背景技术

进一步地,所述基座包括安装部,所述支架还包括设置于所述安装部上的联动机构,每一个所述支撑脚还通过所述联动机构连接于所述基座上,当所述支撑脚中的一个受外力作用相对于所述基座转动时,该支撑脚同时能够通过所述联动机构驱动另外的所述支撑脚同时相对于所述基座转动。
进一步地,所述联动机构包括滑动件及至少两个连杆,所述滑动件可滑动地连接于所述安装部上,每个所述连杆的一端枢接于所述滑动件上,另一端枢接于一个所述支撑脚上。
进一步地,所述联动机构还包括固定件,所述固定件固定于所述安装部上,所述滑动件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上。

请参阅图1及图2,本发明实施方式提供一种支架100,可以用于支撑照相机、摄像机等拍摄装置,也可以用于支撑手机、平板电脑等电子装置,还可以用于支撑其他任何合适的外部设备、装置、机构等,如云台、显示器等等。
请同时参阅图3至图5,在本实施方式中,所述支架100为三脚支架。所述支架100包括基座10、联动机构30、支撑机构50以及拓展安装机构70。具体在图示的实施例中,所述支撑机构50的数量为三个,三个所述支撑机构50分别枢接于所述基座10上,且同时还通过所述联动机构30与所述基座10相连接。所述联动机构30及所述拓展安装机构70均设置于所述基座10上。
所述基座10用于装设一外部设备或装置200,所述支撑机构50用于支撑所述基座10。在非使用状态下,三个所述支撑机构50彼此靠近收拢于一起,且此时三个所述支撑机构50与所述基座10呈共轴设置。当需要使用时,三个所述支撑机构50相对所述基座10的轴线展开呈三脚架支撑状。当三个所述支撑机构50中的至少一个在受到外力作用需要相对于所述基座10运动并展开时,所述联动机构30能够驱动三个所述支撑机构50同时展开。所述拓展安装机构70用于连接所述外部设备或装置200。
具体在图示的实施例中,所述基座10大致呈圆柱状,其包括安装部12及拓展部14,所述拓展部14设置于所述安装部12的一端。所述安装部12用于装设所述联动机构30、所述支撑机构50以及所述拓展安装机构70的部分结构。在本实施方式中,所述拓展部14为凸柱,其上设置有外螺纹,以供所述拓展部14与所述外部设备或装置200上的螺纹孔相螺接。可以理解,所述拓展部14也可以为其他形状,例如,所述拓展部14为螺纹孔,以供所述拓展部14与所述外部设备或装置200上的螺柱相螺接。
请同时参阅图6,所述联动机构30设置于所述安装部12上,并位于所述安装部12背离所述拓展部14的一端。所述联动机构30用于驱动三个所述支撑机构50同时展开。
所述联动机构30包括固定件32、滑动件34及连杆36。具体在图示的实施例中,所述固定件32固定于所述安装部12上,所述滑动件34设置于所述固定件32上,所述连杆36设置于所述滑动件34上。
请同时参阅图7,所述固定件32包括连接部321及导向部323。具体在图示的实施例中,所述连接部321固定于所述安装部12上。所述导向部323大致呈圆柱杆状,其设置于所述连接部321背离所述安装部12的一侧,且朝背离所述连接部321的方向延伸设置。
所述滑动件34可滑动地套设于所述导向部323外。进一步地,所述滑动件34与所述导向部323之间还设置有耐磨件35,所述耐磨件35滑动地套设在所述导向部323上,所述滑动件34固接于所述耐磨件35上,从而使所述滑动件34能够随着所述耐磨件35相对所述导向部323滑动。所述耐磨件35用于与所述导向部323直接滑动接触,若发生磨损影响传动精度时,可以方便地更换所述耐磨件35,而不需要整体更换所述滑动件34,节省了维护成本且便于安装。优选地,所述耐磨件35由钢、耐磨橡胶等耐磨材料制成。所述耐磨件35与所述导向部323之间的摩擦力相对较小,使所述滑动件34相对所述固定件32的滑动更为顺畅。
所述连杆36枢接于所述滑动件34远离所述安装部12的一端。在本实施方式中,所述连杆36的数量为三个。三个所述连杆36沿所述滑动件34的周向大致均匀间隔设置。三个所述连杆36分别用于连接三个所述支撑机构50。
