语音通话方法、智能移动终端、固定电话和智能电话系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种语音通话方法、智能移动终端、固定电话和智能电话系统。
背景技术
随着平板电脑技术的迅猛发展,苹果推出的iPad在业内掀起了一股平板电脑热潮,各个品牌纷纷推出了自己的平板产品。在厂商的大力推广和消费者的热捧下,平板电脑市场呈现出爆发式增长的态势,预计2015年的销量将会超过1.6亿台。随着高性价比安卓(Android)平板的出货量稳步上升,预计iPad的份额将从2010年的87%下降到2015年的60%以下。不断发展的操作系统与更多元应用,以及快速演进的产品性能将推动平板电脑市场快速成长,制造厂商也在不断的提高产品性能以适应不断更新的市场需求。
固定电话即共用电话交换网(PSTN)电话历史悠久,在用户的使用习惯、号码的便于记忆程度均优于移动电话,同时固定电话所在场所固定,通常为政府、企业、集团人员众多场所的首选通讯工具。在网络规模、信号稳定性、接通率等方面固话的网络资源也具有明显优势。固定电话市场份额巨大,但市场已趋于饱和。其功能简单、服务单一,已经无法满足用户愈发个性化、私密化的需求,并且也无法为运营商带来新的利益增长点。
网络电话(Voice Over Internet Protocol,简称为VOIP)是将模拟声音信号(Voice)数字化,以数据封包(Data Packet)的形式在IP数据网络(IP Network)上进行实时传递。随着通信技术的发展和技术演进,市场上出现了越来越多的VoIP的应用形式,根据国际知名市场研究机构Point Topic的研究,全球VoIP用户已经超过1.1亿。VoIP网络电话在美国企业的普及率在2013年已达到79%。在这样的大背景下,国内也有越来越多的政府、企业、集团部署了VoIP系统,用以实现不同地区、不同部门间廉价高效的语音通信。丰富的业务、高性价比使得IP电话越来越受用户的青睐。
PSTN电话和VoIP电话终端作为传统终端,在家庭市场、政企办公领域仍然广泛使用,但PSTN电话和VoIP电话的形态和功能较为固定、老旧,易用性与智能终端(例如:智能手机、平板电脑)均存在较大差距。
尽管相关技术中已经提出了将PSTN语音和IP视频分别进行传输,且带有嵌入式浏览器的方案,或者,在传统可视电话基础上增加安防监控的功能,抑或,通过自动识别网络类型来自动加载视频模块,但是,这些解决方案均无法实现PSTN电话和/或VoIP电话终端与智能移动终端有效地结合。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种语音通话方法、智能移动终端、固定电话和智能电话系统,以至少解决相关技术中无法实现PSTN电话和/或VoIP电话终端与智能移动终端有效地结合的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种语音通话方法。
根据本发明实施例的语音通话方法包括:在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;采用选取的电话线路进行呼入或呼出。
优选地,采用选取的电话线路进行呼入包括:经由电话线路接收来电消息,其中,来电消息为以下之一:网络电话来电消息、固定电话来电消息;根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式。
优选地,根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式包括:从来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;在确定当前的话路状态为空闲状态的情况下,在智能移动终端上对来电信息和电话号码信息进行显示,同时响起振铃,以及向固定电话发送通知消息,其中,通知消息用于通知固定电话响应来电消息,响起振铃。
优选地,根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式包括:从来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;在确定当前的话路状态为占用状态的情况下,在智能移动终端上对来电信息和电话号码信息进行显示。
优选地,在根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式之后,还包括:响应用户操作,确定用户选取采用免提方式接听网络电话来电;通知固定电话执行免提操作,同时根据智能移动终端上配置的数据接口类型将接收到的网络电话语音数据封装成线性语音编码码流,传输至固定电话,以及在对固定电话返回的线性语音编码码流进行编码处理后发送至通话对端。
