Description

折叠屏设备
本申请要求于2022年09月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为202211183546.6、申请名称为“一种可折叠电子设备”的中国专利申请,以及2023年02月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为202310180076.6、申请名称为“折叠屏设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备技术领域,特别涉及一种折叠屏设备。
背景技术
随着显示技术的不断发展,折叠屏设备逐渐成为未来电子产品的一个发展趋势。然而,现有的折叠屏设备仍存在一些缺陷。
一方面,在展开状态下,折叠屏设备的屏幕比例与很多应用场景(例如,播放视频、打游戏、阅读电子书、阅读论文等)不能很好地适配。以播放视频为例,视频的比例一般为16:9,然而在展开状态下折叠屏设备的屏幕比例很多是接近1:1的,因此用户体验不佳。
另一方面,在折叠状态下,折叠屏设备比较厚,用户的握持手感不佳。
综上,现有的折叠屏设备仍有进一步改进的空间。
发明内容
本申请提供一种折叠屏设备,用于对现有的折叠屏设备进行改进。
第一方面,提供了一种折叠屏设备,包括第一壳体、第二壳体、第三壳体、第一铰链、第二铰链和柔性屏;其中,所述第一铰链的相对两端分别与所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体连接,所述第二铰链的相对两端分别与所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体连接,所述柔性屏分别与所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体连接;所述第一铰链能够发生形变,使得所述第一壳体相对于所述第二壳体折叠或展开,所述第二铰链能够发生形变,使得所述第二壳体相对于所述第三壳体折叠或展开;所述第三壳体的厚度大于所述第一壳体的厚度和/或所述第二壳体的厚度,且所述第一壳体的厚度与所述第二壳体的厚度不同。
现有技术中,折叠屏设备多个壳体的厚度较大,导致整机的手感不佳。根据本申请实施例,由于第三壳体的厚度大于第一壳体的厚度和/或第二壳体的厚度,且所述第一壳体的厚度与所述第二壳体的厚度不同,也就是说,多个壳体可以不等厚,从而使得该折叠屏设备可以做得更薄,降低了该折叠屏设备在折叠状态下的厚度,也使得该折叠屏设备的重量更轻,从而可以给用户提供更好的握持手感。
此外,由于该折叠屏设备可以折叠两次,使得该折叠屏设备在展开状态下的屏幕比例可以更好地与多种场景进行匹配。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的某些实现方式中,所述第三壳体的厚度大于所述第一壳体的厚度和/或所述第二壳体的厚度,且所述第一壳体的厚度与所述第二壳体的厚度不同,包括:

根据本申请实施例,该折叠屏设备内部的部件堆叠方式比较简单。并且,柔性屏的FPC与主板设置在同一壳体内,可以避免柔性屏的FPC穿轴,进一步简化了该折叠屏设备的内部构造。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的某些实现方式中,所述第一壳体内部包括第一扬声器,所述第三壳体内部包括第二扬声器。
根据本申请实施例,通过设置多个扬声器,可以实现立体声。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的某些实现方式中,所述第三壳体的边框、所述第二壳体的上边框和所述第二壳体的下边框用于安装多根天线。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的某些实现方式中,所述第一壳体内部包括第一磁铁,所述第二壳体内部包括第二磁铁和电动装置,所述第三壳体内部包括第三磁铁,所述折叠屏设备还包括开关;所述开关用于通过所述电动装置带动所述第二磁铁移动,使得所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互排斥,所述第二磁铁与所述第三磁铁相互排斥,使得所述折叠屏设备从折叠状态展开成Z字型。
