Abstract
一种沐浴装置,包括固定部分(100)、出水部分(200)和切换部分,该固定部分(100)设一进水路(110)和接通进水路(110)的至少两分水路(120),该出水部分(200)相对于固定部分(100)旋转以使出水方向变化,该出水部分(200)具有与分水路(120)一一对应接通的出水腔(210),该切换部分设置于固定部分(100)处并配合进水路(110)和分水路(12),通过切换部分相对固定部分(100)活动,在水流进入出水部分(200)之前实现分水路(120)切换接通进水路(110)。所述沐浴装置进行切换操作时,外力不会使出水部分发生偏转,操作方便,同时,每次进行操作时,手都无需接触到水,不会产生不便。
Description
本发明涉及一种沐浴装置。
现有的沐浴装置,如中国专利数据库在2013年11月20日授权公告的公告号为CN203291978U,名称为一种按钮切换机构及其花洒的实用新型。该按钮切换机构包括一固定座、一按钮转盘、至少一控制棘爪和一棘轮。按钮滑动装接在固定座。转盘转动连接在固定座,按钮传动连接转盘,且通过按钮滑动带动转盘转动。控制棘爪装接在转盘,其与转盘同步转动。棘轮在控制棘爪的作用下能相对固定座转动,所述控制棘爪之末端靠抵在棘轮棘齿。将该按钮切换机构用在顶喷花洒上,提示性强,切换方便、切换手感好。然而它存在有如下不足:当按压按钮切换机构时,该外力往往会使花洒相对于球头发生偏转,为了避免偏转,还需用另一只手对花洒进行稍加扶持,操作不便,同时,每次进行操作时,手都需接触到水,产生不便。
本发明提供了沐浴装置,其克服了背景技术中沐浴装置所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
沐浴装置,包括固定部分、出水部分和切换部分,该固定部分设一进水路和接通进水路的至少两分水路,该出水部分相对于固定部分旋转以使出水方向变化,该出水部分具有与分水路一一对应接通的出水腔,该切换部分设置于固定部分处并配合进水路和分水路,通过切换部分相对固定部分活动,在水流进入出水部分之前实现分水路切换接通进水路。
一实施例之中:该固定部分具有万向机构,该出水部分旋转连接该万向机构,该万向机构内设所述的分水路。
一实施例之中:该分水路为两条,两分水路之出水口沿水流方向具有高度差,两出水口之间设有密封圈。
一实施例之中:其中一分水路出水口位于万向机构底面,另一分水路出水口位于万向机构侧面。
一实施例之中:该固定部分具有装饰盖,该装饰盖设贯穿孔,该出水部分位于贯穿孔内。
一实施例之中:该切换部分包括按键部、摆动座和切换座,该按键部包括一按钮和一固接按钮的摆动杆,该按钮设置于固定座,且贯穿装饰盖,该摆动座摆动连接固定部分,该摆动杆传动连接摆动座,该摆动座传动连接切换座,以通过操作按钮传动摆动杆,摆动杆带动摆动座摆动,进而带动切换座活动实现水路切换。

一实施例之中:该固定部分包括阀体,该阀体侧面凹设形成有凹腔,该凹腔的上端面设有通至阀体顶面的进水孔,该凹腔的下端面设有通至阀体底面的上述的分水口;其中:该进水孔构成进水路或进水路的部分,该凹腔构成分水腔,该摆动座密封转动连接凹腔的开口或切换座密封伸出分水腔开口外。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
切换部分完全设置于固定部分处并配合进水路和分水路,通过切换部分相对固定部分活动,在水流进入出水部分之前实现分水路切换接通进水路,进行切换操作时外力不会使出水部分发生偏转,操作方便,同时,每次进行操作时,手都无需接触到水,不会产生不便。
该分水路为两条,两分水路之出水口沿水流方向具有高度差,两出水口之间设有密封圈,在出水部分进行旋转时,确保两分水路不会相互串水,保证水路接通的可靠性。
按钮设在装饰盖,位于出水部分外,避免切换时手碰到水,避免出水部分跟随按钮一起活动,切换方便。
