可变组合机械钥匙
技术领域
本发明涉及可变组合机械钥匙,属于加密锁具钥匙结构技术领域。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,对家居安全提出越来越高的要求,与之相适应的防盗门锁也在不断地向着防盗性更高的目标前进;在其他许多重要领域都对锁具的防盗性能提出了较高的要求。近几年,许多锁具制造商研发出了防技术开启能力较高的产品,如机械防盗锁、电子智能防盗锁,但所有的机械防盗锁都是通过机械钥匙开启,几乎所有的电子智能防盗锁都要备用一套应急开启的机械钥匙,这就带来一个新的问题,如果这把机械钥匙被偷走或被复制,那照样会发生盗窃案件。即使这把钥匙结构再复杂,在现今科技条件下,利用三维扫描加3D打印也可轻易将钥匙复制,因此,防止钥匙被复制是解决安全隐患的关键。
发明内容
本发明针对当今市场上各种防盗锁具机械钥匙容易被复制的缺陷,提供一种从根本上实现防偷、防复制的可变组合机械钥匙。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
可变组合机械钥匙,改传统的一体结构为可拆卸组合结构,其特殊之处在于包括可折卸连接于钥匙柄1端部的:
支架3,构成钥匙杆主体结构,其上可拆卸安装有构成开锁钥匙牙型的匙型组件4;
匙型组件4,由多个独立的匙型零件组合安装于所述支架3上,所述匙型零件排列组合后形成能够插入锁具锁芯并与其匹配开锁的钥匙牙形;
护套5,滑动套接于所述支架3外周并配合其将所述匙型组件4架构定位于所述支架3上,其具有能够将所述支架3嵌套其内的扁U型结构以及用于封堵所述支架3、钥匙组件4的封堵结构,所述扁U型结构的两端分别具有与支架扣合的挡耳5-3。
所述护套5上的封堵结构是指与所述护套5冲压为一体的堵头6,所述堵头6具有部分嵌入所述护套5内部用以抵靠固定所述匙型组件4的嵌入端6-3以及与所述护套5的外端面5-1接合固定的接合端6-1,所述堵头6的嵌入部分与所述护套5的挡耳5-3对应位置设有用于将所述堵头6与所述护套5冲压固定的冲压孔6-2;
所述匙型组件4是由多个以高度变化为级差的匙型零件组合而成,所述匙型零件的数量取决于与其对应的开启锁具的锁头弹子数量;
所述支架3上开设有用于安装所述匙型零件的匙型孔3-1,所述匙型零件在所述匙型孔3-1内排布构成匙型组件4;
所述匙型零件的上部穿过所述支架3上开设的匙型孔3-1,所述匙型零件的下部具有能够限位接触于所述支架3下端面的接触面4-1,以此防止匙型组件掉落;
所述支架3与所述护套5上分别设有与所述钥匙柄1开设的螺钉孔1-1配合固连的支架定位孔3-2及护套定位孔5-2,最终由螺钉2贯穿连接使所述钥匙柄1、支架3及护套5固连于一体。
本发明可变组合机械钥匙,通过改变匙型件组合位置达到拒绝开锁功能,从根本上实现了钥匙防偷、防复制目的,在许多重要领域如保险柜、军事重地、银行、家居智能防盗锁、其他一切需要保密安全的领域具有独特优点,它不会像电子钥匙因电子线路器件软件等易出问题,具有不可代替特点,且改变了传统机械钥匙的加工工艺,节能降耗,应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图,给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成进行进一步说明,本发明的实施方案包括但并不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种可变组合机械钥匙(图1-图14),针对当今市场上各种防盗锁具机械钥匙容易被复制的缺陷,研制出可变组合机械钥匙,可变组合机械钥匙,改传统的一体结构为可拆卸组合结构,包括可折卸连接于钥匙柄1端部的:支架3,构成钥匙杆主体结构,其上端面可拆卸安装有构成开锁钥匙牙型的匙型组件4;匙型组件4,由12个独立的匙型零件组合安装于所述支架3上,所述匙型零件排列组合后形成能够插入锁具锁芯并与其匹配开锁的钥匙牙形;护套5,用于辅助及配合所述支架3实现其功能,其具有能够将所述支架3嵌套其内的扁U型结构以及用于封堵所述支架3、钥匙组件4的封堵结构,所述扁U型结构的两端分别具有与支架扣合的挡耳5-3。所述护套5上的封堵结构是指与所述护套5冲压为一体的堵头6,所述堵头6具有部分嵌入所述护套5内部用以抵靠固定所述匙型组件4的嵌入端6-3以及与所述护套5的外端面5-1接合固定的接合端6-1,所述堵头6的嵌入部分与所述护套5的挡耳5-3对应位置设有用于将所述堵头6与所述护套5冲压固定的冲压孔6-2;所述匙型组件是由多个以高度变化为级差的匙型零件组合而成,所述支架3上端面开设有用于安置所述匙型零件的匙型孔3-1,所述匙型零件在所述匙型孔3-1内排布构成匙型组件4;所述匙型零件的上部穿过所述支架3上开设的匙型孔3-1,所述匙型零件的下部具有能够限位接触于所述支架3下端面的接触面4-1,以此防止匙型组件掉落;所述支架3与所述护套5上分别设有与所述钥匙柄1开设的螺钉孔1-1配合固连的支架定位孔3-2及护套定位孔5-2,最终由M3螺钉2贯穿连接使所述钥匙柄1、支架3及护套5固连于一体。
本发明的可变组合机械钥匙,与传统的机械钥匙相比,具有以下几种优势:
1 、改变固定一体机械钥匙,实现通过更换匙型件位置改变钥匙匙型,从而解决机械钥匙被偷走或被复制,存在安全隐患的问题。
2 、钥匙零部件加工工艺简单,可一次成型,批量生产,比传统钥匙加工工艺省时省力,节能降耗。
本发明的可变组合机械钥匙的实现原理:
1 、匙型零件以高度变化为级差;
2 、锁头更换或为防止钥匙被复制等情况下,需要换码时,将螺钉取下,再将护套向外滑动,露出匙型件,每个匙型件有对应的编号,改变匙型件位置,重新组合后,护套回位,将螺钉扭入固定。
3
、 开锁时,取下螺钉,移动护套,将匙型件恢复原编码位置,实现开锁。