根据本申请实施例,通过在壳体中设置磁铁,可以实现该折叠屏设备的电动展开,从而给用户带来更好的体验。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的某些实现方式中,所述第一铰链为外折铰链,所述第二铰链为内折铰链;所述柔性屏包括第一平整部、第二平整部和第三平整部,所述第一平整部与所述第一壳体连接,所述第二平整部与所述第二壳体连接,所述第三平整部与所述第三壳体连接;所述第一平整部的厚度大于所述第二平整部的厚度和所述第三平整部的厚度。
根据本申请实施例,柔性屏的各个平整部可以是不等厚的。例如,第一平整部的厚度可以大于第二平整部的厚度,并且大于第三平整部的厚度,从而提高第一平整部在折叠状态下的性能。

本申请实施例提供一种能够多次折叠的折叠屏设备,该折叠屏设备可以是任何具有通信和/或存储功能的设备,例如可以是手机、平板电脑、手表、电子阅读器、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等智能设备。
下面结合附图,对本申请提出的折叠屏设备进行详细说明。
为了便于描述,以该折叠屏设备可以折叠两次为例进行说明。此时,该折叠屏设备可以折叠成3层。
具体而言,如图1所示,该折叠屏设备包括第一壳体100、第二壳体200、第三壳体300、第一铰链400、第二铰链500、柔性屏600。其中,第一铰链400的相对两端分别与第一壳体100和第二壳体200连接,第二铰链500的相对两端分别与第二壳体200和第三壳体300连接,柔性屏600分别与第一壳体100、第二壳体200和第三壳体300连接。
柔性屏600可以包括第一平整部601、第二平整部602、第三平整部603、第一弯折部604、第二弯折部605。其中,第一平整部601与第一壳体100连接,第二平整部602与第二壳体200连接,第三平整部603与第三壳体300连接。
第一铰链400能够发生形变,使得第一壳体100相对于第二壳体200折叠或展开,第二铰链500能够发生形变,使得第二壳体200相对于第三壳体300折叠或展开。
如图2所示,第一壳体100与第二壳体200之间的夹角可以记为。如果,第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于折叠状态。在一些实施方式中,当第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于折叠状态时,第一壳体100与第二壳体200之间的夹角也可以相对0°存在少许偏差,例如15°、25°等。如果,第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于展开状态。在一些实施方式中,当第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于展开状态时,第一壳体100与第二壳体200之间的夹角也可以相对180°存在少许偏差,例如165°、177°或者185°等。如果第一壳体100与第二壳体200之间的夹角处于折叠状态和展开状态的角度范围之间,第一壳体100与第二壳体200未完全折叠,或者说第一壳体100与第二壳体200未完全展开,或者说第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于折叠状态到展开状态的过渡状态。
类似地,第二壳体200与第三壳体300之间的夹角可以记为。如果,第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态。在一些实施方式中,当第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态时,第二壳体200与第三壳体300之间的夹角也可以相对0°存在少许偏差,例如15°、25°等。如果,第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于展开状态。在一些实施方式中,当第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于展开状态时,第二壳体200与第三壳体300之间的夹角也可以相对180°存在少许偏差,例如165°、177°或者185°等。如果第二壳体200与第三壳体300之间的夹角处于折叠状态和展开状态的角度范围之间,第二壳体200与第三壳体300未完全折叠,或者说第二壳体200与第三壳体300未完全展开,或者说第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态到展开状态的过渡状态。
