根据本发明的一个实施例,在所述原稿扫描步骤中,还判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板是否匹配,如不匹配,则提示重新选择输出模板或重新确定原稿尺寸。
根据本发明的一个实施例,通过判断所述原稿尺寸是否落在所述原稿放置区域范围内来判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板是否匹配,如果落在原稿放置区域范围内,则判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板匹配,否则判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板不匹配。
本发明还提供了一种文件双面复印装置,所述装置采用如上任一项所述的方法进行文件的双面复印。
本发明所提供的文件双面复印方法根据所确定的输出模板和输出纸型来将扫描得到的原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像一次性地打印在成像介质的相应位置处。与现有的文件双面复印方法相比,该方法能够有效避免因将打印了文件的第一面图像的纸张重新放回纸盒来打印第二面图像而造成的文件正反面图像重叠或不在纸张的同一面等问题。同时,本 方法还能够提供多个备选的输出模板,由此有效解决了现有方法所输出的复印件效果单一的问题。
同时,本发明所提供的文件双面复印方法在确定输出模板和输出纸型时,还能够提示对应于输出模板的可选输出纸型或对应于输出纸型的可选输出模板来使得用户能够正确地选择所需要的输出纸型或输出模板。这样也就有效避免了因输出模板与输出纸型不匹配而造成复印异常的问题,从而提高了文件双面复印的效率,改善了整个复印过程的用户体验度。
为了使得用户能够准确地将原稿放置到正确的位置(即原稿放置区域)处,从而避免用户的误操作,提高用户体验度,本发明所提供的文件双面复印方法在确定出原稿放置区域的位置后,还会以刻度线闪烁或刻度线高亮的方式来向用户指示原稿放置区域的位置。
此外,本发明所提供的方法还通过判断原稿尺寸与输出模板是否匹配来保证所确定的原稿尺寸与输出模板是正确、可用的,从而保证了文件双面复印的可靠性与可用性。

以下将结合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。需要说明的是, 只要不构成冲突,本发明中的各个实施例以及各实施例中的各个特征可以相互结合,所形成的技术方案均在本发明的保护范围之内。
同时,在以下说明中,出于解释的目的而阐述了许多具体细节,以提供对本发明实施例的彻底理解。然而,对本领域的技术人员来说显而易见的是,本发明可以不用这里的具体细节或者所描述的特定方式来实施。
另外,在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
实施例一:
图1示出了本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法的流程图。
如图1所示,在步骤S101中获取双面复印指令。本实施例中,通过设置在成像设备上的与双面复印功能相对应的按键来获取双面复印指令,以指示成像设备即将进行双面复印操作。在本发明的其他实施例中,还可以其他合理方式来获取双面复印指令,例如通过设置在成像设备上的触摸屏或与成像设备连接的外部终端(例如PC机、智能手机和平板电脑等)来获取双面复印指令,本发明不限于此。
本实施例中,成像设备为多功能打印机(MFP)。需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,成像设备还可以为其他具有扫描和打印功能的图像形成设备,例如复印机、传真机、具有扫描功能的彩色打印机等,当然,成像设备也可以为具有上述多个功能中的至少一个的复合设备,本发明同样不限于此。
在获取到双面复印指令后,在步骤S102中对双面复印指令进行响应,即扫描原稿(即待复印文件)的第一面和第二面,并将扫描得到的原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像存储在存储器中。
在步骤S103中,根据输出模板和输出纸型来分别获取第一面图像和第二面图像在记录介质中的排列位置。本实施例中采用打印纸作为记录介质,当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,也可以采用其他合理形式的记录介质,例如胶片等,本发明不限于此。图2a~图2e分别示出了本实施例所提供的备选输出模板(包括模板a、模板b、模板c、模板d以及模板e),在对原稿进行双面复印时,由系统根据预设的默认输出模板从这5个备选输出模板中确定一个输出模板来进行双面复印。