按钮能摆动连接装饰盖,摆动座能摆动连接固定部分,摆动杆传动连接摆动座以通过按钮的摆动带动摆动座摆动,摆动座传动连接切换座以通过摆动座摆动带动切换座活动,因此产生如下技术效果:按键部传动连接摆动座,摆动座传动连接切换座,通过两级摆动传动驱动力,降低沐浴装置高度,结构简单、紧凑,占用空间小,操作力小,切换方便。
摆动杆末端开设有第一滑槽,摆动座中部摆动连接固定部分,摆动座第一端适配活动连接第一滑槽,摆动座第二端传动连接切换座,第一滑槽和按钮的摆动轴线垂直布置,按钮的摆动轴线水平设置,摆动座的摆动轴线竖直设置,结构紧凑,占用空间,传动稳定可靠。

阀座侧面凹设形成有凹腔,凹腔构成分水腔,摆动座密封转动连接凹腔的开口或切换座密封伸出分水腔开口外,方便装配,结构简单、紧凑。

实施例一
沐浴装置,请查阅图1至图9,包括固定部分100、出水部分200和切换部分,该切换部分包括切换座300、按键部400和摆动座500。该切换部分完全设置于固定部分处并配合进水路和分水路,通过切换部分相对固定部分活动,在水流进入出水部分之前实现分水路切换接通进水路。该固定部分100具有万向机构,该出水部分200旋转连接该万向机构。
该固定部分100设一进水路110和两分水路120,该两分水路120能接通进水路110。该切换座300活动连接固定部分100并配合进水路110和分水路120以通过切换座300相对固定部分100活动切换分水路120接通进水路110,该活动例如为滑动或转动。该出水部分200具有两出水腔210,该两出水腔210出不同水花,该出水腔210和分水路120一一对应接通,以通过切换座300切换出不同水花,以控制出第一种水花或第二种水花。该固定部分100具有装饰盖130,该装饰盖130设贯穿孔131,该出水部分200位于贯穿孔131内。该按键部400包括一按钮410和一固接按钮410的摆动杆420,该按钮410
设置于固定座170,且贯穿装饰盖130,该摆动座500能摆动连接固定部分100,该摆动杆420传动连接摆动座500,该摆动座500传动连接切换座300,以通过操作按钮410传动摆动杆420,摆动杆420带动摆动座500摆动,进而带动切换座300活动实现水路切换。
本实施例之中:该固定部分100设有分水腔140,该分水腔140接通进水路110,该两分水路120的分水口设在分水腔140的底面,该两分水口沿摆动座500的摆动轴线圆弧间隔布置;该按钮410的摆动轴线水平设置,该水平是指装饰盖130面对的平面,该摆动杆420末端开设有第一滑槽421,第一滑槽421和按钮410的摆动轴线垂直布置;该摆动座500中部摆动连接固定部分100,且该摆动座500的摆动轴线竖直设置;该摆动座500第一端适配活动连接第一滑槽421,以通过摆动杆420摆动能同步带动摆动座500摆动,该摆动座500第二端传动连接切换座300,以通过摆动座500摆动能同步带动切换座300活动;该摆动座500第二端密封伸进分水腔140内,该切换座300密封活动连接在分水腔140的底面。其中:该摆动座500第二端凹设有容置槽510,该切换座300装设在容置槽510内,以使得摆动座500能带动切换座300一起相对摆动,相对分水腔140的底面密封活动实现切换。
该固定部分100包括阀座150和分水座160;该阀座150侧面凹设形成有凹腔,该凹腔的上端面设有通至阀座150顶面的进水孔,该凹腔的下端面设通至阀座150底面的安装孔;该分水座160密封装接在阀座150的安装孔内;其中:该进水孔构成进水路110或进水路的部分,该分水座160设有上述的分水口,该凹腔构成分水腔140,该分水座160顶端面构成上述的分水腔140的底面;该摆动座500密封转动连接凹腔的开口。
