触控显示面板 技术领域
本发明涉及触控领域,特别是涉及一种触控显示面板。
背景技术
随着智能手机市场竞争的激烈化程度的日渐加深,产品轻薄化的结构设计成为目前手机生产厂商所关注的重点之一。在触显一体化的主流手机品种中,为了减薄触控面板带来的额外厚度,面板厂商致力于产品减薄方案的研究及开发,目前发展出On-cell、Hybrid in-cell 及Full in-cell技术。
Full in-cell技术虽然可以通过把触控感应器嵌入到液晶显示面板中来达到轻薄化的目标,但却存在着内部噪声干扰和产品良率的问题。
而On-cell 及Hybrid in-cell技术可将触控感应器设置在液晶显示面板的彩膜基板或阵列基板上,但是在贴合后的彩膜基板上设置触控感应器会提高基板的破片率,导致触控显示面板的良率较低。
故,有必要提供一种触控显示面板,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种基板的破片率较低,且良率较高的触控显示面板;以解决现有的触控显示面板的基板破片率较高且良率较低的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例提供一种触控显示面板,包括阵列基板、彩膜基板以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层,其中所述触控显示面板还包括:
触控驱动电极,设置在所述阵列基板上;
第一偏光板,设置在所述阵列基板的外侧;
第二偏光板,设置在所述彩膜基板的外侧,在所述第二偏光板的外表面制作触控感应电极;以及
盖板,设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧;
其中所述触控显示面板还包括驱动芯片,当所述触控显示面板处于显示模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供公共电压信号;当所述触控显示面板处于触控模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供驱动信号;
其中在所述阵列基板的内表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控驱动电极。
在本发明所述的触控显示面板中,在所述第二偏光板的外表面印刷所述触控感应电极。
在本发明所述的触控显示面板中,在所述第二偏光板的外表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控感应电极。

有益效果
相较于现有的触控显示面板,本发明的触控显示面板将触控感应电极设置在偏光板或盖板上,从而可以防止基板的破片,进而提高了触控显示面板的良率;解决了现有的触控显示面板的基板破片率较高且良率较低的技术问题。

请参照图1,图1为本发明的触控显示面板的第一优选实施例的结构示意图。本优选实施例的触控显示面板10包括阵列基板11、彩膜基板12、设置在阵列基板11和彩膜基板12之间的液晶层13以及驱动芯片(图中未示出)。该触控显示面板10还包括触控驱动电极14、第一偏光板15、第二偏光板16以及盖板17。触控驱动电极14设置在阵列基板11上,第一偏光板15设置在阵列基板11的外侧,第二偏光板16设置在彩膜基板12的外侧,在第二偏光板16的外表面制作触控感应电极18,盖板17设置在第二偏光板16的外侧。其中盖板17可通过第一粘结层19设置在第二偏光板16的外侧,第二偏光板16通过第二粘结层110设置在彩膜基板12的外侧。

