二手柄和第二刀座间。
进一步地,第一锁定件的形状尺寸全部相同或不全部相同。
进一步地,第一锁定件和第二锁定件分别是齿、与所述齿相配合的齿槽中的一种,上述的齿式连接即齿与齿槽相互嵌套;齿的形状尺寸全部相同或不全部相同。
进一步地,第二手柄包括限位部分,当第二刀座绕枢轴锁沿远离收纳槽方向相对于第二手柄转动到第一位置时,第二刀座与限位部分相接触,从而无法继续转动。
进一步地,还包括作用于枢轴锁的第一弹性件,当枢轴锁可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换时,在第一弹性件作用下,枢轴锁保持在锁定状态,同样,可通过抵抗第一弹性件所施加的力驱动枢轴锁,使其进入解锁状态,从而将第二刀座释放,使其可绕枢轴锁相对于第二手柄转动。
进一步地,第一弹性件是悬臂弹簧。
进一步地,悬臂弹簧安装在第一手柄上。
进一步地,还包括第二弹性件,第二弹性件作用于第一手柄和第二手柄,限定了两者的相对位置,或者说使两者保持在特定的相对位置上,此时多用工具处于张开状态。
进一步地,第二弹性件是扭簧。
进一步地,第一手柄包括锁槽,第二手柄包括锁孔,锁孔内安装有可滑动的锁扣,当锁扣进入锁槽时,在第二弹性件作用下,锁扣保持在锁槽内,使第一手柄和第二手柄的相对位置保持固定。即锁孔、锁槽的结构设置,使第一手柄和第二手柄处于某一相对位置时,锁扣可滑动进入锁槽,同时在第二弹性件作用下,或者说是在驱动第一手柄和第二手柄回复到张开状态的力作用下,将锁扣卡在锁槽内,从而使第一手柄和第二手柄的相对位置保持固定。
进一步地,当锁扣进入锁槽时,第二刀座可处在第一位置,且当第二刀座处在第一位置时,第二刀座与刀片相接触。。
进一步地,刀片可拆卸地安装在第一刀座上。
进一步地,第一刀座包括嵌入缝,刀片可拆卸地安装在嵌入缝内,嵌入缝限定了刀片的安装位置。
进一步地,第一刀座包括用于压紧/松开嵌入缝的紧固件,即通过紧固件来夹紧嵌入缝从而固定住刀片。
进一步地,紧固件是紧固螺丝。
进一步地,刀片的背部有定位缺口,嵌入缝内有与定位缺口相匹配的定位栓,从而进一步在刀片的长度方向上防止刀片产生位移。
进一步地,还包括用于存放备用刀片的刀库。

本发明的多用工具有以下优点:
1 、多用工具的一个刀座可收纳进手柄中,枢轴锁装置可以固定第二刀座和第二手柄的相对位置,实现了本发明的多用工具即可作为剪刀又可作为工具刀使用。
2 、多用工具可更换刀片,备用刀片可以存放在刀库中,方便随时取用。
3 、刀片还可以替换成锯片,从而作为锯子使用,进一步增加了应用范围。
4 、配合第一弹性件,枢轴锁可形成自锁,更便于使用。
5 、刀座上安装有刻度尺,手柄中安装有卷尺,拓展了多用性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图1和图2是本发明一个较佳实施例,其中多用工具1包括:
(a) 一对手柄,即第一手柄2和第二手柄3,第一手柄2包括收纳槽202;
(b) 一对刀座,即第一刀座4和第二刀座5,第一手柄2与第一刀座4一体成型(也可以采用其他固定连接的方式,如焊接、铆接等);
(c) 刀片7,刀片7安装在第一刀座4上;
(d) 枢轴锁8,第二刀座5、第二手柄3和第一手柄2通过枢轴锁8枢轴连接;枢轴锁8可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,分别使第二刀座5与第二手柄3固定连接、解除固定连接(第二刀座5可绕枢轴锁8相对于第二手柄3活动);第二刀座5可绕枢轴锁8转动进入并放置在收纳槽202内。
