开关机按钮,用于控制所述便携式终端的开启和关闭;和/或者
音量调节按钮,用于控制声音大小。
本发明相对于现有技术的技术效果是:通过连接机构连接多个显示屏,以使各所述显示屏可通过该连接机构转动,使所述便携式终端实现可折叠和展开,这样,所述便携式终端可以于展开时满足用户对大屏幕的需求;所述便携式终端于折叠状态时转变为小屏幕终端,以便于携带,另外,用户可以根据需要对折叠后的小屏幕终端进行弯曲变形,使所述便携式终端转变为可佩戴式终端,以具备更好的携带性能。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或可以相互通信;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
请参照图1至图8,本发明实施例提供的便携式终端包括:柔性显示装置,包括多个于展开状态时并排设置的显示屏12,各所述显示屏12为柔性显示屏;连接机构2,连接各所述显示屏12使得相邻两所述显示屏12之间可绕转动轴20绕转;主机3,与各所述显示屏12相对设置;其中,所述显示屏12连同相应的所述主机3通过所述连接机构2实现折叠以得到小屏幕终端4,将所述小屏幕终端4绕所述弯曲轴5发生弯曲变形,如图17和图18所示。该较优实施例中,采用与转动轴20垂直的弯曲轴5加以说明,但本发明并不限定转动轴线与弯曲轴之间的特定关系,即弯曲轴可取决于柔性显示屏的特性、便携式终端的应用特性、连接结构而灵活设置,本发明弯曲轴仅用于说明具有弯曲特性。
本发明实施例提供的便携式终端通过在显示屏12之间设置连接机构2,以使各所述显示屏12绕相应的所述连接机构2转动,使所述便携式终端实现可折叠和展开,这样,所述便携式终端可以于展开时满足用户对大屏幕的需求;所述便携式终端于折叠状态时转变为小屏幕终端4,以便于携带,另外,用户可以根据需要对折叠后的小屏幕终端4进行弯曲变形,使所述便携式终端转变为可佩戴式终端,以具备更好的携带性能。
在该实施例中,所述主机3由可弯折材料制成。所述主机3与所述显示屏12对应设置,即所述主机3的数量与所述显示屏12的数量相同,并且在折叠过程中,所述主机3随所述显示屏12一起折叠。所述主机3内设置有电路板、电池、其他电子器件,该其他电子器件可依据对该终端功能的需要而增减。
当各所述显示屏12处于展开状态时,所述便携式终端为一大屏幕直板装置,即由多个显示屏12拼接而形成的大屏幕,可以满足用户对大屏幕的需求。
当所述便携式终端处于折叠状态时,所述便携式终端转变为一小屏幕终端4,以便于携带;由于显示屏12为柔性显示屏12,可以对小屏幕终端4进行弯曲以形成可佩带的环状装置,从而使得该便携式终端更加便于携带,而且还可以起到装饰效果。
请参照图13和图14,进一步地,所述连接机构2包括:弹性片14,设置于所述显示屏12之朝向所述主机3的一面并连接各所述显示屏12;支撑件16,固定于所述显示屏12与所述弹性片14之间,所述支撑件16由柔性材料制成。可以理解,所述弹性片14为可弯曲的片状结构,通过在所述显示屏12与所述主机3之间设置弹性片14和支撑件16,以保证所述显示屏12在弯曲过程中不容易出现褶皱或者破损。
请参照图14,优选地,所述弹性片14包括:第一弹性片140,设置于所述主机3与所述显示屏12之间;第二弹性片142,连接于相邻显示屏12对应的的第一弹性片140之间,具体的,沿所述第一弹性片140朝向所述显示屏12侧边延伸并连接相邻显示屏12的第一弹性片140;其中,所述第一弹性片140和所述第二弹性片
142为一体化设置。可以理解,所述第一弹性片140是指与所述主机3和所述显示屏12相对应的区域,所述第二弹性片142沿所述第一弹性片140朝向所述显示屏
12侧边延伸,延伸并连接至与相邻主机3和显示屏12对应的第一弹性片140,这样,利用所述第二弹性片142连接相邻两主机3对应的第一弹性片140,从而连接相邻两所述显示屏12。在折叠过程中,所述第二弹性片142随所述显示屏12相对所述转动轴20转动而发生弯曲变形。所述第一弹性片140和所述第二弹性片142由相同材料制成,在其他实施例中,所述第一弹性片140和所述第二弹性片142也可以由不同的材料制成。