得到原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像及其各自在记录介质中的排列位置后,在步骤S104中,将第一面图像和第二面图像分别打印在记录介质中的相应的排列位置上,从而 实现对原稿的双面复印。
从上述描述中可以看出,本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法根据系统预设的输出模板和输出纸型来将扫描得到的原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像打印在成像介质的相应位置处。与现有的文件双面复印方法相比,本实施例所提供的方法能够有效避免因将打印了文件的第一面图像的纸张重新放回纸盒来打印第二面图像而造成的文件正反面图像重叠或不在纸张的同一面等问题。
实施例二:
图3示出了本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法的流程图。
如图3所示,在步骤S301中获取双面复印指令,其实现原理以及过程与图1中步骤S101所阐述的实现原理以及过程相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例所提供的方法在步骤S302中确定输出模板和输出纸型。与获取双面复印指令的方式类似,本实施例中采用设置在成像设备上的按键来确定输出模板和输出纸型。本实施例所提供的备选输出模板同样如图2a~图2e所示。
本实施例中有A4纸型和A5纸型这两种纸型作为备选输出纸型,通过设置在成像设备上的按键,成像设备便可以获取到用户从这两种备选输出纸型中所选择出的需要采用的输出纸型。本实施例中,当选择A5纸型作为输出纸型时,还需要确定进纸方向,即长边进纸还是短边进纸。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,还可以采用其他合理的方式来确定输出模板和输出纸型,本发明不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,成像设备会存储输出模板与输出纸型的固定组合或用户常用组合,当根据用户的选择确定出输出模板或输出纸型后,依照所存储的输出模板与输出纸型组合关系,也就可以确定出对应的输出纸型或输出模板。例如,模板a与A4纸型为固定组合,当用户选择模板a作为输出模板时,该方法会自动地将A4纸型确定为输出纸型;当用户选择A4纸型作为输出纸型时,该方法会自动地将模板a确定为输出模板。
当然,输出模板与输出纸型之间的组合关系既可以由用户进行指定,也可以由成像设备根据用户的使用习惯确定出(例如将每个输出模板的使用中出现次数最多的输出纸型确定为与该输出模板所对应的输出纸型)。
在本发明的一个实施例中,输出模板与输出纸型也可以没有固定的对应关系,当根据用户的选择确定出输出模板或输出纸型后,输出纸型或输出模板则可以根据系统默认值确 定得到。例如用户在选择模板a~模板e中的某一个模板作为输出模板后,成像设备即可以执行文件的双面复印,因为此时成像设备会统一地将A4纸型确定为输出纸型,这样也就简化了用户的操作流程。
当然,输出模板和/或输出纸型的默认值既可以由用户进行指定,也可以由成像设备根据用户的使用习惯确定出(例如将使用频率最高的输出模板和输出纸型作为默认输出模板和输出纸型)。
在步骤S303中,根据步骤S302所确定的输出模板确定原稿放置区域的位置。
在步骤S304中,扫描放置到原稿放置区域中的原稿的第一面与第二面,得到原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像,并将得到的第一面图像和第二面图形进行存储。需要说明的是,当成像设备的扫描台只有一侧具有扫描仪(即只能进行单侧扫描)时,成像设备先后扫描原稿的第一面和第二面,并将第一面图像和第二面图像临时存储在存储器中;当成像设备的扫描台两侧均设置有扫描仪(即能够同时进行双侧扫描)时,成像设备同时扫描原稿的第一面和第二面,并将得到的第一面图像和第二面图像临时存储在存储器中。
在步骤S305中,根据步骤S302中所确定输出模板和输出纸型,计算步骤S304所得到的第一面图像和第二面图像在记录介质上的排列位置。
最后在步骤S306中,分别将第一面图像和第二面图像打印在记录介质上的相应排列位置处,从而实现文件的双面复印。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像还可以输出到其他记录介质上,例如胶片等,本发明不限于此。
实施例三:
图4示出了本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法的流程图。
如图4所示,本实施例中,在步骤S401中获取双面复印指令,并在步骤S402中确定输出模板和输出纸型,其原理以及实现方式与图3所示的步骤S301和步骤S302大体相同,在此仅对不同之处进行描述。
