一种高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及高尔夫球头面板加工领域,尤其涉及一 种高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺。
背景技术
传统高尔夫球头击球面制作工艺包括:雷切下料 → 加温粗锻 → 加温精锻 → 车铣面 →CNC 精铣面 →CNC 铣削斜边 → 油压预成型 → 加温成型 → 超洗清洁 → 喷砂 → 镭射雕刻 → 检验 QC→ 点焊 → 焊接 → 量测角度与 R 弧 → 粗磨焊道 → 粗磨击球面 → 精磨击球面 → 量测角度与 R 弧及肉厚,传统工艺需要 4 次油压制作、 1 次车铣、 2 次 CNC , 3 次磨光, 2 次检验, 1 次点焊, 1 次焊接,耗费人力、物力及电能,设备使用率低,并且加工过程中会产生大量的粉尘,存有爆炸的隐患。
技术问题
本发明提出一种高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,解决了现有技术高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺复杂,成本高且粉尘多的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:板材冲压成型,得到击球面板毛坯;
步骤二:焊接,将步骤一得到的击球面板毛坯与球头本体匹配后进行焊接;
步骤三: CNC 铣削加工,将上述焊接后的击球面板与球头本体置于夹具上固定,并通过 CNC 一次性铣削加工,去除焊道与击球面板毛坯及球头本体面部余量;
步骤四:抛光,将上述铣削后的击球面进行抛光;
步骤五:超洗;
步骤六:烘干。
进一步,步骤一中冲压成型的球头面板呈折弯凹凸状。
进一步,所述步骤三中的 CNC 铣削加工过程中,还包括测量球头击球面角度肉厚及 FACE 弧度,以符合球头设计要求。
进一步,在步骤一板材冲压成型过程中将球头面板预留 0.5-2mm 宽度的焊接位,以增强焊接牢固性。
进一步,在步骤一中将击球面板铣削台阶或倒角,以焊接渗透,并可检视点焊高度。
进一步,在步骤三中,对所述处于夹具上球头本体及球头面板进行角度调整,其中将杆面倾角、杆头底 角及杆面 FA 角度三角度调整为符合需求的角度后再进行夹板固定球头本体及球头面板。
更进一步,本发明还包括一种由前述高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺制造而成的高尔夫球头击球面板。
有益效果
使用本发明技术方案, 使得高尔 夫球头击球面的制作程序工艺简单,降低了人力物力等成本。而在冲压好打击面后,直接连接球头焊接,再进行 CNC 加工,可以得到更加精准的 FACE 曲面,还原球头击球面的原型设计,并避免了材料的浪费。由于不需要 CNC 削铣及重复的焊接打磨,进一步减 少了厂房区域内的粉尘污染,避免了爆炸的危险。

一种高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将板材冲压成型,得到球头击球面板的毛坯件;
步骤二:焊接,将步骤一得到的球头击球面板毛坯件与球头本体毛坯匹配后进行焊接;
步骤三: CNC 铣削加工,将上述焊接后的击球面板与球头本体置于夹具上固定,并通过 CNC 一次性铣削加工,去除焊道与击球面板毛坯及球头本体的面部余量;此时还可以测量球头面板角度肉厚及 FACE 弧度,以符合球头设计要求。
并且,为了进一步提高成品的精品率,可以对处于夹具上的球头本体及球头击球面板进行角度调整,其中将杆面倾角、杆头底角及杆面 FA 角度三角度调整为符合需求的角度后再进行夹板固定球头本体及球头击球面板。
步骤四:抛光,将上述铣削后的击球面板进行抛光;
步骤五:超洗;将抛光后的球头本体及球 头击球面板平整有序地装入超洗篮筐中,再放入超洗机中进行超洗清洁。
步骤六:烘干。
本发明具体实施例中,步骤一中,冲压成型的球头击球面板会呈折弯凹凸状。
其中,在步骤一中,板材冲压成型过程中可将球头击球面板预留 0.5-2mm 宽度的焊接位,以增强焊接牢固性。
步骤一中,将球头击球面板铣削台阶或倒角,以焊接渗透,并可检视点焊高度。
本发明具体实施例中,还包括一种由上述高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺制造而成的高尔夫球头击球面板。
使用本发明技术方案, 减少了高尔夫球头面板的制作程序步骤,降低了成 本。而在冲压好打击面后,直接连接球头焊接,再进行 CNC 加工,可以得到更加精准的 FACE 曲面,以还原球头击球面的原型设计,并避免了材料的浪费。由于不需要 CNC 削铣及重复的焊接打磨,进一步减少了厂房区域内的粉尘污染,避免了爆炸的危险。

  1. 1. 一种高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:板材冲压成型,得到球头击球面板毛坯;
    步骤二:焊接,将步骤一得到的球头面板毛坯与球头本体毛坯匹配后进行焊接;
    步骤三: CNC 铣削加工,将上述焊接后的击球面板与球头本体置于夹具上固定,并通过 CNC 一次性铣削加工,去除焊道与击球面板毛坯及球头本体面部毛胚余量;
    步骤四:抛光,将上述铣削后的击球面板进行抛光;
    步骤五:超洗;
    步骤六:烘干。
    2. 根据权利要求 1 中所述的高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中冲压成型的球头面板呈折弯凹凸状。
    3. 根据权利要求 2 中所述的高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的 CNC 铣削加工过程中,还包括测量球头击球面板角度肉厚及 FACE 弧度,以符合球头设计要求。
    4. 根据权利要求 3 中所述的高尔夫 球头击球面加工工艺,其特征在于:在步骤一板材冲压成型过程中将球头击球面板预留 0.5-2mm 宽度的焊接位。
    5. 根据权利要求 4 中所述的高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,其特征在于:在步骤一中将击球面板铣削台阶或倒角。
    6. 根据权利要求 1-5 中任意一项所述的高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺,其特征在于:在步骤三中,对所述处于夹具上球头本体及击球面板进行角度调整,其中将杆面倾角、杆头底角及杆面 FA 角度三角度调整为符合需求的角度后再进行夹板固定球头本体及击球面板。
    7. 一种高尔夫球头击球面板,其特征在于:所述球头击球面板由权利要求 6 所述的高尔夫球头击球面加工工艺制造而成。