请参照图14,更优地,所述支撑件16包括:第一支撑块160,与所述第一弹性片140固定连接;第二支撑块162,设置于所述第二弹性片142与所述显示屏12之间。所述各显示屏12对应设有该支撑件16,连接方式可以是粘接或者其他固定方式。在该实施例中,所述第一支撑块160和所述第二支撑块162由一体化成型而成,二者可以由相同的柔性材料制成或者不同的柔性材料制成。
请参照图12至图15,进一步地,所述便携式终端还包括:磁性条18,一种实施方式中,可以间隔设置于所述显示屏12与所述弹性片14之间,且磁性条18靠近所述显示屏12之连接所述转动机构2的一侧,如图12所示。该实施方式下,弹性片14采用具有足够支撑性且具有良好弯曲特性的材料时,可不结合支撑件结构。另一种实施方式中,在采用弹性片14结合支撑件16的方式中,该磁性条18间隔设置于第二支撑块162与第二弹性片142之间,所述磁性条18沿所述转动轴20方向设置。可以理解,第二支撑块162对应设置于显示屏12折叠状态下相对形变的区域,进而通过在该第二支撑块162与弹性片14之间设置磁性条,相应的,第二弹性片142可以为导磁弹性材料。该磁性条可平行于转动轴20间隔的排布于第二支撑块162,以更好的适应弯曲形变在折叠状态,第二支撑块162通过磁性条
18吸附在第二弹性片142上,使显示屏12跟随弹性片14相对弯曲变形的部分保持贴附。请参照图8和图9,所述连接机构2还可以为连接片,所述连接片的两侧边分别固定连接所述显示屏12。可以理解,所述连接片与所述显示屏12一体化设置或者所述连接片的两侧板粘接于所述显示屏12,该连接片由柔性材料制成,且转动轴20为平行于所述显示屏12的连接边的虚拟轴,该连接边为连接所述连接片的侧边。当所述便携式终端由展开状态转变为折叠状态时,所述连接片发生弯曲变形以使所述显示屏12和所述主机3绕所述虚拟轴转动以实现折叠。
请参照图8和图9,进一步地,所述连接机构2为具有所述转动轴20的连接支架,所述连接支架的两端分别连接至所述显示屏12。可以理解,所述连接支架为具有转动铰链的机构,所述转动轴20为平行于所述显示屏12的连接边并设置于所述连接支架的旋转轴,该连接边为连接所述连接支架的侧边。当所述便携式终端由展开状态转变为折叠状态时,所述显示屏12和所述主机3绕所述旋转轴转动以实现折叠。
请参照图10,进一步地,所述显示屏12为触控屏。利用触控屏实现触控功能,提高了用户体验。优选地,所述显示屏12为OLED触控屏。
请参照图8和图9以及图16,进一步地,所述显示屏12为于展开状态处于并排设置的第一显示屏120和第二显示屏122;所述主机3为与所述第一显示屏120相对的第一主机30和与所述第二显示屏122相对的第二主机32;所述连接机构2为连接于所述第一显示屏120和所述第二显示屏122之间的第一转动件22,所述第一转动件22具有第一转动轴20。可以理解,所述第一显示屏120和所述第二显示屏122于展开状态时并排设置并合二为一形成一大屏幕,以满足大屏幕需求。
请参照图16和图17,在该实施例中,在折叠过程中,所述第一显示屏120绕所述第一转动轴20沿顺时针方向A朝向所述第二显示屏122一侧转动;于折叠状态时,所述第一显示屏120和所述第二显示屏122处于外侧以及所述第一主机30和所述第二主机32相对且位于内侧。可以理解,在折叠后,可以利用所述第一显示屏120、所述第二显示屏122作为所述小屏幕终端4的显示屏12,以获得小屏幕显示的效果,并相对于展开状态的大屏幕而言具有较好的可携带性。
本发明各实施例中的小屏幕和大屏幕均为相对说法,即显示屏12折叠前后的大小比较而言得出的。
