技术领域
本实用新型涉及手动工具领域,更具体地,本实用新型涉及一种具有双刀片的实用刀。
背景技术
实用刀是手动工具中非常常用的工具,实用刀的应用也非常广泛,几乎可以用于各种场合的切割使用,属于家庭常备工具。然而,实用刀的使用也是非常不安全的,尤其是对于小孩子。所以实用刀的安全性能非常的重要。目前市场上有具有双刀片的实用刀,两头都可以使用,非常方便,但是也增加了实用刀的危险性。
中国实用新型专利“双向实用刀”(专利号为ZL201110108136.0,授权公告号为:CN102189558B)就公开了这样一种具有双刀片的实用刀。其可从刀柄两端伸出刀片,结构包括刀柄、刀片承载件、推掣组件、刀片,刀片承载件可移动安装在刀柄内,推掣组件连接在到加上并凸露在刀柄外,刀片承载件的两端均设伸缩扣,刀柄上设有推掣组件定位的第一位置、中间位置和第二位置,推掣组件定位于第一位置或第二位置时安装在刀片承载件上的一个刀片伸出刀柄、另一个刀片缩进刀柄,推掣组件定位与中间位置时安装在到机上的两个刀片承载件均缩进刀柄。
然而,这种双向实用刀的设计缺乏保护装置,因为双向刀在使用时,分为使用端和手持端,在使用刀具的使用端的过程中可能因误操作导致手持端刀片伸出,有一定的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种具有安全保护设计的具有双刀片的实用刀,避免对使用者造成意外伤害。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括壳体,具有第一端和第二端,用于分别承载两个刀片于两端的刀片承载件,安装在所述壳体内的并且可在所述壳体内移动,使所述刀片能够从所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的任一端伸出;和活动件,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端,从而阻挡刀片在所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端伸出。
在另一个实施例中,所述活动件包括护套,用于套在所述第一端或第二端的边缘处。
在另一个实施例中,所述活动件,可平移地安装在所述壳体上,用于沿所述壳体分别向所述第一端或第二端移动,所述活动件两侧均具有活动护档,用于档在所述第一端和第二端。
在另一个实施例中,所述活动件一端与所述壳体上的中间部分连接,另一端可以分别运动到壳体的第一端或第二端,所述活动件的另一端连接护档,用于档在所述第一端或第二端。
在另一个实施例中,所述活动件一端与所述壳体中间部分轴连接,使活动件能够绕轴转动,从而能够分别运动到所述壳体的两端。
进一步,所述活动件还包括位于所述活动件的通孔,能够通过所述通孔的按钮和与按钮连接的弹性件。
进一步,所述上壳体上与按钮相对应的位置上具有按钮孔,用于容纳活动件上按下的所述按钮。
进一步,所述刀片承载件处于所述壳体中间位置时,所述刀片承载件与所述按钮孔相应位置上设置凹槽,所述凹槽与所述按钮和所述弹性件相配合,仅当刀片承载件位于所述壳体的中间位置时,所述弹性件能够穿过所述按钮孔与所述凹槽配合,从而所述弹性件可以在凹槽内被压缩。

进一步,所述刀片承载件上的中间位置设有向前凸起的凸部,当所述活动件转动到所述壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部位于所述凸部靠近所述活动件的一侧,从而所述阻挡部能够阻挡所述刀片承载件上的所述凸部向所述活动件的一端运动。
进一步,所述活动件尾部设有结构体,其中,所述结构体在中心具有销孔,所述销穿过所述销孔与所述活动件连接。
进一步,所述结构体在位于中心位置的所述销孔两侧分别通过两个固定件分别与所述活动件连接,从而将结构体与活动件固定。
进一步,所述结构体连接有弹性结构,所述弹性结构与所述结构体的中间位置固定连接,或为一体延伸,其中所述弹性结构包括两个翼片和分别从中间位置向两侧延伸,并在末端向内突出。

进一步,本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括与所述限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件,所述触发件可以带动所述限位件运动,使所述限位部能够在所述抵挡部两侧的变换位置。
进一步,所述限位件包括侧部有豁口的环形体,在所述环形体上与所述豁口相对的侧壁为限位部,其中,所述豁口的宽度大于所述抵挡部的宽度,抵挡部可以通过所述豁口进入所述环形体的内部。
进一步,所述限位件具有连接部,从所述环形体的一端向外延伸,与所述触发件连接,其中所述触发件可以带动所述环形体旋转。

在另一个实施例中,本实用新型还提供一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括两端有开口的壳体,安装在所述壳体内并且能够在所述壳体内移动的刀片承载件,与所述刀片承载件连接的移动组件,用以带动所述刀片承载件朝所述壳体两端的方向运动,限位件,其中,所述刀片承载件上设置有抵挡部,其中所述限位件可变换与所述抵挡部的相对位置,当限位件处于限位位置的时候,限位件可以限位所述抵挡部将所述刀片承载件限位,当限位件处于脱离限位位置的时候,所述限位件释放抵挡部,使所述刀片承载件可以移动。
进一步,本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括还包括与限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件,所述触发件可以带动所述限位件运动,使所述限位部能够在所述抵挡部两侧的限位位置和脱离限位位置间变换位置。
进一步,所述抵挡部具体为刀片承载件中部位置上的前凸,所述限位件为空心体,所述触发件为与所述限位件连接的推抵元件,可以推动所述限位件进行前后移动操作,在所述限位件处于限位位置时,所述抵挡部的前凸被限制在所述限位件的空心体内,在按下所述推抵元件后,所述限位件随所述推抵部向后移动,使所述限位件脱离所述抵挡部,移动到脱离限位位置,从而所述刀片承载件可以移动。
