本发明涉及多媒体技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频处理方法、视频处理装置及显示装置。
背景技术
随着电子产品的普遍使用,数码相机和摄像机以及智能手机等多具有了摄像功能,且被人们广泛使用来记录视频。而且视频的分辨率和画质越来越高,原始视频文件需要的空间越来越大。目前对视频的编辑一般包括:从原始的视频流中剪辑出优秀的视频片段,将多个优秀的视频拼接为一个组合视频,在视频中添加音乐、字幕的编辑。
目前的视频编辑方式,是使用较为专业的视频剪辑应用对视频进行帧级别的编辑处理,对普通用户来讲操作不便,且耗费精力和时间。
发明内容
本发明实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种视频处理方法、视频处理装置及显示装置,可方便、快捷地实现对视频的处理。
一方面,本发明实施例提供一种视频处理方法,包括:
获取用户配置的编辑规则;
根据所述编辑规则中包括的标记指示信息,从视频片段库中提取出各个标记指示信息所指示的视频片段;
对提取的视频片段执行编辑处理。

请参见图1,为本发明实施例的一种视频处理方法的流程示意图,本发明实施例的所述方法可以在航拍器、照相机、摄像机、智能手机、平板电脑等可以播放视频的电子装置中实现,具体地,所述方法包括:
S101:获取用户配置的编辑规则。
所述用户配置编辑规则时,可以包括直接选取预置的编辑规则,或用户根据需求自定义编辑规则。
其中,在获取用户配置的编辑规则之前,可以接收从航拍器传输的视频数据并作为视频源,以便获取视频片段。具体地,缓存航拍器上拍摄的视频数据到本地,可以将该视频数据作为视频源,即作为截取视频片段的目标视频。
另外,在获取用户配置的编辑规则之前,也可以包括获取针对当前播放的目标视频的编辑操作,截取出标记操作所选定的视频片段,并为所述选定的视频片段生成标记,将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。或可以从目标视频上截取视频片段,并保存所述各个视频片段所对应的描述信息,如视频片段在目标视频中的起始时间点、结束时间点、分辨率等。后续可以根据所保存的各个视频片段所对应的描述信息从所述航拍器上的存储介质,如存储卡中所记录的视频上提取相应的视频片段。
从所述目标视频中截取视频片段时,可以调节所述视频片段的分辨率。如缩小所述视频片段的分辨率,以节省空间;或可以使用插值技术等方法提高视频片段的分辨率。
具体地,对所述当前播放的目标视频的编辑操作包括:对所述目标视频的标记操作,如单击操作、双击操作或长按操作。当单击操作时,在单击操作的时间点于目标视频上向前后各扩展预定时间长度,选定出一段视频片段。本实施例中,向前扩展2秒,向后扩展3秒,得到时长为5秒的视频片段,当然,也可以根据用户需求设置为其他时长,如向前和向后各5秒得到时长为10秒的视频片段。当进行前后两次双击操作时,选定出目标视频上两次双击操作时间点之间的视频片段。当为长按操作时,根据该长按操作的开始时间点和结束时间点,从目标视频上选定出长按操作开始时间点和结束时间点之间的视频片段。为避免用户按下功能按钮的动作滞后于视频的播放,也可以将功能按钮被按下的时间点向前扩展几秒并将其作为起始点,进而保证截取的视频片段更加完整。本实施例中,按下功能按钮时,向目标视频的起始方向扩展2秒,当然,也可以扩展其他时长,同样,也可以向目标视频的结束方向扩展预定时长。
在选定视频片段时,可以一并生成视频片段的拍摄位置、拍摄时间及评级信息中的任意一个或多个。具体地,可以根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄时间,为该选定的视频片段生成时间标记;所述选定的视频片段的拍摄位置,为该选定的视频片段生成位置标记;及根据所述视频片段被选定时的评级信息,为该选定的视频片段生成评级标记。根据后续需要,可以对视频片段生成时间标记、位置标记及评级标记中的任意一种或多种。
其中,在选定视频片段时,可以直接点击或长按等级标记,在选定视频片段时一并生成对视频片段的评级信息,如将所述视频片段设定了三星、四星或其他等级;若不是通过点击或长按等级标记而选定视频片段,则被选定的视频片段会自动获取一个默认的评级信息,用户后续可以对此评级信息进行修改。
后续若获取到修改操作指令,可以根据修改操作指令对视频片段对应的标记包括时间标记、位置标记和/或评级标记进行修改。视频片段和视频片段对应的标记关联地存储到视频片段库中。
预置的编辑规则可以包括根据视频片段的时间标记进行编辑的编辑规则、根据视频片段的位置标记进行编辑的编辑规则及根据评级标记进行编辑的编辑规则中的任意一种或多种的组合。
用户自定义的编辑规则可以为根据用户需求而设定的特定评级、时间和/或位置的组合。
本实施例中,当前播放的目标视频可以为正在录制中的视频、已经录制完成预览播放的视频,或回放的视频。
S102:根据所述编辑规则中包括的标记指示信息,从视频片段库中提取出各个标记指示信息所指示的视频片段。
若用户配置的编辑规则为预置的编辑规则,则根据预置的编辑规则中的标记指示信息,如提取时间标记为当天的视频片段、提取位置标记为海边的视频片段或提取评级标记全部为三星的视频片段,或提取时间标记、位置标记及评级标记的任意组合的视频片段,如当天在海边拍摄的全四星的视频片段等。此外,编辑规则还可以是提取单次拍摄过程中选定出的视频片段用来合成视频文件,如可以提取飞行器单次飞行拍摄过程中用户选定出的视频片段,以合成视频文件。
