医疗设备,特别是小型的医疗设备,大都需满足在救护车或飞机上使用,这就对医疗设备的固定提出了较高的要求,
然而,传统的医疗设备通过采用腔体形式的固定装置,或者整体包围式的固定装置。采用腔体形式的固定装置的医疗设备中,其需将设备从一端的开口推入腔体中,通过机械锁扣扣紧,这样的固定方式,在医疗设备装入腔体后大部分被腔体遮挡,不利于查看或者操作。而采用整体包围式的固定装置的医疗设备中,其一般可分为固定部分和活动部分,需通过螺合等的方式对设备进行固定和解锁,同样的,这种固定方式对仪器设备主体的遮挡更严重,使得人们很难得知设备的状态,同样不利于日常查看和操作。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种对医疗设备主体遮挡较少的医疗设备固定装置,同时还提供了一种使用该医疗设备固定装置的医疗设备。
一种医疗设备固定装置,用于固定医疗设备主体,包括:
固定座,用于与所述医疗设备主体的底部配合;
支架,一端连接于所述固定座上;及
上盖,可转动地设置于所述支架的另一端;
其中,所述医疗设备主体底部与所述固定座相配合,所述上盖转动并与所述医疗设备主体的顶部可拆卸连接,以将所述医疗设备主体固定。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支架开设有锁紧槽;所述上盖包括:

医疗设备固定装置200还包括形状与固定槽212相适配的第二缓冲垫240,第二缓冲垫240设置/安装于固定槽212中。第二缓冲垫240可由硅胶、橡胶或TPU材料制成,具备良好的弹性,能够有效起到缓冲作用,可以一定程度保护医疗设备主体100。
可以理解,在其它实施例中,固定座210也可通过其它形式与医疗设备主体100相配合,如使用定位销等, 不限于上述通过固定槽212的形式。
支架220一端连接于固定座210上,上盖230可转动地设置于支架220的另一端。在一个具体实施例中,支架220一端与固定座210垂直连接。
请一并参阅图4,医疗设备主体100底部与固定座210相配合,上盖230转动并与医疗设备主体100的顶部可拆卸连接,以将医疗设备主体100固定。需要拆卸时,解锁并转动上盖230,即可从医疗设备固定装置200中取出医疗设备主体100。
具体的,上盖230上开设有卡槽240,医疗设备主体100的顶部设有凸起110,凸起110与卡槽240相卡合。
可以理解,上盖230可以为类似上述开设固定槽212的固定座210的外框结构,以与医疗设备固定装置200的顶部相配合,此时卡槽240及凸起110均可以省略。
上述医疗设备固定装置200,仅通过固定座210、支架220及上盖230即可对医疗设备主体100进行固定,固定较为牢靠,满足了在救护车或飞机上使用的需求,并且对医疗设备主体100遮挡较少,方便人们对其查看及操作。
请一并参阅图5及图6,为了对上盖230进行限位,支架220上开设有锁紧槽222。上盖230包括壳体232、限位销234及解锁滑块236。
壳体232一端与支架220可转动连接,壳体232内部开设有收容腔232a,壳体232侧壁上还开设有与收容腔232a相连通的通孔232b及按键孔232c。
限位销234设置于收容腔232a,限位销234在收容腔232a中可滑动,以使其端部从通孔232b中伸出。
解锁滑块236设置于按键孔232c中,并与限位销234相连接,解锁滑块236在按键孔232c中可滑动,以带动限位销234在收容腔232a内滑动。
其中,上盖230转动,以使通孔232b与锁紧槽222相对齐。限位销234穿设通孔232b与锁紧槽222对齐,以使上盖230相对支架220固定。
具体的,锁紧槽222包括第一锁紧槽222a及第二锁紧槽222b。第一锁紧槽222a及第二锁紧槽222b均设于支架220远离固定座210的一端,第一锁紧槽222a的延伸方向与支架220的延伸的方向相同,第二锁紧槽222b的延伸方向与支架220的延伸方向相垂直或者基本垂直。
需要对医疗设备主体100进行固定时,上盖230转动并与医疗设备主体100顶部相配合,并使通孔232b与第二锁紧槽222b相对齐,限位销234穿设通孔232b与第二锁紧槽222b相对齐,以使上盖230固定于医疗设备主体100上方,此时上盖230处于锁定状态。
请一并参阅图7,需要取出医疗设备主体100时,拨动解锁滑块236,限位销234离开第二锁紧槽222b,此时上盖230可转动。转动上盖230,以使其脱离医疗设备主体100上表面,并使通孔232b与第二锁紧槽222b相对齐,限位销234穿设通孔232b与第一锁紧槽222a,以使上盖230保持打开状态,此时。可以很轻松地取出医疗设备主体100,上盖230此时处于打开状态因此不会干扰用户取出医疗设备主体100。
上盖230还包括用于使限位销234复位的弹性件238。弹性件238提供弹力,以使限位销234保持伸出状态,以在通孔232b与锁紧槽222相对齐时,限位销234在弹性件238的作用下插入锁紧槽222中,并保持锁紧的状态。
具体在本实施例中,请再次参阅图6,弹性件238为弹簧。可以理解,弹性件238还可为弹片等其它类型的弹性件。
壳体232上开设两个通孔232b。限位销234为“U”字结构,限位销234在收容腔232a中可滑动,以使限位销234的两端分别从两个通孔232b中伸出。支架220为板状结构,相对应的,第一锁紧槽222a及第二锁紧槽222b也均为两个。
限位销234与解锁滑块236具体通过螺纹固定件239相连接。可以理解,限位销234也可与解锁滑块236一体成型。
请一并参阅图3及图5, 医疗设备固定装置200还包括第一缓冲垫250。第一缓冲垫250设置于支架220和/或上盖230上。第一缓冲垫250由硅胶、橡胶或TPU材料制成,具备良好的弹性,能够有效起到缓冲作用,可以保护医疗设备主体100侧面和顶部。
