在一实施例中,上述移动终端中,还包括壳体,所述壳体包括上侧壳体及下侧壳体,所述上侧壳体及所述下侧壳体中相对应的位置分别设置有滑轨,所述第二显示区设置于所述滑轨中,所述第二显示区沿所述滑轨滑动至与所述第一显示区位于同一平面上,与所述第一显示区组合形成所述第三显示区。
与示例性技术相比较,本申请的优势在于:
1)首次提出利用履带式结构与柔性屏配合解决移动屏幕扩展的技术问题;
2)移动终端在普通显示状态包括两个相互独立的显示区,可以独立地显示不同的内容,增加了屏幕显示的多样性;
3)在扩展屏幕的情况下,不改变屏幕的长度,减少对柔性屏的损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例,详细阐述本申请的优势。
参与图1,其为一符合本申请的可选实施例的移动终端的结构示意图,从图中可以看出,本实施例所提供的移动终端主要包括以下结构:第一显示区1和第二显示区2。其中该第一显示区1与第二显示区2相互背立设置,也即,当第一显示区1朝向用户时,则第二显示区2背向用户,且第一显示区域与第二显示区域的一端固定连接,本文中,将该连接端定义为固定端,从而提供了一具有两个显示屏幕的移动终端。另外,本实施例中,所述第一显示区1朝向第二显示区2的第一面12上设置有滑动机构3,第一显示区1借助该滑动机构3,不仅活动连接于第一显示区1朝向第二显示区2的第一面12上,而且还可以通过该滑动机构3沿着该第一面12移动,从而,可以从其所在的,与第一显示区1相背立的第三面21上,朝着第一显示区1所在的第二面11上逐渐滑动,当第二显示区2完全滑动至第一显示区1所在的第二面11上时,形成一合并了第一显示区和第二显示区的扩展显示屏幕,参见图2,该扩展显示屏幕的面积等于第一显示区的面积加上第二显示区的面积;而当第二显示区2从第一显示区1所在的第二面11滑动回与第一显示区1相背立的第三面21上时,又形成两个相互独立,可以显示相同的内容,可以显示同一内容的两个部分的,也可以是显示完全不同的内容的显示屏幕。从而,本实施例可以实现移动终端从双屏幕到单屏幕,从小屏幕到大屏幕的自由转变,大大提高了便利性和显示自由性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,所提供的移动终端包括柔性屏101、柔性屏支架(未标出)及履带式柔性屏支架102。其中柔性屏支架与履带式柔性屏支架的102一端固定连接,柔性屏101分别铺设与柔性屏支架和履带式柔性屏支架102上,柔性屏铺设于柔性屏支架上形成第一显示区1,设置为显示移动终端设定显示的内容;柔性屏铺设于履带式柔性屏支架102上形成第二显示区,也可以设置为显示移动终端设定显示的内容。同时由于一段柔性屏是铺设于履带式柔性屏支架上的,该履带式柔性屏支架可以受驱动作用,从第二显示区2所在的第三面21上逐渐滑动并转至第一显示区1所在的第二面11上,从而,将整个完整的柔性屏都展开在第二面11上,这就形成了一个扩展的大显示屏幕。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,移动终端还包括壳体103,壳体103具体包括固定端1031,固定部1032,可折叠部1033及活动端1034。则按照上述实施例中的在其上铺设了柔性屏101的,并相互连接的柔性屏支架及履带式柔性屏支架102设置于壳体103中,此时,铺设了柔性屏的柔性屏支架位于固定部1032中,铺设了柔性屏的履带式柔性屏支架位于可折叠部1033中。那么,在壳体103靠近柔性屏102的面上开设显示窗口,柔性屏102透过该显示窗口,显示移动终端设定的显示内容,则形成了第一显示区及第二显示区。另外,本实施例中,在壳体上与所开设的显示窗口所在的面相对立的面上,还设置有滑轨104,壳体103的活动端1033连接于该滑轨104中,并可沿该滑轨104滑动,从而,带动可折叠部1032移动,当壳体103的活动端1034沿滑轨104移动至靠近壳体103的固定端1031时,移动终端的第一显示区与第二显示区相背离,形成两个显示屏幕位于两个相背立的面上的状态;当活动端1034沿滑轨移动至远离壳体103的固定端1031,使得移动终端的第一显示区与第二显示区位于同一个平面上时,本实施例中履带式柔性屏支架几乎全部转动到与柔性屏支架在同一平面上,壳体103的可折叠部1033几乎全部转到与固定部1032在同一平面上,从而,形成两个原相背离的显示屏幕合并为一个大而完整的显示屏幕的状态。在一实施例中,上述显示屏幕状态的变化可以通过驱动活动端,使得活动端带动可折叠部的滑动实现的。