本实用新型的效果是,限位件的限位部或凸块可以分别运动到抵挡部的两端,从而使刀片承载件可以无法往限位的方向上运动,而只能朝相反的方向运动,从而使刀片不会无意中脱出,达到安全的目的。在另一个实施例中,限位件可以限位抵挡部,从而使刀片承载件无法运动,在推抵元件带动限位件脱离限位位置的时候,刀片承载件可以运动,推出刀片。在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,通过设置可以分别运动到壳体两端的活动件,可以保护刀片不从有活动件一侧的壳体伸出,从而达到安全的目的。

实施例1
如图1-9所示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,包括两端有开口的壳体100,安装在壳体内的并且可在壳体内移动的刀片承载件110,设置在壳体外侧并与刀片承载件连接的移动组件120,用以带动所述刀片承载件朝所述壳体两端的方向运动,其特征在于,所述刀片承载件上设置有抵挡部111,本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括限位件130,其中限位件具有限位部131,限位部可变换与抵挡部111的相对位置,从而使刀片承载件110能够朝使用者希望的移动。在限位部130处于相对抵挡部111的第一位置的时候,刀片承载件110只能朝向第一方向运动,在限位部131处于相对抵挡部的第二位置的时候,刀片承载件110只能朝向与第一方向相反的第二方向移动,所以该移动方向为单一方向。
具体地,限位件130设置在刀片承载件110中间位置。其中,限位件130的限位部131可分别在抵挡部第一侧和与第一侧相对的第二侧间变换位置,当限位部131在抵挡部111第一侧时候,刀片承载件110只能向限位部111的另一侧,也就是第二侧方向运动,当限位部131在抵挡部111的第二侧的时候,刀片承载件110只能向抵挡部111的第一侧方向运动。本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括与限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件140,触发件140可以带动限位件130运动,使限位部131能够在抵挡部111两侧的第一位置和第二位置间变换位置。
具体地,限位件130包括侧部有豁口132的环形体,在环形体上与豁口相对的侧壁为限位部131,其中,豁口132的宽度大于抵挡部111的宽度,抵挡部可以通过该豁口进入环形体的内部。这样当限位部位于抵挡部第一侧时候,刀片承载件只能向抵挡部的另一侧,也就是第二侧方向运动,当限位部131在抵挡部111的第二侧的时候,刀片承载件110只能向抵挡部的第一侧方向运动。抵挡部111具体为刀片承载件中部位置上的一个向前凸起的凸部。环形体可以圆环形柱状体,矩形环状体,或其它任何环形形状。凸部为圆柱形,长条形或其它可以达到同样目的的形状。举例来说,当这样,当凸部为圆柱形的时候,圆柱形凸部可以通过豁口132,进入圆环形柱状体内部,并且由豁口对侧的限位部131阻挡在圆环形柱状体内部。当环形体为圆环形柱状体的时候,凸部也可以是矩形凸部,只要凸部可以从豁口进入环形体内部,并且可以被限位部阻挡就可以了。

进一步,触发件还包括一个连接件142,连接件可为一个螺杆,其具有杆部和杆部连接,比杆部横截面大的头部,盖体的中央有一个通洞,螺杆的杆部可以穿过这个通洞,头部则限制在盖体的通洞的外部。连接部133内部还具有连接孔135,内部可以容纳螺杆并与螺杆相配合,使触发件与限位件相互固定。具体地,螺杆外部具有外螺纹,连接孔的内部具有与螺杆外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,这样触发件与限位件就相对固定了。进一步触发件上还具有运动方向标识143,指示所述刀片承载件可以运动的方向,或该运动方向可以伸出那一侧的刀片或工具。
所述壳体包括上壳体101和下壳体102,两个壳体通过紧固件连接而成,刀片承载件可移动安装在壳体上。壳体内设置有轨道,刀片承载件设置在轨道上,可沿轨道移动。壳体包括第一轨道103和第二轨道104,为分设在壳体的两侧条形凸起,刀片承载件在相应条形凸起的位置上分别有容纳条形凸起的第一凹槽112和第二凹槽113,从而使刀片承载件能够沿条形凸起左右运动。
移动组件120连接在刀片承载件110上,包括手动部121和与手动部连接的连接体122,手动部设置在壳体外部,方便手推动,连接体122连接在刀片承载件110上,带动刀片承载件运动。具体地,手动部的顶部有纹路,增加接触的摩擦力,方便手推。连接体从手动部向下延伸,刀片承载件在相应位置上有相应凹位,从而与刀片承载件配合,将连接体与刀片承载件相对固定,从而手动部可以带动刀片承载件运动。

壳体上具有通道105,移动组件可在通道中移动,从而移动刀片承载件。壳体还包括第一限位单元106,和第二限位单元107,分别固定在壳体上,并且设置在第一安装单元和第二安置单元的相应位置上。当移动组件推动刀片承载件到第一限位单元位置的时候,刀片承载件上的第一安置单元上的第一刀片从壳体的第一端口伸出,处于使用状态,第二刀片则位于壳体内。当移动组件推动刀片承载件到第二限位单元位置的时候,刀片承载件上的第二安置单元上的第二刀片从壳体的第二端口伸出,处于使用状态,第一刀片位于壳体内。第一限位单元和第二限位单元分设于壳体前部和后部,均具有向上延伸的钩部1061和1071,用于限位刀片承载件的继续移动。当移动组件位于壳体的中间位置的时候,安装在刀片承载件上的第一刀片和第二刀片均收在壳体内。第一刀片与第二刀片可以相同,也可以为不同的刀片或剪刀等其它任何功能的工具,满足不同的需求。
进一步,壳体上还具有第一槽1081,第二槽108和第三槽1082,分别对应移动组件位于第一位置,即第一刀片从壳体的第一端口伸出时对应的移动组件位置,移动组件位于中间位置,即第一刀片和第二刀片都在壳体内,和移动组件位于第二位置,即第二刀片从壳体的第二端口伸出时对应的移动组件位置。所述移动组件的延伸部底部还设有穴,穴内设置有弹簧124,使用时,弹簧与刀片承载件配合,使移动组件可以上下运动。移动组件包括手动部和与手动部连接的延伸部,延伸部与刀片承载件连接,所述延伸部还具有侧向的凸肩123,当手动部下压的时候,延伸部的凸起可分别卡入所述第一槽,第二槽和第三槽,起到临时固定的功能。