本实施例中,步骤S402在确定输出模板和输出纸型时,首先确定输出模板,随后根据所确定的输出模板从输出纸型库(即所有备选的输出纸型)中获取可选的输出纸型,并从可选的输出纸型中确定出最终所采用的输出纸型。
具体地,本实施例中,当确定所采用的输出模板为模板a或模板b时,此时在输出纸型库(即A4纸型和A5纸型)中,A5纸型将不可选,A4纸型为唯一的可选纸型。所以此时如需正常进行文件的双面复印,用户只能够选取A4纸型作为输出纸型,成像设备根 据用户的选择命令将A4纸型确定为输出纸型。由于对于模板a和模板b来说,A4纸型为唯一的可选纸型,所以在本发明的其他实施例中,当确定所采用的输出模板为模板a或模板b时,也可以直接将输出纸型确定为A4纸型。这样能够有效简化用户的操作流程,提高文件复印效率。
当确定所采用的输出模板为模板c、模板d或模板e时,此时输出模板库中的A4纸型和A5纸型均为可选的输出纸型,用户可以从这两个纸型中选取所需要的纸型,成像设备根据用户的选择命令确定出相应的纸型作为输出纸型。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,在确定输出模板和输出纸型时,也可以先确定输出纸型,再确定输出模板,本发明不限于此。例如,在本发明的一个实施例中,当用户从输出纸型库中确定出A4纸型为输出纸型,此时输出模板库中的模板a~模板e均为可选模板,用户可以从这五个模板中选取需要的作为最终的输出模板。而当用户将A5纸型作为输出纸型时,此时输出模板库中的模板a和模板b将变为不可选,此时为了能够正常进行文件的双面复印,用户只能从模板c~模板e中选取所需要的模板作为最终的输出模板。
当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,还可以采用其他合理方式确定输出模板和输出纸型,本发明不限于此。
从上述描述中可以看出,本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法在确定输出模板和输出纸型时,通过提示对应于输出模板的可选输出纸型或对应于输出纸型的可选输出模板来使得用户能够正确地选择所需要的输出纸型或输出模板,这样也就有效避免了因输出模板与输出纸型不匹配而造成复印异常的问题,提高了文件双面复印的效率,改善了整个复印过程的用户体验度。
在步骤S403中,根据输出模板确定在成像设备的扫描台的原稿放置区域的位置。并在步骤S404中,根据输出模板和预设扫描台尺寸确定扫描马达的行程。图5示出了本实施例中原稿放置区域与扫描台的位置及参数示意图。
如图5所示,当步骤S402中所确定的输出模板为模板a或模板b时,对于原稿放置区域ABCD,其各个顶点的坐标可以表示为:A1(L2,L1)、B1(L2,Plat_Y/2-L3)、C1(Plat_X-L4,L1)和D1(Plat_X-L4,Plat_Y/2-L3)。其中,Plat_X和Plat_Y分别表示成像设备的扫描台的宽度和长度,L1表示原稿放置区域的左边界与扫描台左边界的距离,L2表示原稿放置区域的上边界与扫描台的上边界的距离,L3表示原稿放置区域的右边界与扫描终点的距离,L4表示原稿放置区域的下边界与扫描台下边界的距离。此时, 扫描马达的行程为Plat_Y/2。
当步骤S402中所确定的输出模板为模板c时,原稿放置区域的各个顶点的坐标可以表示为:A2(L2,L1)、B2(L2,Plat_Y/4-L3)、C2(Plat_X-L4,L1)和D2(Plat_X-L4,Plat_Y/4-L3)。此时,扫描马达的行程为Plat_Y/4。
当步骤S402中所确定的输出模板为模板d或模板e时,对于原稿放置区域,其各个顶点的坐标可以表示为:A3(L2,L1)、B3(L2,Plat_Y/2-L3)、C3(Plat_X/2-L4,L1)和D3(Plat_X/2-L4,Plat_Y/2-L3)。此时,L4表示原稿放置区域的下边界与宽度方向(即上下边界方向)的中线的距离,扫描马达的行程为Plat_Y/2。
本实施例中,L1、L2、L3和L4的取值均为默认值5mm,当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,上述参数的默认值也可以为其他合理值,此外,上述参数的取值也可以由用户根据实际需要进行调整,本发明不限于此。
为了使得用户能够准确地将原稿放置到正确的位置(即原稿放置区域)处,从而避免用户的误操作,提高用户体验度,本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法在确定出原稿放置区域的位置后,还会以刻度线闪烁或刻度线高亮的方式来向用户指示原稿放置区域的位置。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,还可以采用其他合理的方式来向用户指示原稿放置区域的位置,本发明不限于此。