优选地,在根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式之后,还包括:响应用户操作,确定用户选取采用免提方式接听固定电话来电;通知底座电话执行免提操作,并指示底座电话接通固定电话来电。
根据本发明实施例的另一方面,提供了一种智能移动终端。
根据本发明实施例的智能移动终端包括:选取模块,设置为在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;执行模块,设置为采用选取的电话线路进行呼入或呼出。
优选地,执行模块包括:接收单元,设置为经由电话线路接收来电消息,其中,来电消息为以下之一:网络电话来电消息、固定电话来电消息;确定单元,设置为根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式。

根据本发明实施例的再一方面,提供了一种智能电话系统。
根据本发明实施例的智能电话系统包括:上述智能移动终端和上述固定电话。
优选地,上述系统还包括:中继器;中继器分别与智能移动终端和固定电话相连接。
通过本发明实施例,采用在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;采用选取的电话线路进行呼入或呼出,解决了相关技术中无法实现PSTN电话和/或VoIP电话终端与智能移动终端有效地结合的问题,进而由于对智能移动终端进行了复用,因此能够有效地降低硬件成本,且实用性较强,用户体验良好。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图1是根据本发明实施例的语音通话方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S102:在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;
步骤S104:采用选取的电话线路进行呼入或呼出。
相关技术中,无法实现PSTN电话和/或VoIP电话终端与智能移动终端有效地结合。采用如图1所示的方法,利用智能移动终端(例如:平板电脑)与电话机底座集成,充分利用智能移动终端的触摸屏易用性、较强的网络处理能力、多媒体处理能力、丰富的应用程序以及底座电话机(即上述固定电话)的PSTN处理能力、优质的声音效果,进而能够有效地降低硬件成本,且实用性较强,用户体验良好。
优选地,在步骤S104中,采用选取的电话线路进行呼入可以包括以下操作:
步骤S1:经由电话线路接收来电消息,其中,来电消息为以下之一:网络电话来电消息、固定电话来电消息;
步骤S2:根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式。
优选地,在步骤S2中,根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S21:从来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;
步骤S22:在确定当前的话路状态为空闲状态的情况下,在智能移动终端上对来电信息和电话号码信息进行显示,同时响起振铃,以及向固定电话发送通知消息,其中,通知消息用于通知固定电话响应来电消息,响起振铃。
在优选实施例中,如果PSTN线路来电,则智能移动终端首先检测并解析出振铃消息和来电号码消息。智能移动终端判断当前的话路状态,如果当前是空闲状态,则提示用户来电信息和号码;与此同时,执行智能移动终端振铃,并通知底座固定电话响应当前的PSTN来电,底座固定电话可以将振铃信号传递给DA/AD模块,完成底 座电话振铃。如果VoIP线路来电,则智能移动终端首先检测并解析出振铃消息和来电号码消息。智能移动终端判断当前的话路状态,如果当前是空闲状态,则提示来电信息并振铃,同时通知底座电话,底座电话将振铃消息通过DA/AD模块转换成振铃信号,由底座扬声器实现振铃。
优选地,在步骤S2中,根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式可以包括以下操作:
步骤S23:从来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;
步骤S24:在确定当前的话路状态为占用状态的情况下,在智能移动终端上对来电信息和电话号码信息进行显示。
在优选实施例中,如果PSTN线路来电,则智能移动终端首先检测并解析出振铃消息和来电号码消息。智能移动终端判断当前的话路状态,如果当前是VoIP线路呼叫中或通话中,则提示用户来电信息和号码,但并不切换当前的VoIP通话界面,由用户判断是否结束VoIP电话并接听PSTN电话。如果VoIP线路来电,则智能移动终端首先检测并解析出振铃消息和来电号码消息。智能移动终端判断当前的话路状态,如果当前是PSTN线路呼叫中或通话中,则提示用户来电信息和号码,但并不切换当前的PSTN通话界面,由用户判断是否结束PSTN电话并接听VoIP电话。