如图1-10所示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,包括两端有开口的壳体,安装在壳体内的并且可在壳体内移动的刀片承载件,设置在壳体外侧并与刀片承载件连接的移动组件,用以带动所述刀片承载件朝所述壳体两端的方向运动,其特征在于,所述刀片承载件上设置有抵挡部,本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括限位件,其中限位件具有限位部,限位部可变换与抵挡部的相对位置,从而使刀片承载件能够朝使用者希望的方向移动。在限位部处于相对抵挡部的第一位置的时候,刀片承载件只能朝向第一方向运动,在限位部处于相对抵挡部的第二位置的时候,刀片承载件只能朝向与第一方向相反的第二方向移动,所以该移动方向为单一方向。
具体地,限位件设置在刀片承载件中间位置。其中,限位件的限位部可分别在抵挡部第一侧和与第一侧相对的第二侧间变换位置,当限位部在抵挡部第一侧时候,刀片承载件只能向限位部的另一侧,也就是第二侧方向运动,当限位部在抵挡部的第二侧的时候,刀片承载件只能向抵挡部的第一侧方向运动。本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括与限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件,触发件可以带动限位件运动,使限位部能够在抵挡部两侧的第一位置和第二位置间变换位置。
具体地,限位件130a包括凸块131a,凸块可以阻挡住所述刀片承载件的抵挡部。这样当凸块位于抵挡部第一侧时候,刀片承载件只能向抵挡部的另一侧,也就是第二侧方向运动,当凸块在抵挡部的第二侧的时候,刀片承载件只能向抵挡部的第一侧方向运动。抵挡部具体为刀片承载件中部位置上的一个向前凸起的凸部。凸部为圆柱形,长条形或其它可以达到同样目的的形状。
限位件具有连接部,从凸块的一端向外延伸,与壳体外侧的触发件连接,其中触发件可以带凸块旋转,从而使限位件的凸块可以分别运动到抵挡部的两侧。其中连接部的外表面具有间隔的凸缘,触发件的内部具有相应的凹陷,使触发件与限位件的连接部可以配合在一起做旋转运动。连接部也可以设置成矩形,触发件内部设置成相应形状,能够使触发件与限位件的连接部可以配合在一起做旋转运动。触发件的外部设置成圆形盖体,盖体外侧部具有纹路,方便手持触发件的盖体旋转运动,从而带动限位件转动。
进一步,触发件还包括一个连接件,连接件包括一个螺杆,其具有杆部和杆部连接,比杆部横截面大的头部,盖体的中央有一个通洞,螺杆的杆部可以穿过这个通洞,头部则限制在盖体的通洞的外部。连接部内部还具有连接孔,内部可以容纳螺杆并与螺杆相配合,使触发件与限位件相互固定。具体地,螺杆外部具有外螺纹,连接孔的内部具有与螺杆外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,这样触发件与限位件就相对固定了。进一步触发件上还具有运动方向标识,指示该运动方向可以伸出那一侧的刀片或工具。
本实施例的其它部分与实施例1可以相同,也可以是其它方式的设置,都在本实用新型的权利项保护范围中。
实施例3
如图1- 11一种具有双刀片的实用刀,包括两端有开口的壳体,安装在壳体内的并且可在壳体内移动的刀片承载件110,设置在壳体外侧并与刀片承载件连接的移动组件,用以带动所述刀片承载件朝所述壳体两端的方向运动,其特征在于,所述刀片承载件110上设置有抵挡部111,还包括限位件130b,其中限位件可变换与抵挡部的相对位置,当限位件处于第一位置时,即限位位置的时候,限位件可以限位抵挡部使刀片承载件无法移动,当限位件处于第二位置时,即离开限位位置的时候,限位件不会限位抵挡部,使刀片承载件可以移动。
本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括与限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件,触发件可以带动限位件运动,使限位部能够在抵挡部两侧的第一位置和第二位置间变换位置。
具体地,抵挡部具体为刀片承载件中部位置上的一个前凸。所述限位件为空心体,如具体为空心圆柱体或其它空心形状。触发件为一与限位件连接的推抵元件,可以推动限位件进行前后移动操作。在限位件处于第一位置,即限位位置时,抵挡部的前凸被限制在限位件的空心圆柱内,无法移动推出刀片。在按下推抵元件后,限位件同时随推抵部向后移动,使限位件脱离抵挡部,移动到第二位置,即脱离限位位置,从而刀片承载件可以移动以向壳体的任意一端推出刀片。
本实施例的其它部分与实施例1可以相同,也可以是其它方式的设置,都在本实用新型的权利项保护范围中。
实施例4
如图12-19所示,并结合其它相关图示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,包括壳体100,具有第一端和第二端,用于分别承载两个刀片于两端的刀片承载件110,安装在所述壳体内的并且可在所述壳体内移动,使所述刀片能够从所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的任一端伸出;和活动件150,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端,从而阻挡刀片在所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端伸出。所述活动件一端与壳体中间部分轴连接,另一端能够绕轴转动,从而能够分别运动到壳体的两端,第一端或第二端。
本实施例的具有双刀片的实用刀,还包括设置在壳体外侧并与刀片承载件连接的移动组件120,用以带动所述刀片承载件分别朝所述壳体第一端或第二端的方向运动。
壳体100包括位于上侧的上壳体101和位于下侧的下壳体102。所述活动件150包括第一活动件151和第二活动件152,分别位于壳体100的两侧。其中第一活动件151通过第一轴18与上壳体101相连,第二活动件通过第二轴19与下壳体102 相连,第一轴和第二轴可以为一体轴两端的两部分,或处于一个轴线两端的两个分开的轴,从而活动件可以绕壳体转动,能够分别运动到壳体的两端,第一端或第二端。其中所述第一轴和第二轴具体为如图所示的刀头子钉,第一活动件和第二活动件,上壳体和下壳体有通孔,第一轴如图的刀头子钉通过第一活动件上的手柄孔158和上壳体上的壳体孔159将第一活动件和上壳体轴连接,第二轴通过第二活动件和下壳体上的通孔将第二活动件和下壳体轴连接。