如图3和图4所示,枢轴锁8包括作为枢轴的轴系部件,轴系部件上包括用于实现锁定功能的第一锁定件,第二手柄3和第二刀座5在与枢轴锁8的枢轴连接处设置有可与第一锁定件齿式连接的第二锁定件。在本实施例中枢轴锁8由枢轴销801和帽部802组成,并限定了枢轴轴线803,枢轴锁8可沿枢轴轴线移动,帽部802的设置主要是为了方便对枢轴锁8进行驱动,其与枢轴销801固定连接,枢轴销801包括齿9,其作为第一锁定件,第二手柄3和第二刀座5上设置有与齿9相配合的齿槽10,其作为第二锁定件。当齿9和齿槽10相互嵌套时,枢轴锁8处于锁定状态;枢轴锁8沿枢轴轴线803移动使齿9与齿槽10脱离相互嵌套,或在相互嵌套后齿9与齿槽10绕枢轴轴线803转动使两者相对位置改变而造成相互嵌套时,枢轴锁8处于解锁状态。通过齿9和齿槽10配合,确定了枢轴锁8在哪些位置可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,在无法进行切换的位置,枢轴锁8只能处于解锁状态。图4中枢轴锁17处于锁定状态,当按压帽部802使枢轴锁17沿枢轴轴线803向左移动可切换至解锁状态。需要指出的是,在枢轴锁8上设置齿槽,第二手柄3和第二刀座5上设置齿,同样可以实现上述的锁定功能。
如图5和图6所示,多用工具1限定了第二刀座5相对于第二手柄3的第一位置,第一位置即是多用工具1作为剪刀使用时,第二手柄3和第二刀座5的相对位置,当第二刀座5处于第一位置时,枢轴锁8可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换;当第二刀座5保持在第一位置,可实现将第一手柄2与第二手柄3绕枢轴锁8相互靠近至第二刀座5与第一刀座4上的刀片7相接触,从而实现了作为剪刀的基本结构,图5和图6中第二刀座5都处于第一位置,图5中第二刀座5与第一刀座4上的刀片7相接触。
如图7所示,第二手柄3包括限位部分303,当第二刀座5绕枢轴锁8沿远离收纳槽202方向相对于第二手柄3转动到第一位置时,第二刀座5与限位部分303相接触,从而无法继续转动。
如图8所示,多用工具1限定了第二刀座5相对于第二手柄3的第二位置,第二位置即是多用工具1作为工具刀使用时,第二手柄3和第二刀座5的相对位置,当第二刀座5处于第二位置时,枢轴锁8可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,从而可以将第二刀座5和第二手柄3的相对位置固定/解除固定,且第二刀座5可收纳于收纳槽202内。当多用工具1作为工具刀使用时,将第二刀座5收纳在收纳槽202内,根据第二位置的具体设置情况,使用者或握住第一手柄2进行使用(第二位置使第二手柄3和第二刀座5保持足够的张开角度),或同时握住第一手柄2和第二手柄3进行使用(第二位置使第二手柄3和第二刀座5相对来说比较靠近,限制了第一手柄2的可活动范围)。本实施例中当第二刀座5保持在第二位置时,第一手柄2不可活动的保持在第二手柄3和第二刀座5之间,更适用于同时握住第一手柄2和第二手柄3进行使用。
如图9-图11所示,多用工具1上还包括作用于枢轴锁8的第一弹性件,本实施例中第一手柄2上安装有作为第一弹性件的悬臂弹簧11,其下端1101可固定连接(焊接、铆接等方式)在第一手柄2上,其上端1102作用在枢轴锁8的枢轴销801上,从而当枢轴锁8可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换时,在悬臂弹簧11作用下,枢轴锁8保持在锁定状态,即悬臂弹簧11推动枢轴锁8处于使齿9与齿槽10相互嵌套的位置,从而实现自锁功能。当枢轴锁8处于锁定状态时,可通过向靠近第二手柄3或第二刀座5的方向按压帽部802以抵抗弹簧力,来驱动枢轴锁8进入解锁状态,即齿9与齿槽10脱离相互嵌套,从而将第二刀座5释放,使其可绕枢轴锁8相对于第二手柄3转动。图10和图11分别示出了枢轴锁8处于锁定状态和解锁状态。
如图12-图14所示,多用工具1还包括第二弹性件,在本实施例中采用扭簧12作为第二弹性件,其作用于第一手柄2和第二手柄3,限定了两者的相对位置,或者说使两者保持在特定的相对位置上,此时第一手柄2与第二手柄3的相对位置限定了多用工具1处于张开状态,即图1和图4所示的状态,当多用工具1处于图13和图14所示的状态时,需要抵抗扭簧12施加在第一手柄2与第二手柄3上的的弹簧力。
