Description

一种拆胎平衡连体机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种拆胎装置,尤其是涉及一种拆胎平衡连体机。
背景技术
现今用于汽车轮胎拆装及轮胎平衡的设备,均由一台拆胎机和一台平衡机两台设备完成轮胎的更换和轮胎的平衡,此技术存在的弊端:1.占地面积大,操作周转时间长;2.平衡机自身重量轻,需要加配重块,方可正常工作。
中国专利CN103182911A公开了扒胎机,属于轮胎机械技术领域。包括机架、卡爪机构、拆胎机构和拉胎机构,机架包括底座、转盘、换向块和活动臂;卡爪机构包括第一支承板、减速器、旋转主轴和卡爪;拆胎机构包括导轨、滑板、一端固定在滑板上,而另一端的左右两侧分别安装有压胎盘和勾胎爪的伸缩杆,压胎盘和勾胎爪可沿伸缩杆的中心线旋转180°,以实现两者的换位;拉胎机构包括第二支撑板、液压缸、连杆、拉爪本体、调爪盘、拉爪连杆、拉爪转盘、滑块、滑套和拉爪,但是该种扒胎机仍然存在上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可以节省空间、节省使用材料、稳定性较好的拆胎平衡连体机。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种拆胎平衡连体机,包括拆胎机及平衡机,
所述的拆胎机包括设备箱体、设置在设备箱体上的立柱,连接在立柱横梁上的拆胎头,设置在拆胎头正下方并与位于设备箱体上的工作台,所述的设备箱体内置有变速箱,
还包括连接架,所述的拆胎机及平衡机经连接架组合连接成为一体,所述的平衡机下方未设置平衡配重,这样平衡机利用拆胎机的重量实现使用过程中的稳定性,去掉平衡机下面原先约2/3的空间,只保留有效的工作部分即可。
所述的平衡机安装在拆胎机的前、后、左或右的任何位置,根据拆胎需要 确定平衡机与拆胎机直接的连接角度。
所述的平衡机的数量设有1个或多个。
所述的变速箱为变速箱体与电机呈一体化结构的组合式变速箱,该变速箱内穿设有带动设置在设备箱体上的工作台运动的主轴,所述的电机上设有电机齿轮,所述的组合式变速箱内设有传动齿轮,所述的主轴上套设有主轴齿轮。
其中的电机齿轮与传动齿轮啮合连接并带动传动齿轮运动,传动齿轮与主轴齿轮啮合连接并带动主轴齿轮运动,主轴齿轮驱动主轴带动与主轴连接的工作台运动。
所述的拆胎机与平衡机的连接处还设有辅助机械臂。
所述的辅助机械臂包括辅助臂立柱以及连接在辅助臂立柱上的压胎转臂及压胎滚轮,
所述的压胎转臂可转动式连接在辅助臂立柱上,
所述的压胎滚轮设有1个或多个。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
一、节省空间明显:由于将两台机器进行有效组合,使其操作空间节省一半。
二、节约材料明显:发明中的平衡机箱体下部分去掉约2/3的空间,只保留有效的工作部分,箱体比以前节约2/3的材料。
三、稳定性能好:该发明有效利用拆胎机的重量,让平衡机在使用过程中更稳定。
四、连接电源方便:该发明将拆胎机与平衡机共用一根电源线,有效解决过多的电源连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种拆胎平衡连体机,其结构如图1-2所示,主要包括拆胎机1及平衡机2,其中,拆胎机1包括设备箱体11、设置在设备箱体11上的立柱12,连接在立柱12的横梁上的拆胎头13,设置在拆胎头13正下方并与位于设备箱体11上的工作台14,在设备箱体11内置有变速箱,使用的变速箱为变速箱体与电机呈一体化结构的组合式变速箱,该变速箱内穿设有带动设置在设备箱体上的工作台运动的主轴,所述的电机上设有电机齿轮,所述的组合式变速箱内设有传动齿轮,所述的主轴上套设有主轴齿轮。其中的电机齿轮与传动齿轮啮合连接并带动传动齿轮运动,传动齿轮与主轴齿轮啮合连接并带动主轴齿轮运动,主轴齿轮驱动主轴带动与主轴连接的工作台运动。
本实施例的最大的创新点就在于还包括连接架3,拆胎机1及平衡机2经连接架3组合连接成为一体,平衡机2下方未设置平衡配重,这样平衡机2利用拆胎机1的重量实现使用过程中的稳定性,去掉平衡机2下面原先约2/3的空间,只保留有效的工作部分即可。这样就能够通过一体机完成对车胎的拆卸,而且拆胎机1与平衡机2共用一根电源线,可以将电源线5之间连接拆胎机1上,有效解决过多的电源连接。
实施例2
一种拆胎平衡连体机,其结构如图3-4所示,大部分结构与实施例1均相同,不同之处在于,在拆胎机1与平衡机2的连接处还设有辅助机械臂4,包括辅助臂立柱41以及连接在辅助臂立柱41上的压胎转臂42及压胎滚轮43,压胎转臂42可转动式连接在辅助臂立柱42上,压胎滚轮43设有1个或多个.在本实施例中,设有两个。在拆装扁平轮胎和防爆轮胎时,必需用到辅助机械臂4的压胎滚轮43和压胎转臂42才能拆装轮胎。
实施例3
一种拆胎平衡连体机,其结构如图4所示,平衡机2,可根据实际情况在拆胎机1的前、后、左、右四个方向的任何位置进行安装,从而能够从多个角度对设置在拆胎机1上的轮胎进行拆装、平衡。

  1. 一种拆胎平衡连体机,包括拆胎机及平衡机,
    所述的拆胎机包括设备箱体、设置在设备箱体上的立柱,连接在立柱横梁上的拆胎头,设置在拆胎头正下方并与位于设备箱体上的工作台,所述的设备箱体内置有变速箱,
    其特征在于,还包括连接架,所述的拆胎机及平衡机经连接架组合连接成为一体,所述的平衡机下方未设置平衡配重。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拆胎平衡连体机,其特征在于,所述的平衡机安装在拆胎机的前、后、左或右的任何位置,根据拆胎需要确定平衡机与拆胎机直接的连接角度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种拆胎平衡连体机,其特征在于,所述的平衡机的数量设有1个或多个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拆胎平衡连体机,其特征在于,所述的变速箱为变速箱体与电机呈一体化结构的组合式变速箱,该变速箱内穿设有带动设置在设备箱体上的工作台运动的主轴,所述的电机上设有电机齿轮,所述的组合式变速箱内设有传动齿轮,所述的主轴上套设有主轴齿轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拆胎平衡连体机,其特征在于,所述的拆胎机与平衡机的连接处还设有辅助机械臂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种拆胎平衡连体机,其特征在于,所述的辅助机械臂包括辅助臂立柱以及连接在辅助臂立柱上的压胎转臂及压胎滚轮,
    所述的压胎转臂可转动式连接在辅助臂立柱上,
    所述的压胎滚轮设有1个或多个。