每个所述连杆36均包括枢接部361及延伸部363。具体在图示的实施例中,所述枢接部361枢接于所述滑动件34上,所述延伸部363设置于所述枢接部361远离所述滑动件34的一端。所述延伸部363的数量为两个,两个所述延伸部363分别设置于所述枢接部361的两侧,并朝远离所述枢接部361的方向延伸。所述延伸部363用于与所述支撑机构50相枢接。
请再次参阅图4及图5,每一个所述支撑机构50均包括支撑脚52、驱动杆54以及滚子56。具体在图示的实施例中,所述支撑机构50的三个所述支撑脚52分别对应于三个所述连杆36设置。每个所述支撑脚52的一端通过枢轴53枢接于所述安装部12上,同时,每个所述支撑脚52靠近所述安装部12的一端还与所述连杆36的所述延伸部363相枢接。即,每一个所述连杆36的一端枢接于所述滑动件34上,另一端通过枢轴38枢接于与其对应的一个所述支撑脚52的一端。由此,每个所述支撑脚52相对于所述安装部12的轴线展开或收合时,所述支撑脚52可以绕所述枢轴53的中心轴线转动,且所述支撑脚52同时通过所述枢轴38带动所述连杆36运动,相对所述安装部12的轴线展开或收合,从而带动所述滑动件34相对所述固定件32滑动。因此,若三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个在外力的所用下,相对于其余的支撑脚52开始向外展开时,所述展开的至少一个支撑脚52能够通过与其对应的所述连杆36带动所述滑动件34滑动并靠近所述安装部12,从而通过其余的所述连杆36带动其余的支撑脚52向外展开,以实现三个所述支撑脚52同时展开。
相反地,所述支架100处于展开状态时,若三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个在外力的所用下,相对于其余的支撑脚52开始向内收拢时,所述开始收拢的至少一个支撑脚52能够通过与其对应的所述连杆36带动所述滑动件34滑动并远离所述安装部12,从而通过其余的所述连杆36带动其余的支撑脚52向内收拢,以实现三个所述支撑脚52同时收拢。此时,三个所述支撑脚52彼此大致平行于所述基座10的中心轴线,且彼此靠近地收拢于一起;三个所述连杆36亦大致平行于所述基座10的中心轴线,且彼此靠近地收合。每一个所述连杆36位于与其对应的所述支撑脚52及所述滑动件34之间。每个所述连杆36收合后,其与对应的所述支撑脚52之间留存有预定的间隙。
进一步地,为了限制所述支撑脚52相对所述安装部12展开的最大角度,所述安装部12上可以设置有限位部121(请参阅图5及图7)。具体在图示的实施例中,所述限位部121为斜面,其数量为三个。三个所述限位部121沿所述安装部12的周向大致均匀间隔设置,每个所述限位部121对应于一个所述连杆36。当所述支撑脚52展开时,其会带动所述滑动件34及所述连杆36相对地靠近所述安装部12,且随着所述支撑脚52的展开角度增大,所述连杆36的展开角度亦增大。当所述连杆36展开至抵持于所述限位部121上时,所述联动机构30停止运动,从而所述支撑脚52也停止展开,所述支架100即展开到最大角度,即,所述支架100展开至工作所需的预定角度。
进一步地,所述支撑脚52大致为部分圆柱壳状。每个所述支撑脚52背离其余的所述支撑脚52的一侧为握持面521,所述握持面521为部分圆柱面,以使所述三个支撑脚52在收拢状态时,所述支架100大致呈圆柱杆状,此时,三个支撑脚52与所述基座10共轴设置,从而使所述支架100的占用空间相对减小,便于携带及搬运,且提高了用户的握持手感。
请再次参阅图6,所述驱动杆54可滑动地设置于所述支撑脚52上。在本实施方式中,所述驱动杆54大致呈杆状,其设置于所述支撑脚52上背离所述握持面521的一侧。所述驱动杆54上的相对两端分别设置有驱动端541与凸伸端543。所述驱动端541靠近所述连杆36设置。所述驱动端541包括驱动面5411,所述驱动面5411为相对于所述驱动杆54的长度方向倾斜的斜面,使所述驱动端541的端部的厚度沿靠近所述连杆36的方向逐渐减小。所述驱动面5411用于驱动所述支撑脚52相对于所述连杆36展开一预定角度。所述凸伸端543延伸至所述支撑脚52的末端,并凸伸出所述支撑脚52之外。
