一种健身车立柱调整卡位结构 技术领域
本实用新型属于健身车的改进技术,具体涉及健身车的立柱安装调整结构的改进。
背景技术
现有大部分健身车(如健身脚踏车)前方均设置有立柱,该立柱与车架之间为固定连接,角度固定不可调节,难以满足不同身高、臂长的健身者舒适性要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是一种立柱角度可调、结构稳定调节方便的健身车立柱调整卡位结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案实现:
一种健身车立柱调整卡位结构,包括车架及立柱,在车架上固定有一向立柱方向延伸的支撑件,立柱下端通过转轴枢接于支撑件上,在立柱上设置有可卡于支撑件上的卡位件,在支撑件上设置有多个沿立柱摆动方向设置与卡位件配合的卡位部。
其中,卡位部的一种结构设计为:卡位部为设置于支撑件上的多个立柱摆动方向设置的定位齿槽。并且,所述的卡位件为U型件,该U型件的两侧片分别通过转点定位于立柱两侧,两侧片或其中一侧片下端卡于定位齿槽,把手位于U型件中间片外侧,U型件中间片外侧设置有把手。
其中,卡位部的另一种结构设计为:所述的卡位部为设置于支撑件上的多个沿立柱摆动方向设置的定位孔,在卡位件上设置有穿插于卡位部上定位孔的定位销。并且,所述的卡位件为U型件,该U型件的两侧片分别通过转点定位于立柱两侧,定位销位于U型件中间片上,U型件中间片外侧设置有把手。
作为对上述方案的进一步优化,所述的两侧片与立柱侧壁之间具有间隙a,该间隙a大小略大于支撑件材料厚度。
作为对上述方案的进一步优化,所述的卡位件为两个,分别向立柱的左右两侧设置,两卡位件通过同一旋转中心转点或不同转点连接于立柱上,在U型材上端左右两侧均设置有与卡位件对应的卡位部。
作为对上述方案的进一步优化,所述转点至定位齿槽的距离小于转点至把手的距离。
且,所述的支撑件为横截面为U型材,立柱下段套于该U型材中。
本实用新型将立柱设置为角度可调形式,方便了不同身高和臂长的健身者使用。并且卡位件设计为省力结构,充分利用了杠杆原理,操作卡位件时更加方便。本实用新型各部件 结构设计可靠,连接牢固稳定,在保证安全稳定的前提下,也提高了使用的便利性。

具体实施方式
为了让本领域的技术人员更好地理解本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。
如附图1~7所示。本实施例揭示的健身车立柱调整卡位结构应用于健身车中,该类健身车具有车架1以及立柱2,比如健身脚踏车等,该立柱2位于车架1前部,用于安装扶手或显示屏。
具体而言,在车架1上固定有一向立柱2方向(向上)延伸的支撑件3,该支撑件3为横截面为U型材,立柱2下段套于该U型材(具体结构形状可为半圓型或是半椭圓形等U型,如图10、11为半椭圆形)中,该U型材内腔宽度与立柱2宽度一致,使U型材包住立柱2,可保证立柱2在U型材中可以相对摆动,又可以保证立柱2不会晃动。该立柱2下端通过转轴4枢接于支撑件3上,立柱2可相对于支撑件3摆动一定角度。为了实现立柱2在多个角度的定位,在支撑件3上端设置有多个沿立柱2摆动方向(健身者前后方向)设置的卡位部31(本实施例为定位齿槽,如附图4中的A、B、C、D、E五个定位齿槽),在立柱2上设置有可卡于定位齿槽31中的卡位件5。
本实施例设计的卡位件5为U型件(具体结构形状可为半圓型或是半椭圓形等U型),该U型件的两侧片52分别通过转点21转动连接于立柱2两侧,通过两侧片52包住立柱2, 这样在频繁转动卡位件5时确保不会松动,结构牢固。两侧片52与立柱2侧壁之间具有间隙a,该间隙a大小略大于支撑件材料厚度,便于卡位件5能够顺利卡入定位齿槽31中。其中一侧片52下端向下延伸卡于定位齿槽31中(当然也可以为两侧片均可卡于定位齿槽中,只需相应的增加定位齿槽数量以及定位齿槽间间距,满足两侧片间距为定位齿槽间间距的整数倍即可),在U型件中间片53外侧端设置有把手51,通过上下推动把手51,可使侧片52从定位齿槽31中脱离和卡入。为了使在推动把手51上下摆动时比较省力,转点21至定位齿槽31的距离小于转点21至把手51的距离(即图5中三个点01、02、03三个点连成的三角形所示,类似凸轮原理)。上下摆动卡位件5时,在把手51上只需施加较小的力,而产生侧片52下端压入定位齿槽31时很大的力,这样卡位件5时就可和定位槽31较紧的配合,而消除因间隙产生的结构不稳固,并且卡位件5也不会轻易从定位齿槽31中脱离,具有一定的自锁效果。