该固定部分100的万向机构内设所述的分水路,该分水路为两条,两分水路之出水口沿水流方向具有高度差,两出水口之间设有密封圈。具体结构中:其中一分水路出水口位于万向机构底面,另一分水路出水口位于万向机构侧面。例如:该万向机构设为球头结构161,该出水部分200中部设有配合球头结构161的球槽结构260,该球槽结构260和球头结构161适配连接以构成万向关节连接,且分水路和出水腔一一对应接通;该装饰盖130的贯穿孔131之内壁面为球形面,该出水部分200之外回转面也为球形面250,该出水部分200之外回转面和贯穿孔131之内壁面适配。采用该结构,使出水部分200能相对固定部分100万向转动,以处于平放状态或摆放状态等。
具体结构中:该固定部分还包括固定座170。该固定座170底面凹设一凹槽171,该凹槽171的槽底设一通至固定座170顶面的装配孔。上述的分水座160自下往上密封固定穿过装配孔内,该阀座150固接分水座160且位于固定座170之上;该出水部分200装接在分水座160且位于固定座170的凹槽171内。该装饰盖130固定装接在凹槽171的槽口处。根据需要,还包括预埋盒180、接头190,该预埋盒180罩接固定座和阀座,该接头190穿过预埋盒且固定接通阀座的进水孔;另配合螺钉181将预埋盒固接在墙壁。上述的分水座的下部分构成上述的球头结构161。
该出水部分200包括面盖220、出水盖230和封水盖240;该出水盖230和封水盖240密封固接在一起且二者之间形成有上述的出水腔210;该出水盖230处设有出水嘴,该面盖220设通孔,该出水盖230和面盖固接在一起且出水嘴一一对应伸出通孔。
该切换座300包括一能滑动连接在容置槽510内的水封310和一顶抵设在水封310和容置槽510底面且位于容置槽510内的弹性体320,采用该一结构,可利用切换座和分水口的配合实现定位,以保持在该切换状态,同时该弹性体能保证足够密封强度,能增加用户切换手感,当然切换座也可直接固设在容置槽。
该装饰盖130设上下贯穿的安装通槽,该按钮410和摆动杆420分别位于装饰盖之外内,且二者卡扣固定在一起,并装接在安装通槽处。
该摆动座500包括一球缺部分520、一圆柱座530、一固接在球缺部分520和圆柱座之间的中间段,该球缺部分520和圆柱座530二者轴线垂直,该中间段固接在圆柱座外回转面,该圆柱座构成上述的第二端,该容置槽设在圆柱座之端面;该球缺部分520适配密封凹腔开口,密封性强,方便转动。该球缺部分520凸设一凸起,球缺部分520和凸起配合构成摆动座500的中部,以通过枢轴540枢接在固定部分的固定座。该摆动座500还包括销钉头550,该销钉头550通过另一中间段固接在球缺部分520另一侧,该销钉头550构成摆动座500的第一端,该第一滑槽的宽度和销钉头外径适配。
实施例二
沐浴装置,与实施一不同之处在于:请查阅图10至图16,该切换座300’滑动连接固定部分100,该两分水路120’的两分水口沿切换座300’滑动方向间隔布置,该切换座300’配合分水口以通过切换座300’滑动切换分水口接通进水路110’。该摆动座500’中部摆动连接固定部分100,该摆动座500’第一端部开设有第二滑槽560’,该摆动座500’第二端部开设有第三滑槽570’,该摆动杆420’末端适配活动连接第二滑槽560’,该切换座300’适配活动连接第三滑槽570’。该按钮410’的摆动轴线水平设置,该摆动座500’的摆动轴线水平设置,且该按钮410’的摆动轴线和摆动座500’的摆动轴线垂直布置;该第二滑槽560’和摆动座500’的摆动轴线平行布置,该第三滑槽570’和摆动座500’的摆动轴线垂直布置;该切换座300’滑动方向水平布置且垂直摆动座500’的摆动轴线。
该固定部分100包括阀体150’,该阀体150’侧面凹设形成有凹腔,该凹腔的上端面设有通至阀体150’顶面的进水孔,该凹腔的下端面设有通至阀体150’底面的上述的分水口;其中:该进水孔构成进水路或进水路的部分,该凹腔构成分水腔,该摆动座密封转动连接凹腔的开口或切换座密封伸出分水腔开口外。