可以理解的是,对于该折叠屏设备而言,如果第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于折叠状态,第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态,该折叠屏设备处于折叠状态。如果第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于展开状态,第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于展开状态,该折叠屏设备处于展开状态。如果该 折叠屏设备处于折叠状态与展开状态之间,可以认为该折叠屏设备未完全折叠,或者说该折叠屏设备未完全展开,或者说该折叠屏设备处于折叠状态到展开状态的过渡状态。
根据本申请实施例,该折叠屏设备可以折叠两次,从而在展开状态下该折叠屏设备的屏幕比例能够更好地适配多种应用场景。
下面首先对该折叠屏设备的铰链进行说明。
作为一种方式,第一铰链400为外折铰链,第二铰链500为内折铰链。在该方式中,如图3所示,当第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于折叠状态(例如,α=0°),第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态到展开状态的过渡状态(例如,β=135°)时,可以形成支架状态#1。
或者,当第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于展开状态(例如,α=180°),第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态到展开状态的过渡状态(例如,β=135°),并且第一壳体100和第二壳体200水平放置时,可以形成支架状态#2。
或者,当第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于展开状态(例如,α=180°),第二壳体200与第三壳体300处于折叠状态到展开状态的过渡状态(例如,β=135°),并且第三壳体300水平放置时,可以形成支架状态#3。
可以理解的是,通过外折铰链可以将柔性屏外折,折叠之后柔性屏裸露在外。通过内折铰链可以将柔性屏内折,折叠之后柔性屏隐藏在内。
具体而言,如图2所示,如果第一壳体100和第二壳体200通过外折铰链连接,并且第二壳体200和第三壳体300通过内折铰链连接,当该折叠屏设备处于折叠状态时,柔性屏600的第一平整部601和第一弯折部604裸露在外,柔性屏600的第二平整部602和第三平整部603隐藏在内。
作为另一种方式,第一铰链400为内折铰链,第二铰链500为外折铰链。类似地,在该方式中,该折叠屏设备也可以形成多种支架状态,在此不再赘述。
可以理解的是,根据产品需要,第一铰链400和第二铰链500可以具有相应的结构,从而实现柔性屏600的折叠与展开。
示例性地,第一铰链400和第二铰链500可以均为对称式铰链。例如,第一铰链400可以为对称式门板外折铰链,第二铰链500可以为对称式内折铰链。
如图4中的(a)所示,对于对称式内折铰链,在折叠状态下柔性屏600的形状可以为水滴形。
可选地,内折铰链还可以为高尔夫式铰链。此时,如图4中的(b)所示,在折叠状态下柔性屏600的形状可以为高尔夫形。
或者,可选地,内折铰链还可以为非对称式铰链。此时,如图4中的(c)所示,在折叠状态下柔性屏600的形状可以为非对称水滴形(或者称为偏置水滴形)。
接下来介绍该折叠屏设备的柔性屏。
在本申请实施例中,第一壳体100、第二壳体200和第三壳体300均可以作为柔性屏600的承载体。
为了方便描述,以柔性屏600的法线方向作为厚度方向。
在本申请实施例中,作为一种实现方式,第一平整部601的厚度、第二平整部602的厚度和第三平整部603的厚度可以是相同的。
作为另一种实现方式,该柔性屏600的各个平整部可以是不等厚的。以第一铰链400为外折铰链,第二铰链500为内折铰链为例,结合图2和图5,由于折叠状态下第一平整部601需要进行外折,因此,为了提高第一平整部601在折叠状态下的性能,第一平整部601的厚度可以大于第二平整部602的厚度,并且大于第三平整部603的厚度。例如,可以在第一平整部601的屏幕中增加支撑层,以增加第一平整部601的厚度。
此外,可选地,为了提高折叠状态下第一弯折部604的抗摔性能(即,抗跌落性能)和可靠性,可以在第一弯折部604的屏幕中增加缓冲层。