参阅图3,基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,壳体103还包括遮挡部1035,该遮挡部1035与可折叠部活动连接,设置为遮挡处于转动位置的柔性屏,可以理解为,遮挡部始终遮挡了位于转角位置的柔性屏,从而,当第一显示区与第二显示区位于两个面上时,可以显著地将第一显示区和第二显示区分割开,形成两个显示屏幕的效果;而且还可以通过向远离固定端的方向拖动遮挡部1035,利用遮挡部1035施加的外力,使得折叠部带动其中的履带式柔性屏支架逐渐向固定部所在的面上移动,当折叠部基本移动至与固定部同一个平面上时,将第一显示区与第二显示区合并,形成一个大而宽的显示界面。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,壳体103上设置有滑轨104的面上还设置有定位结构(未示出),壳体103的活动端1031上对应该定位结构的位置上设置有限位结构,该限位结构配合上述的定位结构限制活动端1032的位置,实现控制显示屏幕的扩展比例。例如,当该限位结构和定位结构可以是卡扣类结构,则,可以在滑轨104所在的面上,设置多个与限位结构配合的定位结构,则可以通过分别将定位结构限制于不同的限位结构中,获得多个扩展的屏幕尺寸,大大提高了屏幕形式的多样性和适应性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,壳体103的全部或者至少其可折叠部是柔性材料的,从而,该可折叠部能够发生转弯、转折等移动,同时能够在恢复位置时,恢复其原来的形状和状态,但是不会对壳体自身造成损坏。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,壳体103的固定端1031上至少设置有一个通孔,设置为安装摄像头;同时具有至少一个数据通孔,设置为向移动终端充电和/或输出音频等,这里根据移动终端的内部具体配置和数据传输协议等,可以利用同一个端口实现向移动终端充电和输出音频,此时壳体的固定端上可以仅设置一个此类数据通孔,也可以分别设置不同的端口,分别端口实现向移动终端充电和输出音频,则,此时壳体的固定端上就相应地设置两个此类的端口。因此,应当理解的是,这样的设置为端口或者摄像头的通孔的数量和形状等取决于移动终端的设置,基于本申请的移动终端上进行这样的通孔设计的移动终端应当都在本申请的保护范围内。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,当其中的第一显示区与第二显示区相互背立时,该第一显示区和第二显示区独立地显示不同的显示内容,从而,可以实现在同一个移动终端中设置两个显示屏幕,提高屏幕显示的多样性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,设置于第一显示区朝向第二显示区的面上的滑轨为可伸缩的滑轨。在一实施例中,该滑轨的最长状态应当不大于当第二显示区完全位于与第一显示区相背立的第三面上时,该第二显示区的长度;在一实施例中,该可伸缩的滑轨可以如雨伞或者天线的设置,为多个不同直径的圆筒状结构的套设结构,各个圆筒状结构直接可以相互滑动,从而,实现滑轨的伸缩,从而,提供仅第二显示区转移至第一显示区所在的第二面上所需要的充分的长度的滑轨。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,所述移动终端中还包括电机,该电机与第二显示区连接,如与第二显示区的履带式柔性屏支架连接,则,电机驱动履带式柔性屏支架移动,带动整个第二显示区从与第一显示区相背立的第三面移动至第一显示区所在的第二面上,或者带动第二显示区从第一显示区所在的第二面上回到与第一显示区相背立的第三面上,实现显示屏幕的扩展或者恢复;又如,电机还可以与第二显示区的可折叠部的壳体连接,从而通过驱动可折叠部的壳体移动,带动带动整个第二显示区从与第一显示区相背立的第三面移动至第一显示区所在的第二面上,或者带动第二显示区从第一显示区所在的第二面上回到与第一显示区相背立的第三面上,实现显示屏幕的扩展或者恢复。
综上所述,本申请中,首次提出利用履带式结构与柔性屏配合解决移动屏幕扩展的技术问题;移动终端在普通显示状态包括两个相互独立的显示区,可以独立地显示不同的内容,增加了屏幕显示的多样性;在扩展屏幕的情况下,不改变屏幕的长度,减少对柔性屏的损坏。