其中所述活动件150还包括位于所述活动件靠近轴的端部的通孔153和位于通孔内的按钮154,如位于第一活动件,其中在本实施例中,通孔为图示中的圆拱形状或圆形,或其它任何形状。所述活动件150还包括与按钮后部连接的弹性件155,这样,当按下按钮的时候,可以将按钮按出活动件的通孔,运动到活动件的内侧之外。这样正常情况下,按钮位于通孔内部,活动件无法移动;当按下按钮的时候,将按钮按出活动件的通孔,这样活动件就可以绕轴运动,分别能够运动到壳体的两侧。
进一步,上壳体上与按钮相对应的位置上具有按钮孔156,当按钮按下的时候,可以容纳按钮于其中,从而不会阻挡活动件150绕轴运动。其中,弹性件155穿过上壳体上的按钮孔156与刀片承载件相配合,当释放按钮的时候,弹性件如弹簧将按钮弹起回复到第一活动件内的通孔153内部,从而阻挡住活动件继续运动,将活动件固定。
具体地,刀片承载件处于中间位置时,刀片承载件与上壳体按钮孔相应位置上设置凹槽157,所述凹槽157与所述按钮154和弹性件155如弹簧相配合,仅当刀片承载件位于中间位置时,所述弹性件能够穿过所述按钮孔与所述凹槽配合,从而所述弹性件可以在凹槽内被压缩。这时,按下按钮的时候,按钮可以进一步进入到上壳体的按钮孔156内,使活动件可以绕轴旋转,同时在按钮被按下的时候,由于凹槽与弹性件固定,使得刀片承载件无法移动,即达到的效果为,当活动件可以运动的时候,刀片承载件110无法左右移动,使本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀使用起来非常安全;当刀片承载件位于两侧位置,即刀片伸出的时候,由于凹槽不在壳体的中间位置上,按钮无法被按下,从而使活动件无法运动。
进一步本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括位于壳体和刀片承载件之间的转动件180,与所述活动件的第一轴或第二轴连接,如与第一轴连接,可随活动件的转动而转动,所述转动件上具有阻挡部181,位于所述转动件的一端的侧部,当所述活动件转动到壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部在所述转动件上随所述活动件的第一轴转动到靠近所述活动件的一侧,从而阻挡所述刀片承载件向有所述活动件的一端运动。这样当刀片承载件在壳体中间位置时,所述转动件上的阻挡部会挡住刀片承载件,阻止刀片承载件往有活动件的这一侧移动,这样活动件一侧的刀片就不会出来,起到安全作用。所述刀片承载件的中间位置上设有向前凸的凸部182,当所述活动件转动到壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部181在所述凸部182的有活动件方向上的一侧,从而所述阻挡部能够阻挡所述刀片承载件上的所述凸部向有所述活动件的一端运动。转动件180可以有两个,分别设置在刀片承载件的两侧,刀片承载件上则在两侧分别设置凸部,分别和设置在刀片承载件两侧的转动件能够形成干涉。两个转动件分别与第一轴和第二轴连接,随第一轴和第二轴转动而转动,从而改变转动件上阻挡部与刀片承载件上凸部的相对方向。具体地,两个转动件的另一端分别有连接体,分别与作为第一轴或第二轴的刀头子钉的向内的一端连接,从而转动件可以随轴转动。具体地,连接体内有连接孔,可以容纳到头子钉的一端,从而形成连接。
第一活动件和第二活动件组成的活动件分别与壳体的左右两部分的大小相适合,可以分别容纳壳体的左右两部分在第一活动件和第二活动件中间。活动件的第一活动件和第二活动件一端通过轴与壳体相连,另一端通过销161将第一活动件和第二活动件相互固定。
进一步,活动件尾部设有结构体191和与所述结构体连接的弹性结构192,其中,所述结构体191在中心具有销孔193,所述销161穿过所述销孔193与活动件的第一活动件和第二活动件连接。所述结构体191在位于中心位置的销孔193两侧分别通过两个螺钉分别与第一活动件和第二活动件固定连接,从而将结构体与活动件固定连接。
所述弹性结构192与所述结构体191的中间位置固定连接,或为一体延伸。其中所述弹性结构192包括两个翼片196和197分别从中间位置向两侧延伸,并在末端向内突出,可为钩状。当活动件运动到壳体一端的时候,弹性结构的翼片弹起,被压迫,从而可以将壳体固定在活动件内,防止活动件上下波动。进一步,第一活动件和第二活动件还设有凸条195,可与壳体100相配合,防止活动件150上下波动。
所述壳体包括上壳体101和下壳体102,两个壳体通过紧固件连接而成,刀片承载件可移动安装在壳体上。壳体内设置有轨道,刀片承载件设置在轨道上,可沿轨道移动。壳体包括第一轨道103和第二轨道104,为分设在壳体的两侧条形凸起,刀片承载件在相应条形凸起的位置上分别有容纳条形凸起的第一凹槽112和第二凹槽113,从而使刀片承载件能够沿条形凸起左右运动。
移动组件120连接在刀片承载件110上,包括手动部121和与手动部连接的连接体122,手动部设置在壳体外部,方便手推动,连接体122连接在刀片承载件110上,带动刀片承载件运动。具体地,手动部的顶部有纹路,增加接触的摩擦力,方便手推。连接体从手动部向下延伸,刀片承载件在相应位置上有相应凹位,从而与刀片承载件配合,将连接体与刀片承载件相对固定,从而手动部可以带动刀片承载件运动。
刀片承载件包括第一安置单元114和第二安置单元115分设在刀片承载件的两端,第一安置单元上安装第一刀片,第二安置单元安装第二刀片。第一安置单元具有上部的弹片116和下部的突起的挡部117,上部的弹片固定刀片的上部,下部的挡件可以限位刀片的刃部。具体地,上部的弹片上设有卡缘,所述的刀片上设有对应所述卡缘的卡口,从而可以固定刀片的上部。第二安置单元可以具有同样的设置,或可以安置其它工具而设置不同的结构。刀片承载件还包括第一解锁件118和第二解锁件119,分别设置在第一安置单元和第二安置单元。以第一解锁件为例,第一解锁件具有按压部1191和与按压部相连的凸起结构1192,凸起结构能够压迫弹片,能够使刀片从弹片的卡缘中释放出来,从而使刀片可以更换使用。