接下来对第一壳体100、第二壳体200和第三壳体300的厚度进行说明。
如图6中的(a)所示,第一壳体100包括第一顶面101和第一背面102,第一顶面101和第一背面102分别位于该厚度方向的相对两端。在厚度方向上,第一顶面101上的某位置到第一背面102上的对应位置的距离可以称为第一壳体100在该位置的厚度。
类似地,第二壳体200包括第二顶面201和第二背面202,第二顶面201和第二背面202分别位于该厚度方向的相对两端。在厚度方向上,第二顶面201上的某位置到第二背面202上的对应位置的距离可以称为第二壳体200在该位置的厚度。
第三壳体300包括第三顶面301和第三背面302,第三顶面301和第三背面302分别位于该厚度方向的相对两端。在厚度方向上,第三顶面301上的某位置到第三背面302上的对应位置的距离可以称为第三壳体300在该位置的厚度。
在本申请实施例中,第三壳体300的厚度大于第一壳体100的厚度和/或第二壳体200的厚度。其中,壳体的厚度可以理解为:壳体作为一个整体的厚度,或者说壳体在各个位置的平均厚度。
第一种情形:
以第一壳体100在各个位置的厚度相同,第二壳体200在各个位置的厚度相同,第三壳体300在各个位置的厚度相同为例。
情况1:
如图6中的(b)所示,第三壳体300的厚度大于第二壳体200的厚度,第二壳体200的厚度大于第一壳体100的厚度。即,第三壳体300、第二壳体200、第一壳体100的厚度关系可以为厚--中--薄。
在该情况中,该折叠屏设备可以包括两块电池,分别设置在第二壳体200内部和第三壳体300内部。由于第一壳体100内部未设置电池,因此第一壳体100可以做得更薄,从而降低折叠屏设备在折叠状态下的厚度。
情况2:
如图6中的(c)所示,第三壳体300的厚度大于第二壳体200的厚度,第二壳体200的厚度等于第一壳体100的厚度。即,第三壳体300、第二壳体200、第一壳体100的厚度关系可以为厚--中--中。
在该情况中,该折叠屏设备可以包括三块电池,分别设置在三个壳体的内部。相比于情况1,在情况2中第一壳体100内部也设置了电池,从而可以提高折叠屏设备的续航能力。
情况3:
如图6中的(d)所示,第三壳体300的厚度等于第二壳体200的厚度,第二壳体200的厚度大于第一壳体100的厚度。即,第三壳体300、第二壳体200、第一壳体100的厚度关系可以为厚--厚--薄。
在该情况中,该折叠屏设备可以包括两块电池,分别设置在第二壳体200内部和第三壳体300内部。
情况4:
如图6中的(e)所示,第三壳体300的厚度大于第二壳体200的厚度,第三壳体300的厚度等于第一壳体100的厚度。即,第三壳体300、第二壳体200、第一壳体100的厚度关系可以为厚--薄--厚。
在该情况中,该折叠屏设备可以包括两块电池,分别设置在第一壳体100内部和第三壳体300内部。
第二种情形:
上述三个壳体中至少有一个壳体成楔形。壳体成楔形可以理解为:沿X方向,壳体的厚度发生改变。
作为一种方式,如图7中的(a)所示,沿X方向,壳体的厚度可以连续平滑地渐变。此时,厚度的变化率可以基本恒定,若将壳体各个位置的坐标与对应的厚度作为变量构造厚度曲线,该厚度曲线为一斜直线。
以第一壳体100和第三壳体300成楔形为例。
情况1:
如图7中的(b)所示,第一壳体100靠近第一铰链400的一端的厚度小于第一壳体100远离第一铰链400的一端的厚度,第三壳体300靠近第二铰链500的一端的厚度小于第三壳体300远离第二铰链500的一端的厚度。
情况2:
如图7中的(c)所示,第一壳体100靠近第一铰链400的一端的厚度大于第一壳体100远离第一铰链400的一端的厚度,第三壳体300靠近第二铰链500的一端的厚度大于第三壳体300远离第二铰链500的一端的厚度。
根据本申请实施例,将第一壳体和第三壳体设置成楔形,折叠屏设备的手感更好。并且,相比于图7中的(b),如果采用图7中的(c)所示的方案,该折叠屏设备的手感会进一步提高,并且前置摄像头模组可以设置在远离铰链的位置,使得前置摄像头模组不与铰链的转轴空间发生冲突。
作为另一种方式,如图8中的(a)所示,沿X方向,壳体的厚度也可以发生突变。
如图8中的(b)和(c)所示,假设第一铰链400为内折铰链,第二铰链500为外折铰链,第三壳体300的厚度发生突变,在第三壳体300相对较厚的区域可以布置前置摄像头模组、后置摄像头模组、电池和充电接口中的一项或多项,在第三壳体300相对较薄的区域可以布置主板。