若用户配置的编辑规则为自定义的编辑规则,根据自定义的编辑规则中的标记指示信息,提取视频片段。如编辑规则的标记指示信息为需要提取两段评级标记为五星的视频片段、一段位置标记为森林的视频片段及一段时间标记为当天的视频片段,则根据该标记指示信息从视频片段库中提取具有相应标记的视频片段。自定义的编辑规则,可根据播放的目标视频,通过简单的编辑操作快速生成。
S103:对提取的视频片段执行编辑处理。
根据S102中的标记指示信息提取相应的视频片段后,将视频片段合成为视频文件。
合成视频文件时,可以将所提取的视频片段进行叠加,形成视频文件。也可以获取模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述模板得到视频文件。该获取的模板可为系统自动获取默认的模板或根据用户指令获取用户所选取的模板。
所述模板可以包括预置的音频、字幕及过渡片段中的任意一个或多个。当模板包括过渡片段时,将所述视频片段和过渡片段根据用户指令进行排列,如将所述视频片段插入到过渡片段之间使得所述视频片段通过过渡片段衔接。当模板包括音频和/或字幕时,直接将所述视频片段与模板中的音频和/或字幕合成视频文件。当选取模板,并插入视频片段后,可制作出完整的视频文件,呈现给浏览者进行浏览。
此外,用户还可以对模板进行编辑,如改变模板中所配的音频、字幕及过渡片段中的任意一个或多个。
在合成视频文件后,若获取到对所述视频文件的修改指令,则可以根据所述修改指令对视频文件进行修改。具体地,如果修改指令为重新排序,则接收用户指定的排列顺序对视频片段进行重新排序并合成视频文件,或执行如摇一摇、点击重新合成功能按钮等动作对提取的视频片段随机重新排序并合成视频文件。如果修改指令为删除视频文件中的视频片段,则接收用户的删除指令,根据删除指令所指定的信息删除对应的视频片段。如果修改指令为往所述视频文件中添加新的视频片段,则接收用户的添加指令,并根据添加指令所指定的添加位置及要添加的视频片段的标记,从视频片段库中提取具有相应标记的视频片段,插入到视频文件的指定位置。此外,若修改指令为重新提取素材,则从视频片段库中重新提取符合标记指示信息的视频片段重新合成视频文件。
本发明实施例的视频处理方法操作简单方便,无需具有专业的影像编辑知识及技巧。
再请参见图2,为本发明实施例的另一种视频处理方法,具体地,包括:
S201:获取用户配置的编辑规则。
在获取用户配置的编辑规则之前,获取针对当前播放的目标视频的标记操作,提取出所述标记操作所指定的视频片段,并为所选定的视频片段生成标记,将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。
具体地,通过标记操作,如单击操作、双击操作或长按操作在目标视频上选定出视频片段,然后截取出选定的视频片段。在选定视频片段时,可以一并生成视频片段的拍摄位置、拍摄时间及评级信息中的任意一种或多种,从而得到位置标记、时间标记和/或评级标记等标记,并将视频片段和视频片段所对应的标记关联地存储到视频片段库中。
所述用户配置编辑规则时,可以包括直接选取预置的编辑规则,或用户根据需求自定义编辑规则。
预置的编辑规则可以包括根据视频片段的时间标记进行编辑的编辑规则、根据视频片段的位置标记进行编辑的编辑规则及根据评级标记进行编辑的编辑规则中的任意一种或多种的组合。

根据编辑规则中的标记指示信息提取到对应的视频片段后,将来所述视频片段合成为多个视频样本。合成视频文件时,可以将所提取的视频片段进行叠加,形成视频文件。也可以获取模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述模板得到视频文件。该获取的模板可为系统自动获取默认的模板或根据用户指令获取用户所选取的模板。模板可以包括预置的音频、字幕及过渡片段中的任意一个或多个。
此外,合成过程中,还可以对所述视频片段进行重新排序、删除特定视频片段、新增视频片段等编辑操作。
当根据标记规则中的标记指示信息在视频片段库中可以提取到的视频片段数目大于或等于预定值时,将所述视频片段分组,从每组中提取特定数目的视频片段合成多个视频样本;当可以提取到的视频片段数目小于预定值时,提取特定数目的视频片段合成多个视频样本。
具体地,如根据时间标记,提取到时间标记为当天拍摄的视频片段共20个,则从此20个视频片段中提取预定数目的视频片段,如10个、5个等合成多个视频样本。若提取到时间标记为当天拍摄的视频片段共1000个,则将此1000个视频片段分为特定组,如10组,每组100个视频片段,从每组中提取特定数目,如20个视频片段合成多个视频样本。所述分组数目、从每组中选取的视频片段的数目均可由用户设定。用来判断是否分组的预定值也可以由用户设定。

第二修改单元32用于获取对所述视频文件的修改指令,并根据所述修改指令对所述视频文件进行修改。