如图13-图15所示,为了便于工具安全收纳,第一手柄2包括锁槽201,第二手柄3包括锁孔301,锁孔301内安装有可滑动的锁扣302,当锁扣302进入锁槽201时,在扭簧12作用下,锁扣302保持在锁槽201内,使第一手柄2和第二手柄3的相对位置保持固定。锁孔301、锁槽201的结构设置,使第一手柄2和第二手柄3处于某一特定的相对位置时锁扣302才可滑动进入锁槽201,该相对位置的设置原则在于将剪刀闭合,防止刀片刀刃外露。在本实施例中该相对位置也是第二刀座5处于第二位置时第一手柄2和第二手柄3的相对位置,此时将第二刀座5转动至第一位置,则第二刀座5与刀片7相接触。同时在扭簧12作用下,锁扣302被卡在锁槽201内,从而使第一手柄2和第二手柄3保持在该相对位置,如图13和图14所示。
第一锁定件的形状尺寸可以全部相同或不全部相同,在本实施例中即是齿9的形状尺寸可以全部相同或不全部相同。
如图13和图14所示,第二刀座5绕枢轴锁8在第一位置和第二位置间转动过程中,枢轴锁8上齿的数量和分布确定了其间的档位,如果其中有一个齿较其余齿更宽或更长,同时其余齿的形状尺寸相同,这样的话只有在该齿转动到与其配合的齿槽位置时,枢轴锁8才可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,如此就可以选择性的在到达某个档位时,枢轴锁8自动进入锁定状态,而在其余档位,第二刀座5仍可以在较小的外力作用下活动。在本实施例中,通过以上的方法,将枢轴锁8设置为当第二刀座处于第一位置和第二位置时其才可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,分别对应如图13和图14所示的状态。在图13和图14中,枢轴锁8都处于锁定状态,这是齿901和齿902作用的结果。其中,齿901和齿902形状尺寸相同,并较其余齿宽且长,其余齿的形状尺寸相同。当枢轴锁8处于解锁状态时,转动第二刀座5,只有齿901和齿902到达与其形状尺寸匹配的齿槽位置时,枢轴锁8才可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换。
以下针对本实施例的多用工具1作为工具刀使用时的状态做进一步说明,当第二手柄5收纳于收纳槽202,且多用工具1处于张开状态时,齿901、齿902未到达与其配合的齿槽位置。将第二刀座5保持在收纳槽202内,同时驱动第一手柄2和第二手柄3相互靠近,这个过程中第一手柄2和第二刀座5同时绕枢轴锁8向第二手柄3靠近,当第二手柄5到达第二位置时,齿901、齿902到达与其配合的齿槽位置,从而枢轴锁8通过自锁进入锁定状态。当枢轴锁8处于锁定状态时,第二手柄3和第二刀座5保持相对固定,同时将第一手柄2固定在两者之间。这样的设置使多用工具1在作为工具刀来使用时,没有可活动的部件,更有利于使用安全。
如图16和图17所示,第一刀座4包括嵌入缝401,刀片7安装在嵌入缝401中。嵌入缝401内有3个定位栓柱407、408、409,当刀片7插入嵌入缝401,定位栓柱407、409抵靠住刀片7的背部,定位栓柱408插入刀片7的背部上的定位缺口701中,限定了刀片7的安装位置。第一刀座还包括用于压紧/松开嵌入缝的紧固件,在本实施例中采用紧固螺丝404、405,通过调节紧固螺丝404、405来压缩嵌入缝401的缝隙大小,夹紧刀片7,防止其从嵌入缝401中脱出。
如图1所示,多用工具1还包括刀库6,其可存放备用刀片,第一刀座4包括与刀库6相配合的嵌入槽402,刀库6可收纳并保持在嵌入槽402内。刀库6的一端有孔601,在该处与第一刀座4枢轴连接,从而刀库6可绕枢轴转入/转出嵌入槽402,如图18所示。在本实施例中,与紧固螺丝404对应的凸台406作为连接第一刀座4和刀库6的枢轴,如图19所示。
第一手柄2包括视孔403,视孔403连通嵌入槽402,从而可通过视孔403看到收纳于嵌入槽402的刀库6,不将刀库6取出嵌入槽402即可确认是否还有备用刀片在刀库6内。
如图20-图22所示,刀库6容纳备用刀片的位置是一个大致C型的槽体,槽底603形状与需放置的刀片相匹配,槽的一端有开口602,可以由此插入备用刀片,同时槽底603内有弹片604,可以压紧所存放的刀片,防止脱落。在刀库6的边缘有突起605,在嵌入槽402内部有与之相对应的卡槽410,与突起605形成卡扣方式来将刀库6保持在嵌入槽402内。