请参照图17和图19,在该实施例中,在弯曲过程中,所述小屏幕终端4绕所述弯曲轴5朝向所述第一显示屏120一侧弯曲变形,所述第二显示屏122位于外侧;或者,所述小屏幕终端4绕所述弯曲轴5朝向所述第二显示屏122一侧弯曲,所述第一显示屏120位于外侧。可以理解,对于折叠后的小屏幕终端4,可以绕弯曲轴5做顺时针N或者逆时针M弯曲变形,以形成所述第一显示屏120或者第二显示屏122朝向外侧的环状装置,便于佩戴,而且还有利于观看第一显示屏120或者第二显示屏122上的显示内容。可以理解的是,在采用连接机构为弹性片14的方案时,该弹性片14可采用形似图9的方式,在对应显示屏的弹性片之间采用部分延伸的连接片(类图9标识2的方式),折叠后的小屏幕终端4的弯曲轴5可相对设置于连接片相对区域的两侧,如图19、图20,以更好的适应弯曲形变。
请参照图16和图18,在该实施例中,在折叠过程中,所述第一显示屏120绕所述第一转动轴20沿逆时针方向B朝向所述第二显示屏122一侧转动,于折叠状态时,所述第一主机30和所述第二主机32处于外侧以及所述第一显示屏120和所述第二显示屏122相对且位于内侧。可以理解,该便携式终端还包括设置于所述第一主机30和第二主机32之背离所述显示屏12一侧的外弹性片38,所述外弹性片
38贴合于所述第一主机30和所述第二主机32表面。在折叠后,所述第一显示屏
120和所述第二显示屏122的显示面相对,且所述第一主机30和所述第二主机32朝向外侧,且所述外弹性片38位于最外侧,以对所述第一显示屏120和所述第二显示屏122起到保护作用。
请参照图18和图20,在该实施例中,在弯曲过程中,所述小屏幕终端4绕所述弯曲轴5朝向所述第一主机30一侧弯曲变形,所述第二主机32位于外侧;或者,所述小屏幕终端4绕所述弯曲轴5朝向所述第二主机32一侧弯曲,所述第一主机
30位于外侧。可以理解,对于折叠后的小屏幕终端4,可以绕弯曲轴5做顺时针N或者逆时针M弯曲变形,以形成所述第一主机30或者第二主机32朝向外侧的环状装置,便于佩戴,还可以起到装饰效果,例如,在所述外弹性片38的外表面涂布颜色或者图案。
请参照图21和图22,进一步地,各所述显示屏12为于展开状态处于并排设置的第一显示屏120、第二显示屏122和第三显示屏124,所述第二显示屏122位于所述第一显示屏120和所述第三显示屏124之间;所述主机3为与所述第一显示屏120相对的第一主机30、与所述第二显示屏122相对的第二主机32以及与所述第三显示屏124相对的第三主机(图未示);所述连接机构2为连接于所述第一显示屏
120和所述第二显示屏122之间的第一转动件22以及连接于所述第二显示屏122与所述第三显示屏124之间的第二转动件24,所述第一转动件22具有第一转动轴
20,所述第二转动件24具有与所述第一转动轴20平行的第二转动轴20。可以理解,所述第一显示屏120、所述第二显示屏122和第三显示屏124于展开状态时并排设置并合二为一形成一大屏幕,以满足大屏幕需求。同样地,对于所述柔性显示装置由四个或者四个以上的显示屏12构成时,且具体结构可以参照上述具有第一显示屏120和第二显示屏122或者具有第一显示屏120、第二显示屏122和第三显示屏124的结构依次类推,此处不一一列举,而且这些情况均在本发明所涵盖的范围之内。
请参照图21和图22,在该实施例中,在折叠过程中,所述第一显示屏120绕所述第一转动轴20沿顺时针方向B或者逆时针方向A朝向所述第二显示屏122一侧转动,同时,所述第三显示屏124绕所述第二转轴沿顺时针方向B或者逆时针方向A朝向所述第二显示屏122一侧转动。可以理解,在折叠过程中,各显示屏12可以绕所述转动轴20的两个不同方向转动,即沿顺时针方向B或者逆时针方向A转动,以使显示屏12和/或者主机3位于外侧。同样地,对于所述柔性显示装置由四个或者四个以上的显示屏12构成时,在折叠过程中,显示屏12可以绕转动轴20的两个不同方向转动,原理相同,此处不一一列举,而且这些情况均在本发明所涵盖的范围之内。