当所述凸伸端543受到外力作用使所述驱动杆54整体向所述安装部12滑动时,所述驱动端541凸伸入所述连杆36及所述支撑脚52之间的空隙中,所述驱动面5411与所述连杆36相抵接。随着所述驱动端541的深入,所述驱动面5411相对所述连杆36滑动,所述连杆36与所述支撑脚52之间的间距逐渐增大,即,使得所述支撑脚52处于开始展开的状态。此时,仅需利用外力使得三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个继续展开,即可通过所述联动机构30带动其余的所述支撑脚52展开。
所述滚子56通过枢轴57可转动地设置于凸伸端543上。当用户通过抵推所述支架100,使所述凸伸端543抵压在地面上受反作用力而推动所述驱动杆54的方式打开所述支架100时,所述滚子56在所述支撑机构50展开的过程中,在地面上滚动,其能够减小所述支撑脚52在展开过程中与地面的摩擦力,使所述支架100的展开更为顺畅。
进一步地,每个所述支撑脚52上还可以设置有磁性件58,当三个所述支撑脚52收拢于一起时,所述支撑脚52上的所述磁性件58相互吸引,以使所述支撑脚52的收拢较为可靠,不易在常规运输途中的震动或碰撞中展开。
所述拓展安装机构70设置在所述安装部12靠近所述拓展部14的一侧。所述拓展安装机构70用于装设所述外部设备或装置200,其包括装设件72、卡持件74、弹性件76以及操作件78。
所述装设件72用于连接所述外部设备或装置200。具体在图示的实施例中,所述装设件72可分离地套设于所述拓展部14上,并大致叠置于所述安装部12上。所述装设件72朝向所述安装部12的一侧设置有卡合部721,所述卡合部721用以与所述卡持件74相卡持配合,以限制所述装设件72整体相对于所述安装部12的转动运动。在本实施方式中,所述卡合部721为多个彼此间隔设置的齿。具体地,所述多个齿设置于所述装设件72的表面,并沿所述装设件72的轴向排列设置,使所述装设件72大致呈盘齿结构。在使用所述支架100支撑所述外部设备或装置200时,所述装设件72固定于所述外部设备或装置200上,所述装设件72的中心孔对应于所述外部设备或装置200的螺纹孔。所述外部设备或装置200通过其上的螺纹孔螺合于所述拓展部14的外螺纹上时,通过所述装设件72,可以将所述外部设备或装置200设置并锁定于所述支架100上,或将所述外部设备或装置200从所述支架100上拆下。
所述卡持件74的一端通过转轴75转动地设置于所述安装部12上。所述卡持件74上朝向所述装设件72的一侧设置有卡持部741,所述卡持部741位于所述卡持件74上远离所述转轴75的一端。所述卡持部741能够在外力作用下与所述卡合部721相卡持或相分离。在本实施方式中,所述卡持部741为卡持凸起。当所述卡持部741卡持于所述卡合部721上时,所述卡持部741凸伸于任意两个所述卡合部721的齿之间,以限定所述装设件72相对于所述卡持件74的转动运动,从而防止所述外部设备或装置200产生松动。

进一步地,请同时参阅图8,所述弹性件76为扭簧,其包括两个弹性臂761。所述弹性件76及所述卡持件74通过所述转轴75装设于所述安装部12上时,两个所述弹性臂761其中的一个弹性臂761抵持于所述安装部12上,另一个弹性臂761抵持于所述卡持件74上,使得所述卡持件74具有远离所述安装部12运动的趋势。所述装设件72及所述限位件79设置于所述基座10上后,所述卡持件74在所述弹性臂761的抵推下,所述卡持部741穿过所述限位件79后与所述装设件72的卡合部721相卡合。
由于所述弹性件76的扭簧性质,其套设在所述转轴75上时,若存在一外力作用在两个所述弹性臂761中的任一个上,使两个所述弹性臂761有相互远离的趋势时,所述弹性件76的扭卷部分的直径会减小直至使得所述弹性件76抱紧所述转轴,最终使两个所述弹性臂761无法再相对运动,此时,可认为所述弹性件76处于收卷状态;相反地,若所述外力使两个所述弹性臂761有相互靠近的趋势时,所述弹性件76的扭卷部的分直径会扩大,即,所述弹性件76上的两个所述弹性臂761的运动不受限制,此时,可认为所述弹性件76处于扩张状态。