本实施例的多用工具,第二刀座5包括刻度尺502、503,刻度尺502是英制的,刻度尺503是公制的。第二刀座5在第一位置和第二位置间的各个档位,有助于使用者更方便地使用刻度尺。
如图23所示第一刀座4和刀库6除了能装载刀片外,也可装载尺寸规格相匹配的锯条15,从而使多用工具也可以作为锯子使用。
图24-图27是本发明的另一个较佳实施例,本实施例与前述实施例的区别在于,第一手柄2内装有卷尺14,可从第一手柄2的末端抽出。其余结构和工作方式与前述实施例相同。

  1. 一种多用工具,其特征在于,包括
    一对手柄,即第一手柄和第二手柄,所述第一手柄包括收纳槽;
    一对刀座,即第一刀座和第二刀座,所述第一手柄与所述第一刀座固定连接或一体成型;
    刀片,所述刀片安装在所述第一刀座上或与所述第一刀座一体成型;
    枢轴锁,所述第二刀座、所述第二手柄和所述第一手柄通过所述枢轴锁枢轴连接;所述枢轴锁可在锁定状态和解锁状态间切换,分别使第二刀座与所述第二手柄固定连接、解除固定连接;所述第二刀座可绕所述枢轴锁转动进入并放置在所述收纳槽内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述枢轴锁限定了枢轴轴线,并可沿所述枢轴轴线移动;所述枢轴锁包括第一锁定件,所述第二手柄和所述第二刀座在与所述枢轴锁的枢轴连接处设置有可与所述第一锁定件实现齿式连接的第二锁定件;当所述第一锁定件与所述第二锁定件实现所述齿式连接,所述枢轴锁处于所述锁定状态;所述枢轴锁沿所述枢轴轴线移动使所述第一锁定件与所述第二锁定件脱离所述齿式连接,或在脱离所述齿式连接后所述第一锁定件与所述第二锁定件绕所述枢轴轴线转动使两者相对位置改变而造成无法实现所述齿式连接时,所述枢轴锁处于所述解锁状态。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一锁定件和所述第二锁定件分别是齿、与所述齿相配合的齿槽中的一种,所述齿式连接即所述齿与所述齿槽相互嵌套。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的多用工具,其特征在于,限定了所述第二刀座相对于所述第二手柄的第一位置,当所述第二刀座处于所述第一位置时,所述枢轴锁可在所述锁定状态和所述解锁状态间切换;当所述第二刀座保持在所述第一位置时,可实现将所述第一手柄与所述第二手柄绕所述枢轴锁相互靠近至所述第二刀座与所述刀片相接触。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的多用工具,其特征在于,限定了所述第二刀座相对于所述第二手柄的第二位置,当所述第二刀座处于所述第二位置时,所述枢轴锁可在所述锁定状态和所述解锁状态间切换,且所述第二刀座可收纳于所述收纳槽内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的多用工具,其特征在于,当所述第二刀座保持在所述第二位置时,所述第一手柄不可活动地保持在所述第二手柄和所述第二刀座间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一锁定件的形状尺寸全部相同或不全部相同。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一锁定件和所述第二锁定件分别是齿、与所述齿相配合的齿槽中的一种,所述齿式连接即所述齿与所述齿槽相互嵌套,所述齿的形状尺寸全部相同或不全部相同。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第二手柄包括限位部分,当所述第二刀座绕所述枢轴锁沿远离所述收纳槽方向相对于所述第二手柄转动到所述第一位置时,所述第二刀座与所述限位部分相接触,从而无法继续转动。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的多用工具,其特征在于,还包括作用于所述枢轴锁的第一弹性件,当所述枢轴锁可在所述锁定状态和所述解锁状态间切换时,在所述第一弹性件作用下,所述枢轴锁保持在所述锁定状态。