本申请另一方面,还提供另一种移动终端,在该移动终端中,其包括固定机构、可活动机构以及柔性屏,其中,该柔性屏包括第一显示区及第二显示区,而该第一显示区及第二显示区无需背立设置,而是,第一显示区固定连接于固定机构,该第一显示区设置为提供一始终处于正常使用状态的移动终端的显示屏幕,第二显示区连接于可活动机构,第二显示区利用该可活动机构收纳与第一显示区的一侧,在无需大屏幕显示时,节约移动终端所占据的空间,提高携带等的便携性。而当需要大屏显示时,第二显示区展开与第一显示区组合形成显示面积得到扩展的第三显示区。该第三显示区的显示面积应该是大于第一显示区且不大于第一显示区加上第二显示区的。这里应当理解的是,本实施例中,还可以根据显示需求,适当的控制第二显示区展开的面积,从而,实现获得不同显示面积的显示屏幕。提高了显示屏幕的适应性和多元性。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,固定机构包括壳体,可活动机构包括卷轴,其中卷轴和柔性屏设置于壳体中。其中,该柔性屏的固定端固定于壳体上,而柔性屏的活动端固定于卷轴上。在一实施例中本实施例的一种实现方式包括,柔性屏靠近其固定端的部分形成第一显示区,设置为始终保持展开状态,为移动终端提供一满足正常显示需求的显示屏幕;柔性屏靠近其活动端的部分形成第二显示区,该第二显示区在一般状态下呈卷持于卷轴上。那么,基于上述设置,当需要利用大屏显示时,则驱动卷轴向远离第一显示区的方向移动,此时,卷轴还会发生一向一第一方向的转动,从而,第二显示区从卷轴上展出,该展出部分与第一显示区组合,则形成一大于原第一显示区的第三显示区。同样,当不需要大屏显示时,则可以驱动卷轴向靠近第一显示区的方向移动,此时,卷轴会发生一向一第二方向的转动,则,第二显示区的柔性屏将被逐渐卷持到卷轴上,从而,使第三显示区恢复到第一显示区的状态。
在一实施例中,上述实施例中的柔性屏可以是柔性OLED面板。
本申请的另一方面中,还提供一种移动终端,在该移动终端中,第一显示区与第二显示区呈层叠状态设置,该第一显示区与第二显示区可以相对滑动,该第一显示区与第二显示区的相对滑动可以使得第一显示区与第二显示区移动到一同一平面上,则第一显示区与第二显示区组合形成一大于原第一或第二显示区的显示面积的第三显示区。从而,也可显示需要时,便捷地提供一显示面积显著增加的第三显示区。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,在第一显示区朝向第二显示区的一面上设置有滑动机构,则,对应地,在第二显示区的朝向第一显示区的面上设置有相应的安装机构,从而,第二显示区可以通过第一显示区上的滑动机构与第一显示区取得活动连接,例如,第二显示区上的安装机构可以卡持于滑动机构。则基于上述设计,第二显示区可以相对于第一显示区滑动,当第二显示区滑动至第一显示区所在的平面上时,第二显示区与第二显示区组合形成一大于原第一或第二显示区的显示面积的第三显示区。
基于上述实施例的,符合本申请的另一可选实施例中,移动终端还包括壳体,该壳体至少可以包括上侧壳体和下侧壳体。其中,上侧壳体上设置有滑轨,下侧壳体上对应该上侧壳体的滑轨的位置上也设置有滑轨,这种情况下,第二显示区可以设置于该滑轨中,并沿该滑轨移动,该滑轨的轨迹为从第一显示区的后侧滑动至与第一显示区在同一平面上的情况,从而,第二显示区可以从第一显示区的后侧滑动至第一显示区的同一平面上,从而形成一由第二显示区和第一显示区组合的第三显示区。实现扩展了显示屏幕的效果。
以上对本申请的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只是作为范例,本申请并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本申请进行的等同修改和替代也都在本申请的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本申请的范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括第一显示区及第二显示区,其中,
    所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区相互背立设置,且所述第二显示区的固定端连接于所述第一显示区,
    所述第一显示区的朝向所述第二显示区的第一面上设置有滑动机构,
    所述第二显示区通过所述滑动机构活动连接于所述第一面上,
    所述第二显示区通过所述滑动机构滑动至所述第一显示区所在的第二面上或者从所述第二面滑至与所述第一面相背立的第三面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,包括
    柔性屏、柔性屏支架及履带式柔性屏支架,
    所述柔性屏支架与所述履带式柔性屏支架固定连接,
    所述柔性屏铺设于所述柔性屏支架上形成第一显示区,所述柔性屏铺设于所述履带式柔性屏支架上形成第二显示区。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,包括
    壳体,所述壳体包括固定端、固定部、可折叠部及活动端,
    铺设有所述柔性屏的所述柔性屏支架与所述履带式柔性屏支架设置于所述壳体中,
    所述壳体靠近所述柔性屏的面上设置有显示窗口,所述柔性屏通过所述显示窗口显示形成所述第一显示区及所述第二显示区,