优选地,在步骤S2,根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式之后,还可以包括以下操作:
步骤S3:响应用户操作,确定用户选取采用免提方式接听网络电话来电;
步骤S4:通知固定电话执行免提操作,同时根据智能移动终端上配置的数据接口类型将接收到的网络电话语音数据封装成线性语音编码码流,传输至固定电话,以及在对固定电话返回的线性语音编码码流进行编码处理后发送至通话对端。
在优选实施例中,用户可以通过智能移动终端上的通话按钮接听电话,在这种情况下,智能移动终端执行VoIP电话接通操作,并开始传输语音数据;智能移动终端传递电话接通消息到底座电话,底座电话执行免提操作,将DA/AD模块与扬声器/MIC接通;VoIP语音数据经过VoIP语音处理模块处理成线性脉冲编码调制(PCM)语音码流后,打包成符合智能移动终端与底座电话接口格式的数据报文传输到底座电话,通常是同步实时数据流;底座电话从语音数据报文中解析出PCM语音码流并听过DA/AD模块送到扬声器;另外,来自MIC的语音通过DA/AD模块处理后由底座电话 打包成线性PCM语音数据码流,然后打包传输到智能移动终端中;最终由智能移动终端进行编码处理后传输到对端。
优选地,在步骤S2,根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式之后,还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S5:响应用户操作,确定用户选取采用免提方式接听固定电话来电;
步骤S6:通知底座电话执行免提操作,并指示底座电话接通固定电话来电。
在优选实施例中,用户可以通过智能移动终端上的通话按钮接听电话,在这种情况下,智能移动终端传递免提接通消息至底座电话。底座电话执行免提操作,然后将DA/AD模块与扬声器/MIC接通,以及将摘机消息发送给PSTN电话模块,PSTN模块执行摘机操作,由此PSTN电话接通。
图2是根据本发明实施例的智能移动终端的结构框图。如图2所示,该智能移动终端可以包括:选取模块10,设置为在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;执行模块20,设置为采用选取的电话线路进行呼入或呼出。
采用如图2所示的装置,解决了相关技术中无法实现PSTN电话和/或VoIP电话终端与智能移动终端有效地结合的问题,进而由于对智能移动终端进行了复用,因此能够有效地降低硬件成本,且实用性较强,用户体验良好。
优选地,如图3所示,执行模块20可以包括:接收单元200,设置为经由电话线路接收来电消息,其中,来电消息为以下之一:网络电话来电消息、固定电话来电消息;确定单元202,设置为根据当前的话路状态确定对来电消息的提示方式。

图4是根据本发明实施例的固定电话的结构示意图。如图4所示,该固定电话可以包括:数据接口40和主控处理模块42;数据接口40,与智能移动终端上设置的接口相适配,设置为与智能移动终端进行电话语音数据的交互;主控处理模块42,设置为将网络电话语音数据转换成自身能够识别的线性语音数据码流,和/或,根据用户在智能移动终端上选取的电话线路在网络电话与固定电话之间进行切换。
在优选实施例中,固定电话底座设置有多功能数据接口,其可以连接平板电脑的USB接口、或Apple专用接口、或平板电脑自定义接口。主控处理模块能够完成平板电脑上的VoIP语音数据到底座电话机上听筒和扬声器声音的转换以及完成PSTN电话和VoIP电话的语音部分的切换。
图5是根据本发明实施例的智能电话系统的结构框图。如图5所示,该智能电话系统可以包括:上述智能移动终端1和上述固定电话2。
优选地,上述系统还可以包括:中继器(图中未示出);中继器分别与智能移动终端和固定电话相连接。中继器可以在各种数据接口之间进行数据转换。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,图6是根据本发明优选实施例的VoIP和PSTN电话功能模块示意图。如图6所示,该VoIP和PSTN电话功能模块可以包括:平板电脑(PAD),该平板电脑所使用的操作系统可以包括以下之一:Android操作系统PAD、iOS操作系统、Windows操作系统。
在平板电脑上可以运行电话客户端应用程序(Telephone App),该应用程序可以包括:电话客户端UI界面处理子模块(相当于上述选取模块)、VoIP电话和PSTN电话冲突仲裁子模块(相当于上述执行模块)、电话信令转换子模块(图中未示出,相当于上述确定模块)以及电话语音数据流处理子模块(图中未示出,相当于上述处理模块);其中,电话客户端UI界面处理子模块用来提供电话拨号界面供用户触摸操作使用。该 UI界面可以包括但不限于:数字键盘、免提按钮、拨号按钮、Flash按钮、线路(Line)1/线路(Line)2切换按钮。