接下来介绍该折叠屏设备的前置摄像头模组。
折叠屏设备包括至少一个前置摄像头模组。第一壳体的内部,和/或,第二壳体的内部,和/或,第三壳体的内部可以用于安装前置摄像头模组。
或者说,前置摄像头模组可以设置在柔性屏600的第一平整部601、第二平整部602和第三平整部603中的一处或多处。
下面以第一铰链400为外折铰链、第二铰链500为内折铰链为例,介绍该折叠屏设备前置摄像头模组的几种可能的布置方式。其中,前置摄像头模组对应的柔性屏挖孔形状可以为圆形,或者方形,或者胶囊形(也称为药丸形、跑道形),本申请对此不予限制。
方式1:
如图9中的(a)所示,前置摄像头模组可以设置于第一平整部601。此时,可以在该折叠屏设备处于折叠状态的情况下使用该前置摄像头模组;或者,可以在图3所示的支架状态#3下使用该前置摄像头模组。
具体而言,前置摄像头模组可以设置在第一平整部601的任意位置。在一种实施方式中,前置摄像头模组可以设置在第一平整部601的右上角,或者上端中部的位置,从而避免前置摄像头模组和第一铰链的转轴空间发生冲突。
方式2:
如图9中的(b)所示,前置摄像头模组可以设置于第二平整部602。此时,可以在该折叠屏设备处于展开状态的情况下使用该前置摄像头模组。
具体而言,前置摄像头模组可以设置在第二平整部602的任意位置。在一种实施方式中,前置摄像头模组可以设置在第二平整部602的上端中部的位置。相比于将前置摄像头模组设置在第二平整部602的左上角或者右上角,本申请中将前置摄像头模组设置在第二平整部602远离第一铰链和第二铰链的位置,可以避免前置摄像头模组与第一铰链的转轴空间、第二铰链的转轴空间发生冲突。
方式3:
如图9中的(c)所示,前置摄像头模组可以设置于第三平整部603。此时,可以在图3所示的支架状态#1和支架状态#2下使用该前置摄像头模组。
具体而言,前置摄像头模组可以设置在第三平整部603的任意位置。例如,前置摄像头模组可以设置在第三平整部603的左上角,或者第三平整部603的上端中部的位置,从而避免前置摄像头模组和第二铰链的转轴空间发生冲突。
可选地,针对该方式3,为了在图1中的(c)所示的情况下使用该前置摄像头模组,如图10示,可以在第一壳体100、第二壳体200上挖孔。当需要使用设置在第三平整部603上的前置摄像头模组时,可以提高第一平整部601上的区域#1以及第二平整部602上的区域#2的透光率(例如,将区域#1和区域#2设置成透明),从而使得光线能够穿过第一平整部601和第二平整部602进入前置摄像头模组;当不需要使用该前置摄像头模组时,可以区域#1和区域#2可以正常显示。
具体而言,该折叠屏设备中可以包括处理模块。例如,在用户进行视频通话,或者用户进行自拍时,可以触发相应的指令(或者说,电信号),处理模块可以根据该指令将区域#1和区域#2设置成透明。
示例性地,该柔性屏600可以为有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)屏。
方式4:
如图9中的(d)所示,前置摄像头模组可以设置于第一平整部601和第三平整部603。在一种实施方式中,前置摄像头模组设置于第一平整部601的右上角,并且设置于第三平整部603的左上角; 或者,在一种实施方式中,前置摄像头模组设置于第一平整部601的上端中部,并且设置于第三平整部603的上端中部,从而实现双目视觉功能。
可以理解的是,前置摄像头模组的布置方式并不限于上述4种方式,例如,还可以在第一平整部601、第二平整部602和第三平整部603均布置前置摄像头模组。
此外,可选地,考虑到部分型号的前置摄像头模组在厚度方向的尺寸较大,作为一种方式,可以在壳体上设置相应的凸起部位,以安装前置摄像头模组。为了降低整机的厚度,相应地,可以在其他壳体上设置凹陷部位。
例如,如图11所示,当前置摄像头模组设置在第一壳体100上,且第一壳体100与第二壳体200通过外折铰链连接时,可以在第一壳体100上设置凸起部位,在第二壳体200的对应位置设置凹陷部位。可以理解的是,在折叠状态下,该凸起部位可以折叠到该凹陷部位。
作为另一种方式,如果壳体被设置成楔形,前置摄像头模组可以安装在壳体较厚的位置。
例如,针对图7中的(b)所示的情况,当前置摄像头模组安装在第一壳体100上时,前置摄像头模组可以安装在第一壳体100的远离第一铰链400的一侧;当前置摄像头模组安装在第三壳体300上时,前置摄像头模组可以安装在第三壳体300的远离第二铰链500的一侧。