在合成视频文件后,若获取到对所述视频文件的修改指令,则可以根据所述修改指令对视频文件进行修改。具体地,如果修改指令为重新排序,则接收用户指定的排列顺序对视频片段进行重新排序并合成视频文件,或执行如摇一摇、点击重新合成功能按钮等动作对提取的视频片段随机重新排序并合成视频文件。如果修改指令为删除视频文件中的视频片段,则接收用户的删除指令,根据删除指令所指定的信息删除对应的视频片段。如果修改指令为往所述视频文件中添加新的视频片段,则接收用户的添加指令,并根据添加指令所指定的添加位置及要添加的视频片段的标记,从视频片段库中提取具有相应标记的视频片段,插入到视频文件的指定位置。此外,若修改指令为重新提取素材,则从视频片段库中重新提取符合标记指示信息的视频片段重新合成视频文件。
此外,用户还可以通过第二修改单元32对模板进行编辑,如改变模板中所配的音频、字幕及过渡片段中的任意一个或多个。
请再参阅图7,所述采集模块5包括标记单元51和存储单元52。
所述标记单元51,用于获取针对当前播放的目标视频的标记操作,截取出所述标记操作所选定的视频片段;存储单元52,用于为所述选定的视频片段生成标记,并将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。其中,所述存储单元52,具体用于根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄时间,为该选定的视频片段生成时间标记;根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄位置,为该选定的视频片段生成位置标记;及根据所述视频片段被选定时的评级,为该选定的视频片段生成评级标记中的任意一种或多种。
请参阅图8,所述筛选模块6包括选取单元61、样本生成单元62、共享单元63、标记获取单元64及筛选单元65。
所述选取单元61,用于根据所述视频片段的标记提取预定数目的视频片段。提取具有特定评级标记、时间标记或位置标记的视频片段,或提取单次拍摄过程中选定出的视频片段。
样本生成单元62,用于用所述提取的视频片段合成视频样本。当根据标记规则中的标记指示信息在视频片段库中可以提取到的视频片段数目大于或等于预定值时,将所述视频片段分组,从每组中提取特定数目的视频片段合成多个视频样本;当可以提取到的视频片段数目小于预定值时,提取特定数目的视频片段合成多个视频样本。其中分组数目、从每组中选取的视频片段的数目均可由用户设定,用来判断是否分组的预定值也可以由用户设定。
共享单元63,用于共享所述视频样本。将所述合成的视频样本上传到特定的共享平台上,如上传到网络上供浏览者观看。
标记获取单元64,用于在所述视频样本的共享过程中,获取对所述视频样本的共享评价信息。在浏览者对所述视频样本进行浏览时,可以根据个人喜好对视频点赞或评价,同时,视频样本被点击的次数以及用户在视频样本的停留时间也可以被记录。所述共享过程中,获取的对视频样本的点赞、评价、停留时间和/或点击次数等共享信息。
筛选单元65,用于根据所述共享评价信息对合成的各个视频样本进行目标样本筛选。根据所述共享评价信息,如点赞数、评价、点击量及停留时间等对视频样本进行筛选,得到目标样本。进而得到本月最优视频、年度最优视频等。
所述筛选模块6还包括样本存储单元66,所述样本存储单元66用于将所述目标样本及对所述目标样本的共享评价信息作为标记与所述目标样本关联存储到视频片段库中。
本发明实施例的所述视频处理装置中各个模块及单元的具体实现可参考图1和图2对应实施例中的描述。
本发明实施例的视频处理装置操作简单方便,无需具有专业的影像编辑知识及技巧。
再请参阅图10,是本发明实施例的显示装置的结构示意图,本发明实施例的显示装置可以是航拍器、照相机、摄像机、智能手机、平板电脑或飞行器的显示装置等。具体地,本发明实施例的所述显示装置包括:显示器100和处理器200。
所述显示器100,用于显示所述视频片段及操作信息。
所述处理器200,用于获取用户配置的编辑规则,根据所述编辑规则中包括的标记指示,从视频片段库中提取出各个标记指示所指示的视频片段,并根据提取的视频片段执行编辑处理。
其中具体地,所述处理200,用于在获取用户配置的编辑规则之前,获取针对当前播放的目标视频的标记操作,截取出所述编辑操作所选定的视频片段,为所述选定的视频片段生成标记,将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。
进一步具体地,所述处理器200,用于根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄时间,为该选定的视频片段生成时间标记;根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄位置,为该选定的视频片段生成位置标记;及根据所述视频片段被选定时的评级,为该选定的视频片段生成评级标记中的任意一种或多种。
所述处理器200,具体用于获取预置的编辑规则,或获取用户自定义的编辑规则。所述预置的编辑规则包括根据视频片段的时间标记进行编辑的编辑规则、根据视频片段的位置标记进行编辑的编辑规则及根据评级标记进行编辑的编辑规则中的任意一种或多种的组合。
所述处理器200,具体用于在将所述提取的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中步骤之后,获取修改操作指令,并根据所述修改操作指令对所述视频片段对应的标记进行修改。如修改所述视频片段的时间标记、位置标记、评级标记等。
所述处理器200,具体用于合并所述提取的视频片段得到视频文件。
所述处理器200还可以用于对所述视频文件中的视频片段进行重新排序、删除视频文件中的视频片段及往所述视频文件中添加新的视频片段中的任意一种或多种操作。