请一并参阅图8,医疗设备固定装置200还包括用于与墙壁相连接的上墙背板260,上墙背板260固定于支架220上。医疗设备固定装置200通过上墙背板260固定于墙壁上。具体在本实施例中,上墙背板260通过固定件270固定于墙壁上。需要指出的是,在其它实施例中,上墙背板260也可以通过其它方式固定于墙壁上,不限于上述结构。
请一并参阅图9,医疗设备固定装置200还包括上杆背板280及连接件290,上杆背板280通过连接件290与上墙背板260相连接,且上杆背板280与上墙背板260间形成夹持空间,立杆900被夹持于夹持空间,以使医疗设备固定装置200能够固定于立杆900上。
上述医疗设备固定装置200,仅通过固定座210、支架220及上盖230即可对医疗设备主体100进行固定,固定较为牢靠,满足了在救护车或飞机上使用的需求,并且对医疗设备主体100遮挡较少,方便了人们对其查看及操作。
同时,上述医疗设备固定装置200通过上盖230的转动来实现对医疗设备主体100的固定和解锁,使得人们对医疗设备10的使用更为快捷。拨动解锁滑块236的操作的活动量较小,可以有效保持整个设备的稳定。并且,在上盖230中加入弹性件238等元件,使得固定和解锁医疗设备主体100的操作均可单手完成。
此外,上述医疗设备固定装置200还可设置于墙上或立杆900上,使产品具备较强的环境适应力。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种医疗设备固定装置,用于固定医疗设备主体,其特征在于,包括:
    固定座,用于与所述医疗设备主体的底部配合;
    支架,一端连接于所述固定座上;及
    上盖,可转动地设置于所述支架的另一端;
    其中,所述医疗设备主体底部与所述固定座相配合,所述上盖转动并与所述医疗设备主体的顶部可拆卸连接,以将所述医疗设备主体固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述支架开设有锁紧槽;所述上盖包括:
    壳体,一端与所述支架可转动连接,所述壳体内部开设有收容腔,所述壳体侧壁上还开设有与所述收容腔相连通的通孔及按键孔;
    限位销,设置于所述收容腔,所述限位销在所述收容腔中可滑动,以使其端部从所述通孔中伸出;及
    解锁滑块,所述解锁滑块设置于所述按键孔中,并与所述限位销相连接,所述解锁滑块在所述按键孔中可滑动,以带动所述限位销在收容腔内滑动;
    其中,所述上盖转动,以使所述通孔与所述锁紧槽相对齐,所述限位销穿设所述通孔与所述锁紧槽,以使所述上盖相对所述支架固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述上盖还包括用于使所述限位销复位的弹性件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧或弹片。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧槽包括第一锁紧槽及第二锁紧槽,所述第一锁紧槽及所述第二锁紧槽均设于所述支架远离所述固定座的一端,所述第一锁紧槽的延伸方向与所述支架的延伸的方向相同,所述第二锁紧槽的延伸方向与所述支架的延伸方向相垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上开设两个所述通孔,所述限位销为“U”字结构,所述限位销在所述收容腔中可滑动,以使所述限位销的两端分别从两个所述通孔中伸出,所述支架为板状结构,所述第一锁紧槽及第二锁紧槽也均为两个。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述限位销与所述解锁滑块一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,还包括第一缓冲垫,所述第一缓冲垫设置于所述支架和/或所述上盖上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一缓冲垫由硅胶、橡胶或TPU材料制成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定座上开设有固定槽,所述医疗设备主体的底部设置于所述固定槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,还包括形状与所述固定槽相适配的第二缓冲垫,所述第二缓冲垫设置于所述固定槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲垫由硅胶、橡胶或TPU材料制成。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定槽的深度小于医疗设备主体的高度。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述上盖上开设有卡槽,所述医疗设备主体的顶部设有凸起,所述凸起与所述卡槽相卡合。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,还包括用于与墙壁相连接的上墙背板,所述上墙背板固定于所述支架上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,还包括上杆背板及连接件,所述上杆背板通过连接件与所述上墙背板相连接,且所述上杆背板与所述上墙背板间形成夹持空间。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述上盖包括卡槽,所述卡槽用于卡持医疗设备主体。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗设备固定装置,其特征在于,所述上盖包括限位销,所述支架包括与所述限位销配合以将上盖限定在打开或者锁定状态的锁紧槽。
  19. 一种医疗设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1到权利要求16任意一项所述的医疗设备固定装置。