针对图7中的(c)所示的情况,当前置摄像头模组安装在第一壳体100上时,前置摄像头模组可以安装在第一壳体100的靠近第一铰链400的一侧;当前置摄像头模组安装在第三壳体300上时,前置摄像头模组可以安装在第三壳体300的靠近第二铰链500的一侧。
下面对该折叠屏设备的部分内部结构进行说明。
作为一种实现方式,如图12所示,主板303、后置摄像头模组304均设置在第三壳体300的内部。以该折叠屏设备包括三块电池为例,第一电池103设置在第一壳体100的内部,第二电池203设置在第二壳体200的内部,第三电池305设置在第三壳体300的内部。柔性屏600的柔性电路板(flexible printed circuit,FPC)(图12中未示出)也可以设置在第三壳体300的内部。
可以理解的是,本申请对第一电池103、第二电池203和第三电池305的外形尺寸不做限定。三块电池的外形尺寸可以相同,也可以有所区别。作为一种可能情况,电池的厚度可以与壳体的厚度相匹配。也就是说,电池的厚度越大,相应地壳体的厚度也可以越大。
可选地,该折叠屏设备可以只有两块电池。该两块电池的外形尺寸可以相同,也可以有所区别。
或者,该折叠屏设备可以只有一块电池,例如只在第三壳体300内部设置电池。
应理解,如果将柔性屏600的FPC与主板303设置在不同的壳体内,则柔性屏600的FPC与主板303连接时需要穿过铰链(或者说需要跨轴),从而增加了内部结构的复杂度。相比与此,本申请实施例将柔性屏600的FPC与主板303均设置在第三壳体300内,柔性屏600的FPC可以在第三壳体300内与主板303连接,从而避免了跨轴。
在本申请实施例中,主板303可以设置成L型,主板303与第三电池305在第三壳体300的内部可以成左右布局。
可以理解的是,片上系统(system on chip,SoC)芯片306可以与主板303电连接。作为一种实现方式,SoC芯片306设置在远离第三壳体300的边框的位置。并且,SoC芯片306与柔性屏600的FPC在厚度方向上不重叠,从而可以降低折叠屏设备的厚度,也可以降低SoC芯片306工作时产生的热量对柔性屏600的影响。
作为一种布置方式,如图13所示,由于后置摄像头模组304的厚度通常较大,可以在后置摄像头模组304附近设置架高板,该架高板用于安装SoC芯片,该架高板下面的空间还可以安装其他器件,从而节省内部空间。
此外,该折叠屏设备还可以包括至少一个扬声器。当该折叠屏设备包括多个扬声器时,可以实现立体音效。
以该折叠屏设备包括两个扬声器为例。如图12所示,第一扬声器104可以设置于第一壳体100内部,第二扬声器307可以设置于第三壳体300内部。第一扬声器104和第二扬声器307分别位于相对的两端。例如,第一扬声器104位于第一壳体100的上端,第二扬声器307位于第三壳体300的下端。
其中,第一扬声器104可以通过FPC(图12中未示出)与第三壳体300中的主板303连接。此时,该FPC穿过了第一铰链400和第二铰链500。
下面介绍该折叠屏设备的天线布置方式。
在本申请实施例中,可以在第三壳体300的边框上设置多条缝隙,该多条缝隙用于分隔出不同的天线。例如,可以在第三壳体300的边框上设置7条缝隙。
此外,可选地,还可以在第一壳体100的边框和/或第二壳体200的边框上设置缝隙,以安装天线,从而进一步提升折叠屏设备的通信能力。可以理解的是,如果在第一壳体100的边框和/或第二壳体200的边框上安装天线,这些天线与第三壳体300中的主板303电连接时需要穿过铰链(或者说需要跨轴)。
可以理解的是,如果在第一壳体100的边框上安装天线,天线与第三壳体300中的主板303电连接时需要跨两次轴;如果在第二壳体200的边框上安装天线,天线与第三壳体300中的主板303电连接时需要跨一次轴。因此,为了减少跨轴的次数,可以在第二壳体的边框上设置天线。例如,如图12所示,可以在第二壳体200的上边框和下边框分别设置天线。
下面介绍该折叠屏设备的开合方式。
方式1:
用户可以用手将该折叠屏设备展开,也可以用手将该折叠屏设备折叠起来。
方式2:
基于电动展开与手动展开相结合的方式,将该折叠屏设备展开。基于手动折叠的方式将该折叠屏设备折叠起来。
其中,电动展开是基于磁极实现的。具体地,当两个磁性部件的极性相反的磁极互相面向时,两个磁性部件相互吸附;当两个磁性部件的极性相同的磁极互相面向时,两个磁性部件相互排斥。
应理解,本申请中涉及的磁性部件可以是电磁铁、永磁铁等磁性部件。
下面结合图14详细介绍本申请实施例中如何利用磁极吸附原理,实现壳体之间的吸附和排斥。
(1)基于磁感线圈的磁极吸附。