进一步地,所述处理器200用于根据所述视频片段的标记信息提取预定数目的视频片段;用所述提取的视频片段合成视频样本;共享所述视频样本;在所述视频样本的共享过程中,获取对所述视频样本的共享评价信息;根据所述共享评价信息对合成的各个视频样本进行目标样本筛选。
所述处理器200将所述目标样本及所述目标样本的共享评价信息作为标记与所述目标样本关联存储到视频片段库中。
另外,所述处理器200还可以用于获取模板,并将所述视频文件插入到所述模板得到视频文件。所述获取的模板可以包括预置的音频和/或字幕等信息,故最终得到的视频文件除影像信息外,还可以包括音频和/或字幕信息,可以更加完整地呈现给浏览者进行浏览。
所述处理器200还可以用于获取用户指令,并根据所述用户的指令对所述模板进行修改,如修改音频和/或字幕信息。
本发明实施例可以方便对视频进行编辑操作,如合成、修改等操作,无需专业知识,操作简单方便。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的相关装置和方法,可以通过其他的方式实现。例如,以上描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以组合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其他形式。
所述的分离不见说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得计算机处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (43)

  1. 一种视频处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户配置的编辑规则;
    根据所述编辑规则中包括的标记指示信息,从视频片段库中提取出各个标记指示信息所指示的视频片段;
    对提取的视频片段执行编辑处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,在所述获取用户的编辑规则之前,还包括:
    接收从航拍器传输的视频数据并作为视频源,以便获取视频片段。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,在所述获取用户配置的编辑规则之前,还包括:
    获取针对当前播放的目标视频的标记操作,截取出所述标记操作所选定的视频片段;
    为所述选定的视频片段生成标记,将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述为所述选定的视频片段生成标记包括以下步骤中任意一个或多个:
    根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄时间,为该选定的视频片段生成时间标记;
    根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄位置,为该选定的视频片段生成位置标记;
    及根据所述视频片段被选定时的评级信息,为该选定的视频片段生成评级标记。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户配置的编辑规则,包括:
    获取预置的编辑规则,或用户自定义的编辑规则。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述预置的编辑规则,包括:
    根据视频片段的时间标记进行编辑的编辑规则、根据视频片段的位置标记进行编辑的编辑规则及根据评级标记进行编辑的编辑规则中的任意一种或多种的组合。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述将所述提取的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中步骤之后,还包括:
    当获取到修改操作指令时,根据所述修改操作指令对所述视频片段对应的标记进行修改。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述视频片段的标记提取预定数目的视频片段;
    用所述提取的视频片段合成视频样本;
    共享所述视频样本;
    在所述视频样本的共享过程中,获取对所述视频样本的共享评价信息;
    根据所述共享评价信息对合成的各个视频样本进行目标样本筛选。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述标记对合成的各个视频样本进行目标样本筛选步骤之后,还包括:
    将目标样本筛选后得到的目标样本及其共享评价信息作为标记与所述目标样本关联存储到视频片段库中。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,对提取的视频片段执行编辑处理,包括:
    合并所述提取的视频片段得到视频文件。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据提取的视频片段执行编辑处理,还包括:
    在获取到对所述视频文件的修改指令时 ,根据所述修改指令对所述视频文件进行修改。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述对所述视频文件的修改指令,包括:
    对所述视频文件中的视频片段进行重新排序、删除视频文件中的视频片段或往所述视频文件中添加新的视频片段中的任意一种或多种。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述合并所述提取的视频片段得到视频文件,包括:
    获取模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述模板得到视频文件。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述模板得到视频文件步骤,包括:
    获取包括预置的音频和/或字幕的模板,并将所述提取到的视频片段插入到所述包括预置的音频和/或字幕的模板中得到视频文件。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的视频处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述模板得到视频文件步骤,包括:
    获取包括预置的过渡片段的模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述包括过渡片段的模板中得到视频文件。
  16. 一种视频处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户配置的编辑规则;
    提取模块,用于根据所述编辑规则中包括的标记指示,从视频片段库中提取出各个标记指示所指示的视频片段;
    编辑模块,用于根据提取的视频片段执行编辑处理。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    存储模块,所述存储模块接收从航拍器传输的视频数据并作为视频源,以便获取视频片段。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    采集模块,所述采集模块包括:
    标记单元,用于获取针对当前播放的目标视频的标记操作,截取出所述标记操作所选定的视频片段;
    存储单元,用于为所述选定的视频片段生成标记,并将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述存储单元,具体用于执行以下步骤中的任意一个或多个:
    根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄时间,为该选定的视频片段生成时间标记;
    根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄位置,为该选定的视频片段生成位置标记;
    及根据所述视频片段被选定时的评级,为该选定的视频片段生成评级标记。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取模块,具体用于获取预置的编辑规则,或获取用户自定义的编辑规则,所述预置的编辑规则包括根据视频片段的时间标记进行编辑的编辑规则、根据视频片段的位置标记进行编辑的编辑规则及根据评级标记进行编辑的编辑规则中的任意一种或多种的组合。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述提取模块,包括:
    第一修改单元,用于当获取到修改操作指令时,根据所述修改操作指令对所述视频片段对应的标记进行修改。
  22. 如权利要求16所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    筛选模块,所述筛选模块包括:
    选取单元,用于根据所述视频片段的标记提取预定数目的视频片段;
    样本生成单元,用于用所述提取的视频片段合成视频样本;
    共享单元,用于共享所述视频样本;
    标记获取单元,用于在所述视频样本的共享过程中,获取对所述视频样本的共享评价信息;
    筛选单元,用于根据所述共享评价信息对合成的各个视频样本进行目标样本筛选。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述筛选模块还包括:
    样本存储单元,用于将所述目标样本及对所述目标样本的共享评价信息作为标记与所述目标样本关联存储到视频片段库中。
  24. 如权利要求16所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述编辑模块,包括:
    合成单元,用于合并所述提取的视频片段得到视频文件。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,所述编辑模块还包括:
    第二修改单元,用于当获取到对所述视频文件的修改指令时,根据所述修改指令对所述视频文件进行修改。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述第二修改单元,具体用于对所述视频文件中的视频片段进行重新排序、删除视频文件中的视频片段及往所述视频文件中添加新的视频片段中的任意一种或多种操作。