在本实施方式中,当所述装设件72固定地设置于所述外部设备或装置200上,且所述外部设备或装置200通过所述螺纹孔旋入所述拓展部14上时,所述装设件的所述卡合部721会抵推所述卡持件74的卡持部741,使所述卡持件74抵压与其对应的所述弹性臂761,所述弹性件76处于扩张状态,因此,所述卡合部721的运动不会受到所述卡持部741的阻挡,所述装设件72可以相对所述基座10持续地转动,而所述卡持部741能够在所述卡合部721的抵推下克服所述弹性件76的弹性力,于所述卡合部721的多个卡合凸齿反复地卡持配合,直至所述外部设备或装置200旋紧于所述拓展部14上。
相反地,当需要将所述外部设备或装置200旋出所述拓展部14时,若未通过所述操作件78对所述卡持部741解锁(即,通过所述操作件78对将所述卡持部741与所述卡合部721脱离卡合),而是直接旋转所述外部设备或装置200及所述装设件72,则所述卡合部721反向地抵推所述卡持部741,使所述卡持件74抵压与其对应的所述弹性臂761,所述弹性件76处于收卷状态并抱紧所述转轴75,两个所述支撑臂761不能再相对运动,因此,所述卡持件74停留于原始的卡持位置,其继续与所述卡合部721相卡持配合,直至用户通过所述操作件78对所述卡持部741进行解锁。由此,所述支架100能够避免所述外部设备或装置200及所述基座10在震动的情况下相对产生松动。
组装本实施方式的支架100时,首先,将所述拓展安装机构70设置于所述基座10上,再将所述固定件32固定设置于安装部12上。其次,将所述滑动件34固定于所述耐磨件35上,将所述连杆36枢接在所述滑动件34上,再将所述耐磨件35可滑动地套设在所述固定件32上。然后,将所述滚子56设置于所述驱动杆54上,将所述磁性件58装设于所述支撑脚52上,再将所述驱动杆54装设在所述支撑脚52上,使所述驱动杆54能够相对所述支撑脚52滑动。最后,将所述支撑脚52通过所述枢轴53枢接于所述安装部12上,并通过所述枢轴38枢接于所述连杆36上。
所述支架100处于非使用状态时,三个所述支撑脚52彼此靠拢处于收合状态,所述支架100整体大致呈圆柱杆状。三个所述连杆36亦处于收合状态,所述连杆36与所述支撑脚52之间预留有预定的间隙,所述滑动件34相对地远离所述安装部12。
当需要使用本实施方式的支架100支撑所述外部设备或装置200时,首先,将所述支架100直立于地面上、桌面上等等用于支承的物体上,使所述滚子56与所述支承的物体相接触。然后,朝所述支承的物体下压所述基座10,在所述支承的物体的反作用力下,所述驱动杆54整体向所述安装部12滑动,所述驱动端541凸伸入所述连杆36及所述支撑脚52之间,所述驱动面5411与所述连杆36相抵接。持续下压支架100,所述驱动端541不断凸伸入所述连杆36及所述支撑脚52之间,使所述连杆36与所述支撑脚52之间的间距逐渐增大,从而使所述支撑脚52相对所述基座10的中心轴线展开。继续下压支架100,三个所述滚子56在所述支承的物体表面滚动,且彼此远离,从而带动三个所述支撑脚52持续展开。当所述支撑脚52展开至预定角度时,所述连杆36抵接于所述限位部121上,所述联动机构30停止运动,最终所述支架100展开并定位至工作所需的预定角度。
当需要收合本实施方式的支架100时,仅需施加外力于三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个上,使该至少一个所述支撑脚52相对所述基座10转动并靠近所述安装部12的中心轴线。该至少一个所述支撑脚52通过与其对应的所述连杆36带动所述滑动件34滑动并远离所述安装部12,从而通过其余的所述连杆36带动其余的支撑脚52向内收拢,以实现三个所述支撑脚52同时收拢。
本发明的支架100,当三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个受到外力作用而开始相对所述基座10的中心轴线展开或收合时,其能够通过所述联动机构30带动其余的所述支撑脚52展开或收合,从而实现三个所述支撑脚52同时展开或收合,所述支架100的展开或收合相对较为便捷,且其操作相对更为便利。