如图14(a)所示,包括三个磁感线圈,具体地,每个磁感线圈包括两个磁极面(北(north,N)极,和南(south,S)极)。
如图14(a)中的左侧所示,第一磁感线圈和第二磁感线圈相互吸附,第二磁感线圈和第三磁感线圈相互吸附。若第一磁感线圈设置于第一壳体中,第二磁感线圈设置于第二壳体中,第三磁感线圈设置于第三壳体中,则第一壳体和第二壳体相互吸附,第二壳体和第三壳体相互吸附。
如图14(a)中的右侧所示,通过改变第二磁感线圈的电流方向,可以使得第一磁感线圈和第二磁感线圈相互排斥,第二磁感线圈和第三磁感线圈相互排斥。若第一磁感线圈设置于第一壳体中,第二磁感线圈设置于第二壳体中,第三磁感线圈设置于第三壳体中,则第一壳体和第二壳体相互排斥,第二壳体和第三壳体相互排斥。
(2)基于磁铁和电动机构的磁极吸附。
如图14(b)所示,包括三个磁铁,具体地,每个磁铁包括两个磁极面(N极和S极)。
如图14(b)中的左侧所示,第一磁铁与第二磁铁相互吸附,第二磁铁与第三磁铁相互吸附。若第一磁铁设置于第一壳体中,第二磁铁和第四磁铁设置于第二壳体中,第三磁铁设置于第三壳体中,则第一壳体和第二壳体相互吸附,第二壳体和第三壳体相互吸附。
如图14(b)中的右侧所示,通过电动机构推动第二磁铁和第四磁铁,使得第一磁铁与第四磁铁相互排斥,第四磁铁与第三磁铁相互排斥。若第一磁铁设置于第一壳体中,第二磁铁和第四磁铁设置于第二壳体中,第三磁铁设置于第三壳体中,则第一壳体和第二壳体相互排斥,第二壳体和第三壳体相互排斥。
如图14(c)所示,包括三个磁铁,具体地,每个磁铁包括两个磁极面(N极和S极)。
如图14(c)中的左侧所示,第一磁铁与第二磁铁相互吸附,第二磁铁与第三磁铁相互吸附。若第一磁铁设置于第一壳体中,第二磁铁设置于第二壳体中,第三磁铁设置于第三壳体中,则第一壳体和第二壳体相互吸附,第二壳体和第三壳体相互吸附。
如图14(c)中的右侧所示,通过电动机构推动第二磁铁,使得第一磁铁与第二磁铁相互排斥,第二磁铁与第三磁铁相互排斥。若第一磁铁设置于第一壳体中,第二磁铁设置于第二壳体中,第三磁铁设置于第三壳体中,则第一壳体和第二壳体相互排斥,第二壳体和第三壳体相互排斥。
基于图14(c)所示的原理,如图15所示,在第一壳体100中设置第一磁铁105,在第二壳体200 中设置第二磁铁204,在第三壳体300中设置第三磁铁308。此外,在该折叠屏设备上设置开关(图15中未示出)。其中,第一磁铁105在第一壳体100中的位置是固定的,第三磁铁308在第三壳体300中的位置也是固定的。第二磁铁104与电动机构连接。示例性地,该电动机构也可以设置在第二壳体200中。该开关用于通过该电动机构调整第二磁铁204在第二壳体200中的位置,也就是说,第二磁铁204在第二壳体200中的位置可以改变。例如,当三个磁铁中N极与S极的连线均与X方向平行时,第二磁铁204可以沿X方向移动。又例如,当三个磁铁中N极与S极的连线均与Y方向平行时,第二磁铁204可以沿Y方向移动,该例子图15未示出。
在折叠状态下,第一磁铁105和第二磁铁204相互吸引,并且第二磁铁204和第三磁铁308相互吸引。
如图15所示,用户可以通过该开关控制电动机构,使得该电动机构带动第二磁铁204移动,从而将第二磁铁204的位置与第一磁铁105和第三磁铁308错开。在错开之后,第一磁铁的N极与第二磁铁的N极相对,第二磁铁的N极与第三磁铁的N极相对;或者,第一磁铁的S极与第二磁铁的S极相对,第二磁铁的S极与第三磁铁的S极相对,从而通过磁铁之间相互排斥的磁力将折叠屏设备展开成Z字型。进一步地,用户手动将折叠屏设备展开。
示例性地,该开关可以为实体开关或虚拟开关。例如,在第三壳体300上设置实体开关,用户可以通过该实体开关,将折叠屏设备展开成Z字型。或者,可以在外折转轴区设置虚拟开关,用户可以用手指在外折转轴区滑动,以将折叠屏设备展开成Z字型。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当需要将该折叠屏设备展开成Z字型时,用户可以通过该开关触发一个电信号,该电信号可以通过处理器传输到电动装置,进而电动装置可以根据该电信号开始工作,从而带动第二磁铁204移动。
可以理解的是,通过电动展开与手动展开相结合的方式,可以给用户提供更好的体验。
