1)由于蜗壳2a只有前端板21a设置进风口25a,后端板22a封闭,电机4a安装在封闭的后端板22a上,因此风轮3a为单侧进风,导致排气扇的效率低和噪音大。
2)由于蜗壳2a安装在箱体1a内,蜗壳2a的后端板22a与箱体1a的底板12a之间没有间距,本领域技术人员通常认为在后端板22a上开进风口也是会被箱体1a的底板12a挡住,起不到进风效果。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种排气扇,能解决现有排气扇效率低和噪音大的问题。

上述所述的箱体的高度为H,蜗壳的后端板与箱体的底板之间形成的流道的宽度为H1,则0.07≤H1/H≤0.15。
上述所述的心板将风轮分为前风轮和后风轮,所述的前风轮的宽度为L1,后风轮的宽度为L2,前风轮的宽度L1比后风轮的宽度L2宽。
上述所述的风轮的宽度为L,则满足0.1≤L2/L≤0.2。
上述所述的心板上设有通孔。

2)箱体的高度为H,蜗壳的后端板与箱体的底板之间形成的流道的宽度为H1,满足0.07≤H1/H≤0.5时,排气扇的效率会更高,噪音更小。
3)上述所述的心板将风轮分为前风轮和后风轮,所述的前风轮的宽度为L1,后风轮的宽度为L2,前风轮的宽度L1比后风轮的宽度L2宽,方便安装且排气扇的效率会更高,噪音更小。
4)上述所述的风轮的宽度为L,则满足0.1≤L2/L≤0.2,所述的箱体的高度为H,蜗壳的后端板与箱体的底板之间有间距为H1,则0.07≤H1/H≤0.15时,排气扇的效率最高,改善噪音效果最好。
5)所述的心板上设有通孔,可以有效的降低排气扇的噪音。
6)所述的心板上设有六个通孔,且均匀分布,降低噪音效果更好。
7)上述所述蜗壳的后端板上设有支撑柱,将蜗壳支撑在箱体的底板上。

原来进风流向只有一个,即风流经缝隙、第一进风口、空腔、出风口、开口,本发明在后端板上设置第二进风口后,则形成第二个进风流向,即风流经缝隙、风道、流道、第二进风口、空腔、出风口、出口,增大了进风面积,进风口的风速会减小,动压减小,进风口处损失也可以减小,因此可以有效的提升排气扇的效率,降低电机的输入功率,另外风速减小,且有一部分的风从箱体里面流过以后,排气扇的噪音也可以得到有效的改善。