另外,所述支架100的所述支撑脚52上设置有所述驱动杆54,在需要展开所述支架100时,仅需将所述支架100撞击地面,便可以通过所述驱动杆54驱动所述联动机构30带动所述支撑脚52展开,进一步地提高了所述支架100使用的便利性。
本发明还提供一种手持云台(请再次参阅图1及图2),所述手持云台用于搭载拍摄装置进行图像拍摄工作。所述手持云台可以包括上述的支架100、所述外部设备或装置200及一云台(图未示出),在所述手持云台中,所述外部设备或装置200为手柄。所述手柄装设于所述基座10上,并用于装设所述云台,所述云台用于装设所述拍摄装置,以实现所述拍摄装置的增稳效果。
当所述支架100处于收合状态时,所述支架100及所述手柄可以共同作为所述手持云台的握持手柄部分,以适应用户的使用长度需要。当所述支架100处于展开状态时,所述支架100作为所述手柄的支撑架,以共同支撑所述云台及设置于所述云台上的所述拍摄装置。
可以理解的是,在上述的手持云台中,所述手柄通过所述基座10连接于所述支撑脚52上,其中,所述手柄可以与所述基座10可拆卸连接,也可与所述基座10一体成型设置。
可以理解,所述支架100在收合的状态下,所述连杆36可以不平行于所述基座10的轴线设置,其可以相对所述基座10的轴线倾斜设置,使所述连杆36与所述支撑脚52之间预留有预定的间隙,从而使所述驱动端541能够凸伸入所述连杆36与所述支撑脚52之间,以驱动三个所述支撑脚52展开即可。
可以理解,所述限位部121可以不局限于上文所描述的设置方式,其可以通过其他的限制所述支撑脚52或所述连杆36的展开角度的结构来限制所述支撑脚52相对所述安装部12展开的最大角度。例如,所述限位部121可以对应于所述支撑脚52设置,当所述支撑脚52展开至预定角度时,所述支撑脚52的端部因抵持于所述限位部121上而停止展开,所述支架100即展开到最大角度。
或者,为了限制所述支撑脚52相对所述安装部12展开的最大角度,还可以通过限制所述滑动件34的滑动行程来实现。例如,所述导向部323上设置有一个限位部,所述限位部对应于所述滑动件34设置。当所述支撑脚52展开时,其会带动所述滑动件34及所述连杆36相对地靠近所述安装部12,直至所述滑动件34因抵持于所述限位部上而停止滑动,所述联动机构30停止运动,从而所述支撑脚52也停止展开,所述支架100即展开到最大角度。
可以理解,当所述支撑脚52由可以磁性吸附的材料制成时,所述磁性件58可以设置在三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个上,以使三个所述支撑脚52收拢于一起时,所述支撑脚52可以与所述磁性件58吸引在一起。类似地,当所述支撑脚52上设置有其他的铁磁性部件时,所述磁性件58可以设置在三个所述支撑脚52中的至少一个上,以使三个所述支撑脚52收拢于一起时,所述磁性件58可以与铁磁性部件吸引在一起,从而使三个所述支撑脚52能够较为牢靠地收拢于一起。
可以理解,所述卡合部721与所述卡持部741的结构不局限于上文所描述的结构,其可以设置为其他的卡持配合结构。例如,所述卡合部721与所述卡持部741中的一个可以设置为卡持凸起,另一个可以设置为卡合凹槽,通过所述卡持凸起与所述卡合凹槽相配合,可以限定所述装设件72相对于所述卡持件74的转动运动。
可以理解,所述弹性件76还可以为其他类型的弹性件,如螺旋弹簧、弹性套筒、弹片或者由弹性材料制成的弹性块体,使弹性件76设置于所述卡持件74与所述安装部12之间,且所述弹性件76的两端分别抵持所述卡持件74与所述安装部12,从而将所述卡持部741抵推至与所述卡合部721相卡持即可。
可以理解,三个所述支撑机构50可以仅包括一个所述驱动杆54,一个所述驱动杆54可以设置在三个所述支撑脚52中的任一个上。在使用所述支架100时,施加外力于所述驱动杆54上,使所述驱动杆54驱动与其对应的所述支撑脚52相对所述基座10的轴线展开,并通过所述联动机构30带动其余的所述支撑脚52同时展开即可。类似地,三个所述支撑机构50可以包括两个所述驱动杆54,两个所述驱动杆54分别装设于三个所述支撑脚52中的任两个上。
