Description

非对称玩具模块及组合式玩具套装 技术领域
本发明属于玩具技术领域,具体涉及一种非对称式玩具模块,以及含有该非对称式玩具模块的组合式玩具套装。
背景技术
目前,玩具市场发展迅速,可以自由组合的玩具模块深受儿童和家长们的喜爱,已有不少的专利对模块玩具申请了保护。比如注册专利(第10-0957884号)给出了一种模块型玩具套装和轴与链接框类型组合玩具套装的连接装置。公开专利(第10-2012-0040064号)介绍了一种不需要螺丝签订的链接及利用这个来完成组装的玩具区分。注册专利(第10-1324698号)公开了一种可以变化乐高模块之间结合角度的乐高模块用装置及采用这个的乐高模块和乐高模块套装。
乐高公司推出了一种多边组合式玩具套装,可以实现各个组合要素和组合物之间的组装,组装表达形象广泛,多用于儿童玩具和发展教育型玩具,在成人之间也是非常受欢迎的玩具。这种组合式玩具套装具有从上部平面突出的复数式圆筒(cylindrical stud)以及四方形的空心模块(hollow blocks or bricks),即用有柱子的一面结合到中空的底部模块上,通过模块之间的摩擦维持多样的构造物状态。
这种柱子模块的组合式玩具基本上是由一个一个的模块堆积来形成,在表现层次上比轴与链接框系统组装方式受到更多的限制,所以通常需要使用更多模块来表现。另外,轴与链接框系统所有的构成都与轴与链接框连接着,简单形式的延长都需要轴与链接框系统来完成,所以存在有过于浪费时间与努力的倾向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述柱子模块型组合式玩具套装的技术问题,提供了一种非对称式玩具模块以及含有该非对称式玩具模块的组合式玩具套装。与现有柱子模块型组合式玩具套装相比,本发明可以简单、快速、精致的表现多样的构造物形态。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下的技术方案:
非对称玩具模块,包括呈片状的方形模块本体,所述模块本体的正面排布有第一结 合型要素,模块本体的至少一个侧面上设置与第一结合型要素相结合的第二结合型要素,至少两个相对侧面上设置的第二结合型要素为非对称排布。
作为优选,所述非对称玩具模块的第一结合型要素为贯穿模块本体的大孔,大孔的周围排布若干个贯穿模块本体的小孔;所述第二结合型要素为可插入大孔的凸起物,凸起物的内部沿其长轴或短轴方向开设有通过孔。
作为优选,所述大孔呈圆形且等间距排布,大孔中心处于同一条直线上的大孔之间的间距相同,大孔的周围排布四个圆形小孔和四个异形小孔,圆形小孔和异形小孔交替排布呈方形,圆形小孔处于所述方形的拐角处;所述凸起物呈圆柱状,凸起物排布在模块本体侧面的中心线上且与所在的模块本体侧面垂直。
作为优选,所述模块本体的一个侧面设置偶数个圆柱状凸起物,与该侧面相对的侧面上设置奇数个圆柱状凸起物,处于同一侧面上的圆柱状凸起物之间的间距相同。
作为优选,所述处于同一侧面上的相邻两个圆柱状凸起物之间的间距为沿模块本体侧边方向的相邻两个大孔间距的2倍。
组合式玩具套装,包括若干个所述的非对称玩具模块,其中一个非对称玩具模块的第二结合型要素与另一个非对称玩具模块的第一结合型要素相结合。
进一步地,所述的组合式玩具套装还包括若干个圆角方形或具有直角拐角的L形片状连接模块,两个非对称玩具模块通过连接模块连接在一起。
作为优选,所述连接模块的宽度与非对称玩具模块的模块本体的厚度相同。
作为优选,所述连接模块的正面设置有贯穿连接模块的第一结合型要素,在相邻两个第一结合型要素之间设置有贯穿连接模块的圆形小孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
本发明所述非对称玩具模块的正面具有第一结合型要素,非对称玩具模块的侧面具有第二结合型要素,并且两个相对侧面上设置的第二结合型要素为非对称排布,其中一个非对称玩具模块的第二结合型要素插入另一个非对称玩具模块的第一结合型要素中,使得两个非对称玩具模块组装在一起。本发明所述组合式玩具套装包括多个非对称玩具模块以及连接模块,两个非对称玩具模块也可以通过连接模块组合在一起。可见,与现有的柱子模块型组合式玩具套装相比,本发明所述组合式玩具套装使得更加自由精致的表现出组合的构造物形态;此外,本发明提升了柱子模块型组合式玩具套装的优点,可 以更加简便、快速的完成简单形态的组装。