壳体上具有通道105,移动组件可在通道中移动,从而移动刀片承载件。壳体还包括第一限位单元106,和第二限位单元107,分别固定在壳体上,并且设置在第一安装单元和第二安置单元的相应位置上。当移动组件推动刀片承载件到第一限位单元位置的时候,刀片承载件上的第一安置单元上的第一刀片从壳体的第一端口伸出,处于使用状态,第二刀片则位于壳体内。当移动组件推动刀片承载件到第二限位单元位置的时候,刀片承载件上的第二安置单元上的第二刀片从壳体的第二端口伸出,处于使用状态,第一刀片位于壳体内。第一限位单元和第二限位单元分设于壳体前部和后部,均具有向上延伸的钩部1061和1071,用于限位刀片承载件的继续移动。当移动组件位于壳体的中间位置的时候,安装在刀片承载件上的第一刀片和第二刀片均收在壳体内。第一刀片与第二刀片可以相同,也可以为不同的刀片或剪刀等其它任何功能的工具,满足不同的需求。
进一步,壳体上还具有第一槽1081,第二槽108和第三槽1082,分别对应移动组件位于第一位置,即第一刀片从壳体的第一端口伸出时对应的移动组件位置,移动组件位于中间位置,即第一刀片和第二刀片都在壳体内,和移动组件位于第二位置,即第二刀片从壳体的第二端口伸出时对应的移动组件位置。所述移动组件的延伸部底部还设有穴,穴内设置有弹簧124,使用时,弹簧与刀片承载件配合,使移动组件可以上下运动。移动组件包括手动部和与手动部连接的延伸部,延伸部与刀片承载件连接,所述延伸部还具有侧向的凸肩123,当手动部下压的时候,延伸部的凸起可分别卡入所述第一槽,第二槽和第三槽,起到临时固定的功能。
本实施例的其它部分与实施例1可以相同,也可以是其它方式的设置。
实施例5
如图20-23所示,并结合其它相关图示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,包括壳体100,具有第一端和第二端,用于分别承载两个刀片于两端的刀片承载件110,安装在所述壳体内的并且可在所述壳体内移动,使所述刀片能够从所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的任一端伸出;和活动件150,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端,从而阻挡刀片在所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端伸出。所述活动件一端与壳体中间部分轴连接,另一端能够绕轴转动,从而能够分别运动到壳体的第一端和第二端。
本实施例的具有双刀片的实用刀,还包括设置在壳体外侧并与刀片承载件连接的移动组件120,用以带动所述刀片承载件分别朝所述壳体第一端或第二端的方向运动。
壳体100包括位于上侧的上壳体101和位于下侧的下壳体102。所述活动件150包括第一活动件151和第二活动件152,分别位于壳体100的两侧。其中第一活动件151通过第一轴18与上壳体101相连,第二活动件通过第二轴19与下壳体102 相连,第一轴和第二轴可以为一体轴两端的两部分,或处于一个轴线两端的两个分开的轴,从而活动件可以绕壳体转动,能够分别运动到壳体的两端,第一端或第二端。其中所述第一轴和第二轴具体为如图所示的刀头子钉,第一活动件和第二活动件,上壳体和下壳体有通孔,第一轴如图的刀头子钉通过第一活动件上的手柄孔158和上壳体上的壳体孔159将第一活动件和上壳体轴连接,第二轴通过第二活动件和下壳体上的壳体孔将第二活动件和下壳体轴连接。
其中所述活动件150还包括位于所述活动件靠近壳体端部的通孔和位于通孔内的按钮,其中在本实施例中,通孔为图示中的矩形,也可以为圆拱形状或圆形或其它形状。所述活动件150还包括与按钮后部连接的弹性体155’,这样,当按下按钮的时候,可以将按钮按出活动件的通孔,运动到活动件的内侧之外。这样正常情况下,按钮位于通孔内部,活动件无法移动;当按下按钮的时候,将按钮按出活动件的通孔,这样活动件就可以绕轴运动,分别能够运动到壳体的两侧。
在本具体实施例中,活动件的第一活动件和第二活动件在靠近端部的位置上分别具有第一通孔153a,第一按钮154a和第二通孔153b,第二按钮154b,其中第一按钮位于第一通孔,第二按钮位于第二通孔。当两个手指分别在活动件的两侧,即第一活动件和第二活动件的第一按钮和第二按钮位置上,使用时,两个手指同时按下按钮,将两个按钮同时按出活动件,这样活动件就可以绕轴运动,分别能够运动到壳体的两侧。
第一按钮和第二按钮通过弹性体155’相连,也可以与弹性体为一体形成。弹性体能够支撑第一按钮和第二按钮同时压缩至第一活动件和第二活动件内部。弹性体连接在第一按钮和第二按钮中,呈曲线形,从而能够被压缩。具体可为S型,山型等形状,在本具体实施例中,弹性体包括第一部分155a,第二部分155b和第三部分155c,第一部分和第三部分分别与第一按钮和第二按钮相连,中间形成空隙,并向一侧延伸,第二部分的位于第一部分和第三部分中间,分别与第一部分和第三部分相连,位于空隙的上方,并且相反的一侧延伸。弹性体的位置在壳体端部的外侧,不会与壳体形成干涉。也可以在壳体和刀片承载件上开口,给弹性体留出空间。弹性体的材质可以为塑料,塑胶,树脂等。
进一步本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括位于壳体和刀片承载件之间的转动件180,与所述活动件的第一轴或第二轴连接,如与第一轴连接,可随活动件的转动而转动,所述转动件上具有阻挡部181,位于所述转动件的一侧部,当所述活动件转动到壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部在所述转动件上随所述活动件的第一轴转动到靠近所述活动件的一侧,从而阻挡所述刀片承载件向有所述活动件的一端运动。这样当刀片承载件在壳体中间位置时,所述转动件上的阻挡部会挡住刀片承载件,阻止刀片承载件往有活动件的这一侧移动,这样活动件一侧的刀片就不会出来,起到安全作用。所述刀片承载件的中间位置上设有向前凸的凸部182,当所述活动件转动到壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部181在所述凸部182的有活动件方向上的一侧,从而所述阻挡部能够阻挡所述刀片承载件上的所述凸部向有所述活动件的一端运动。转动件可以有两个,分别设置在刀片承载件的两侧,刀片承载件上则在两侧分别设置凸部,分别和设置在刀片承载件两侧的转动件能够形成干涉。两个转动件分别与第一轴和第二轴连接,随第一轴和第二轴转动而转动,从而改变转动件上阻挡部与刀片承载件上凸部的相对方向。具体地,两个转动件的另一端分别有连接体183,分别与作为第一轴或第二轴的刀头子钉的向内的一端连接,从而转动件可以随轴转动。具体地,连接体内有连接孔,可以容纳到头子钉的一端,从而形成连接。