当需要调节立柱2相对于支撑件3的角度时,首先向上推动把手51,使侧片52的下端从定位齿槽31中脱离,使立柱2处于可摆动的自由状态。然后前后推动立柱2摆动至合适角度,最后向下推动把手51,使侧片52的下端重新卡入定位齿槽31中,使立柱2前后方向定位固定。
上述实施例设计的结构即可保证使用时便利性,也可保证各结构连接的稳定可靠,如立柱2与支撑件3之间连接可靠、卡位件5与定位齿槽31之间定位稳定可靠。
另外,除上述实施例揭示的结构之外,本实用新型中的卡位件5也可以设置为左右两个,具体如附图8所示。两卡位件5分别向立柱2的左右两侧设置,通过同一旋转中心转点21(也可不同转点)连接于立柱2上,在U型材上端左右两侧均设置有与卡位件5对应的定位齿槽31。该结构通过左右两侧同时定位立柱2,使立柱2在前后方向可以承受更大的受力,进一步提高了结构的稳定可靠性。因该结构形势下卡位件5、定位齿槽31的结构以及工作原理与图1所示实施例一致,在此不作赘述。
此外,本实用新型的卡位件5、卡位部31也可如附图12、13、14所示结。具体地说,该卡位部为设置于支撑件上的多个沿立柱摆动方向设置的定位孔31,在卡位件5的中间片53上设置有对应的定位销54。当立柱2调整至需要的角度时,使该角度下的定位销54与定位孔31对齐,下压卡位件使定位销54穿插于对应的定位孔中,实现立柱2角度的固定。
对于本实用新型应用范围,除了上述结构的健身车之外,也可以应用于如附图15~17所示的多种外形结构的椭圆轨道机中,如图中B指示。因该类设备中立柱调整卡位结构与上述实施例结构组成以及连接关系均一致,在此不做赘述。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的其中具体实现方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能 因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如定位齿槽的数量多少等,这些显而易见的替换形式均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种健身车立柱调整卡位结构,包括车架(1)以及立柱(2),其特征在于,在车架上固定有一向立柱方向延伸的支撑件(3),立柱下端通过转轴(4)枢接于支撑件上,在立柱上设置有可卡于支撑件上的卡位件(5),在支撑件上设置有多个沿立柱摆动方向设置与卡位件配合的卡位部(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的健身车立柱调整卡位结构,其特征在于,所述的卡位部为设置于支撑件上的多个立柱摆动方向设置的定位齿槽(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的健身车立柱调整卡位结构,其特征在于,所述的卡位件为U型件,该U型件的两侧片(52)分别通过转点定位于立柱两侧,两侧片或其中一侧片下端卡于定位齿槽中,U型件中间片(53)外侧设置有把手(51)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的健身车立柱调整卡位结构,其特征在于,所述的卡位部为设置于支撑件上的多个沿立柱摆动方向设置的定位孔(31),在卡位件上设置有穿插于卡位部上定位孔的定位销(54)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的健身车立柱调整卡位结构,其特征在于,所述的卡位件为U型件,该U型件的两侧片(52)分别通过转点定位于立柱两侧,定位销位于U型件中间片(53)上,U型件中间片外侧设置有把手(51)。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的健身车立柱调整卡位结构,其特征在于,所述的两侧片与立柱侧壁之间具有间隙a,该间隙a大小略大于支撑件材料厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的健身车立柱调整卡位结构,其特征在于,所述的卡位件为两个,分别向立柱的左右两侧设置,两卡位件通过同一旋转中心转点或不同转点连接于立柱上,在U型材上端左右两侧均设置有与卡位件对应的卡位部。