为了便于理解本发明的目的、技术方案及其效果,现将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细阐述。
实施例1
本实施例给出了一种非对称玩具模块,其结构如图1所示。非对称玩具模块的模块本体为呈片状的长方形,在模块本体的正面(即面积较大的上、下表面)均匀排布有第一结合型要素,模块本体的至少一个侧面上设置第二结合型要素,第二结合型要素可以插入第一结合型要素中,通过彼此间的摩擦使二者连接在一起。需要指出的是,至少两个相对侧面上设置的第二结合型要素为非对称排布。
作为一个优选的实施例,第一结合型要素为贯穿模块本体的圆形大孔1,大孔1在模块本体的正面等间距排布,处于同一条直线上的大孔1之间的间距相同。如图1所示,沿模块本体的长度方向,设置平行的3排大孔1,每排具有11个大孔1。在每个大孔1的周围排布四个圆形小孔2和四个异形小孔2,圆形小孔2和异形小孔2交替排布,圆形小孔2和异形小孔2的中心连接构成正方形,圆形小孔2处于所述正方形的四个拐角处。
所述第二结合型要素为可插入大孔1的圆柱状凸起物3,在凸起物3的内部沿其长轴或短轴方向开设有通过孔4。特别地,凸起物3间隔排布在模块本体侧面的中心线上且与所在的模块本体侧面垂直。如图1所示,在模块本体长度方向的一个侧面上设置6 个圆柱状凸起物3,与该侧面相对的侧面上设置5个圆柱状凸起物3,并且处于同一侧面上的圆柱状凸起物3之间的间距相同。特别地,处于同一侧面上的相邻两个圆柱状凸起物3之间的间距为沿模块本体侧边方向的相邻两个大孔1间距的2倍。

实施例4
本实施例介绍了一种组合式玩具套装,包括实施例1、实施例2和本实施3所述的任一种非对称玩具模块,其中一个非对称玩具模块的第二结合型要素与另一个非对称玩具模块的第一结合型要素相结合。此外,该组合式玩具套装还包括若干个圆角方形或具有直角拐角的L形片状连接模块,两个非对称玩具模块可以通过连接模块连接在一起。
如图4所示,所给出的连接模块为圆角方形片状结构体,在连接模块的正面设置有贯穿连接模块的第一结合型要素,第一结合型要素优选为圆形大孔1,在相邻两个圆形大孔1之间设置有贯穿连接模块的圆形小孔2。特别地,连接模块的宽度与非对称玩具模块的模块本体的厚度相同。
在需要将多个非对称玩具模块组合在一起,如图5所示,非对称玩具模块A的圆柱状凸起物3插入非对称玩具模块B的圆形大孔1中,使得非对称玩具模块A与非对称玩具模块B垂直连接。非对称玩具模块B两个侧面上的圆柱状凸起物3各通过一个圆角方形片状连接模块分别与非对称玩具模块C、非对称玩具模块D连接在一起,使得非对称玩具模块B与非对称玩具模块C、非对称玩具模块D处于同一个平面。
两个非对称玩具模块也可以通过一个具有直角拐角的L形片状连接模块构成垂直连接关系,如图6所示。非对称玩具模块E的圆柱状凸起物3紧贴在非对称玩具模块F的 一侧边,不是直接插入非对称玩具模块F的圆形大孔1中,而是通过一个具有直角拐角的L形片状连接模块将非对称玩具模块E、非对称玩具模块F的侧面连接在一起。

  1. 非对称玩具模块,包括呈片状的方形模块本体,其特征在于,所述模块本体的正面排布有第一结合型要素,模块本体的至少一个侧面上设置与第一结合型要素相结合的第二结合型要素,至少两个相对侧面上设置的第二结合型要素为非对称排布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的非对称玩具模块,其特征在于,所述第一结合型要素为贯穿模块本体的大孔,大孔的周围排布若干个贯穿模块本体的小孔;所述第二结合型要素为可插入大孔的凸起物,凸起物的内部沿其长轴或短轴方向开设有通过孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的非对称玩具模块,其特征在于,所述大孔呈圆形和椭圆形且等间距排布,大孔中心处于同一条直线上的大孔之间的间距相同,大孔的周围排布四个圆形小孔和四个异形小孔,圆形小孔和异形小孔交替排布呈方形,圆形小孔处于所述方形的拐角处;所述凸起物呈圆柱状,凸起物排布在模块本体侧面的中心线上且与所在的模块本体侧面垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的非对称玩具模块,其特征在于,所述模块本体的一个侧面设置偶数个圆柱状凸起物,与该侧面相对的侧面上设置奇数个圆柱状凸起物,处于同一侧面上的圆柱状凸起物之间的间距相同。