在步骤S405中,在原稿扫描之前还获取原稿尺寸。由于证件类的文件的尺寸是相对固定的,因此为了提高文件复印的效率,本实施例所提供的方法能够通过用户所选取的原稿类型来从预先存储的各个原稿类型的尺寸数据中获取待复印文件(即原稿)的尺寸。本实施例所提供的预先存储的原稿类型主要包括:身份证、银行卡、存折、护照和港澳通行证。需要说明的,在本发明的其他实施例中,预先存储的原稿类型也可以包括其他合理的文件,本发明不限于此。当然,成像设备也可以通过获取用户所键入的原稿尺寸数据(例如长度和宽度)来确定原稿的尺寸。
得到原稿尺寸后,在步骤S406中将判断步骤S405中所获取到的原稿尺寸与步骤S402中所确定的输出模板是否匹配。如果不匹配,则给出相应的错误提示,例如“原稿尺寸与模板不匹配”,并返回步骤S402以重新确定输出模板;如果匹配,则执行步骤S407。
本实施例所提供的方法通过判断原稿尺寸是否能够落在原稿放置区域范围内来判断原稿尺寸与输出模板是否匹配。如果原稿尺寸落在原稿放置区域范围内,则判断原稿尺寸与输出模板匹配;否则判断原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配。
具体地,获取到原稿尺寸(即原稿的长度y和宽度x,其中y大于或等于x,且x大 于0)后,分别将原稿的长度y和宽度x与原稿放置区域的相应边进行比较。
对于模板a和模板b,原稿放置区域的边Card_X=Plat_X-L2-L4,边Card_Y=Plat_Y/2-L1-L3。当输出模板为模板a时,若满足y小于或等于Card_X且x小于或等于Card_Y,则原稿尺寸与输出模板(即模板a)匹配;否则原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配。当输出模板为模板b时,若满足y小于或等于Card_Y且x小于或等于Card-X,则原稿尺寸与输出模板(即模板b)匹配;否则原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配。
对于模板c,原稿放置区域的边Card_X=Plat_X-L2-L4,边Card_Y=Plat_Y/4-L1-L3。此时,若满足y小于或等于Card_X且x小于或等于Card_Y,则原稿尺寸与输出模板(即模板c)匹配;否则原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配。
对于模板d和模板e,原稿方放置区域的边Card_X=Plat_X/2-L2-L4,边Card_Y=Plat_Y/2-L1-L3。当输出模板为模板d时,若满足y小于或等于Card_X且x小于或等于Card_Y,则原稿尺寸与输出模板(即模板d)匹配;否则原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配。当输出模板为模板e时,若满足y小于或等于Card_Y且x小于或等于Card_X,则原稿尺寸与输出模板(即模板e)匹配;否则原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,还可以通过其他合理方式来判断原稿尺寸与输出模板是否匹配,本发明不限于此。
此外,在发明的其他实施例中,若原稿尺寸与输出模板不匹配,还可以返回步骤S405以重新确认原稿尺寸,本发明不限于此。
在步骤S407中,对放置到原稿放置区域中的原稿的两面进行扫描,得到了原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像并进行存储。需要说明的是,当成像设备的扫描台只有一侧具有扫描仪(即只能进行单侧扫描)时,成像设备先后扫描原稿的第一面和第二面,并将第一面图像和第二面图像临时存储在存储器中;当成像设备的扫描台两侧均设置有扫描仪(即能够同时进行双侧扫描)时,成像设备同时扫描原稿的第一面和第二面,并将得到的第一面图像和第二面图像临时存储在存储器中。
得到原稿两面的图像后,在步骤S408中首先根据原稿放置区域的位置确定出第一面图像在成像纸张上的位置,随后在步骤S409中根据输出模板和输出纸型确定出第二面图像与第一面图像的偏移量,从而结合第一面图像的位置确定出第二面图像在成像纸张上的位置。
具体地,将first_x作为第一面图像的上边界与输出纸张的上边界的距离,将first_y作为第一面图像的左边界与输出纸张的左边界的距离;将second_x作为第二面图像的上 边界与输出纸张的上边界的距离;将second_y作为第二面图像的左边界与输出纸张的左边界的距离;将offset_x作为第二面图像的上边界与第一面图像的上边界的距离,即其横向偏移距离;将offset_y作为第二面图像的左边界与第一面图像的左边界的距离,即其纵向偏移距离。图6示出了本实施例中原稿图像的排列示意图。
本实施例中,对于第一面图像在成像纸张上的位置,有:

当输出模板为模板a或模板b时,offset_x=0,offset_y=Plat_Y/2;