VoIP电话和PSTN电话冲突仲裁子模块,负责处理VoIP线路与PSTN线路同时来电、其中一方通话时而另一方来电时的冲突以及后续处理。
电话信令转换子模块负责将VoIP线路来电时,VoIP协议处理模块的VoIP消息转换成与底座通信的消息,并通知UI界面模块处理以及提示用户,然后再进行后续流程处理;用户可以通过VoIP线路呼出电话时,将UI模块的消息或底座的消息转换并发送至VoIP协议处理模块加以处理,并进行后续流程处理。
电话信令转换子模块还负责将PSTN线路呼入时,来自底座PSTN模块的消息进行处理并通知UI界面模块提示用户;用户可以通过PSTN线路呼出电话时将UI模块的消息或底座的消息转换并发送至PSTN模块加以处理,并进行后续流程的处理。
电话语音数据流处理子模块,负责在VoIP电话呼叫时,将VoIP语音数据流处理成线性语音编码脉冲编码调制(PCM)码流,并根据平板电脑的数据接口类型,封装成相对应的数据包,再通过接口传输到底座的电话主控模块;和/或,将来自底座的PCM数据码流根据接口类型进行解包处理,提取PCM码流并传输至VoIP语音处理模块。而在PSTN电话呼叫时,并不需要此模块参与工作。
底座电话终端可以包括但不限于:底座电话主控模块(相当于上述主控处理模块)、DA/AD模块、PSTN电话模块以及电话手柄/扬声器/MIC模块;其中,主控处理模块负责完成平板电脑上的VoIP语音数据到底座电话机上听筒和扬声器声音的转换以及完成PSTN电话和VoIP电话的语音部分的切换。
下面将基于上述图6结合两个优选实施方式对上述优选实施过程作进一步的描述。
优选实施例一
图7是根据本发明优选实施例的PSTN电话来电时的正常处理以及冲突仲裁的流程图。此处需要预先设置Line1(PSTN线路)与Line2(VoIP线路)的优先级。在该优选实施例中假设优先使用Line1即PSTN线路,即可以在上述UI界面中点击“Line1”按钮,继而Line1按钮进行高亮显示。如图7所示,该流程可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S702:PSTN线路来电,PSTN电话模块首先检测并解析出振铃消息和来电号码消息;
步骤S704:PSTN电话模块通知给底座电话主控模块;
步骤S706:底座电话主控模块将消息封装成平板电脑能够适配的格式,通过接口传递到电话仲裁模块;
步骤S708:电话仲裁模块判断当前的话路状态;如果当前是空闲状态,则继续执行步骤S710;如果当前是VoIP线路呼叫中或通话中,则继续执行步骤S712;
步骤S710:电话仲裁模块通知电话UI界面处理,UI界面提示用户来电信息和号码;与此同时,执行平板电脑振铃,并通知底座电话主控模块响应当前的PSTN来电,电话主控模块可以将振铃信号传递给DA/AD模块,完成底座电话振铃;
步骤S712:电话仲裁模块通知电话UI界面提示用户来电信息和号码,但并不切换当前的VoIP通话界面,由用户判断是否结束VoIP电话并接听PSTN电话;
步骤S714:如果用户选择接听,则继续执行步骤S718;
步骤S716:如果用户拒绝接听,则流程结束;
步骤S718:用户可以按照传统接听方式摘起底座电话的话筒,在这种情况下,底座电话主控模块通过DA/AD模块侦测到摘机消息,通知PSTN电话模块执行摘机,接通话路,并通知平板电脑的电话UI界面处理模块,界面进入通话状态;
步骤S720:用户可以通过平板电话上的通话按钮接听电话,在这种情况下,电话仲裁模块传递免提接通消息至底座电话主控模块,底座电话模块执行免提操作,然后将DA/AD模块与扬声器/MIC接通,以及将摘机消息发送给PSTN电话模块,PSTN模块执行摘机操作;由此PSTN电话接通;
需要说明的是,在免提状态下,用户可以摘起底座电话的话筒,此时,话路将自动切换到话筒,从免提状态切换至非免提状态。
优选实施例二
图8是根据本发明优选实施例的VoIP电话来电时的正常处理以及冲突仲裁的流程图。如图8所示,该流程可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S802:VoIP线路来电,VoIP协议处理模块处理来电消息;
步骤S804:VoIP协议处理模块将来电消息通知给电话仲裁模块;
步骤S806:电话仲裁模块判断当前的话路状态;如果当前是空闲状态,则继续执行步骤S808;如果当前是PSTN线路呼叫中或通话中,则继续执行步骤S810;