这里通过图形化处理的方式,在阵列基板11的内表面制作触控驱动电极14,具体为:首先在阵列基板11的内表面制作透明电极层,然后使用光罩对透明电极层进行图像化处理,以形成触控驱动电极14。
本优选实施例的触控显示面板10使用时,当触控显示面板10处于触控模式时,驱动芯片给触控驱动电极14提供驱动信号,这样第二偏光板16上的触控感应电极18可以很好的感应用户在盖板17外表面的触控操作。当触控显示面板10处于显示模式时,驱动芯片给触控驱动电极14提供公共电压信号,这样触控驱动电极14可以作为触控显示面板10的公共电极进行工作。
本优选实施例的触控显示面板10在第二偏光板16的外表面制作触控感应电极18,而没有直接在贴合后的彩膜基板12的外侧制作触控感应电极18,因此可以较好的降低贴合后的基板的破片率,从而提高了触控显示面板10的良率。
同时使用透明电极制作触控感应电极18以及触控驱动电极14,可以使触控显示面板10更加轻薄,且简化的制程。此外触控感应电极14制作在第二偏光板16的外表面,离用户的触控手指更近,因此更加容易感应到触控信号。
请参照图2,图2为本发明的触控显示面板的第二优选实施例的结构示意图。本优选实施例的触控显示面板20包括阵列基板11彩膜基板12、设置在阵列基板11和彩膜基板12之间的液晶层13以及驱动芯片。该触控显示面板20还包括触控驱动电极14、第一偏光板15、第二偏光板16以及盖板17。触控驱动电极14设置在阵列基板11上,第一偏光板15设置在阵列基板11的外侧,第二偏光板16设置在彩膜基板12的外侧,盖板17设置在第二偏光板16的外侧,盖板17的内表面制作触控感应电极18。其中盖板17可通过第一粘结层19设置在第二偏光板16的外侧,第二偏光板16通过第二粘结层110设置在彩膜基板12的外侧。
这里可通过印刷的方式,在盖板17的内表面制作触控感应电极18(透明电极);也可通过图像化处理的方式,在盖板17的内表面制作触感感应电极18,具体为:首先在盖板17的内表面制作透明电极层,然后使用光罩对透明电极层进行图像化处理,以形成触控感应电极18。
这里通过图像化处理的方式,在阵列基板11的内表面制作触控驱动电极14,具体为:首先在阵列基板11的内表面制作透明电极层,然后使用光罩对透明电极层进行图像化处理,以形成触控驱动电极14。
本优选实施例的触控显示面板20使用时,当触控显示面板20处于触控模式时,驱动芯片给触控驱动电极14提供驱动信号,这样盖板17上的触控感应电极18可以很好的感应用户在盖板17外表面的触控操作。当触控显示面板20处于显示模式时,驱动芯片给触控驱动电极14提供公共电压信号,这样触控驱动电极14可以作为触控显示面板20的公共电极进行工作。
本优选实施例的触控显示面板20在盖板17的内表面制作触控感应电极18,而没有直接在贴合后的彩膜基板12的外侧制作触控感应电极18,因此可以较好的降低贴合后的基板的破片率,从而提高了触控显示面板20的良率。
同时使用透明电极制作触控感应电极18以及触控驱动电极14,可以使触控显示面板20更加轻薄,且简化的制程。此外触控感应电极14制作在盖板17的内表面,离用户的触控手指更近,因此更加容易感应到触控信号。
本发明的触控显示面板将触控感应电极设置在偏光板或盖板上,从而可以防止基板的破片,进而提高了触控显示面板的良率;解决了现有的触控显示面板的基板破片率较高且良率较低的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种触控显示面板,包括阵列基板、彩膜基板以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层,其中所述触控显示面板还包括:
    触控驱动电极,设置在所述阵列基板上;
    第一偏光板,设置在所述阵列基板的外侧;
    第二偏光板,设置在所述彩膜基板的外侧,在所述第二偏光板的外表面制作触控感应电极;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧;
    其中所述触控显示面板还包括驱动芯片,当所述触控显示面板处于显示模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供公共电压信号;当所述触控显示面板处于触控模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供驱动信号;
    其中在所述阵列基板的内表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控驱动电极。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述第二偏光板的外表面印刷所述触控感应电极。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述第二偏光板的外表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控感应电极。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的触控显示面板,其中所述盖板通过第一粘结层设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的触控显示面板,其中所述第二偏光板通过第二粘结层设置在所述彩膜基板的外侧。
  6. 一种触控显示面板,包括阵列基板、彩膜基板以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层,其中所述触控显示面板还包括:
    触控驱动电极,设置在所述阵列基板上;
    第一偏光板,设置在所述阵列基板的外侧;
    第二偏光板,设置在所述彩膜基板的外侧,在所述第二偏光板的外表面制作触控感应电极;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述第二偏光板的外表面印刷所述触控感应电极。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述第二偏光板的外表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控感应电极。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述阵列基板的内表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控驱动电极。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的触控显示面板,其中所述触控显示面板还包括驱动芯片,当所述触控显示面板处于显示模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供公共电压信号;当所述触控显示面板处于触控模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供驱动信号。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的触控显示面板,其中所述盖板通过第一粘结层设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的触控显示面板,其中所述第二偏光板通过第二粘结层设置在所述彩膜基板的外侧。
  13. 一种触控显示面板,包括阵列基板、彩膜基板以及设置在所述阵列基板以及所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层,其中所述触控显示面板还包括:
    触控驱动电极,设置在所述阵列基板上;
    第一偏光板,设置在所述阵列基板的外侧;
    第二偏光板,设置在所述彩膜基板的外侧;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧,所述盖板的内表面制作触控感应电极。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述盖板的内表面印刷所述触控感应电极。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述盖板的内表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控感应电极。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中在所述阵列基板的内表面制作透明电极层,通过图形化处理形成所述触控驱动电极。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中所述触控显示面板还包括驱动芯片,当所述触控显示面板处于显示模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供公共电压信号;当所述触控显示面板处于触控模式时,所述驱动芯片给所述触控驱动电极提供驱动信号。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中所述盖板通过第一粘结层设置在所述第二偏光板的外侧。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的触控显示面板,其中所述第二偏光板通过第二粘结层在所述彩膜基板的外侧。