具体地,本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀包括第一转动件180a和第二转动件180b,分别位于刀片承载件的两侧,分别与第一轴和第二轴连接。两个转动件具有如上所述的相同的结构特征和功能。壳体孔159两侧还具有长条形的槽,使刀片承载件可以相对壳体随移动组件自由移动,而不妨碍第一轴或第二轴与刀片承载件的连接关系。
进一步,活动件尾部设有结构体191a,其中,所述结构体191a在中心具有销孔193,所述销161穿过所述销孔193与活动件的第一活动件和第二活动件连接。所述结构体191在销孔193的旁边螺钉分别与第一活动件和第二活动件固定连接,从而将结构体与活动件固定连接。
所述结构体在上部和下部具有向内的突部分别为标号194和195,可以将壳体限制在活动件内,防止活动件上下波动。 凸条向内的一侧还具有一沟槽196,可以容纳弹性体的一部分,不会阻挡到弹性体。
本实用新型还包括位于转动件和壳体间的垫圈,在壳体和活动件还有一个保护层。其中,第一转动件和第一壳体之间为第一垫圈184,第二转动件和第二壳体之间为第二垫圈185;在第一壳体和第一活动件之间具有第一保护层1011,第二壳体和第二活动件之间具有第二保护层1021。第一保护层和第二保护层在第一轴和第二轴的位置上分别具有孔,可以使第一轴和第二轴分别通过,不影响本实用新型的功能。

参见图26和27,以及其它相关图示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括壳体100,具有第一端1和第二端2,用于分别承载两个刀片于两端的刀片承载件,安装在所述壳体内的并且可在所述壳体内移动,使所述刀片能够从所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的任一端伸出;和活动件150,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端,从而阻挡刀片在所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端伸出。所述活动件150b,可平移地安装在壳体上,用于沿壳体分别向第一端或第二端移动,活动件两侧均具有活动护档,分别用于档在所述第一端和第二端的外缘。护档可折叠地与活动件的一端边缘相连。本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀包括第一刀片3和第二刀片4,分别安装在刀片承载件的两端部,能分别从壳体的第一端和第二端分别伸出,第一刀片3和第二刀片4可以相同也可以不同,其它部分与实施例4或实施例5相同。

参见图28和29,以及其它相关图示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括壳体100,具有第一端1和第二端2,用于分别承载两个刀片3,4于两端的刀片承载件,安装在所述壳体内的并且可在所述壳体内移动,使所述刀片能够从所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的任一端伸出;和活动件,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端,从而阻挡刀片在所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端伸出。所述活动件150c一端与所述壳体上的中间部分连接,另一端可以分别运动到壳体的第一端或第二端,所述活动件的另一端连接护档,用于档在所述第一端或第二端。所述活动件一端与壳体上的中间部分通过合页轴91连接,使活动件的另一端能够分别向壳体两侧翻转,如合页的两部分一样。具体地,壳体中部具有向外凸起的横向贯穿的通孔的第一连接体,活动件位于第一连接体两侧,同样具有横向贯穿的通孔的第二连接体。有轴91横向贯穿第一连接体和第二连接体的通孔,使活动件与壳体的中部活动连接。活动件的另一端连接护档92,用于档在所述第一端和第二端的外缘。具体地,连接护档的中间位置,这样,当活动件150c分别翻转到壳体第一端和第二端的时候,中间位置两端的部分分别可以用于挡住壳体的第一端和第二端。本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀包括第一刀片3和第二刀片4,分别安装在刀片承载件的两端部,能分别从壳体的第一端和第二端分别伸出,第一刀片3和第二刀片4可以相同也可以不同,其它部分与实施例4或实施例5相同。

如图20-23和图30所示,并结合其它相关图示,一种具有双刀片的实用刀,包括壳体100,具有第一端和第二端,用于分别承载两个刀片于两端的刀片承载件110,安装在所述壳体内的并且可在所述壳体内移动,使所述刀片能够从所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的任一端伸出;和活动件150,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端,从而阻挡刀片在所述第一端或第二端中的任一端相对的另一端伸出。所述活动件一端与壳体中间部分轴连接,另一端能够绕轴转动,从而能够分别运动到壳体的第一端和第二端。
本实施例的具有双刀片的实用刀,还包括设置在壳体外侧并与刀片承载件连接的移动组件120,用以带动所述刀片承载件分别朝所述壳体第一端或第二端的方向运动。