Claims (1)

  1. 1 、可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于包括可折卸连接于钥匙柄(1)端部的:
    支架(3),构成钥匙杆主体结构,其上端面可拆卸安装有构成开锁钥匙牙型的匙型组件(4);
    匙型组件(4),由多个独立的匙型零件组合安装于所述支架(3)上,所述匙型零件排列组合后形成能够插入锁具锁芯并与其匹配开锁的钥匙牙形;
    护套(5),滑动套接于所述支架(3)外周并配合其将所述匙型组件(4)架构定位于所述支架(3)上,其具有能够将所述支架(3)嵌套其内的扁U型结构以及用于封堵所述支架(3)、钥匙组件(4)的封堵结构,所述扁U型结构的两端分别具有与支架扣合的挡耳(5-3)。
    2 、如权利要求1所述可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于所述护套(5)上的封堵结构是指与所述护套(5)冲压为一体的堵头(6)。
    3 、如权利要求2所述可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于所述堵头(6)具有部分嵌入所述护套(5)内部用以抵靠固定所述匙型组件(4)的嵌入端(6-3)以及与所述护套(5)的外端面(5-1)接合固定的接合端(6-1),所述堵头(6)的嵌入部分与所述护套(5)的挡耳(5-3)对应位置设有用于将所述堵头(6)与所述护套(5)冲压固定的冲压孔(6-2)。
    4 、如权利要求1所述可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于所述匙型组件(4)是由多个以高度变化为级差的匙型零件组合而成,所述匙型零件的数量取决于与其对应的开启锁具的锁头弹子数量。
    5 、如权利要求1所述可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于所述支架(3)上端面开设有用于安置所述匙型零件的匙型孔(3-1),所述匙型零件在所述匙型孔(3-1)内排布够成匙型组件(4)。
    6 、如权利要求1所述可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于所述匙型零件的上部穿过所述支架(3)上开设的匙型孔(3-1),所述匙型零件的下部具有能够限位接触于所述支架(3)下端面的接触面(4-1)。

    、如权利要求1所述可变组合机械钥匙,其特征在于所述支架(3)与所述护套(5)上分别设有与所述钥匙柄(1)开设的螺钉孔(1-1)配合固连的支架定位孔(3-2)及护套定位孔(5-2),最终由螺钉(2)贯穿连接使所述钥匙柄(1)、支架(3)及护套(5)固连于一体。
