Description

一种鼓风机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种鼓风机。
背景技术:
如图1所示,在现有的鼓风机中,为了防止风轮A1跳动导致风轮A1与盖板A2之间带来的机械摩擦,风轮A1与盖板A2之间通常会存在一定的间隙余量。但是由于气体本身具有粘性,气流会沿着风轮A1的外壁进行流动。气流会沿着风轮A1与盖板A2之间的间隙流向盖板A2中间的进风口A3区域,造成气体泄露。由此风轮A1与盖板A2之间的间隙会带来气压损耗,降低了鼓风机的效率。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种鼓风机,有效减少风轮与盖板之间的气体泄露,提高鼓风机的吹风效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种鼓风机,包括电机、蜗壳、盖板和风轮,蜗壳和盖板安装在一起并形成一个腔体,风轮位于腔体里面,电机安装在蜗壳上并且电机的轴伸端伸入到腔体里面与风轮连接在一起,在盖板的中间开设有进风口,在蜗壳的侧面上设置有出风口,进风口、出风口都与腔体连通,以进风口为中心、盖板的内侧壁面上设置有多个环形凸起部。
上述所述的从盖板的中心往盖板的外侧边缘,环形凸起部的高度逐渐减小。
上述所述的环形凸起部的横截面形状呈三角形。
上述所述的环形凸起部的横截面形状呈梯形。
上述所述的在盖板内侧壁面的外侧边缘上设置有环形挡板,风轮的底部伸入到环形挡板中间。
上述所述的环形挡板的顶部设置有倒圆角。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)以进风口为中心、盖板的内侧壁面上设置有多个环形凸起部,有效减少风轮与盖板之间的气体泄露,提高鼓风机的吹风效率;
2)从盖板的中心往盖板的外侧边缘,环形凸起部的高度逐渐减小,越靠近风轮的外缘,风轮的跳动越大,为防止风轮跳动造成风轮与盖板之间的机械摩擦,越靠近风轮外缘的环形凸起部高度越低;
3)在盖板内侧壁面的外侧边缘上设置有环形挡板,风轮的底部伸入到环形挡板中间,有效防止气流进入蜗壳与风轮之间的间隙,进一步减小风轮与盖板之间的气体泄露,提高鼓风机的吹风效率;
4)环形挡板的顶部设置有倒圆角,防止噪音产生。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图2至图7所示,本实施例是一种鼓风机,包括电机1、蜗壳2、盖板3和风轮4,蜗壳2和盖板3安装在一起并形成一个腔体21,风轮4位于腔体21里面,电机1安装在蜗壳2上并且电机1的轴伸端11伸入到腔体21里面与风轮4连接在一起,在盖板3的中间开设有进风口31,在蜗壳2的侧面上设置有出风口22,进风口31、出风口22都与腔体21连通,以进风口31为中心、盖板3的内侧壁面上设置有多个环形凸起部32。从盖板3的中心往盖板3的外侧边缘,环形凸起部32的高度逐渐减小。所述环形凸起部32 的横截面形状呈三角形。所述环形凸起部32的横截面形状呈梯形。在盖板3内侧壁面的外侧边缘上设置有环形挡板33,风轮4的底部伸入到环形挡板33中间。环形挡板33的顶部设置有倒圆角331。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种鼓风机,包括电机(1)、蜗壳(2)、盖板(3)和风轮(4),蜗壳(2)和盖板(3)安装在一起并形成一个腔体(21),风轮(4)位于腔体(21)里面,电机(1)安装在蜗壳(2)上并且电机(1)的轴伸端(11)伸入到腔体(21)里面与风轮(4)连接在一起,在盖板(3)的中间开设有进风口(31),在蜗壳(2)的侧面上设置有出风口(22),进风口(31)、出风口(22)都与腔体(21)连通,其特征在于:以进风口(31)为中心、盖板(3)的内侧壁面上设置有多个环形凸起部(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:从盖板(3)的中心往盖板(3)的外侧边缘,环形凸起部(32)的高度逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:所述环形凸起部(32)的横截面形状呈三角形。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:所述环形凸起部(32)的横截面形状呈梯形。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:在盖板(3)内侧壁面的外侧边缘上设置有环形挡板(33),风轮(4)的底部伸入到环形挡板(33)中间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种鼓风机,其特征在于:环形挡板(33)的顶部设置有倒圆角(331)。