壳体100包括位于上侧的上壳体101和位于下侧的下壳体102。所述活动件150包括第一活动件151和第二活动件152,分别位于壳体100的两侧。其中第一活动件151通过第一轴18与上壳体101相连,第二活动件通过第二轴19与下壳体102 相连,第一轴和第二轴可以为一体轴两端的两部分,或处于一个轴线两端的两个分开的轴,从而活动件可以绕壳体转动,能够分别运动到壳体的两端,第一端或第二端。其中所述第一轴和第二轴具体为如图所示的刀头子钉,第一活动件和第二活动件,上壳体和下壳体有通孔,第一轴如图的刀头子钉通过第一活动件上的手柄孔158和上壳体上的壳体孔159将第一活动件和上壳体轴连接,第二轴通过第二活动件和下壳体上的壳体孔将第二活动件和下壳体轴连接。
其中所述活动件150还包括位于所述活动件靠近壳体端部的通孔和位于通孔内的按钮,其中在本实施例中,通孔为图示中的矩形,也可以为圆拱形状或圆形或其它形状。所述活动件150还包括与按钮后部连接的弹性体155’,这样,当按下按钮的时候,可以将按钮按出活动件的通孔,运动到活动件的内侧之外。这样正常情况下,按钮位于通孔内部,活动件无法移动;当按下按钮的时候,将按钮按出活动件的通孔,这样活动件就可以绕轴运动,分别能够运动到壳体的两侧。
在本具体实施例中,活动件的第一活动件和第二活动件在靠近端部的位置上分别具有第一通孔153a,第一按钮154a和第二通孔153b,第二按钮154b,其中第一按钮位于第一通孔,第二按钮位于第二通孔。当两个手指分别在活动件的两侧,即第一活动件和第二活动件的第一按钮和第二按钮位置上,使用时,两个手指同时按下按钮,将两个按钮同时按出活动件,这样活动件就可以绕轴运动,分别能够运动到壳体的两侧。
第一按钮和第二按钮通过弹性体155’相连,也可以与弹性体为一体形成。弹性体能够支撑第一按钮和第二按钮同时压缩至第一活动件和第二活动件内部。弹性体连接在第一按钮和第二按钮中,呈曲线形,从而能够被压缩。具体可为S型,山型等形状,在本具体实施例中,弹性体包括第一部分155a,第二部分155b和第三部分155c,第一部分和第三部分分别与第一按钮和第二按钮相连,中间形成空隙,并向一侧延伸,第二部分的位于第一部分和第三部分中间,分别与第一部分和第三部分相连,位于空隙的上方,并且相反的一侧延伸。弹性体的位置在壳体端部的外侧,不会与壳体形成干涉。也可以在壳体和刀片承载件上开口,给弹性体留出空间。弹性体的材质可以为塑料,塑胶,树脂等。
进一步本实用新型的具有双刀片的实用刀还包括元件180’,与所述活动件的第一轴或第二轴连接,如与第一轴连接,可随活动件的转动而转动,所述元件上具有两个凸台,第一凸台和第二凸台81,81’,(图中只显示出81),分别位于所述元件的两侧部。刀片承载件上中间部分两侧具有两个凸筋,第一凸筋和第二凸筋82,82’ ,(图中只显示出82)。
当所述活动件转动到壳体一端的时候,连接第一轴或第二轴的元件也随之转动。然后向壳体的第二端移动刀片承载件,推出刀片。这种情况下,第二端为使用端,第一端为非使用端。如图30所示,这时,第一凸台被第一凸筋阻挡,无法继续转动,从而活动件也被固定,无法继续转动,达到保护非使用端的目的。当活动件转动到壳体另一端的时候,同理,连接第一轴或第二轴的元件随之转动,然后向壳体的第一端移动刀片承载件,推出刀片。这种情况下,第一端为使用端,第二端为非使用端。这时,第二凸台被第二凸筋阻挡,无法继续转动,达到保护非使用端的目的。
本实用新型的其它部分与实施例5相同或参照其它实施例,也可以与其它实施例相同或不同设置,都在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
实施例10
参加图31和32,以及图12-19的实施例4,相对于实施例4,本实施例的活动件只位于壳体一侧,如第一活动件151,其它部分与实施例4相同。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括
    壳体,具有第一端和第二端,
    用于分别承载两个刀片于两端的刀片承载件,安装在所述壳体内,使所述两个刀片能够从分别所述壳体的第一端和第二端中的一端伸出;和
    活动件,用于活动地运动到所述第一端或第二端中的另一端,从而阻挡所述刀片在所述另一端伸出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件包括护套,用于套在所述第一端或第二端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件,可平移地安装在所述壳体上,用于沿所述壳体分别向所述第一端或第二端移动,所述活动件的另一端连接护档,用于档在所述第一端或第二端。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件一端与所述壳体上的中间部分连接,另一端可以分别运动到壳体的第一端或第二端,所述活动件的另一端连接护档,用于档在所述第一端或第二端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件一端与所述壳体中间部分轴连接,使活动件能够绕轴转动,从而能够分别运动到所述壳体的第一端或第二端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件还包括位于所述活动件的通孔,能够通过所述通孔的按钮和与按钮连接的弹性件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述壳体上与按钮相对应的位置上具有按钮孔,用于容纳活动件上按下的所述按钮。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述刀片承载件处于所述壳体中间位置时,所述刀片承载件与所述按钮孔相应位置上设置凹槽,所述凹槽与所述按钮和所述弹性件相配合,仅当刀片承载件位于所述壳体的中间位置时,所述弹性件能够穿过所述按钮孔与所述凹槽配合,从而所述弹性件可以在凹槽内被压缩。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,还包括位于壳体和刀片承载件之间的转动件,与所述活动件通过轴连接,可随活动件的转动而转动,所述转动件上具有阻挡部,位于所述转动件的一侧部,当所述活动件转动到所述壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部在所述转动件上转动到靠近所述活动件的一侧,从而阻挡所述刀片承载件向所述活动件所在的一端运动。