Claims (7)
- 복수의 매장에 각각 위치하는 매장 제어기기를 통해 각 매장과 통신하는 매장정보 활용 시스템으로서, 각 매장은 순번 도래에 따라 대기자를 호출하는 페이저(pager), 각 매장의 환경정보를 감지하는 환경정보 수집센서 및 각 매장의 운영을 위해 운용되는 매장 운용기기를 이용하는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템에 있어서,각 매장의 매장 제어기기로부터 해당 매장 내의 페이저에 대한 호출정보와, 환경정보 수집센서에 의해 감지된 환경정보와, 매장 운용기기가 운용되는 과정에서 수집되는 운용정보를 전송받는 정보 수집부;전송된 호출정보, 환경정보 및 운용정보 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 각 매장에 대한 매장정보를 도출하는 정보 분석부; 및각 매장마다 도출된 매장정보에 기초하여 각 매장의 매장 운용기기의 작동을 제어하는 제어신호를 생성하는 정보 활용부로서, 생성된 제어신호는 각 매장의 매장 제어기기로 전송되는 것인, 정보 활용부를 포함하고,상기 생성된 제어신호에 의해 각 매장의 매장 운용기기의 작동이 변경되는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,전송된 호출정보를 이용하여 각 매장에 대한 매장정보를 도출하는 것은,전송된 호출정보를 통계 처리하여 각 매장에 대한 호출수 정보를 산출하고 산출된 호출수 정보를 이용하여 각 매장에 대한 매장정보를 도출하는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,페이저는 대기자의 대기시간 중 광고를 출력하고,상기 정보 활용부는 각 매장마다 도출된 매장정보에 기초하여 각 매장의 페이저의 작동을 제어하는 제어신호를 생성하고, 생성된 제어신호는 각 매장의 매장 제어기기로 전송되고,상기 생성된 제어신호에 의해 각 매장의 페이저로부터 출력되는 광고가 변경되는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,매장 운용기기의 적어도 일부는 광고를 출력하고,상기 생성된 제어신호에 의해 각 매장의 매장 운용기기의 작동이 변경되는 것은, 상기 생성된 제어신호에 의해 각 매장의 적어도 일부의 매장 운용기기로부터 출력되는 광고가 변경되는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,각 매장의 매장 제어기기는 각 매장의 페이저, 환경정보 수집센서 및 매장 운용기기와 로컬 네트워크로 연결되고,각 매장의 매장 제어기기는 상기 매장정보 활용 시스템과 퍼블릭 네트워크로 연결되는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,페이저는 대기자의 대기시간 중 광고를 출력하고,페이저 광고를 신청하는 신청자에 대하여, 신청자의 광고 대상과 상기 정보 분석부에서 분석된 각 매장에 대한 매장정보를 고려하여, 복수의 매장 중에서 페이저 광고를 진행하기 적합한 매장을 추천하는 매장 추천부를 더 포함하는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,페이저는 대기자의 대기시간 중 대기자로부터 개인정보를 입력받을 수 있고,상기 정보 수집부는 각 매장의 매장 제어기기로부터 해당 매장 내의 페이저에 입력된 개인정보를 전송받고,상기 정보 분석부는 전송된 개인정보를 더 이용하여 각 매장에 대한 매장정보를 도출하는 것인, 매장정보 활용 시스템.