此外,在展开状态下,如图16所示,内折铰链两侧的两个壳体的中框可以为对碰设计;如图17所示,外折铰链的转轴盖与外折铰链两侧的两个壳体可以为齐平设计,从而使该折叠屏设备在展开状态下更美观,手感更好。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种折叠屏设备,其特征在于,包括第一壳体、第二壳体、第三壳体、第一铰链、第二铰链和柔性屏;
    其中,所述第一铰链的相对两端分别与所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体连接,所述第二铰链的相对两端分别与所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体连接,所述柔性屏分别与所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体连接;
    所述第一铰链能够发生形变,使得所述第一壳体相对于所述第二壳体折叠或展开,所述第二铰链能够发生形变,使得所述第二壳体相对于所述第三壳体折叠或展开;
    所述第三壳体的厚度大于所述第一壳体的厚度和/或所述第二壳体的厚度,且所述第一壳体的厚度与所述第二壳体的厚度不同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第三壳体的厚度大于所述第一壳体的厚度和/或所述第二壳体的厚度,且所述第一壳体的厚度与所述第二壳体的厚度不同,包括:
    所述第三壳体的厚度大于所述第二壳体的厚度,所述第二壳体的厚度大于所述第一壳体的厚度;或者,
    所述第三壳体的厚度等于所述第二壳体的厚度,所述第二壳体的厚度大于所述第一壳体的厚度;或者,
    所述第三壳体的厚度大于所述第二壳体的厚度,所述第三壳体的厚度等于所述第一壳体的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第一壳体和所述第三壳体均为楔形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第一壳体靠近所述第一铰链的一端的厚度小于所述第一壳体远离所述第一铰链的一端的厚度,所述第三壳体靠近所述第二铰链的一端的厚度小于所述第三壳体远离所述第二铰链的一端的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第一壳体靠近所述第一铰链的一端的厚度大于所述第一壳体远离所述第一铰链的一端的厚度,所述第三壳体靠近所述第二铰链的一端的厚度大于所述第三壳体远离所述第二铰链的一端的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述折叠屏设备包括至少一个前置摄像头模组;
    所述第一壳体的内部,和/或,所述第二壳体的内部,和/或,所述第三壳体的内部用于安装所述前置摄像头模组。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第一壳体内部包括第一电池,所述第二壳体内部包括第二电池,所述第三壳体内部包括第三电池、主板、后置摄像头模组和所述柔性屏的柔性电路板FPC。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第一壳体内部包括第一扬声器,所述第三壳体内部包括第二扬声器。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第三壳体的边框、所述第二壳体的上边框和所述第二壳体的下边框用于安装多根天线。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的折叠屏设备,其特征在于,所述第一壳体内部包括第一磁铁,所述第二壳体内部包括第二磁铁和电动装置,所述第三壳体内部包括第三磁铁,所述折叠屏设备还包括开关;
    所述开关用于通过所述电动装置带动所述第二磁铁移动,使得所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互排斥,所述第二磁铁与所述第三磁铁相互排斥,使得所述折叠屏设备从折叠状态展开成Z字型。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的折叠屏设备,所述第一铰链为外折铰链,所述第二铰链为内折铰链;
    所述柔性屏包括第一平整部、第二平整部和第三平整部,所述第一平整部与所述第一壳体连接,所述第二平整部与所述第二壳体连接,所述第三平整部与所述第三壳体连接;
    所述第一平整部的厚度大于所述第二平整部的厚度,并且大于所述第三平整部的厚度。