  27. 如权利要求24所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述合成单元,具体用于获取模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述模板得到视频文件。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述合成单元,具体用于获取包括预置的音频和/或字幕的模板,并将所述提取到的视频片段插入到所述包括预置的音频和/或字幕的模板中得到视频文件。
  29. 如权利要求27或28所述的视频处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述合成单元,具体用于获取包括预置的过渡片段的模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述包括过渡片段的模板中得到视频文件。
  30. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:显示器和处理器,
    所述显示器,用于显示所述视频片段及操作信息;
    所述处理器,用于获取用户配置的编辑规则,根据所述编辑规则中包括的标记指示,从视频片段库中提取出各个标记指示所指示的视频片段,并根据提取的视频片段执行编辑处理。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于接收从航拍器传输的视频数据并作为视频源,以便获取视频片段。
  32. 如权利要求30所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于在获取用户配置的编辑规则之前,获取针对当前播放的目标视频的标记操作,截取出所述编辑操作所选定的视频片段,为所述选定的视频片段生成标记,将所述选定的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于执行以下步骤中任意一个或多个:
    根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄时间,为该选定的视频片段生成时间标记;
    根据所述选定的视频片段的拍摄位置,为该选定的视频片段生成位置标记;
    及根据所述视频片段被选定时的评级,为该选定的视频片段生成评级标记。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于获取预置的编辑规则,或获取用户自定义的编辑规则。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于根据视频片段的时间标记进行编辑、根据视频片段的位置标记进行编辑、根据评级标记进行编辑中的任意一种或多种的组合。
  36. 如权利要求32所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于在将所述提取的视频片段与所述生成的标记关联存储到视频片段库中步骤之后,当获取到修改操作指令时,根据所述修改操作指令对所述视频片段对应的标记进行修改。
  37. 如权利要求30所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于根据所述视频片段的标记信息提取预定数目的视频片段;用所述提取的视频片段合成视频样本;共享所述视频样本;在所述视频样本的共享过程中,获取对所述视频样本的共享评价信息;根据所述共享评价信息对合成的各个视频样本进行目标样本筛选。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于将目标样本筛选后得到的目标样本及其的共享评价信息作为标记与所述目标样本关联存储到视频片段库中。
  39. 如权利要求30所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于合并所述提取的视频片段得到视频文件。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于当获取到对所述视频文件的修改指令时,根据所述修改指令对所述视频文件进行修改,所述修改指令包括对所述视频文件中的视频片段进行重新排序、删除视频文件中的视频片段及往所述视频文件中添加新的视频片段中的任意一种或多种操作。
  41. 如权利要求39所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于获取模板,并将所述视频文件插入到所述模板得到视频文件。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于获取包括预置的音频和/或字幕的模板,并将所述提取到的视频片段插入到所述包括预置的音频和/或字幕的模板中得到视频文件。
  43. 如权利要求41或42所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于获取包括预置的过渡片段的模板,并将所述提取的视频片段插入到所述包括过渡片段的模板中得到视频文件。