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件是悬臂弹簧。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述悬臂弹簧安装在所述第一手柄上。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的多用工具,其特征在于,还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件作用于所述第一手柄和所述第二手柄,限定了两者的相对位置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第二弹性件是扭簧。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一手柄包括锁槽,所述第二手柄包括锁孔,所述锁孔内安装有可滑动的锁扣,当所述锁扣进入所述锁槽时,在所述第二弹性件作用下,所述锁扣保持在所述锁槽内,使所述第一手柄和所述第二手柄的相对位置保持固定。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的多用工具,其特征在于,当所述锁扣进入所述锁槽,所述第二刀座可处在所述第一位置,且当所述第二刀座处在所述第一位置时,所述第二刀座与所述刀片相接触。
  17. 如权利要求1-16任一所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述刀片可拆卸地安装在所述第一刀座上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一刀座包括嵌入缝,所述刀片可拆卸地安装在所述嵌入缝内。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一刀座包括用于压紧/松开所述嵌入缝的紧固件。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述紧固件是紧固螺丝。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述刀片的背部有定位缺口,所述嵌入缝内有与所述定位缺口相匹配的定位栓。
  22. 如权利要求17所述的多用工具,其特征在于,还包括用于存放备用刀片的刀库。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一刀座包括与所述刀库相配合的嵌入槽,所述刀库可收纳并保持在所述嵌入槽内。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述刀库与所述第一刀座枢轴连接。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第一手柄包括视孔,所述视孔连通所述嵌入槽。
  26. 如权利要求22所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述刀库包括放置所述备用刀片的槽体。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述槽体包括槽底和侧壁,所述槽底包括可弹性活动的弹片,所述弹片与所述侧壁配合将所述备用刀片夹住保持在所述槽体内。
  28. 如权利要求1所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述第二刀座包括刻度尺。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述刻度尺是公制或英制的。
  30. 如权利要求1所述的多用工具,其特征在于,还包括卷尺,所述卷尺安装在所述第一手柄内。
  31. 如权利要求17所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述刀片是锯片。
  32. 如权利要求22所述的多用工具,其特征在于,所述备用刀片是备用锯片。