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述刀片承载件上的中间位置设有向前凸起的凸部,当所述活动件转动到所述壳体一端的时候,所述阻挡部位于所述凸部靠近所述活动件的一侧,从而所述阻挡部能够阻挡所述刀片承载件上的所述凸部向所述活动件的一端运动。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件尾部设有结构体和销,其中,所述结构体在中心具有销孔,所述销穿过所述销孔与所述活动件连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述结构体连接有弹性结构,所述弹性结构与所述结构体的中间位置固定连接,或为一体延伸,其中所述弹性结构包括两个翼片和分别从中间位置向两侧延伸,并在末端向内突出。
  13. 如权利要求5所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件包括分别位于壳体两侧的第一活动件和第二活动件,其中所述第一活动件通过第一轴与位于所述壳体上侧的上壳体相连,所述第二活动件通过第二轴与所述壳体下侧的下壳体相连,其中所述第一轴和第二轴可以为一体轴的两部分,或处于一个轴线两端的两个轴。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述活动件的第一活动件和第二活动件上分别具有第一通孔,第一按钮和第二通孔,第二按钮,其中所述第一按钮位于所述第一通孔,所述第二按钮位于所述第二通孔,其中,所述第一按钮和第二按钮通过弹性体相连,或与弹性体一体形成。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,还包括元件,与所述活动件通过轴连接,可随活动件的转动而转动,所述元件上具有凸台,位于所述元件的侧部,当所述活动件转动到所述壳体一端的时候,向所述壳体的第二端移动所述刀片承载件,所述刀片承载件上具有凸筋,这时,所述凸台被所述凸筋阻挡,所述活动件无法转动。
  16. 一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括:
    两端有开口的壳体;
    刀片承载件,安装在所述壳体内并且可在所述壳体内移动;
    移动组件,与所述刀片承载件连接的,用以带动所述刀片承载件分别朝所述壳体两端的方向运动;和
    限位件,所述限位件具有限位部;
    其中,所述刀片承载件上设置有抵挡部,所述限位部可变换与所述抵挡部的相对位置,从而使所述刀片承载件能够朝向使用者希望的方向移动。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,还包括与所述限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件,所述触发件可以带动所述限位件运动,使所述限位部能够在所述抵挡部两侧的变换位置。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述限位件包括侧部有豁口的环形体,在所述环形体上与所述豁口相对的侧壁为限位部,其中,所述豁口的宽度大于所述抵挡部的宽度,抵挡部可以通过所述豁口进入所述环形体的内部。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述限位件具有连接部,从所述环形体的一端向外延伸,与所述触发件连接,其中所述触发件可以带动所述环形体旋转。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述触发件的外部设置成圆形盖体,所述盖体的中央有一个通洞,所述触发件还包括螺杆,其具有杆部和杆部连接,比杆部横截面大的头部,所述螺杆的杆部可以穿过所述通洞,所述头部则限制在所述盖体的通洞的外部,所述连接部内部还具有连接孔,内部容纳所述螺杆并与所述螺杆相配合,使所述触发件与所述限位件相互固定。
  21. 如权利要求16所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述壳体上还具有第一槽,第二槽和第三槽,分别对应所述移动组件位于第一位置,中间位置,和第二位置,所述移动组件包括手动部和与手动部连接的延伸部,所述延伸部还具有侧向的凸肩,用以分别卡入所述第一槽,第二槽和第三槽。
  22. 如权利要求17所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述限位件包括凸块,凸块可以阻挡住所述刀片承载件的抵挡部。
  23. 一种具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,包括:
    两端有开口的壳体;
    刀片承载件,安装在所述壳体内并且能够在所述壳体内移动的;
    移动组件,与所述刀片承载件连接,用以带动所述刀片承载件朝所述壳体两端的方向运动;和
    限位件;
    其中,所述刀片承载件上设置有抵挡部,其中所述限位件可变换与所述抵挡部的相对位置,当限位件处于限位位置的时候,限位件可以限位所述抵挡部将所述刀片承载件限位,当限位件处于脱离限位位置的时候,所述限位件释放抵挡部,使所述刀片承载件可以移动。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,还包括与限位件连接的设置在壳体外侧的触发件,所述触发件可以带动所述限位件运动,使所述限位部能够在所述抵挡部两侧的限位位置和脱离限位位置间变换位置。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的具有双刀片的实用刀,其特征在于,所述抵挡部具体为刀片承载件中部位置上的前凸,所述限位件为空心体,所述触发件为与所述限位件连接的推抵元件,可以推动所述限位件进行前后移动操作,在所述限位件处于限位位置时,所述抵挡部的前凸被限制在所述限位件的空心体内,在按下所述推抵元件后,所述限位件随所述推抵部向后移动,使所述限位件脱离所述抵挡部,移动到脱离限位位置,从而所述刀片承载件可以移动。