步骤S808:电话仲裁模块通知电话UI界面处理模块,并通过UI提示来电信息并振铃,同时通知底座电话主控模块;底座电话主控模块将振铃消息通过DA/AD模块转换成振铃信号,由底座扬声器实现振铃;
步骤S810:电话仲裁模块通知电话UI界面处理模块,电话UI界面提示用户来电信息和号码,但并不切换当前的PSTN通话界面,由用户判断是否结束PSTN电话并接听VoIP电话;
步骤S812:如果用户选择接听,则继续执行步骤S816;
步骤S814:如果用户拒绝接听,则流程结束;
步骤S816:用户可以按照传统接听方式摘起底座电话的话筒;
步骤S818:用户可以通过智能移动终端上的通话按钮接听电话,在这种情况下,电话仲裁模块传递电话接通消息至VoIP协议处理模块,VoIP协议模块执行VoIP电话接通操作,并开始传输语音数据;电话仲裁模块传递电话接通消息到底座电话主控模块,底座电话模块执行免提操作,将DA/AD模块与扬声器/MIC接通;VoIP语音数据经过VoIP语音处理模块处理成线性PCM语音码流后,打包成符合平板电脑与底座电话接口格式的数据报文传输到底座电话主控模块,通常是同步实时数据流;底座电话主控模块从语音数据报文中解析出PCM语音码流并听过DA/AD模块送到扬声器;来自MIC的语音通过DA/AD模块处理后由底座电话主控模块打包成线性PCM语音数据码流,然后打包传输到VoIP语音处理模块中;由VoIP语音处理模块编码后传输到对端;
需要说明的是,在免提状态下,用户可以摘起底座电话的话筒,此时,话路将自动切换到话筒,从免提状态切换至非免提状态。当电话仲裁模块同时收到PSTN来电和VoIP来电消息时,可以根据预先设置的优先级顺序选择其中一个线路进行处理,而另外一个线路则作为UI界面提示处理。
当平板电脑从底座电话终端上拔出时,底座电话主控模块和平板电脑均能够侦测到。在这种情况下,如果PSTN来电,则由底座电话终端自行处理;如果VoIP来电,则由平板电脑的电话客户端程序自行处理,本发明优选实施例不做赘述。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,上述实施例实现了如下技术效果(需要说明的是这些效果是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果):采用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案,利用市面上非常普及的平板电脑与电话机底座集成,可以充分利用平板电脑的触摸屏易用性、较强的网络处理能力、多媒体处理能力、丰富的应用程序以及底座电话机的PSTN处理能力、优质的声音效果,进而可以将平板电脑、PSTN电话以及VoIP电话的功能完美地结合,成为一个满足多项功能的高易用性的智能电话终端。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种语音通话方法、智能移动终端、固定电话和智能电话系统具有以下有益效果:利用市面上非常普及的平板电脑与电话机底座集成,可以充分利用平板电脑的触摸屏易用性、较强的网络处理能力、多媒体处理能力、丰富的应用程序以及底座电话机的PSTN处理能力、优质的声音效果,进而可以将平板电脑、PSTN电话以及VoIP电话的功能完美地结合,成为一个满足多项功能的高易用性的智能电话终端。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种语音通话方法,包括:
    在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,所述电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,所述智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;
    采用选取的所述电话线路进行呼入或呼出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,采用选取的所述电话线路进行呼入包括:
    经由所述电话线路接收来电消息,其中,所述来电消息为以下之一:网络电话来电消息、固定电话来电消息;
    根据当前的话路状态确定对所述来电消息的提示方式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据所述当前的话路状态确定对所述来电消息的提示方式包括:
    从所述来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;
    在确定所述当前的话路状态为空闲状态的情况下,在所述智能移动终端上对所述来电信息和所述电话号码信息进行显示,同时响起振铃,以及向所述固定电话发送通知消息,其中,所述通知消息用于通知所述固定电话响应所述来电消息,响起振铃。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据所述当前的话路状态确定对所述来电消息的提示方式包括:
    从所述来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;
    在确定所述当前的话路状态为占用状态的情况下,在所述智能移动终端上对所述来电信息和所述电话号码信息进行显示。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,在根据所述当前的话路状态确定对所述来电消息的提示方式之后,还包括:
    响应用户操作,确定所述用户选取采用免提方式接听网络电话来电;
    通知所述固定电话执行免提操作,同时根据所述智能移动终端上配置的数据接口类型将接收到的网络电话语音数据封装成线性语音编码码流,传输至所 述固定电话,以及在对所述固定电话返回的线性语音编码码流进行编码处理后发送至通话对端。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,在根据所述当前的话路状态确定对所述来电消息的提示方式之后,还包括:
    响应用户操作,确定所述用户选取采用免提方式接听固定电话来电;
    通知所述底座电话执行免提操作,并指示所述底座电话接通所述固定电话来电。
  7. 一种智能移动终端,包括:
    选取模块,设置为在智能移动终端上获取用户选取的电话线路,其中,所述电话线路为以下之一:网络电话线路、固定电话线路,所述智能移动终端与适配的固定电话相连接;
    执行模块,设置为采用选取的所述电话线路进行呼入或呼出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能移动终端,其中,所述执行模块包括:
    接收单元,设置为经由所述电话线路接收来电消息,其中,所述来电消息为以下之一:网络电话来电消息、固定电话来电消息;
    确定单元,设置为根据当前的话路状态确定对所述来电消息的提示方式。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能移动终端,其中,所述确定单元包括:
    解析子单元,设置为从所述来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;
    处理子单元,设置为在确定所述当前的话路状态为空闲状态的情况下,在所述智能移动终端上对所述来电信息和所述电话号码信息进行显示,同时响起振铃,以及向所述固定电话发送通知消息,其中,所述通知消息用于通知所述固定电话响应所述来电消息,响起振铃。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的智能移动终端,其中,所述确定单元包括:
    解析子单元,设置为从所述来电消息中解析出来电信息和电话号码信息;
    处理子单元,设置为在确定所述当前的话路状态为占用状态的情况下,在所述智能移动终端上对所述来电信息和所述电话号码信息进行显示。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的智能移动终端,其中,所述装置还包括:
    确定模块,设置为响应用户操作,确定所述用户选取采用免提方式接听网络电话来电;
    处理模块,设置为通知所述固定电话执行免提操作,同时根据所述智能移动终端上配置的数据接口类型将接收到的网络电话语音数据封装成线性语音编码码流,传输至所述固定电话,以及在对所述固定电话返回的线性语音编码码流进行编码处理后发送至通话对端。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10所述的智能移动终端,其中,所述装置还包括:
    确定模块,设置为响应用户操作,确定所述用户选取采用免提方式接听固定电话来电;
    处理模块,设置为通知所述底座电话执行免提操作,并指示所述底座电话接通所述固定电话来电。
  13. 一种固定电话,包括:数据接口和主控处理模块;
    所述数据接口,与智能移动终端上设置的接口相适配,设置为与所述智能移动终端进行电话语音数据的交互;
    所述主控处理模块,设置为将网络电话语音数据转换成自身能够识别的线性语音数据码流,和/或,根据用户在所述智能移动终端上选取的电话线路在网络电话与固定电话之间进行切换。
  14. 一种智能电话系统,包括:权利要求7至12中任一项所述的智能移动终端和权利要求13所述的固定电话。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的系统,其中,所述系统还包括:中继器;所述中继器分别与所述智能移动终端和所述固定电话相连接。