当输出模板为模板c,且输出纸型为A5(短边进纸)时,offset_x=Plat_Y/4,offset_y=0;
当输出模板为模板d或模板e,且输出纸型为A4或A5(长边进纸)时,offset_x=Plat_X/2,offset_y=0;
当输出模板为模板d或模板e,且输出纸型为A5(短边进纸)时,offset_x=0,offset_y=Plat_X/2。
由此得到了第一面图像和第二面图像在成像纸张上的排列位置。
最后在步骤S410中,分别将原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像打印到成像纸张上的相应排列位置处,从而实现对原稿的双面复印。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像也可以打印在其他记录介质上,例如胶片等,本发明不限于此。
此外,本发明还提供了一种文件双面复印装置,该装置能够使用上述方法对文件进行双面复印。
从上述描述中可以看出,本实施例所提供的文件双面复印方法在实施例一或实施例二所提供的方法的基础上,还能够在确定输出模板和输出纸型时,通过提示对应于输出模板的可选输出纸型或对应于输出纸型的可选输出模板来使得用户能够正确地选择所需要的输出纸型或输出模板,这样也就有效避免了因输出模板与输出纸型不匹配而造成复印异常的问题,提高了文件双面复印的效率,改善了整个复印过程的用户体验度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种文件双面复印方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    原稿扫描步骤,根据获取到的双面复印指令,扫描原稿的第一面和第二面,将所得到的原稿的第一面图像和第二面图像存储在存储器中;
    图像排列步骤,根据所确定的输出模板和输出纸型,获取所述第一面图像和第二面图像在记录介质中的排列位置;
    打印步骤,将所述第一面图像和第二面图像分别打印在所述记录介质中相应的排列位置上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括输出模板和输出纸型确定步骤,所述输出模板和输出纸型确定步骤包括:
    首先确定输出模板,随后根据所确定的输出模板获取可选的输出纸型,并从可选的输出纸型中确定出最终采用的输出纸型;或,
    首先确定输出纸型,随后根据所确定的输出纸型获取可选的输出模板,并从可选的输出模板中确定出最终采用的输出模板。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    原稿放置区域确定步骤,根据所确定的输出模板和预设扫描台尺寸,计算原稿放置区域在扫描台中的位置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在所述原稿放置区域确定步骤中,还标识出所述原稿放置区域的位置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    马达行程确定步骤,根据所确定的输出模板和预设扫描台尺寸,确定扫描马达的行程。
  6. 如权利要求3~5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述图像排列步骤包括:
    根据所述原稿放置区域的位置确定所述第一面图像在所述记录介质中的排列位置;
    根据所述输出模板和输出纸型确定所述第二面图像相对于第一面图像的偏移量,并根据所述偏移量确定出所述第二面图像在所述记录介质中的排列位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述原稿扫描步骤中,还获取原稿尺寸。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在所述原稿扫描步骤中,还判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板是否匹配,如不匹配,则提示重新选择输出模板或重新确定原稿尺寸。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,通过判断所述原稿尺寸是否落在所述原稿放置 区域范围内来判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板是否匹配,如果落在原稿放置区域范围内,则判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板匹配,否则判断所述原稿尺寸与所述输出模板不匹配。
  10. 一种文件双面复印装置,其中,所述装置采用如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的方法进行文件的双面复印。