可以理解,所述支撑机构50的数量可以不局限于三个,其可以为两个、四个、五个、六个或更多。当所述支撑机构50的数量为多个时,使所述联动机构30上的所述连杆36的数量与所述支撑机构50的数量相等,且每个所述连杆36与一个所述支撑机构50相枢接,从而实现所述联动机构30同时驱动多个所述支撑机构50展开或收合的功能即可。

  1. 一种支架,其包括基座及至少两个支撑脚,至少两个所述支撑脚分别枢接于所述基座上,其特征在于:所述基座包括安装部,所述支架还包括设置于所述安装部上的联动机构,每一个所述支撑脚还通过所述联动机构连接于所述基座上,当所述支撑脚中的一个受外力作用相对于所述基座转动时,该支撑脚同时能够通过所述联动机构驱动另外的所述支撑脚同时相对于所述基座转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:所述联动机构包括滑动件及至少两个连杆,所述滑动件可滑动地连接于所述安装部上,每个所述连杆的一端枢接于所述滑动件上,另一端枢接于一个所述支撑脚上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于:所述联动机构还包括固定件,所述固定件固定于所述安装部上,所述滑动件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于:所述固定件与所述滑动件之间设置有耐磨件,所述耐磨件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上,所述滑动件设置于所述耐磨件上。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的支架,其特征在于:所述支架还包括用于驱动所述联动机构的驱动杆,所述驱动杆可滑动地设置于至少一个所述支撑脚上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的支架,其特征在于:所述驱动杆沿所述支撑脚的长度方向设置,且所述驱动杆的一端靠近所述联动机构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于:所述驱动杆靠近所述联动机构的一端设置有驱动端,所述驱动杆在外力驱动下向所述联动机构运动时,所述驱动端凸伸入所述连杆与所述支撑脚之间,使所述支撑脚展开一定角度,从而所述联动机构能够驱动两个所述支撑脚同时展开。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于:所述驱动端上设置有驱动面,所述驱动面为相对所述驱动杆的长度方向倾斜的斜面。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的支架,其特征在于:所述驱动杆的远离所述联动机构的一端设置有凸伸部,所述凸伸部凸伸出所述支撑脚之外。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的支架,其特征在于:所述凸伸部上可转动地设置有滚子;
    或者,所述支撑脚远离所述基座的一端可转动地设置有滚子。

  14. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:每个所述支撑脚上均设置有磁性件,当所述支撑脚收拢于一起时,所述磁性件相互吸引。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于:其中至少一个所述支撑脚上设置有磁性件,其他所述支撑脚设有与所述磁性件相吸引的铁磁性部件,当所述至少两个支撑脚收拢于一起时,所述铁磁性部件与所述磁性件吸引在一起。

  18. 如权利要求17所述的支架,其特征在于:所述拓展安装机构还包括可活动地设置于所述安装部上的卡持件,所述卡持件在外力作用下能够与所述装设件相卡持或相分离,以固定所述装设件相对于所述安装部的装设位置。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的支架,其特征在于:所述装设件上设置有卡合部,所述卡持件上设置有与所述卡合部相卡持配合的卡持部。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的支架,其特征在于:所述卡合部与所述卡持部中的一个为卡持凸起,另一个为卡合凹槽。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的支架,其特征在于:所述卡合部为设置于所述装设件靠近所述安装部一侧的多个齿,所述卡持部为卡持凸起,所述卡持部能够卡持于所述多个齿中的任两个之间。