    所述滑动机构为滑轨,所述滑轨设置于所述壳体上与所述显示窗口所在的面向对立的面上,
    所述活动端沿所述滑轨滑动,带动所述可折叠部移动,
    所述活动端滑动至靠近所述固定端,所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区相背离,
    所述活动端滑动至远离所述固定端,所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区在同一个平面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述壳体还包括遮挡部,所述遮挡部与所述可折叠部活动连接,设置为遮挡处于转动位置的柔性屏。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述壳体设置有所述滑轨的面上还设置有定位结构,
    所述活动端对应所述定位结构的位置上设置有限位结构,
    所述限位结构配合所述定位结构限制所述活动端的位置。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,
    至少所述可折叠部的壳体为柔性材料。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述固定端上设置有至少一个通孔,设置为安装摄像头,以及
    至少一个数据通孔,设置为向所述移动终端充电和/或输出音频。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区相互背立时,所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区独立显示不同的显示内容。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述滑轨为可伸缩滑轨。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    电机,所述电机与所述第二显示区连接,设置为驱动所述第二显示区滑动。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括固定机构、可活动机构、柔性屏,所述柔性屏具有第一显示区及第二显示区,其中,
    所述固定机构与所述第一显示区固定连接,所述可活动机构与所述第二显示区连接,所述第二显示区通过可活动机构收纳于所述第一显示区的一侧,
    所述第二显示区展开与所述第一显示区组合形成第三显示区。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述固定机构为壳体,所述可活动机构为卷轴,
    所述第二显示区卷持于所述卷轴,
    所述卷轴设置为向远离所述第一显示区的方向移动,且所述卷轴向第一方向转动,所述第二显示区展开与所述第一显示区组合形成所述第三显示区,
    所述卷轴还设置为向靠近所述第一显示区的方向移动,且所述卷轴向第二方向转动,所述第二显示区卷持于所述卷轴上,所述第三显示区恢复为所述第一显示区。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述柔性屏为柔性OLED面板。
  14. 一种移动终端,包括第一显示区及第二显示区,其中,
    所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区呈层叠设置,
    所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区之间可相对滑动,所述第一显示区与所述第二显示区相对滑动至同一平面上组合形成第三显示区。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的移动终端,其中,
    所述第一显示区朝向所述第二显示区的面上设置有滑动机构,
    所述第二显示区通过所述滑动机构活动连接于所述第一显示区,
    所述第二显示区通过所述滑动机构相对于所述第一显示区滑动至与所述第一显示区处于同一平面上,与所述第一显示区组合形成所述第三显示区。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的移动终端,其中,还包括
    壳体,
    所述壳体包括上侧壳体及下侧壳体,
    所述上侧壳体及所述下侧壳体中相对应的位置分别设置有滑轨,所述第二显示区设置于所述滑轨中,
    所述第二显示区沿所述滑轨滑动至与所述第一显示区位于同一平面上,与所述第一显示区组合形成所述第三显示区。