请参照图22,在该实施例中,在弯曲过程中,所述小屏幕终端4绕所述弯曲轴5沿顺时针或者逆时针发生弯曲变形。可以理解,对于折叠后的小屏幕终端4,可以绕弯曲轴5做顺时针或者逆时针弯曲变形,以形成显示屏12或者主机3朝向外侧的环状装置,便于佩戴,还有利于观看第一显示屏120或者第二显示屏122上的显示内容或者可以起到装饰效果,例如,在所述主机3外表面涂布颜色或者图案,如图20所示。
上述各实施例中的内侧和外侧是以用户为参考的。
请参照图2,进一步地,所述便携式终端还包括:接口,用于信号传输;和/或者按键7;和/或者扬声器8,用于输出声音信号。
请参照图1至图7,优选地,所述接口包括:数据接口61和电源接口62,所述数据接口61和所述电源接口62相互共用;和/或者音频接口63,用于传输音频信号并包括音频输入口630和音频输出口632。
请参照图1至图7,优选地,所述按键7包括:开关机按钮70,用于控制所述便携式终端的开启和关闭;和/或者音量调节按钮72,用于控制声音大小。

Claims (13)
- 一种便携式终端,其特征在于,包括:柔性显示装置,包括多个于展开状态时并排设置的显示屏,各所述显示屏为柔性显示屏;连接机构,连接各所述显示屏;主机,与各所述显示屏相对设置;其中,所述显示屏连同相应的所述主机通过所述连接机构实现显示屏之间的折叠以得到小屏幕终端,将所述小屏幕终端绕弯曲轴发生弯曲变形。
- 如权利要求1所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括:弹性片,设置于所述显示屏之朝向所述主机的一面并连接各所述显示屏。
- 如权利要求2所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述连接机构还包括:支撑件,固定于所述显示屏与所述弹性片之间,所述支撑件由柔性材料制成。
- 如权利要求3所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述弹性片包括:第一弹性片,设置于各所述主机与所述显示屏之间;第二弹性片,连接于相邻显示屏对应的所述第一弹性片之间。
- 如权利要求4所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括:第一支撑块,与所述第一弹性片固定连接;第二支撑块,设置于所述第二弹性片与所述显示屏之间。
- 如权利要求2至5中任意一项所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,还包括:磁性条,间隔设置于所述显示屏与所述弹性片之间,其中,所述磁性条靠近所述显示屏之连接所述连接机构的一侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述连接机构为连接片,所述连接片的两侧边分别固定连接所述显示屏。
- 如权利要求1所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述连接机构为具有所述转动轴的连接支架,所述连接支架的两端分别连接至所述显示屏。
- 如权利要求1所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏为触控屏。
- 如权利要求1所述的便携式终端,其特征在于:所述主机由可弯折材料制成。
- 如权利要求1所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,还包括:接口,用于信号传输;和/或者按键;和/或者扬声器,用于输出声音信号。
- 如权利要求11所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述接口包括:数据接口、电源接口;和/或者音频接口,包括音频输入口和/或者音频输出口。
- 如权利要求11所述的便携式终端,其特征在于,所述按键包括:开关机按钮,用于控制所述便携式终端的开启和关闭;和/或者音量调节按钮,用于控制声音大小。