具体结构中:该摆动杆420’包括一固接按钮410’的斜杆和一固接在斜杆末端的水平杆422’;该摆动座500’的第一端设水平的开口朝外的第二滑槽,该水平杆滑接在第二滑槽,该水平杆的直径和第二滑槽的宽度适配;该摆动座500’的第二端设矩形通孔,该矩形通孔之两侧面都设上述的第三滑槽;该切换座一端凸设两销杆330’,该切换座300’一端穿过通孔,且两销杆330’分别滑接第三滑槽。该阀体150’上段固接上述的接头190’,该分水座160’固接该阀体150’,且分水座的分水口和阀体的分水口一一对应接通,通过分水座的分水口一一对应接通阀体的分水口和出水部分的出水腔。该切换座300’包括第一座340’、第二座350’和一固接在第一座和第二座间的中杆360’,该第一座和第二座是相面对的端面固设有密封垫,该第一座设上述的两销杆330’;第一座、第二座都密封滑动连接在凹腔,通过切换座滑动使第一座密封一分水口或第二座密封另一分水口;其中:如第一座密封第一分水口,则:第二分水口和第二座远离,水流自进水路、凹腔进入第二分水口,如第二座密封第二分水口,则:第一分水口和第一座远离,水流自进水路、凹腔进入第一分水口。

- 沐浴装置,包括固定部分、出水部分和切换部分,该固定部分设一进水路和接通进水路的至少两分水路,该出水部分能相对于固定部分旋转以使出水方向变化,该出水部分具有与分水路一一对应接通的出水腔,其特征在于:该切换部分设置于固定部分处并配合进水路和分水路,通过切换部分相对固定部分活动,在水流进入出水部分之前实现分水路切换接通进水路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该固定部分具有万向机构,该出水部分旋转连接该万向机构,该万向机构内设所述的分水路。
- 根据权利要求2所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该分水路为两条,两分水路之出水口沿水流方向具有高度差,两出水口之间设有密封圈。
- 根据权利要求3所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:其中一分水路出水口位于万向机构底面,另一分水路出水口位于万向机构侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该固定部分具有装饰盖,该装饰盖设贯穿孔,该出水部分位于贯穿孔内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该切换部分包括按键部、摆动座和切换座,该按键部包括一按钮和一固接按钮的摆动杆,该按钮设置于固定座,且贯穿装饰盖,该摆动座摆动连接固定部分,该摆动杆传动连接摆动座,该摆动座传动连接切换座,以通过操作按钮传动摆动杆,摆动杆带动摆动座摆动,进而带动切换座活动实现水路切换。
- 根据权利要求6所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该摆动杆末端开设有第一滑槽;该摆动座中部摆动连接固定部分,该摆动座第一端适配活动连接第一滑槽,该摆动座第二端传动连接切换座。

- 根据权利要求12所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该固定部分包括阀体,该阀体侧面凹设形成有凹腔,该凹腔的上端面设有通至阀体顶面的进水孔,该凹腔的下端面设有通至阀体底面的上述的分水口;其中:该进水孔构成进水路或进水路的部分,该凹腔构成分水腔,该摆动座密封转动连接凹腔的开口或切换座密封伸出分水腔开口外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的沐浴装置,其特征在于:该切换部分完全设置于固定部分处并配合进水路和分水路,通过切换部分相对固定部分活动,在水流进入出水部分之前实现分水路切换接通进水路。