  32. 一种手持云台,用于搭载拍摄装置,其特征在于,所述手持云台包括:手柄及连接于所述手柄上的支架;所述支架包括基座及至少两个支撑脚,至少两个所述支撑脚分别枢接于所述基座上,所述基座包括用于与所述手柄连接的安装部,所述支架还包括设置于所述安装部上的联动机构,每一个所述支撑脚还通过所述联动机构连接于所述基座上,当所述支撑脚中的一个受外力作用相对于所述基座转动时,该支撑脚同时能够通过所述联动机构驱动另外的所述支撑脚同时相对于所述基座转动。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的手持云台,其特征在于:所述基座与所述手柄一体成型;
    或者,所述基座与所述手柄可拆卸连接。

    卡持件,可活动地设置于所述基座上,所述卡持件在外力作用下能够与所述装设件相卡持,以阻止所述基座与所述周兵之间相对运动。

  104. 一种支架,其包括基座及至少两个支撑脚,至少两个所述支撑脚分别枢接于所述基座上,其特征在于:至少两个所述支撑脚相对于所述基座可翻转至收缩状态或展开状态,当至少两个所述支撑脚处于所述收缩状态,至少两个所述支撑脚收拢在所述基座的一端,并且与所述基座共轴设置;当至少两个所述支撑脚处于所述展开状态,至少两个所述支撑脚与所述基座相交呈预设角度。
  105. 如权利要求104所述的支架,其特征在于:所述基座包括安装部,所述支架还包括设置于所述安装部上的联动机构,每一个所述支撑脚还通过所述联动机构连接于所述基座上,当所述支撑脚中的一个受外力作用相对于所述基座转动时,该支撑脚同时能够通过所述联动机构驱动另外的所述支撑脚同时相对于所述基座转动。
  106. 如权利要求105所述的支架,其特征在于:所述联动机构包括滑动件及至少两个连杆,所述滑动件可滑动地连接于所述安装部上,每个所述连杆的一端枢接于所述滑动件上,另一端枢接于一个所述支撑脚上。
  107. 如权利要求106所述的支架,其特征在于:所述联动机构还包括固定件,所述固定件固定于所述安装部上,所述滑动件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上。
  108. 如权利要求107所述的支架,其特征在于:所述固定件与所述滑动件之间设置有耐磨件,所述耐磨件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上,所述滑动件设置于所述耐磨件上。
  109. 如权利要求106所述的支架,其特征在于:所述支架还包括用于驱动所述联动机构的驱动杆,所述驱动杆可滑动地设置于至少一个所述支撑脚上。

  137. 如权利要求136所述的支架,其特征在于:所述基座包括安装部,所述支架还包括设置于所述安装部上的联动机构,每一个所述支撑脚还通过所述联动机构连接于所述基座上,当所述支撑脚中的一个受外力作用相对于所述基座转动时,该支撑脚同时能够通过所述联动机构驱动另外的所述支撑脚同时相对于所述基座转动。
  138. 如权利要求137所述的支架,其特征在于:所述联动机构包括滑动件及至少两个连杆,所述滑动件可滑动地连接于所述安装部上,每个所述连杆的一端枢接于所述滑动件上,另一端枢接于一个所述支撑脚上。
  139. 如权利要求138所述的支架,其特征在于:所述联动机构还包括固定件,所述固定件固定于所述安装部上,所述滑动件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上。
  140. 如权利要求139所述的支架,其特征在于:所述固定件与所述滑动件之间设置有耐磨件,所述耐磨件可滑动地设置于所述固定件上,所述滑动件设置于所述耐磨件上。
